Ocu Shocks are scrapped Cyclopses enemies in an early version of Skylanders: SuperChargers. They would attack the Skylander in an also early version of Spell Punk Library, using their spears and being helped by Electroclopses, similar to Coldspear Cyclopses. It is unknown why these enemies were removed, and the only proof of their existence is a video of HUD testing from 2014 with their introduction video and 3D models in portfolios.

Unless they saved the hoe to "test" the MC later, but that doesn't seem plausible. (Unless it was Leander, but we know... for sure? That he wasn't involved)

That'd explain how Kuras is everywhere and anywhere [i.e. when Mhin saved the MC] in the speed of light - hence his "all seeing" nature stuff

Also, considering Mhin is also a Monster, it'd be pretty helpful in their hunting jobs [they did appear out of nowhere in the demo...]

Sporting 95% new components, the 2024 KTM EXC range is moving the goalposts further than ever before. Featuring an all-new frame, revolutionary closed-cartridge suspension, refined bodywork, LED headlight, and industry-defining technology, the latest generation of KTM Enduro machines are ready to accept any challenge. With over three decades of racing experience and more than 126 World Enduro titles in the trophy cabinet, KTM has remained the weapon of choice when it comes to taking on the world’s toughest races. For the 2024 model year, the KTM EXC nameplate continues to raise the bar in the areas of performance, development and innovation with its most radical transformation to date. An all-new hydro-formed, laser-cut and robot-welded frame forms the backbone of the 2024 KTM Enduro range. This brings new longitudinal and torsional flex parameters for unmatched rider feedback, energy absorption, and straight-line stability to the riding experience but also provides the foundation on which the 2024 model range is built. Upfront, the KTM EXC and EXC-F range now boast an all-new 48 mm WP XACT Closed Cartridge spring fork, featuring a new mid-valve piston concept that optimises oil flow within the cartridge. The KTM Enduro models continue to feature the proven PDS shock system, updated for 2024 in the form of a new WP XPLOR PDS rear shock, optimised to work fluidly with the new frame concept. As an industry first, the suspension at both ends remains fully adjustable for compression and damping by way of hand clickers, without the need for any tools, allowing easy preload adjustability on the rear. An all-new lightweight 2-piece subframe constructed from a combination of polyamide and reinforced aluminum delivers outstanding handling and rider feedback, as well as remarkable robustness. All electronic components, including an all-new Offroad Control Unit, are fully integrated into the subframe for easy access and improved protection. More notably, the 2024 KTM EXC range benefits from new bodywork all around. This has been developed with input from the Red Bull KTM Factory Riders to deliver an improved rider triangle for better knee contact, especially when standing on the pegs. A new front fender design now also features mud-repelling fins for expelling dirt and mud from hitting the rider or radiators, while a new 8.3 litre – 4-stroke – and 8.9 liter – 2-stroke – transparent, polythene (XPE) fuel tanks provide easy fuel level monitoring and complete the bodywork package. Monitoring the electronics comes courtesy of a totally independent OCU under the seat, which replaces the use of electronic fuses and relays. In the event of any electrical component failure, the outputs are deactivated individually, with the error status of each unit indicated by a red or green LED light. This makes for quick and easy troubleshooting while out on the trail. In terms of engines, the 2-stroke model range once again takes its place as the leader of the oil-burner paddock, debuting new electronic Throttle Body Injection technology, or TBI for short. It provides levels of ultra-smooth power deivery, reminiscent of carburettor performance, while eliminating the need for re-jetting at different altitudes. The reed valve case has also received an important design update, with new plastic flaps on the outside of the reed valve case for improved sealing of the intake tract. This new design avoids fuel excess in extreme up or downhill sections, which could lead to the fuelling running rich. A beneficial side effect of the new electronic fuel injection and the ECU is implementing the new electronic exhaust control, allowing for two different engine maps, selectable via an optional Map Select switch.

The 2024 KTM EXC 2-stroke range will once again consist of the following model line-up: ● KTM 150 EXC - £8,949.00 ● KTM 250 EXC - £9,949.00 ● KTM 300 EXC - £10,149.00 The 4-stroke model range provides the most concise offering of models. All models in the 4-stroke range benefit from class-winning engines, engineered to deliver massive torque down low with an explosive power delivery at higher RPMs. An improved centre of gravity was achieved by tilting the engine 2° backward and repositioning the front sprocket 3 mm lower, for greatly improved handling and maneuverability. Together with the benefits of mass centralisation and reduced weight, the anti-squat behavior of the chassis was significantly improved, making for improved traction on extreme inclines and powering out of corners in special enduro stages. The 2024 KTM EXC-F also debuts the optional addition of Traction Control and for the first time ever on an enduro machine – a Quickshifter function. The latter makes for clutchless upshifts from 2nd to 6th gear, allowing riders to keep the throttle pinned open while changing through the gears for improved control. These features can be switched on or off via an optional and newly designed Map Select Switch.

road trip hcs for reddie or boreo?

okay so before they even get to taking road trips, it takes a lot to get eddie to even trust being in richie’s car

when he first gets his license, everyone is super excited to have richie drive them around except eddie

eddie’s convinced if he even sits in that murder machine’s passanger’s seat, he’s going to die

“you’ll crash the car and kill me! then i'm gonna come back and haunt your ass for being such a dumbass!”

