Paris in the Rain- Sebastian Aho

Summer, arguably your favorite time of year due to the fact that everything was nice out and you actually got time with your boyfriend. It was time you cherished due to the rarity of him just having nothing to do, you absolutely loved it. 

“You know, this is actually pretty cute” you point out to Sebastian, checking out a couples matching shirts in the airport gift shop. You two were visiting Paris before you made it to Finland for the summer, your idea and along with learning Finnish and French for this trip. 

“We are not getting matching shirts” Sebastian disagreed through a slight laugh, the shirts were kind of terrible but you just wanted to see if he’d buy them. 

You two walked up to where your plane was boarding, the two of you getting there in the perfect time in order to talk before flying to Paris from Carolina.

“So Noah is meeting us in Paris, he’s going with Werenski and his girlfriend” Sebastian informed you as he read something off his phone. You nodded your head before thinking about the situation and laughing to yourself, Sebastian catching it and smiling at you before the two of you laughed together.

“So Hanifin is third wheeling during this trip I’m guessing?” You asked Sebastian who just shrugged his shoulders. “I guess so” Sebastian answered you as he looked up from his phone and looked confused.

“It’s 5:29 where is our-” Sebastian started before the two of you heard a voice over the announcement system of the airport. 

“Flight 3629 has been delayed due to weather conditions” The announcer informs everyone in the airport before silence is heard again. You hear Sebastian groan and soon just sit in order to get a spot before anyone else really can. 

“Sebastian what’s wrong?” You ask your boyfriend before sitting down right next to him as he just smiles at you and shakes his head. You continue to look on at him confused as he just sits there with an angry expression on his face.

“I wanted this trip to be perfect due to me barely getting time with you” Sebastian admits as he types on his phone before turning back to you. 

“We’re still going babe, we just have to wait a little and anytime where I’m with you is honestly perfect. Come on” You invite him to sit up, the two of you not having any carry ons or bags with you guys, so you just stood up with him without a worry of anyone taking anything of you guys’. 

You soon took him to a McDonald's in the airport and soon just ordered everything you could really think of. “What are you doing?” Sebastian asked you as you bought the food that came up to $50, a small price to pay for your boyfriend to be happy. 

“We are having a Mukbang” You say to Sebastian as you soon walk over to a table and asking for his phone, Sebastian agreeing with a confused look. 

“What is a Mukbang?” He soon asks before you turn on his Instagram live and sat it down on the table in order for the people to see you.

Sebastian just continued to watch you as you smiled and turned to everyone in order to properly start the livestream by addressing everyone. “Hey guys, so Sebastian and I have a delay in the airport” You explain as people started commenting and talking about how cute the two of you were. 

“One comment says are you guys doing a Mukbang? Why does everyone know what this is besides me?” Sebastian asks you causing you to laugh at your confused boyfriend. The two of you soon causing others in the airport to look at you two in curiosity and confusion, the two of you not minding the attention you got.

“Look at your teammates” you point out noticing Elias Lindholm and Justin William’s comments on your livestream,  Teuvo Tervainen soon joining in on the chirping. 

“Why does your girlfriend always look better than you, Tervainen that’s not even a chirp it’s true” Sebastian admitted as he kissed your cheek and started eating chicken nuggets. 

“Hey I was going to eat those” You complain to Sebastian who just looks at all the other chicken nuggets you guys have around the two of you and back at you. You two soon staring off at each other with fake serious looks before Sebastian gestures to a 20 piece box you had next to you.

“Listen I was planning on eating 50 Aho, stay in your lane″ You said with a straight face causing Sebastian to laugh at you. The two of you just getting comfortable in front of the livestream, before an announcement that your plane was boarding was heard by the two of you.

You soon ended the livestream and headed to board the plane with Sebastian and a warm feeling surrounding you.

“You guys made it!” Odette said as she hugged you two before Noah and Zach both followed her greeting before you all went to the hotel you were staying in for the week. Soon you were looking out of the taxi you two had gotten in order to leave to the hotel with, amazement of how beautiful the city was in person.

You turned to see Sebastian looking at you with what you could only describe as being love, so you leaned in to give him a short and simple kiss. You two pulled back from each other just in time as you reached the hotel, a light drizzle of rain soon starting to hit the windows. 

Causing you two to rush inside and go straight inside the lobby, Odette giving you the keys they had already gotten from being here earlier than the two of you. Both of you thanking her and going up to your room to see how pretty it was, just like the city you were staying in. 

Both of you soon setting down your stuff, you soon started to get dry clothes out when Sebastian stopped you, “Come on” Sebastian said before leading you downstairs and outside.

