The thing that is always the most fascinating is “Process”. The processes and experiences that did not have the chance to appear in the pages of this book can only be quantified, converted, and recorded into words.

is the result of 2 years of image separation studies and experiments, and is the second book published by O.OO, continuing the spirit and purpose of published 3 years ago. Instead of using wordy descriptions, we hope that readers can feel the wonders of Risograph printing through the details of the design in the book. Whether you are a designer, an artist, or an illustrator, anyone interested in color can use this book to enter the field with ease.

2018公投結果出爐，台灣社會保守勢力抬頭，各式意識型態威脅潛伏、伺機而動。印予召准創作團隊結合理論論述及裝置藝術，以傳統文化裡的官方印鑑及神禡畫像為創作元素，探究十個台灣社會議題裡的意識型態操作，揭示出現代國家機關及前現代宗教及傳統系統所共同擁有的魅惑與召喚能力。 　 「印予召准」的組合呼應華人文化裡，長官公文批示時慣用的「應予照准」一詞。其中「印」字如上所述，是本作品的創作核心。「召」字則有兩層意思，一是「召喚」之意，呼應法國哲學家阿圖塞（Louis Pierre Althusser）的「意識型態召喚」理論（即意識型態是藉由「召喚」主體而作用）。二是與「印」字組合成「印召」（應召）之意。四字兩兩層疊組合，可讀作「予准應召」或「應召予准」，不僅代表雖然是國家政府「召喚」了人民，但人民卻也在此意識型態的召喚之中因為「被愉悅」、「被滿足」而「心悅誠服」。此，外，其更有這樣的愉悅仍是必須經由國家政府「核准」、「應予」的意涵。

本創作設計了十個假想的公家機關，這些機關專司民眾各種生命政治治理，包括美學、教育 、娛樂、休閒、家庭倫理、宗教信仰等。此十個機關如下：

02_內政部警政署爭議人暨受害者防治懲處中心附設迴避問題以解決問題提出者訓練處

05_行政院農委會暨國家通訊傳播委員會合屬奶頭農場娛樂發展司

06_行政院勞動部勞工陰德累積計算中心暨經濟部能源局陰德轉換舍利子回收再利用開發中心 

07_文化部臺灣幽默文化培訓中心會笑不會恨情緒治療單位附設歧視吃到飽自助餐飲處

然而，僅僅辨認出機關名稱是不夠的。要有效降低它們的影響，必須要親身跑起來、實地去指認那些意識型態作用的方式：宗教力量背後裡的儒教文化、性解放背後的理論論述、奶頭娛樂發展背後的去政治意圖、歧視心態背後的華夏中心主義 …… 這些都可以在分別的神禡像裡辨識出來。 　 

十組神禡分置於台北市裡十個藝文展覽空間、古董店、或議題型咖啡店，有請大家親自串聯走訪、收集機關印鑑，將這些意識型態影響註銷掉！