“aw, even when he’s dead and a ghost my eds can’t stay away from me-”

“shut the FUCK up!”

but richie starts to feel a little sad over it, because like, this is eddie

eddie and richie do everything together, they’re the power duo. richie keeps wondering how is he supposed to be one half of the duo if the other half won’t even get in his car?

so it starts off slow

richie drives up to the pharmacy one day, feeling grateful to see eddie inside buying something

probably for his mom

and richie leans against his car as eddie comes out of the store

richie starts begging eddie to let richie drive him home

it’s literally like a three minute drive

eddie would say no on the spot, but he notices how sad richie’s eyes and tone of voice are

he says yes

but eddie still doesn’t relax for one second in the car

it stings richie a little bit, but he brushes it off

when they arrive in one piece at eddie’s house, eddie is shocked but not entirely convinced this wasn’t just luck

whatever the reaction is, richie is just glad he got to finally have eddie sit in his car

from there forward, it’s a build-up of getting eddie to sit in richie’s car for longer amounts of time and feeling safe

richie starts making playlists to play of eddie’s favorite songs for the car

he’ll even drive eddie to fast food places and just have them eat in the car in the parking lot

eddie won’t admit it, but he starts to love driving with richie

he loves how it feels when the windows are up, music is soft, and richie has all of his attention on eddie and the road

it makes eddie feel like they’re the only two people in this world, and he’s fully okay with that 

soon enough, the fact that eddie was ever reluctant to drive with richie is distant and unfamiliar

richie points this out one night over the phone

“okay so, rich, the plan for tomorrow is first you’re gonna pass by and pick me up for school, then after school we’ll drive to the diner, then the comic book store for you, then i need to go check something out at the mechanic shop for bill, and then we’ll drive to the quarry. and after that, you can take me home”

richie laughs, “sounds like i’m your own personal chaffeur”

eddie goes to apologize for being rude, but riche cuts him off

“don't worry, you know i love driving around with you”

if eddie thinks about that sentence too much, his cheeks get hot

one day, richie bring up the idea of a small roadtrip

“are you insane? a roadtrip over the weekend? where would we even go?”

richie shrugs, “I don’t know, but i know we have monday off. so we could leave friday right after school, and come back monday night”

eddie thinks about it, and in all honesty, he isn’t too against the idea

it takes a while for him to convince his mother he has to spend the weekend at bill’s for a really big history project, but eventually, eddie is able to do it

richie just tells his parents the truth, and while they find the idea to be quite random, they give their permission

“i’ll even pay the gas, my good chap!”

went tozier laughs and shakes his head, “funny of you to think i even considered paying for it myself, that’s all yours bud”

when went leaves the living room, maggie turns to richie, “eddie, huh? he’s always been so nice”

she doesn’t need to elaborate for richie to undestand, and it makes him wonder how obvious his crush on his best friend really is

he just blushes and smiles at his mom

so friday morning, richie picks eddie up at his house, and eddie throws in his bag for the weekend in richie’s trunk

“are you bringing the whole house with you? jesus fuck, that’s one huge bag” richie says

“okay listen you fucker, how am i supposed to know what i should and shouldn’t bring? you got a list for me or something?”

the remark makes richie laugh and the same laugh comes from eddie, as they sink into the front seats and prepare for the day

afterschool they get on the road, not really knowing where they’re going but as long as they have their gps and can find their way back, it doesn’t matter too much

it’s really nice?? just the two of them, nice scenery, it’s heaven

eddie can’t believe any part of him was against this

but richie, oh poor richie, he’s really regretting this

not because it isn’t fun, or because eddie isn’t great

it’s because eddie is too great

richie can’t stop looking over at the grinning brunette next to him, who is belting along to the songs playing

he can’t stop thinking about how when the window is open, how the sun hits eddie’s face so beautifully, and how his hair moves in the wind

all of it is just a stabbing reminder that richie is confident that he is just so in love with this boy

it’s fine for a little bit, but suddenly richie can’t focus on anything except eddie

his thoughts cloud of, “eddie eddie eddie” 

thankfully, they’re just on some deserted road, and not in some town

richie slows down, and pulls over to the side of the street, noticing eddie’s confused expression

“i was about to crash this fucking car”

eddie’s face turns pale, because crashing the car is the number one thing richie should not do whatsoever

“why? are you okay?”

richie swallows nervously and shakes his head, afraid to speak and even more afraid of not being able to stop what he would say

“what’s wrong?”

richie gives no answer

his eyes just stare ahead of him at the steering wheel, hands tightly gripped onto it

“are... are you mad at me, ‘chee?”

that does it for richie, the soft tone eddie uses, the nickname, the way eddie nearly shrinks into his seat

“no, i’m not mad” richie’s voice comes out small and weary

“then what’s happening? why did you stop?”