You looked confused at him until he took your hand and started dancing with you without a care in the world, laughing at how he looked dancing. “We look so ridiculous but you look so beautiful and I couldn’t help myself” Sebastian admitted as he twirled you around.

“This is fun I’m happy to be here so definitely don’t apologize babe” You admit before taking his hand and kissing him, a simple kiss in the rain but you could tell this one was more passionate than the last couple of kisses you two had shared.

Sebastian soon pulled back to look into your eyes as he smiled and rested his forehead against your own. “I’m so glad to have met you and the fact that anywhere doing anything with you feels like this” Sebastian confessed. You just smiling at him and the two of you continuing to dance and act like idiots in the rain.

              Your season ended much earlier than any of the girls had wanted, but you couldn't be too sad because that meant more time with your boyfriend, Sepe.

              You had only been home a few hours when you posted a picture of the two of you cuddling on the couch without thinking.

              Sepe had wanted to keep your relationship out of the public's attention and off of social media, which was why both of your phones were currently blowing up.

              It was a surprise to both of your fans.

              "Uh oh" you mumbled. Sepe looked at you with his brows furrowed before looking at his phone. "I'm sorry!"

              "Why?" he asked, looking at you. You shook your head and wouldn't look at him. Sepe looked back at his phone and pulled up the app that was currently draining your battery life from notifications. "That's good picture" he said.

              "What?" you looked up at him. "You're not mad?" Sepe shook his head.

              "Don't care as much now. Settled into life here. Wish you were here more." You smiled at your boyfriend as you cuddled back into his side.

              "I know, but I'm here now. And I'll get to see your game tomorrow night!"

              "Joo." He pressed a kiss to the tip of your nose, cuddling you closer. "And now don't have to explain to team."

              "Wait" you said, sitting up to face Sepe. "You didn't even tell your team?"

              "No?" Sepe furrowed his brows. "Our relationship. Did not need to know."

              "Sepe..." You bit your lip as you contemplated your next few words. You liked to pride yourself on being the strong defencewoman on the Boston Pride that you were, but sometimes your emotions got the better of you. Like now. "Are you ashamed of me?" Sepe's eyes widened and his mouth dropped open in shock.

              "NO!" he yelled. "Not ashamed. Just... wanted to keep you to myself" he said. You sighed.

              "Ok, yeah no I know. It's just..." you bit your lip. "I told my team."

              "Good!" Sepe said nodding. "Smarter than me." You giggled as you relaxed back into his side.

              "We knew that."

              "Better at hockey too. Prettier..."

              "Ok" you laughed. "Shhh. Just watch the movie."

              "I watch you instead." You looked away from the screen and saw Sepe staring at your face, a look of wonder on his own. You pressed a quick kiss to his lips before settling back down to watch the movie. "Kaunis" he murmured. You had no idea what that meant, but you hoped it was good.

              You stood outside the Canes locker room, waiting for your boyfriend. The red jersey with his name on the back was big on you, but you didn't care.

              You were just happy to support your Finn.

              Since you had posted the picture, you had seen a lot of good comments from fans and even speculation on how you two managed to have a relationship halfway across the country.

              Sepe had even allowed you to take another photo to post on his Instagram.

              You slid your phone into your pocket as the Canes started filing out of the locker room. They were all pleasant and said hi and chatted with you, some snickered, but when Sepe left the locker room, a scowl was etched onto his face.

              "What's wrong?" you asked, alarmed. Sepe should be in a great mood. The Canes won and he got the game winning goal. Teuvo chuckled as he looked between you two.

              "Are you going to tell her or me?"

              "No one" Sepe grunted. Teuvo turned to you, a gleeful look on his face.

              "We were teasing him because our baby Sepe has got a girlfriend" Teuvo said, slinging his arm around his best friend. Sepe rolled his eyes and muttered something in Finnish.

              "Hey" Noah said. "Who's the third wheel in this love triangle?" The laughter bubbled out of you before you could stop it. Sepe looked even more upset so you moved between the two Finns and dislodged Teuvo's arm, Sepe putting his own around your shoulders.

              "That would have to be Turbo this time" you said, winking. Noah laughed.

              "Who would have thought Sepe would grow up to be an adult with a girlfriend?"

              "Couldn't talk to females before" Teuvo said. You looked at Sepe and kissed his cheek.

              "He only stuttered three times when he first talked to me. I thought it was adorable." Sepe rolled his eyes.

              "Not helping" he muttered.

              "You know what WOULD help?" you winked at Sepe and a small smile tugged on his face as his friends started fake gagging. "I'll show you at home."

              "Is he old enough?" Noah called to your retreating backs. You and Sepe both held a hand up and flipped off Noah, making Teuvo laugh.
