Here is a review of the Oppo Find N2 Flip:
The Oppo Find N2 Flip is a good foldable smartphone. It has a large and vibrant display, a powerful processor, and a good camera system. The hinge is also very smooth and makes it easy to fold and unfold the phone. However, the phone is a bit bulky when folded, and it is also quite expensive. Overall, the Oppo Find N2 Flip is a good choice for those looking for a powerful and versatile foldable smartphone. However, it is not the best option for those who are looking for a compact and affordable phone. The Oppo Find N2 Flip is available in India for ₹89,999 (~$1,149). It is available in two colors: black and white.
Here are some pros and cons of the Oppo Find N2 Flip:
Pros: - Large and vibrant display - Powerful processor - Good camera system - Smooth hinge - Long battery life Cons: - Bulky when folded - Expensive - No IP rating - No wireless charging Overall, the Oppo Find N2 Flip is a good foldable smartphone with a few drawbacks. It is a good choice for those looking for a powerful and versatile phone, but it is not the best option for those who are looking for a compact and affordable phone. Quick review of Oppo Reno 3 Pro 5G design and camera
In early 2020, Oppo brand has officially launched two new 5G smartphones with their names, Oppo Reno 3 and smartphone Oppo Reno 3 Pro in China. Are you curious about this phone line? Please also @oppopronguyen00 quickly evaluate this Oppo Reno 3 Pro phone.
Tumblr media
Design evaluation
The Oppo Reno 3 Pro 5G phone has a design called hyperboloid, which is a 3D curved glass on both the front and back. With a unique design, it not only brings high aesthetics but also helps users have an extremely comfortable grip experience.
The bottom edge of the Reno 3 Pro smartphone is designed to place a USB Type-C charging port, external speakers, a microphone and a SIM slot. This will make the top of the device completely flat without a spot.
According to MobyGeek, the Reno 3 Pro is only 7.7mm thick and weighs only 171 grams. Besides, Oppo also confirmed that the only protruding part of this machine is the vertical camera cluster at the back. Because of this design, Reno 3 Pro is considered by many to be the thinnest smartphone at the moment.
Camera reviews
Despite being a smartphone in the mid-range segment, but Reno 3 Pro is not inferior to the high-end devices when owning a cluster of 4 cameras at the back. Sony IMX586 48 MP main sensor, combined with 8 MP ultra-wide lens 115 degrees, 13 MP telephoto lens with 5x hybrid zoom and 2 MP macro lens allows close-up shooting at a distance of 2.5 cm.
Besides, Oppo Reno 3 Pro also owns a selfie camera with 32 MP resolution and is located in the left corner of the screen with many beauty modes. OPPO Reno 3 Pro is OPPO's first phone to feature Ultra Steady 2.0 anti-shake film technology.
What do you think about the design and camera clusters of Oppo Reno 3 Pro? Do you like this ultra slim design? Please comment below.

Oppo Reno 3 Pro Review
New Post has been published on https://magzoso.com/tech/oppo-reno-3-pro-review/
Oppo Reno 3 Pro Review
Tumblr media
The Oppo Reno 3 Pro was launched in China late last year as a 5G enabled smartphone. Right after the China launch, we saw multiple rumours hinting that this smartphone would soon come to India, but then it seemed as though the Reno 3 Pro making its way to India would be a completely different device that only shares a name with its Chinese equivalent. Oppo finally took the wraps off the Reno 3 Pro earlier this month, and sure enough, a lot of these rumours have been confirmed.
Oppo’s Indian version of the Reno 3 Pro lacks 5G, but is the first smartphone to use the Mediatek Helio P95 SoC. In fact, this SoC was launched just ahead of the smartphone. That’s not all, the Reno 3 Pro also packs a 44-megapixel selfie camera and front depth sensor embedded into the display. With prices starting at Rs. 29,990, this phone goes up against the likes of the Realme X2 Pro (Review). Should you buy the Reno 3 Pro? We review it to find out.
Oppo Reno 3 Pro Design
The Oppo Reno 3 Pro launched in China has a curved-edge display and a single centred hole-punch camera similar to Samsung’s designs. However, the Oppo Reno 3 Pro launched in India features a flat panel with a dual hole-punch for the selfie cameras in the top left corner. The Reno 3 Pro has thin bezels on three sides of the screen while the chin is thicker. It also has an in-display fingerprint scanner, something we would expect from a smartphone at this price.
Oppo has positioned the earpiece just below the frame of the smartphone. The frame feels plasticky to the touch and does not get cold in an air-conditioned room. The back also had the same feel and that doesn’t inspire much confidence, as other devices in this price range use premium materials. All the buttons on the Reno 3 Pro are well-positioned and easy to reach while holding the device in one hand. The SIM tray is on the left of the device and it can hold two Nano-SIMs along with a microSD card.
Tumblr media
The Reno 3 Pro has a quad-camera setup
At the bottom, the Reno 3 Pro has a USB Type-C port, 3.5mm audio jack, loudspeaker, and the primary microphone, while the top has the secondary microphone. At the back, the Reno 3 Pro has a compact quad-camera module. While the bump isn’t too wide, it causes the device to rock slightly when placed on a flat surface. Oppo offers the Reno 3 Pro in three colours, Auroral Blue, Midnight Black, and Sky White. We had the Auroral Blue review unit and we liked the gradient finish on it.
We found the finish of our unit to be a fingerprint magnet. We would recommend that you use the clear case that Oppo bundles in the box. The company also ships the Oppo Reno 3 Pro with a 30W VOOC Flash Charge 4.0 charger for fast charging.
Oppo Reno 3 Pro specifications and software
Oppo Reno 3 Pro has a big 6.7-inch AMOLED display with a full-HD+ resolution. Colour output is good and you can tweak the colour temperature. We also found it bright enough to be used outdoors. The display is tall, and reaching the upper edge isn’t very easy when using the phone single-handed. Oppo has also added an in-display fingerprint scanner under the panel.
