Magnia concept art

Magnia, aka magni oculi are a species that are still more so in the concept phase.

The two pictures on top are old and somewhat outdated with their anatomy, however the clothing for the most part still checks put.

Magnia do where clothing, however my main focus is their anatomy, so lots of them being nakey LOL

The bottom left is a young adult, and the bottom right is a baby thats about a week old. "Oculin" (baby magnia) are very small and scrawny, they are creatures...

Also i couldnt help myself, i added the paw pads bc they deserve them, but it also help them have a better grip on things + it serves as protection

I came up with a name for Jon’s “compelling” ability, that as of yet I’ve only told my partner about, so I figured I might as well throw it out into the aether for the fandom at large.

It stems from the word for the anticoagulant in vampire bats’ saliva, which is called “draculin” (yes, really). Thus, since the Eye’s complling works very much like a mental and verbal anti-coagulant; making people’s personal accounts flow more readily and easily from them, I call this power “oculin” - a portmanteau between oculus, Latin for “eye”; and draculin.
