"Remember Him?"
Okay but what if RE5 was another Billy and Rebecca story? He's such a great character it sucks he hasn't appeared in another game.
~•▪︎°☆more 'lore' under the cut :3☆°¤•~
After the events of RE0, Billy ended up somehow running into Wesker. Mr Albert "mwahaha evil virus in people go BRRRRR" Wesker decides to make an agreement with Billy which meant he wouldn't be found and killed by any law enforcement.
Basically he gets the Wesker Mode treatment instead of Rebecca or Jill.
Cohen agrees to become part of Umbrella/Tricell, getting the p-30 injector and ends up training to be a B.O.W and, in the same effect, Weskers bodyguard/right hand. Eleven years later, Billy is around 36-37 (since we don't know his actual birthday) and he is part of Tricell along with Wesker. The events of Re5 are pretty similar except Rebecca is there (she could either replace Chris or be there along with Chris considering she's a medic) and, of course, she's worried for the person who saved her life eleven years ago.
I just like the idea of Billy being there because we get such little Billy and Rebecca content that it's annoying and I love them they are my favourite characters :3.

A 13 h 45, interrogatoire. A 15 h 45, réquisitoire.
Signataires: P. Valéry, F. Mauriac, G.Duhamel, H. Bordeaux, J. et J. Tharaud, L. Madelin, P. Claudel, E. Henriot, A. Chevrillon, prince de Broglie, duc de La Force, G. Music Will Survive You Music Never Ends Revisited
https://medium.com/@JacquesCoulardeau/music-will-survive-you-f2e1b563bc3
Music is an adventure. It can choke your life out of touch with the world. It can build around you and in your mind a world that is so real you may even forget to breathe. And music is at its best when voices tell a story haunted by the music itself. I even think that ballet is even more powerful since it offers the audience the bodies of the dancers for this audience to admire them, dream of them, desire them within the shrine of the dramatic story told by the voices and wrapped up in the music itself. And a silence comes in this sound world. The voices just suspend their gliding in the air and the dancers freeze in suspended movement. In such an instant of total suspension the mind, the soul, the senses, all are thrilled into admiration and ecstasy. And the silence comes to an end. Bliss comes back. Blessed be the music that never ends and only suspends its flight for one beat or half a beat. In the following numerous pages, whose number grows every quarter or so and will go on growing forever, or at least till death us parts, the newer pages are often at the top and open the collection. And this time it is John Adams and his operas that give the first opening salvo. More will come later. I am on Stravinsky right now. That will come later and I guess I could many older episodes. And enjoy the numerous pictures of this Musical Heaven. I can’t resist and give the reference to the book Ivan Eve and I have published together on Handel’s Agrippina and countertenors in opera. That should be the appetizer. Just enjoy it intensely. Olliergues August 23, 2019 Dr. Jacques COULARDEAU

PrinzRainier ... the Berlin Dude!
https://www.radioeins.de/musik/die-100-besten/wir-stehn-auf-berlin/