Powering the smartphone is the brand-spanking-new Mediatek Helio P95 SoC, an octa-core processor clocked at 2.2GHz, paired with 8GB of RAM. The smartphone is available in two storage variants, 128GB and 256GB. You do have the option to expand storage using a microSD card. The base variant is priced at Rs. 29,990 while the higher variant is priced at Rs. 32,990. Oppo currently only has the base variant on sale in India and is expected to bring the 256GB variant here later.
Connectivity options on the Oppo Reno 3 Pro include Bluetooth 5, Wi-Fi, and five navigation systems. The Oppo Reno 3 Pro has two Nano-SIM slots with support for 4G as well as VoLTE. The phone also packs in a 4025mAh battery and supports VOOC Flash Charge 4.0.
Tumblr media
It ships with Android 10 out of the box
The Oppo Reno 3 Pro runs ColorOS 7 on top of Android 10 and our review unit was running the March security patch. The UI is clean and easy to use, with several useful features. Swiping right from the homescreen takes you to the Smart Assistant tab. The smart sidebar has shortcuts to let you capture screenshots and begin screen recording, among other things, and is quite handy. You can use on-screen buttons for navigation or switch to swipe gestures.
Smart driving and riding modes can help reduce distraction by blocking notifications and incoming calls. You can tweak the driving mode so that calls from specific people are automatically answered and routed to the loudspeaker. Digital Wellbeing helps you monitor the time you spend on the device, and includes wind-down and focus mode. To protect personal information, Oppo can show dummy information to apps that ask for access to your contacts and messages.
Just like other Oppo and Realme smartphones, the Reno 3 Pro recommended that we download more apps while setting the device up. We did not install any of these, and in spite of that the Reno 3 Pro still had a fair amount of bloatware. Some apps push spammy notifications when launched, and we would recommend disabling the ones you don’t find useful.
Oppo also preinstalls its Soloop Video Editor on the Reno 3 Pro, which makes it convenient to edit videos for social media platforms.Game Space lets you block notifications while gaming and use both mobile data as well as Wi-Fi to improve online games.
Oppo Reno 3 Pro performance and battery life
Since the Oppo Reno 3 Pro is the first smartphone with the MediaTek Helio P95 SoC we were curious to see how it performs. It managed to deliver good performance without any stuttering or lag. Since our unit had 8GB of RAM we did not face any bottlenecks while multitasking. However, the phone did not feel as fast as some of the other phones we have used in this price bracket, such as the Realme X2 Pro.
We put the Reno 3 Pro through benchmarks to see how this new phone stacks up. First, we ran AnTuTu Benchmarks, in which it scored 225,538 points which is significantly lower than the 459,562 points that the Realme X2 Pro managed. In Geekbench 5’s single-core and multi-core tests, the Reno 3 Pro scored 401 and 1,519 points respectively. This smartphone also managed 47fps and 7.9fps in GFXBench’s T-Rex and Car Chase tests respectively. These scores are lower than those of the Realme 6, which we recently reviewed and which costs half as much as the Reno 3 Pro. Clearly, performance isn’t the strongest attribute of the Reno 3 Pro.
Tumblr media
The Reno 3 Pro houses a 4025mAh battery and supports 30W charging
We played PUBG Mobile on the device and it defaulted to the high settings with graphics set to HD and frame rate set to high. The game was playable without any lag or stutter. We played the game for 20 minutes and the device barely got warm to the touch. You should be able to play for long durations on this device without it feeling uncomfortable.
The Reno 3 Pro packs in a 4025mAh battery which is capable of delivering about a day and a half worth of usage from a single charge. In our HD video loop test, the smartphone managed to clock 18 hours and 12 minutes, which is a good score. Using the supplied 30W charger, we were able to charge the device up to 68 percent in 30 minutes, and fully in about an hour.
Oppo Reno 3 Pro Cameras
Premium Oppo smartphones are known for their camera performance, and we were expecting the Oppo Reno 3 Pro to deliver on this front. It packs in a quad-camera setup at the back consisting of a 64-megapixel primary sensor with an f/1.8 aperture, a 13-megapixel telephoto camera, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera with a 119-degree field of view, and a 2-megapixel mono camera. The rear camera setup is capable of 5x hybrid zoom and 20x digital zoom. At the front, this phone has a 44-megapixel selfie shooter along with a 2-megapixel depth sensor. Oppo has been heavily advertising this as a “44-megapixel dual camera setup” on the Reno 3 Pro.
The camera app on the Oppo Reno 3 Pro has Night, Portrait, Time-Lapse, Pano and Slo-Mo modes. It has quick toggles for HDR and Dazzle Colour (which bumps up contrast) and shortcuts for different filters that you can apply before taking a shot. AI Scene recognition is on by default and it was quick to detect what we were shooting. You can also take macros using the ultra-wide-angle camera as it has autofocus.
Photos taken in daylight had good amounts of detail, and text at a distance was legible on zooming in. We also liked the dynamic range of shots captured in daylight. The wide-angle-camera helps capture a wider field of view but there is a considerable drop in quality when compared to the primary camera. Shots taken with the telephoto camera were sharpened which was visible on zooming into the image. 5x hybrid zoom offers decent details too.

Close-ups shot with the Oppo Reno 3 Pro turned out quite well and the smartphone manages to lock focus very quickly. Portraits also looked good, and the phone managed good edge detection. It also lets you set the level of blur before you take the shot.
Tumblr media

Photos taken in low light had decent quality but you will notice grain on zooming in. The wide-angle camera offers a wider view but at the cost of detail. The night mode on the Oppo Reno 3 Pro produces brighter images with better details.
Tumblr media

Tumblr media

The Oppo Reno 3 Pro captures good selfies but these weren’t as detailed as what we’ve seen from some of the other phones we’ve tested. Beautification is enabled by default, but you do have the option to turn it off completely. You can also shoot selfie portraits thanks to the secondary front camera. The Reno 3 Pro managed good edge detection and blurred out backgrounds correctly. We noticed some lag in the viewfinder before taking shots.
