"I'm gonna rip you a new one" is probably the least effective threat to use on me simply because I spent the first 12 years of my life constipated

Fotolibros presentados:
‘Mother Goddess’, de @pinar_yolacan
‘Better days’, de @k.seunggu
‘Woman Takes a Leak in Public With no Shame’, de @persephn
‘The Ward’, de Gideon Mendel @gideonmendel
‘Primavera’, de @imalexdomenech
‘Bestiae’, de @ruthmontielarias
‘Eros & Thanatos’, de @theduanemichals
Más referencias que aparecieron:
‘My Birth’, de @carmen.winant
‘Las muertes chiquitas’, de Mireia Sallarès
‘Here’, de @richardmcguirehere

Jason refusing to admit that Bruce and him are alike, while Bruce being oblivious to their raging similarity is the funniest case scenario ever.
Tim, waking up after a nap, and seeing a familiar big figure standing with his back to him: Hey, Jason.
Bruce, turning around, confused: Jason left an hour ago.
Tim: ...Sorry, you look like twins
Bruce, sighing: I wish. But we are not, really.
Tim: ??????
Some goon, shivering from fear: B-Batman, please, spare me!
Red Hood, leaving the shadow, even madder than before: Do I look like fucking Batman to you, man?
Goon: I-I mean, when you are standing in the darkness with your arms on your chest, and say "Now, talk"—
Red Hood, irritated: One word, and I am putting a bullet in your empty head.
Goon: Yesss, sir.
Damian, staring as everyone in the house first put cereal in the bowl, and then add milk, while Jason and Bruce demonstratively (and obliviously) do it in the opposite order in the perfect synchronisation: Why do they—
Alfred, shaking his head: Please, don't point it out, Master Damian. Either way, they will start arguing, and Master Jason will instantly teach himself to do it in the opposite way.
Damian, rolling his eyes: Whatever.
Dick: So, do you all know that Bruce and Jason refuse to admit that they are alike?
Everyone: (nod)
Dick, smirking: I fucked up Bruce's files and Jason's guns in the span of a minute...
Everyone: Why would you do that—
Bruce and Jason, from the opposite sides of manor, in the same furious voice: RICHARD JOHN GRAYSON
Dick: ...Just to demonstrate to you THIS. Now, if you don't mind, I'll go get back to Blüdhaven.

Also increasingly aware that a LOT of people "manage" getting through the 40+ hour work week by sleeping less than is healthy and relying on stimulants like coffee and energy drinks to keep them going.
For people who are unwilling or unable to do this...work really does just dominate your life. Like we really should not have to rely on unhealthy practices just to have a social life or keep on top of housework or whatever.
I know I post about this a lot but I'm so TIRED all the time and it's just so depressing that this is how we're expected to spend the one life we have.

Once a Month Posting and Only Speaking When Spoken to... End of Discussion
I've come to realize it honestly makes no real difference if I try to be more active or not, on any site-- WIPs, final stuff, etc. I honestly am just discouraging myself at this point-- even to where I considered stopping things like anything "Corn Kidz 64" related 'cause why even if it's more annoying clutter than anything to everyone?
I mean, at least with purely original content, you're not exactly surprised when it doesn't perform like you'd hope. Yeah, I'm kinda tired of putting as much effort into and hurrying with getting things posted if it's gonna flop compared to something that probably took less time/effort (apologies if that's condescending, I promise I'm not skill-bashing and just going off of the realism of some things realistically taking less time to make).
So, I'm essentially "grounding" myself: no more posting for more than once a month, and no looking at social media unless directly messaged (I find it polite to answer ASAP and fear making someone feel ignored). If I'm worried about something happening to a finished product that could've been saved by posting it... Tough, Me, guess YOU should've been a little tougher and not done the whole "whiny comparison" game.
So, Ciao.

Very proud of Joel and what he has achieved but also we’ve got to give some major props to Gem for doing what no one else has been able to do and keeping that man away from his own self-destructive tendencies and his propensity towards insanity

the allergy i am seeing grow up around small talk in any form is troubling to me. do you know how to make friends with people in your physical environment? it typically starts with small talk. do you want to live in community? small talk. do you want to have the type of relationship with your neighbors where you can run over and borrow a battery for your smoke detector when it starts beeping at 10pm? small talk!! do you want leeway from your coworkers when you fuck up something small? you gotta be able to build a relationship and that's small talk, baybeee.
"but i don't need friends and i don't care about community!" okay, lone ranger, what about the people in your community who need you? "but i have social anxiety!" me too, bud! we simply must soldier on. making up lists of questions to ask people helps. and people are predisposed to be generous, i've found. even if you make some kind of mistake, what is this but the natural give and take of human interaction? nobody is perfect.
you were not put on this earth to live by yourself and then die. you need people and people need you. treat those around you with curiosity and generousness of spirit and you will gain so much goodwill in return.
