It depends on a bunch of factors! Your tolerance, the dosage, etc. I get mine from a dispensary and usually a cookie is 20 mg of THC/CBD, and I cut those into fourths. A gummy is 5mg, and I've had two of those. But I've also been using edibles for a few years now so I would definitely saw someone newer to it should go easy!