Tumblr media
Oppo Reno 3 Pro selfie sample (tap to see resized image)
Video recording maxes out at 4K for the primary camera while the selfie shooter is restricted to 1080p. You do have the option to shoot using the different cameras and can also switch while a video is being recorded. Video taken in daylight was well stabilised at 1080p, however 4K footage wasn’t stabilised. In low light, we noticed a slight shimmer effect in the output. There is a super-steady mode as well which stabilises video better, but we noticed a focus hopping issue in low light.
Verdict
The sub-Rs.30,000 segment has been buzzing for a while now, not only because of new launches but also from high-end devices that have gotten price cuts. This segment is slowly getting competitive again, with value-for-money options such as the Realme X2 Pro (Review) which not only packs a powerful Snapdragon 855+ but also has a 90Hz panel. The Asus 6Z (Review) is another device which has a Snapdragon 855 SoC and is now available for under Rs. 30,000.
In comparison, the Oppo Reno 3 Pro does not offer the same kind of performance. Its relatively weak processor is evident in our benchmarks. However, it isn’t terrible for everyday use, and if you aren’t a power user, you won’t really notice the difference. Camera performance is decent for the price, but this phone could do with a few tweaks to improve video quality in low light. You can consider the Reno 3 Pro for its camera capabilities, but if you are looking for the maximum value for your money, the Realme X2 Pro should be your pick.

IPHONE 11 PRO REVIEW: MAJOR BATTERY AND CAMERA IMPROVEMENT OVER PREVIOUS APPLE PHONES
Consistently in September, Apple presents its New iPhones, and consistently, a high level of Android devotees laugh at what they consider to be an obsolete tech.
This year is maybe much simpler to do as such, as the iPhone 11 Series of telephones have kept the 2017 iPhone X plan language for a third straight year, and the two most striking new equipment augmentations a wide-point camera and a bigger, almost 4000 mAh battery–are highlights that Android fans expect on even spending sub-$300 telephones.
Yet, simply taking a gander at equipment parts in a vacuum is an extremist method for assessing a Smartphone, a do-it-all PC that has turned out to be imperative in our every day lives.
Thus while Android handsets, given the unquestionably progressively focused and ferocious scene, is continually going to be offer all the more bleeding edge tech–we as of now have a 5G-prepared foldable Android with six cameras, for instance the iPhone experience is more than the entirety of its equipment parts.
(I really tried the bigger iPhone 11 Pro Max model, yet other than screen and battery estimates, the 11 Pro Max is indistinguishable from the littler 11 Pro, so for straightforwardness, I'll allude to the telephone as 11 Pro all through the audit with the exception of when discussing battery execution)
Tumblr media
Equipment: old structure, however solid and refined
For the primary half decade of iPhone's presence, Apple gave the iPhone a plan redesign at regular intervals. That, evidently, is no more, as the iPhone 11 Proline keeps a three-year-old plan, the second successive three-year equipment cycle in iPhone history (iPhones 6, 6S, and 7 kept a similar structure, as well).
I need to concede, as an Android aficionado who sees energizing new structure factors at regular intervals, this three-year-old iPhone X plan language is beginning to feel stale. The iPhone 11 Pro has just a single promptly recognizable equipment change over a year ago's telephone: that square-molded camera module. Nearly everything else, from the size of the indent to the presentation goals, is actually equivalent to previously.
In any case, there's no denying the iPhone 11 Pro is all around built. The 11 Pro keeps the tempered steel outline from the iPhone X, and it is discernibly more strong than aluminum railings on most Android telephones. Apple says its glass back is likewise strengthened to be most grounded available, a case I can't vouch as I haven't dropped the telephone, however, I do feel that the glass feels increasingly thick.
The Vivo Nex 3 and Samsung Galaxy Note 10, with their slimmer bezels, bended screens, and absence of a monster indent are better looking telephones as I would like to think, yet the iPhone 11 Pro plan, with adjusted corners and no screen ebb and flow is simpler to utilize, simpler to deal with and ought to be marginally increasingly strong.
Cameras: triple focal point done right
Tumblr media
Apple is late to the wide-edge camera game–I've been addressing about the supportiveness of the point of convergence since 2016–anyway clearly, Apple has done it right. On various other wide-edge camera commitments, for instance, on Huawei's P30 Pro or Oppo's Reno, pictures caught by the wide-edge focal point contrast uncontrollably from principle sensor photographs in shading science and dynamic range. This is because of the wide-point focal point as a rule utilizing a second rate sensor (Note: Huawei may have fixed this issue with the Mate 30 Pro, however I haven't got the opportunity to test it yet).
On the iPhone 11 Pro, the wide-edge focal point produces pictures that are for the most part steady with the fundamental camera, yet additionally fax long range focal point, in shading science and dynamic range. This degree of progression between focal points require additional exertion from phonemakers, and Apple having increasingly absolute authority over its equipment and programming structure likely improved the situation.
Three shots caught with every one of the iPhone 11 Pro's three focal points. The consistency in lighting, shading science and presentation over each of the three pictures are noteworthy and once in a while found in Android gadgets.
Tumblr media
Discussing coherence, Apple has additionally adjusted its camera programming to permit increasingly consistent exchanging between the three focal points when shooting recordings. In the event that I pivot the on-screen zoom dial moderate enough, I can get a generally liquid zoom from the wide-edge focal point (generally 13mm identical) right to the fax's lossless 2X zoom (56mm proportionate). On most other Android telephones, a similar activity brings about a brief instant respite when the camera switch focal points.
This is finished device nerd nitpicking incidentally, as most of cell phone clients won't see or even care about a minor hiccup during video zooming. In any case, it's seemingly insignificant details like this that demonstrate Apple's regard for subtleties.
Concerning generally picture quality? Superb. The principle the camera is truly fit, with the telephone's new A13 Bionic chip making a radiant showing of always examining scenes to decide the correct parity. When all is said in done, I think the iPhone camera is the most sham evidence camera, in that you can simply simple to use and anticipate a decent, usable photograph.
