Do you know what absolutely kills me?

Mobius doesn't often let himself get rattled. He usually lets things roll right off his back, no matter how chaotic things get. Two out of the three times we see his calm demeanor crack, however, are related to Loki: Once when he feels as if Loki betrayed him for Sylvie, and the other when he figures out that Loki will be sacrificing himself to save everyone. Even during the time that Brad goads him, and causes him to lose his temper, Loki is right there for him, to help him calm down again.

Loki really is the center of Mobius' universe, and the one thing that is able to break his composure, is the thought of losing him. 😢

it's the clenched fists that really send me over the edge, because he's trying desperately not to break down, not to lose his cool. he just needs to hold it together until loki gets back. he'll make it back. right?

but godddd that look of pure anguish on his face. it's like his life is flashing before his eyes but it's all just loki.

another scene where mobius loses his cool (that i just really love) is when they get separated at roxxcart. mobius is energized by the fact that they're so close to finishing this, but also that he and loki were gonna do it together. loki was the one who figured it all out and mobius was so proud and just,,, "you're gonna take my job if i'm not careful." and why did he have to say it like that???

anyway, the last thing mobius wants is loki out of his sight and he has a conniption about it!

"of course he's a threat [...] that's why i want him with me." and yes of course mobius knows better, because no one else knows loki like he does. but i'm also very endeared and amused by it. mobius please take a breath.

i also love loki's soft, "mobius, it's fine." just end me please.

AND YOU WANNA TALK ABOUT MOBIUS BEING AFRAID OF LOSING LOKI WHAT ABOUT THE ENTIRE FIRST EPISODE OF SEASON 2

i will never be okay again and it's because of THIS EPISODE.

"loki's here? where?" "i need a loki who remains." the look of horror on mobius' face every time loki timeslipped "he'll make it back." "give him more time! he can still make it!"

season 2 really is where mobius just falls apart and the crisis of faith fully sets in. of course his worst nightmare is losing loki; he's the only real thing mobius has left. "everything you've been doing is wrong, and all your gods are dead." and poetically enough, not all of mobius' gods are dead. loki's there. loki made it back to him.

and they're whole conversation in the automat after brad chipped away at whatever was left of mobius' defenses. of course mobius doesn't want to know about his past life. his past life didn't have loki. he likes his life at the tva because loki is there with him.

it's why he leaves once loki is gone

(This is rather random without context but i took these notes while reading so bare with me)

Its so sweet, she so scared for him and shes finally valuing her life again (unlike some people)

Darling im not fond that you keep thinking of sammera. im not jealous, its just, i dont think its a good idea nor is good for you. that woman brought you nothing but hurt and i dont like it whenever your dewelling in those thoughts of hardship. God I hate that sameera woman. She never deserved him in my opinion. She didnt even care for her "husband" when he was injured. GODDD the gull of that girl(she doesnt deserve to be called a woman). Oh darling. Im a caring person and all i want is to tend to the wounds. am I weird that way?

Its fine, her feading him. Its sweet. roles are reversed and its nice that hes the one getting the attention I lovee this y/n your writing. She learning to get away from her spoiled life and be normal. She so caring and i just love her because again im a caring person and when my favorite characters are hurt, theres and aching urge to help them and it pain me when i cant and a lot of the times their helpless, but this… this is exactly the caring affection i could only imagine on giving the character. Its nice that they have someone to care for them (especially loki, more over this loki)

I think he just keeps getting flashes, he was hurt and vulnerable and he had shared a part of his life with her, when he's being treated so good he can't help and be thankful for it because he didn't have it before.

And yes she really turned on him in the end so that just makes her the worst, he was just another toy she wanted to play with and got bored of soon.

I'm like that too and mostly when I'm reading or watching scenes like that I always wonder why aren't they being more soft with the hurt person? So I try to keep it as soft as I could , ofcourse I'm bounded by inability to word it because in my head it's 100 times fluffier,

I have this mental image of (vaguely post-Ragnarok sans-Thanos), for whatever reason Wanda wants/needs training in her magic and goes to Loki, who immediately is like "Nope, sorry, terribly busy, can’t help." And Thor, being cleverer than people give him credit for, chimes in, "Its true, Loki's much too busy, but there is a sorcerer by the name of Strange who might - " "NO ALRIGHT FINE I’LL TEACH YOU"

oh my goddd this is perfect though. 

Loki takes one look at Wanda (who is plenty capable but would always like to learn more!) and is like “hahaha you’re kidding me right” and goes right back to, like, bouncing something off a wall

Thor knows the best way to get his brother interested is to appeal to his competitive and/or petty streak, though, so he’s got this one in the bag. 

once Wanda leaves, having got what she wanted, Loki turns and glares at Thor and accuses him of manipulating him. Thor widens his eyes  and is like “me? manipulate you? I couldn’t possibly” 

Loki’s like “DON’T THINK I’M NOT ONTO YOU” but that just makes Thor cackle his head off.
