I got two. My letter was Q, and the first animal to pop up was an extinct subspecies of zebra called a Quagga. It looked like this
Only one was ever photographed, so have a painting of one too.
The second, and only other animal to show up was the only non-extinct one, and was called a Red-billed quelea, scientific name Quelea quelea, which is probably why it popped up.