Other telephone cameras, similar to the framework in the Huawei's P30 Pro or Samsung's Note 10, have higher roofs for clients who expertise to shoot and change settings, however they additionally have lower floors, as Samsung's sensors have moderate screen speed that frequently show moving people as a haze, and Huawei's cameras, for all its zoom and low light wizardry, at some point flubs the nuts and bolts like picture adjustment and keeping characteristic skin tones.
The iPhone 11 Pro, similar to the iPhone X or XS, reliably leaves me with quality shots. Apple's Live Photos include, which is a short video cut that happens when the photograph, further helps, as I can pick a particular edge from the video to supplant as the primary still picture if need.
One shortcoming of the iPhone cameras in years past was low-light execution, because of other telephone marks just having all the more dominant equipment (bigger sensors) and increasingly computerized fraud (night mode). Apple has for the most part gotten up to speed here, as well, with an improved principle sensor and presenting its own night mode.
Tumblr media
Much the same as the night mode that Huawei initially presented in March of 2018, Apple's night mode rapidly catches a progression of pictures in progression some underexposed some overexposed–and after that the A13 Bionic chip pulls data from every one of the pictures and fastens them together for one better lit, better adjusted photograph. As the samples below show, the 11 Pro’s night mode does a good job of adding enough light to a dark scene, while keeping the overall mood of the scene. The first set of night mode samples below was taken in a dark alley after hours.
The iPhone 11 Pro's the picture is preferable adjusted over the Note 10's
In the above example, Note 10's night mode-created shot looks similarly on a par with the iPhone's, however, zoom nearer and I could see that Samsung's sensors overexposed the lights inside the structure, Apple's shot is the predominant picture.
In complete pitch dark conditions, as in the example beneath, the iPhone 11 Pro's night mode can do some incredible things and is a colossal bounce from a year ago's XS, however Huawei's P30 Pro still delivered a much more keen picture.
Low light examples
Tumblr media
The iPhone 11 Pro camera is an exceptional update over a year ago's XS in extraordinary lowlight conditions, however Huawei's P30 Pro still successes just barely with a more honed picture generally speaking.
Two territories of the camera experience iPhones have consistently exceeded expectations in are bokeh representation pictures and video recording, and the iPhone 11 Pro keeps the lead in the previous and pushes the lead considerably more with the last mentioned.
The 11 Pro catches regular pictures with fantastic edge discovery, free of all the beautification over-handling that infections Chinese and South Korean telephones (that is essentially all different telephones, coincidentally). In the interim, the 11 Pro's video recording has made a major jump over a year ago's as of now fantastic XS, with improved adjustment and cameras that reliably locate the correct equalization.
In the video test underneath took shots during the evening intentionally on the grounds that low light recordings are altogether progressively hard to do well–the iPhone 11 Pro's clasp is perceptibly smoother and preferable adjusted over similar clasps shot with the Samsung Galaxy Note 10 and Vivo Nex 3. The last two telephones totally victory the brilliant lights originating from the exercise center over the road, and there is an unmistakable absence of OIS with the Nex 3's camera.
Programming: Apple idiosyncrasies and determination brings inventiveness yet additionally disappointments
Tumblr media
One of the real motivations to pick Apple over Android is auspicious programming refreshes. Apple's iPhone 11 Pro sends with iOS 13–the just-discharged Apple programming and an update is coming in two days. In the interim, on the off chance that you purchase a freshest Samsung, LG or Oppo telephone today, despite everything they'll be running Android 9 when Android 10 is out.
iOS 13, which I canvassed top to bottom here, is a for the most part iterative update that refines Apple's portable OS. New includes that I find exceptionally helpful incorporates swipe composing (you type by running your finger through the console as opposed to tapping) and "dim mode" (the framework UI receives for the most part dark or dim hues), yet these are highlights a decent Android skin, for example, OnePlus' OxygenOS or Xiaomi's EMUI, have offered for a considerable length of time.
iOS 13
Tumblr media
iOS 13 screen captures, indicating "dim mode" interface (left); a progressively powerful photograph display (center); and swiping console (right).
Despite everything i'm disappointed by Apple's difficult programming rules, for example, compelling us to put applications in a top-down, left-to-right network (Android telephones offer free home screen frameworks: I can put applications anyplace on the homescreen); video recording settings, for example, a goals and edge rate are as yet covered inside the fundamental settings page rather than in the camera application; and Apple's graceless notices (my iPhones urges me to pursue Apple Pay or purchase more iCloud stockpiling ever couple of days with a red notice symbol bubble)
Eventually, despite everything I favor Android's unending customization, however I should yield that at whatever point I utilize an iPhone I do locate the consistent idea of the Apple biological system exceptionally helpful. AirDrop, which permits quick and simple moving of documents between Apple gadgets, is profoundly valuable, and there isn't an Android proportionate yet, however Oppo, Xiaomi and Vivo are attempting to construct one.
I additionally love that, in the event that one of my Apple gadgets has effectively associated with WiFI, at that point my next Apple gadget can interface without expecting to type in the secret phrase once more. Additionally, Safari auto-filling monotonous data, for example, my location or record secret phrase by filtering my face still dazzles me on the 200th time.
At that point there's the astounding Apple Watch–which just works with iPhones–and all these other little Apple things like having the option to utilize an iPhone as a remote control for Apple TV, and I thoroughly comprehend why there are gigantic lumps of the world who love utilizing iPhones.
Thicker body, greater battery, more continuance
Another significant issue I had with utilizing iPhones in the past was that, with an end goal to pursue slimness, practically all iPhones in the past had disappointing battery life. I'm a substantial client, so no iPhones from 2007 to 2017 could last me a whole day. I would consistently need to discover a divider attachment or haul out my versatile battery pack when utilizing an iPhone.