“i... i couldn’t focus. i can never focus, but now it was worse. i mean i can never ocus when i’m around you, but it was never like just now. like... like you’re all i could keep looking at”

eddie seems confused, but the pink tint across his cheeks speaks volumes greater than his silence

richie continues

“you make me lose focus. you’re just so... it’s so...”

“i’m so what?”

richie tears his gaze away from the wheel and sighs, “you’re so amazing. and i know you’re not gonna fucking like it, but i like you. like really, no in a buddy buddy way. like a ‘you’re so gorgeous i almost crashed the car’ way”

eddie lets out a soft laugh which lightens the mood, but the tension is still apparent

“richie?”

“yeah, eds?”

“i like you in that way too. that’s why i always ask you to drive me everywhere, i love spending time with you, especially just if it’s us...”

eddie looks bashful and embarrassed, but richie is sure that he just heard the most amazing confession there has ever existed

“really? you’re not just joking?”

“you know i wouldn’t joke about this...”

richie smiles and takes a deep breath

“can i kiss you?”

eddie’s breath hitches 

“please.”

it’s a moment they both have been dreaming about for years, but the reality is better than anything imaginable

eddie’s lips are soft, and richie’s are slightly chapped because he never wears the chapstick eddie begs him to

but it doesn’t bother eddie

nothing could bother him in this moment

eddie’s in an even bigger state of bliss as he brings his hand behind richie’s head, running his fingers through the mess of curls, and he feels richie nearly melt 

they sit like that for a while in the car, kissing, giggling, until richie finally feels like he no longer needs to suppress his thoughts, and he finally has enough focus to continue driving

roadtrips are richie’s and eddie’s get away from the real world, and into a dream where all they need is each other

This is Elvis. He might not look like much more than a fat, spoiled beagle, but this brave dog took on a copperhead earlier in the week down by the sheep pens. He was bitten once on the face and once inside his mouth. He nearly died. His sister Bella also was bitten in the hind leg (they were together) but she must have been the third strike because she only had some swelling and a stretch of shock. Both are home with their own private pharmacy of medications. Apparently, snake bites are happening at an unexpectedly high rate this week in Georgia. Anyway, we didn’t find the snake yet but I have a couple shotgun shells with it’s name on them for when we do. The kids looked shocked when the ball landed so easily in their hands. She just waved and continued on with noon. “Yess see I was totally right.” She stuck her tongue out playfully in jest. “Well I would just have to lock you in a room and cover you in tribbles until you change your mind.” nobody would have any bad thoughts with tribbles. Twists and turns led them farther into the old district, buildings getting older and more worn down the farther in they got. “Ah here we are. was worried I got lost again...” Not that she would ever admit she was lost she stopped at a small doorway opening on a side of a tight alleyway, the door covered only by a tattered cloth. “Now when we are in here don’t touch anything okay? I know it is tempting but don’t.”

Pushing the curtain aside she moved inside to room room that was packed densely with herbs, spices, bits of metal and different parts of this and that. Maneuvering around the tightly stacked shelving she called out. “Nyarie, cuisc ocu lalb p'tait?“ noise was heard from the back of the room along with muffled grumbles as a small hooded figure soon appeared speaking angerly at first before realizing who it was. “Katr d ni- Oh child it is you!! Good to see you!!” The figured pulled down his hood to reveal an short old make with mossy green skin and no hair. Laughing rei gave him a hug. “Old man how are you doing? Young one still kickin?”  “yyeaa yeaa can’t get rid of him.” The only man grumbled and rei laughed again. “This is my new roomie, noon. Noon this is old man.” The man raised an eyebrow looking over noon before giving a nod. “So old man you wouldn’t happen to still have that cotton candy maker you you?” Turning on the old puppy dog eyes the old man sighed rolling his own before motioning for them to follow. “Run on junk you do...”

“Yes you.” Reaching up she gave his nose a small boop before leading him along, a small skip in her step. Today had become an oddly nice day. “hope you don’t mind a small walk, it is in one of the older districts. Really hope it is still there. I love the older districts.
