Alternate Universe where some polar bears live in Club Penguin and they help out the penguins like the good guy they are but some penguins don't like that so they created PSA and then later EPF that has a goal of getting rid of the polar bears, taking over club penguin and having Aunt Artic be the island's dictator. Herbert and Klutzy beside other polar bears are tasked to stop EPF.

Gerry works under this evil EPF and he accidentally got sucked into the og Club Penguin Universe and is finding a way to go back to this original universe while also having a beef with both og EPF and og Herbert, While evil EPF tries to track him down to get him back to their universe.

Back at it again with another theory: What if Lucanis’ betrayal wasn’t a betrayal at all?

(obviously, spoilers below the cut)

During The Wigmaker Job, we have some dialogue between Illario and Lucanis about their position within both the Crows and the Dellamorte family. Illario wants Caterina to step down so he can take the coveted First Talon spot. Lucanis reassures him that his time is coming, to which Illario makes a snide comment about whether his cousin would ever go against their grandmother’s wishes. When they continue the conversation after the job, Illario states that Lucanis is the potential heir, that he’s her favorite, and that he’s unlikely to say no to her. Lucanis doesn’t argue, only insists that he doesn’t want to be First Talon, and that he hopes she’ll see reason before that. It’s mentioned again in Eight Little Talons - Caterina favors Lucanis. It’s well-known enough among the Crows that Viago and Teia discuss it in front of her (not on purpose, but she doesn’t deny it). He’s her prodigy through and through.

In the opening scene for the Lucanis quest in Veilguard, Caterina is poised, as you’d expect of the First Talon. She’s certain that the body they buried wasn’t her grandson, that it had been altered with blood magic. She doesn’t pose it as a theory, though: she poses it as a fact. It could, of course, merely be her confidence, but there’s another very unusual aspect to the scene – everyone else discusses how Lucanis was clearly betrayed, that someone must have sold him out in order for the Venatori to capture him. Caterina is the only one in that room who never speaks on it. She doesn’t ask for justice, doesn’t mention vengeance, never acknowledges that her grandson was sold out by someone he trusted – perhaps because he wasn’t. 

What if, when Caterina comes to him with a plan, with an impossible request, he’s still her favorite prodigal grandchild, and he still does whatever she asks? She’s had him tortured before as a child, has tortured and starved and beaten him herself before, because it makes him stronger and more resistant to it in the future. He says in The Wigmaker Job that he used to hate her for it, but now he understands. He justifies it. All Crows justify it, because they have to - if they don’t, then the cruelty wasn’t for survival’s sake, and their suffering meant nothing. Perhaps he doesn’t even question it. When Caterina tells him that she has a job for him, he takes it. 

What if the contract has a caveat? Sure, Calivan must die by his hand by the end of it, a little treat for a job well done, but what if his primary mission is reconnaissance, is discovery? The Venatori are using blood magic to torture and corrupt prisoners. It would behoove the Crows to find out what it entails and how to resist it, before it’s turned back on them. It would have to be someone so deeply, unabashedly loyal to her that when she asked them to infiltrate a Venatori prison, expecting torture at best, their own death at worst, they’d take the job anyway, no questions asked - someone Caterina can trust, certainly, but also someone who has never once said no to her.

And Lucanis has always been a loyal grandson.

Reader who loves to have weight on them as they sleep(they have all these weighted blankets n stuff) BEGS FL to lay on top of them for the night, and Even in human form, Childe refuses to completely lay on them bcs even as human he’s a lot taller and definitely heavier, Foul Legacy is out of question, he would crush reader’s bones in that scenario.

but reader BEGS him in both forms again again and again, In human form he agrees and sees that reader seems genuinely content with being weighted down so much, and after getting used to human form with this stuff he finally agrees as foul legacy but he is SO careful to not completely lay on them but reader even with difficulty to breathe is like ‘this is the life of luxury’

you always sleep better with some weight on you- that's why you have a plethora of weighted blankets. but Childe's even better, he's weighted AND squishable!! the moment he hesitantly lays his head on your chest you wrap your arms around him with a giggle, squeezing him lightly and quickly dropping off into a restful doze. it helps you stay grounded to reality, see, and you always wake up cozy and warm, getting to lovingly run your fingers through Childe's fluffy ginger hair. even so, he refuses to lay on top of you in his Foul Legacy form- he doesn't want to hurt you, as his Abyssal side has done to so many others before

but Foul Legacy doesn't exactly listen to Childe. not when snuggling with you is involved

the next night, instead of finding Childe waiting for you, you find a very happy and slightly smug-looking Abyss monster, chirping in delight when you sit on the bed. he gently leans against you, carefully pushing you over and sprawling over top of you- not his whole body, though, just half. he nestles his head against your chest, curling his legs over yours and listening to your steady heartbeat, his reassurance that you're still alive and well. you relax under his considerable weight, stress leeching from your bones as you let out a blissful sigh and snuggle against Legacy. he's purring; a deep, strong rumbling coming right from his chest, his claws idly kneading the covers. just before you drift off he sneaks a lick on your cheek, headbumping you like a cat before curling up and falling asleep as well

you wake up to Childe the next morning, his face still smushed into the crook of your neck, and you swear you hear a quiet, chittering laugh before he wakes up in your arms

It's funny how he chose the pair that Miles wears every day instead of one of the ones off his shelf. Maybe it's because he doesn't use those ones and out of respect doesn't touch then too, or maybe it's because bro was just WAITING for him to say something

in the collective reality where oda actively bothers to do something with alvida and/or galdino in this new post cross guild going for the one piece reality, how plausible do u consider either of them actively caring for buggy or going behind his back to help him in some way? i find the fact oda kept alvida with the narrative extremely fascinating and it frustrates me how she is so underutilised (then again with such a huge cast it is hard to get every character to do a lot, but alvida could have been discarded quite easily post loguetown. yet here she is, a 1000 chapters later, sitting on the cross guild couch drinking wine)

i do wonder sometimes what oda is thinking when he keeps characters like cabaji, mohji, and alvida around a thousand chapters since they last really did anything. does he like drawing them? does he want to throw a bone to the handful of east blue stans out there who miss when op pirate crews had a simple gimmick they stuck to? is he trying to show that buggy lifts his crew up with him, or refuses to leave anyone behind? i just don't know.

modern day alvida has a lot in common with galdino. she's calculating, analytical, and sides with the person who will give her the greatest advantage. that's been buggy for a long time because he's had the appearance of power for a long time. even now, the appearance of power is still there. does she actually care for buggy? does galdino? i'm not sure.

but for the purposes of answering this question, let's assume that she does, that they both do. i think their pragmatism still outweighs any fond feeling, unless:

it's to their significant advantage to help buggy, and/or

they won't get caught

safety above all else, you know? and getting on either mihawk or crocodile's bad side is not particularly safe behavior.