Tumblr media
Apple fixed that with a year ago's iPhone XS Max, which definitely improved battery life to the point that the telephone could nearly go a whole day for me. I'm glad to report that the 11 Pro Max takes another jump forward. During my seven day stretch of survey, I have completed 12-hour days with almost 25% battery life left which is phenomenal.
Thicker however better
The 11 Pro Max is 8.1mm thick, 4mm thicker than a year ago's iPhone XS Max
Apple's promoting group clarifies the improved battery life by ascribing it to a progressively productive processor, and keeping in mind that that is no uncertainty halfway obvious, actually battery life has additionally improved basically in light of the fact that Apple has packed a bigger battery inside the gadgets.
The 11 Pro Max is thicker than past iPhones, and the mass is because of the bigger battery. Apple won't reveal battery size, yet some tech nerds have effectively dismantled the new iPhones and found that the 11 Pro Max has a close to 4000 mAh cell inside, which is a tremendous bounce from earlier years.
I think I represent everybody: we will take a somewhat thicker telephone on the off chance that it implies we don't need to stress over battery life. I haven't tried the Standard 11 Pro, yet I'm hearing that telephone's battery should last throughout the day, as well.
Different bits of iPhone 11
I haven't discussed the iPhone 11 Pro's screen yet, however it's superb. The OLED boards are sourced from Samsung, yet Apple calibrates the showcase itself and in run of the mill Apple style, it's about parity. The 11 Pro screens aren't as punchy as, state, Samsung's own Note 10 screens, however proficient picture takers and visual fashioners as a rule incline toward the more consistent with life shading temperature of iPhone's OLED screens.
Tumblr media
Apple additionally made the screens more brilliant this year, and it's HDR 10-agreeable. On the whole, there's not a thing to gripe about with the new iPhone screens. Notwithstanding, I do think the iPhone indent, which I approved of in 2017, presently feels terribly enormous, in light of the fact that I've been ruined by totally continuous presentations of Oppo, OnePlus and Vivo telephones.
I comprehend the indent is important until further notice for Face ID, however I believe that I'd penance Face ID for a scoreless iPhone on the off chance that I can. Dependable bits of gossip say Apple is dealing with an in-show unique mark peruser, so maybe one year from now's iPhones will have a little score.
Refined, Excellent, if not earth-shattering
In a time of foldable telephones, 120Hz presentations and 5G-prepared telephones, it's difficult to take a gander at the iPhone 11 Pro and state it's a pivotal discharge. Be that as it may, what Apple has done is address the past shortcomings of iPhones (crummy battery life and absence of camera central length flexibility), and the final product is a refined item that has no glaring blemish.
It's additionally difficult to state the New iPhones are decent esteem when Xiaomi and Oppo are siphoning out truly elevated quality handsets at under $400. In any case, the individuals who are put resources into Apple's biological system likely can save them money, and in many created nations the iPhones can be obtained with substantial bearer sponsorships, so I think the typical $1,100-in addition to asking cost isn't a dealbreaker.
Faithful iPhone clients will completely feel a noteworthy overhaul on the off chance that they change to the 11 Pro Max, and truly, I realize Android fans who were not intrigued by the iPhone before will even now laugh at the iPhone 11 Pro, however, once more, I imagine that is foolhardy.
The fact of the matter is a biological system that works by it's very own way of thinking, and having the option to pick or for my the situation, routinely switch–between them is a benefit tech lovers underestimate.
Tumblr media
As prosaic and eyeroll-instigating as it is when Apple executives and fans state the iPhone "just works," there is truth to this. The iPhone 11 Pro's cameras is the camera I'd prescribe to anybody paying little respect to aptitude level; and Apple's application biological the system is the most complete for easygoing clients.

Oppo Find X2 Pro Review: Oppo Finds the Sweet Spot

Oppo Find X2 Pro Review: Oppo Finds the Sweet Spot
"The Oppo Find X2 Pro is a beautiful phone with the latest hardware."
Stunning OLED screen
Quick charge
Versatile camera that takes great photos
High-performance SoC with 5G
Expensive
Phone software seems unreliable
How do you follow the Oppo Find X? It was ahead of its time in design, gave us an innovative and unusual motorized camera, and even had a completely crazy version of Lamborghini. It seems that Oppo himself wasn't entirely sure what to do since it took 20 months for the company to develop a sequel.
Get to know the Oppo Find X2 Pro, a phone that isn't as visually striking as the Find X, but is even more powerful.
Andy Boxall / DigitalTrends
I've spent a few weeks on the phone since it was unveiled, and it has impressed me more than any other Oppo phone before. This is due to advances in software and design. It's not perfect, but it's the first Oppo phone that I can confidently recommend. Here's why.
design
Oppo's decision to make the Find X2 Pro more conventional is the right one. I miss the madness of the Find X and other Find series phones as much as the next tech fan, but they weren't always practical. The Find X2 looks normal, maybe to the point where it feels derived from the front. However, the orange vegan leather back wall and gold accents prove that Oppo's design department still knows how to party.
Andy Boxall / DigitalTrends
The beautifully curved 6.7-inch OLED screen falls off to the side, but not to the extent that you see on the Huawei Mate 30 Pro. It's a more subtle, shallow drop that still offers an impressive viewing experience. Oppo's light effect notifications use the curved glass to warn you and display colored light when you receive a call or new message. It stands out, keeps you up to date and looks cool.
A golden aluminum case is located between the front window and the vegan leather back. It's smooth and gently curved so it won't get into your palm while the leather back feels warm. The Oppo Find X2 Pro is a pleasure to hold.
Andy Boxall / DigitalTrends
The leather has no heavy grain and only the slightest texture, but it is easy to grip. The phone never feels like it's slipping out of your hand. Whether the gold and orange color scheme is appealing depends on your personal choice. If it is too gaudy, a black ceramic model is available. Personally, I love the orange leather, but I don't like the chintzy gold, and the Oppo badge looks like an afterthought.
