Hey I know you guys are here for Kingdom Hearts BUT just gotta post that I just uploaded a Final Fantasy XIII oneshot on Ao3! Excerpt under the cut :)

It's Noel/Hope but it's also really just me letting Noel enjoy simple pleasures because he's always had it so rough. We ride rollercoasters! We go through a McDonald's drive through! We have a beach day!

Noel swallowed, heart kicking up in anticipation. Finally, when he was sure he could keep his voice even, he spoke. “I guess between the two of us, I had it easy, huh?”

“You know,” Hope said finally, breaking the relaxed silence between them. "Only a few hours or days passed for you, but I…” he trailed off, hands stilling, then sighed. “I waited years to see you again.”

“I had a lot of time to think. About everything, really. Every conversation we had, every look you gave me, every smile… I had a lot of time for my feelings to grow.”

Not knowing what to say, Noel remained silent and still. His hands were as heavy as stones in his lap as he waited for Hope to continue.

“I guess I’m just saying,” Hope said hurriedly, his hands once again working to rub the lotion into Noel’s skin, “I’m not sure how you feel, but… I…” He broke off and laughed anxiously. “Fal’Cie damn me, why is this so hard to say?”

(I will continue writing Kingdom Hearts fics! I just felt inspired to finish this WIP and I'll follow any inspiration I get these days since it's so rare right now!! Anyways hello Final Fantasy 13 nation!!!)

Today, I attended Comic Frontier 2017 and bought these fan merchs. Those Yuri on Ice illustrations are for my dear waifu @juuuberryy. Be patient till I get the money to send all my gifts to you, babe. They're piling up LOL. Btw, I can't say the event was fun. It was more like a flood of people, it gave me a headache afterward. I'm soooo exhausted, but I'm happy that I got to commission a #NoeHopu fanart from @larissarochefort. The result is so beautiful, I'm sure if it was coloured, it'd be very stunning. honestly now that i’m thinking about it. When i started shipping noehopu i really looked at all the characters in the series then said “the twinks please”

I just have to ask because the curiosity won't let up: in your noehopu ficlet collection, specifically the uhh paranormal-themed one, just what was Noel? I assumed faefolk, or maybe a ghost, and wondered if Hope was about to find himself whisked away.

Oh, the Halloween one?It was highly inspired by a few certain folktales; there was actually a very involved grandiose plot point behind it that I obviously never got to explore, but his official title was “Guardian of the Mountain.”  In a way you can call that a fae sort of thing, but the inspiration came more from my Korean roots (the setting especially) than European, so it’s more of a nature god or spirit.

I didn’t work on it in the end (though I did write out a few other similar themed things) but in the third act, so to speak, Hope does get whisked away when he goes with Noel to the Unseen Realm (as represented by the story) to bargain for his mother.
