As soon as the concept for this materialized in my head my brain very adamantly would not allow me to focus on literally anything else, so my solution was to throw all my other responsibilities out the window and make this as fast as I possibly could, thus freeing it from my brain prison and letting me do my actual work lmao.

rereading ntn is such a precious experience. the first read I was kind of blasting through trying to figure out what the fuck was happening. but reading it again with more context and really savouring it is so special. after how terminally fucked up every single dynamic on the Mithraeum in htn is, the tenderness and affection in Cam, Pal, Nona and Pyrrha's little found family, and Hot Sauce's gang, and the different ways they all show they love each other, are all so sacred