Andy Boxall / DigitalTrends
The leather model is slightly thicker and heavier than the black ceramic Find X2 Pro. With a thickness of 9.5 mm and 200 grams, it is a fairly large phone, especially compared to the feather-light Samsung Galaxy S20 Plus with a thickness of 186 grams and a thickness of 7.8 mm. It's still pluggable and never feels unwieldy, but is slightly top-heavy. The design, the high-quality materials and the processing as well as the excellent comfort in the hand make the Find X2 a mature and desirable phone.
screen
Oppo has put a lot of technology into the Find X2 Pro's screen, and it really pays off. The 6.7-inch OLED offers a refresh rate of 120 Hz, a resolution of 3168 x 1440, 240 Hz touch sampling, 10-bit color and HDR10 + support as well as the so-called O1 Ultra Vision Engine to optimize the Video performance. The Oppo Find X2 competes strongly with the Samsung Galaxy S20 Plus and the Apple iPhone 11 Pro, two powerful mobile phones with breathtaking screens.
Andy Boxall / DigitalTrends
The Find X2 offers numerous options for changing the screen, including adjusting the color temperature and color mode, as well as the ability to turn off the O1 Ultra Vision Engine if you don't like motion smoothing or HDR upscaling. If the color temperature is set to the standard setting, the O1 Ultra Vision Engine and the color mode to Vivid, it hardly differs from the S20 Plus in direct comparison. Black is deep, shadows look perfect, colors are vivid and strong and details are sharp. It is a stunning screen with numerous adjustments if you wish.
The Find X2 Pro, which is also equipped with Dolby Atmos support, features two full-range stereo speakers. The speakers have a lot of volume, and Atmos also adds an extra dimension, but the phone lacks bass and can sound harsh when you turn up the volume.
The Oppo Find X2 Pro (top), Samsung Galaxy S20 Plus (bottom left). and iPhone 11 Pro (bottom right). Andy Boxall / DigitalTrends
During the first few days of use, I was concerned that the screen was not responding slightly, which was contrary to the 240 Hz touch sampling function. On my early test model, a screen protector was attached that was lifted up at one corner, eliminating the feeling of lag. I should also mention the phone's haptic feedback, which is wonderfully soft and tactile and comes very close to the excellent vibrations of the OnePlus 7T Pro.
Camera quality
The oversized camera on the back of the Find X2 Pro, which is held in gold, has a 48-megapixel Sony IMX689 1 / 1.4-inch main sensor with an aperture of 1: 1.7 and a second 48-megapixel -Sony IMX586 ultra-wide sensor and a 13 megapixel telephoto lens for a 2x optical zoom as well as a 5x and 10x hybrid setting and up to 60x digital recording. There is double optical image stabilization, live HDR for video and a macro mode as well as an auto focus with laser and phase detection.
Andy Boxall / DigitalTrends
The camera app looks familiar if you've recently used a Huawei phone. From the zoom controls to the menu selection, the layout of the app is strikingly similar. I took pictures before and after an important software update and liked a lot of pictures of both. The camera takes colorful and detailed photos that approach a cooler palette than a Samsung camera. The atmosphere of mobile phones like the Huawei P40 Pro can also be missing.
There's a noticeable difference in dynamics between the standard 48-megapixel lens (Sony's new IMX689 sensor) and the wide-angle IMX586, which weakens the colors. However, if you enable Oppo's "Dazzle" color mode, which uses artificial intelligence to enhance your images, the level of saturation will be increased to compensate for this. Edge detection in portrait mode is average and sometimes difficult to recognize even the simplest shapes. However, the large sensor creates a decent natural bokeh when there is an object nearby.
On the front is a 32 megapixel selfie camera in a small hole that offers both a beauty mode and a night mode. This unusual addition to the selfie camera is surprisingly effective and does a good job of reducing noise in low light, but processing time is long. However, I can see that it is useful for many people. Otherwise, the selfie camera has numerous filters and a decent portrait mode.
The Oppo Find X2 Pro's camera is excellent. It's versatile, has great zoom and lots of useful features, and delivers strong photo results whether you're using the front or rear camera. It is reliable and capable.
Software and performance
Software is a traditional weakness of Oppo phones, and previous versions of ColorOS (the company's Android user interface) were filled with frustrating changes to normal Android features.
Andy Boxall / DigitalTrends
Fortunately, Oppo changed course. The Oppo Find X2 Pro ships with ColorOS v7.1 via Android 10. It is more modern and uses clean storage much better to improve usability. The user interface is similar to Android on a Google Pixel 4 phone in that menus and icons look consistent and are where you expect them to be. Thanks to the screen with a refresh rate of 120 Hz, it is also quick and smooth.
The importance of this cannot be overstated. Daily use of the Find X2 Pro is more of a pleasure than a duty, since almost no matter which phone you come from, no steep learning curve is required after switching. The constantly active screen is helpful and clearly shows notification symbols. I also like the system-wide dark mode.
It's not all good news, and the problems I've had with the Oppo Reno 3 Pro are present, e.g. B. the useless Smart Assistant that you wipe from the home screen. However, since Oppo fixed other issues, these are disappointments in an otherwise solid user interface.
The phone has a Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 processor and an X55 5G modem as well as 12 GB RAM and 512 GB storage space. Going through two benchmark tests gave these results.
3DMark: 6.523 (volcano)
Geekbench 5: 901 single-core / 3266 multi-core
This is the fastest Qualcomm processor available and has a large amount of RAM, so the Find X2 Pro never lacks the performance. The results have driven it forward in tests with the Exynos-based Galaxy S20 Plus and with phones with the Snapdragon 855 Plus such as the Asus ROG Phone 2.
Andy Boxall / DigitalTrends
Andy Boxall / DigitalTrends
Andy Boxall / DigitalTrends
I had some problems with calls. Although the reception was strong according to the symbol and was not technical, I often had problems hearing the caller and vice versa. It seemed like I was in an area with poor coverage and disruption before I reconnect. The problem only occurred with Find X2 Pro. It was intermittent, so not every call was affected, suggesting that it was a software problem.
