I just beat Veilguard for the first time after about 100 hours, I give it a 5.7/10. I would’ve enjoyed it more if I hadn’t loved Dragon Age since 2009 and had this story not been one of the cornerstones of my life since I was a child

It's a bit silly that found it unlikely for Luka and Till to be the final match back then. The more that I thought about it, the more it made sense. Sure, Luka and Ivan are incredibly similar in terms of personality and image, but in terms of circumstance Luka and Till are opposite sides of the same coin. I really couldn't envision a better matchup.

still not over simon's performance in the finale, because as much as I adore the Captain, and Ben's portrayal of him, it's always Julian that resonated uncomfortably close for me. Alongside Pat, I think he was the one person where emotions are concerned that I always wince and go, yikes, ok that's me sometimes. The way it all hits him in an instant and his movements fail, the breath he takes when he looks to Alison and realizes the enormity of the past five years. Simon nailed that desperation and love so, so fucking well and i don't know why i'm still surprised because the man can fucking ACT.

I found an egg while out walking.

I have now made it a nest out of a tea towel.

I put a torch to it and could only make out like a dark circle lookin thing but there were no prominent veins, but I also don't know how old it is or how long it takes a bird to grow.

But I feel really bad for it, so Imma keep it until further notice.

i think it hurts so much because, as great as this ep was, there was no closure. osha killed sol, but did she get a word in? was she able to really process it? osha is our audience stand-in. if she can't process it, then neither can we, y'know??

You know what ive been saying that i dont have a favorite loa campaign but it has to be cos. What else would it be. Its been months (plural!) since i watched it and my heart still aches with so many emotions because of it. And i have actual fucking tears in my eyes whenever i think too much about it. It took so much not to cry at the cos references in eom. Even now in bdw i almost just dropped 4 kilos of weight on my chest because cough a certain surname was mentioned. Theres so much love and care shrouding cos from loa and the people who watched cos. Just. Fuck! I miss it i really do and it doesnt help that it haunts other campaigns.
