On the subject of hot fanvids from short Chinese GL web dramas, I highly recommend this vid by AurumCalendula from the series Nv Er Hong:

"I look at The Untamed and (often mistagged) MDZS) being on this list and I think of all those hot fanvids for f/f Chinese dramas."

It's a shame people are disappointed by the 5-minute episodes of the f/f GL dramas, because the few I've watched contained treasure troves of fandom potential.

The second season of Legend of Yunze (second season of the main timeline) was particularly packed with fandom catnip for me, to the point where I started writing fic for it, though that fic admittedly hasn't seen the light of day yet (working on it!). I should really start re-learning how to create gifs though. There are a few folks on tumblr that have created some gifs from this series, but no one has gifed (or created vids that I've found) for the specific character moments that really hooked me yet, and it really is difficult not to be able to plaster something all over the tumblr dash in an attempt to woo others to join you.

(All that said, yes, I would really like a huge 'The-Untamed-but-with-ladies' series too please 😌)