Battery life
The Find X2 Pro has a built-in fingerprint sensor and a face release, both of which work very well. Face recognition usually beats faster than the fingerprint sensor. A 4,260 mAh battery, which is actually two 2,130 mAh cells that work together, provides the juice. This setup helps the Oppo SuperVOOC Flash Charge 2.0 fast charging system to work and keep temperatures low.
Andy Boxall / DigitalTrends
The battery is quickly charged with the supplied 65 W charger. In just 30 minutes in my repeated tests, it shot from 0 to 100%, which essentially makes overnight charging unnecessary. Charge the phone when you get ready in the morning, and it's done before you're done. Unfortunately there is no wireless charging.
I watched approximately 3.5 hours of 1080p video, which drained about 35% of the battery, and the phone took a day of moderate use.
Price, availability and guarantee
The Oppo Find X2 Pro costs £ 1,100 and can currently be ordered from Amazon in the US for $ 1,300. It will be released in May. You can register interest on the phone through the Carphone Warehouse retailer website. However, there is no information yet about which network operators will sell the phone. Oppo does not sell its devices in the United States, but it may be possible to import one. Oppo grants a two year warranty on the device and the battery.
Our opinion
The Find X2 Pro is Oppo at its best. It offers the performance we expect from a flagship phone, without the inconvenience of previous Find models and yet enough individuality to respond. The screen is stunning, the camera is excellent and the software has improved a lot compared to old models.
All of this at a high price that puts Oppo in the same space as Samsung, Apple and Huawei. That is rightly so, but it remains to be seen whether Oppo has the brand name to attract at this level.
Is there a better alternative?
There are a lot of phones out now, and some will be coming very soon to take on the Oppo Find X2 Pro. The Samsung Galaxy S20 Plus for $ 1,000 is strong with very good software, a great camera, and one of the best screens available. However, the design is boring compared to the Find X2 Pro. The $ 1,400 Galaxy S20 Ultra and its 108-megapixel camera also come into play at this price.
The Huawei P40 Pro costs £ 900, which is about $ 1,115. Therefore, it will be offered at a competitive price when it is released in April. The design is more mature than that of the Find X2 Pro, and the camera has great potential, but the lack of Google Mobile Services puts it at a disadvantage in the UK. If you're not fixated on buying an Android phone, the Apple iPhone 11 for $ 1,000 Pro is our top choice for the year to date.
I also like the Samsung Galaxy Note 10 Plus for $ 1,100, which is a little older, but is still an excellent smartphone. One to watch out for in the near future is the OnePlus 8 series. OnePlus is part of the same business conglomerate as Oppo and will launch its new phones on April 15th. There is every chance that OnePlus 8 Pro will take over the Find X2 Pro at a cheaper price.
How long it will take?
With IP68 water resistance, the phone stays relatively safe in the wet, and the version with leather back should stay attractive longer because it has no fingerprints or can break like a glass back. Ceramic is tougher and more scratch-resistant than glass if you choose the black version.
Oppo's track record with Android updates isn't great. The original Find X, the RX17 Pro and the Oppo Reno 10x Zoom are expected to receive ColorOS 7 and Android 10 in summer 2020. Android 10 was released in September 2019. If you buy the Find X2 Pro, you can wait a while for an update to Android 11.
Should you buy one?
Yes. The stunning screen, excellent photo functions, fast charging and 5G for future security ensure that the Find X2 Pro will serve you well every day for several years.

Oppo Reno 3 Global Variant to Be Launched on March 16 With Quad Rear Cameras
Tumblr media
Oppo Reno 3 global variant will be launched on March 16 in Sri Lanka, the company revealed through a Facebook post. The post comes along with a short teaser video showing off the Aurora Blue variant of the phone and its quad rear cameras. It says ‘#StayClearInEveryShot’ boasting of the rear cameras and the selfie shooter within the notch. This comes after the specifications leak that shed some light on the expected camera configuration. This will be the international version of the Oppo Reno 3 as it has been previously released in the Chinese market.
The Facebook post by Oppo Sri Lanka reads, “The stunning design of the #OPPOReno3 makes you feel comfortable all the day. #StayClearInEveryShot Launching on 16th March!” The video shows some vague imagery but, it is obvious that the focus is on the performance of the cameras. From the recent specifications leak of the Oppo Reno 3, the phone is expected to have a 48-megapixel primary camera, a 13-megapixel telephoto camera, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide shooter, and a 2-megapixel mono camera. The selfie shooter is 44-megapixels. Comparing it to the Chinese variant released in December last year, there is a slight difference in the cameras as that has a 64-megapixel main camera, a 2-megapixel depth, and a 2-megapixel depth mono camera, along with the 8-megapixel ultra-wide lens. The front camera is 32-megapixels.
The Chinese variant is powered by the MediaTek Dimesity 1000L SoC while the international variant of the Oppo Reno 3 is expected to have a MediaTek Helio P90 SoC. The former has 5G support while the latter is expected to skip that connectivity option. Both the variants REPORTEDLY have the same battery capacity at 4,025mAh.
While the launch of the international variant of the Oppo Reno 3 is still awaited, the company has already launched the Oppo Reno 3 Pro variant in India at Rs. 29,990 for the 128GB variant and Rs. 32,990 for the 256GB model.

Xiaomi Mi 10, Mi 10 Pro launch
After weeks of teasers and leaks, Xiaomi’s new flagship Mi 10 smartphone pair was unveiled during an online presentation this week. Xiaomi Mi 10 and Mi 10 Pro share a number of specifications but there are a lot of differences as well. The Mi 10 series price starts at CNY 3,999 (roughly Rs. 41,300) in China. There is no word on India launch right now but Xiaomi India chief Manu Kumar Jain did tease Mi 10 and Mi 10 Pro India release, however warned the consumers that the India prices won’t be in line with the Chinese pricing.
