Book 6: Called Upon

[STYX - Control Room]

Ortho: Of course not. We would never burden our newest family member with such a sight. He's currently sleeping, but when he wakes up - he'll be more in the new world than he ever was here.

Jayden: We won't let you do that.

Ortho: Oh. They might try to stop us, but you 3...I don't think so.

[Just then, the back of Jayden, Marcus, and Darius' Collars started flickering blue.]

Jayden (Screaming in pain as he grips his head): AHHHH!!! MY HEAD!!!

Marcus (Trying to pull the collar off): GET IT OFF!!!

Darius (Falls to his knees and clenches his head): GAHHHH!!!! NO MORE!!! PLEASE!!! I DON'T WANNA GOT BACK IN THE DARKNESS!!!

Azul: Pearl! *Runs to Marcus' side*

Ortho: I advise against removing those collars, as they are attached to a vital vein in the spinal cord. Attempting to remove them forcefully could result in severe brain damage or even death. The same goes for Unique Magic, Leona Kingscholar. Your King's Roar will destroy both the collars and the nervous system.

[Vil, Azul, and Jamil could do nothing but watch as the light was forcefully taken from their loved one's eyes. The screaming stopped and the 3 of them rose - once again as STYX Ferrymen.]

Ortho: Now. Ferrymen. You are needed in Tartarus.

Ferrymen Marcus, Jayden, and Darius: At once.

[The 3 of them leave just as more Ferrymen come to attack them.]

Charon Tropper: Eliminate!

Leona: Shit.

Azul: How do we get the collars off without affecting them in the process?

Jamil: We'll figure that out after we handle this.

Book 6: New Family Member

[STYX - Control Room]

[Under the cover of darkness, Vil & Darius escaped from Vil's Private Room and freed the others. Everyone headed to the Control Room after dealing with some Ferrymen and having Jamil control one of the Staff.]

Marcus (Glares at the Technician): Where is the Acting Director?!

Styx Technician: Mr. Shroud is...

???: If you're looking for my brother, he's here with me.

Darius: Ortho?

Jayden: What's going on here, Ortho?

[Ortho exposed that he and Idia were in Tartarus - The Underworld before thanking Vil for being his motivation for what he was doing.]

Vil: What do you mean?

Ortho: As long as Tartarus and the Underworld exist, we Watchmen can't leave the Island of Woe. But if we destroy the current world and rebuild it into one where we coexist with Phantoms... We'll be able to go anywhere! You see?

Marcus: You want to remake the world?! Are you crazy?!

[Ortho continued his villainous monologue but was seemingly unimpressed when everyone voiced that they would oppose them.]

Ortho: That's a shame. I guess none of you will be invited to the wedding.

Marcus: Wedding? What the hell are you talking about?

Ortho: Oh? You hadn't heard? I guess you didn't get the invites. I'm speaking of the union between My Big Brother & Newest Member of the Shroud Family, His Persephone.

Marcus: What... Oh, Sevens - Asher...

Azul: Asher... where is he? Where's my brother!?