In terms of the specifications, both Xiaomi Mi 10 and Mi 10 Pro run on MIUI 11, based on Android 10, and are powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 SoC. The phones feature a hole-punch design with a 6.67-inch AMOLED Curved full-HD+ display with 90Hz refresh rate. Additionally, you will get in-screen fingerprint sensor, IR blaster, 5G support, Wi-Fi 6, and NFC on both phones.

MWC 2020 cancelled
Following the decision of a number of major mobile phone companies and telecom giants to pull out of this month’s MWC Barcelona trade fair over coronavirus fears, the GSM Association (GSMA) decided to cancel the whole event. Because of the cancellation, some smartphone makers have postponed their launch events that were supposed to take place one or two days ahead of the MWC 2020’s official public opening, while others are hosting online-launches directly from Barcelona.
Mobile World Congress Cancellation: Counting the Cost of the No-Show Trade Fair
MWC 2020 cancellation will have not only impact Barcelona’s economy but will also lead to monetary losses for companies that were ready to showcase their wares at the event and were planning for weeks. Smaller companies will be impacted the most as such trade fairs give them an opportunity to highlight their products in front of global media and other attendees. GSMA’s decision to cancel hasn’t gone well with everyone as many are calling it unnecessary. Barcelona mayor and Spanish health authorities also said there was no reason to call off MWC. Additionally, World Health Organisation (WHO) noted that there is no reason to cancel large gatherings right now.
The panic wasn’t limited to just MWC 2020, Facebook also cancelled a global marketing event that was supposed to take place in San Francisco. The conference was scheduled to take place next month. Unlike MWC that was expected to host around 100,000 people, Facebook’s event would have only seen around 5,000 attendees.
iQoo 3 India launch on February 25
iQoo, which is Vivo’s sub-brand in China, officially made its India debut earlier this month. The brand insists that it is a separate legal entity in India and is not a Vivo sub-brand. Whatever the case, iQoo is getting ready to unveil its first phone in the country. Set to be called iQoo 3, the phone will be launched on February 25. From what we know so far, it is going to be a flagship phone. Alongside India, iQoo 3 is also being launched in China on February 25.
Recent teasers indicated that the iQoo 3 will come with a quad rear camera setup with a 48-megapixel primary camera sensor. The phone is also teased to pack UFS 3.1 storage. Additionally, it is expected that the phone will support 55W fast charging and sports a hole-punch design. The brand has also teased the phone’s long lasting battery and enhanced cameras.

Oppo Reno 3 launching in India on March 2
Chinese smartphone maker Oppo is all set to launch its Reno 3 Pro smartphone in India on March 2. The Reno 3 Pro model being released in India is going to be different from the Reno 3 Pro 5G released in China. One of the key differences that we already know is the presence of a dual selfie shooter on the front in dual hole-punch design. One of the front shooter is going to house a 44-megapixel image sensor, Oppo has teased. Additionally, the Reno 3 Pro will only support 4G LTE connectivity in India, unlike the China model.
Thanks to teaser images, we already know that there are going to be four rear cameras, however the details of the cameras are unclear. Other specifications of the phone are also a mystery right now but we can expect Snapdragon 700 or 800-series SoC, and around 6 to 8GB of RAM, and over 4,000mAh battery. We will know more when Oppo officially unveil the phone next month.
Redmi 8A Dual launch, Redmi Note 8 price hike
Xiaomi was quite busy this week and the company not only launched the Mi 10 series in China. It also introduced the budget Redmi 8A Dual phone in India and increased the price of Redmi Note 8. Talking about the Redmi 8A Dual first, the budget phone has been priced at Rs. 6,499 for the 2GB RAM + 32GB storage variant, while its 3GB RAM + 32GB storage option is priced at Rs. 6,999. The first sale for the phone has been scheduled for February 18.
Tumblr media
The dual-SIM (Nano) Redmi 8A Dual runs MIUI 11, based on Android 9 Pie, and features a 6.22-inch HD+ (720×1520 pixels) display. Under the hood, the smartphone has the Qualcomm Snapdragon 439 SoC, paired with up to 3GB of RAM. The Redmi 8A Dual has the dual rear camera setup as the USP. The camera setup includes a 13-megapixel primary sensor and a 2-megapixel depth sensor. Additionally, there is 8-megapixel selfie shooter on the phone and a 5,000mAh battery.
Huawei Watch GT 2 Review
Coming to Redmi Note 8 whose 4GB RAM model got a price hike this week. Xiaomi blamed the supply issues because of coronavirus outbreak in China as the reason for the price increase. Earlier, the phone’s 4GB + 64GB model used to sell at Rs. 9,999, now it is available at Rs. 10,499. The 6GB RAM version continues to retail at Rs. 12,999.
BSNL Bharat AirFibre broadband service expansion
In telecom news this week, Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) expanded the availability of its Bharat AirFibre service to Bihar, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Haryana, and Telangana. The state-owned telco is in plans to bring Bharat AirFibre service across all of its telecom circles in the near future. It was initially rolled out in Veenavanka of Telangana’s Karimnagar district in January.
Additionally, BSNL extended the validity of its Rs. 999 prepaid recharge plan. With the latest development, the Rs. 999 BSNL prepaid plan is valid for 270 days. This shows an increase over the existing 240 days validity. The update is applicable in the Chennai and Tamil Nadu circles for a limited period. The Rs. 999 BSNL prepaid recharge plan offers 250 minutes of voice calls throughout the validity — alongside access to personalised ringback tones (PRBT) for 60 days. It, however, doesn’t include any high-speed data benefits.

The Rs. 555 Vodafone prepaid plan previously offered 70 days validity and same benefits as the Rs. 499 plan. The new prepaid plan is available for both Vodafone and Idea Cellular subscribers, though it is initially limited to select circles. The Rs. 499 prepaid recharge plan brings unlimited local, STD, and roaming calls, along with 1.5GB high-speed data per day for 70 days. In other news, Honor finally started selling the 42mm model of its Magic Watch 2 smartwatch. It was originally supposed to go on sale last month, however, was delayed for unknown reasons.
