That rail with the aperture sight looks like a Tech-Sights 10/22 part or an old Nodak Spud sight.

Personally I have a flat top with a chopped carrying handle sight.

Y’all may not like this but this is peak performance.

H&R is basically just PSA's retro line, with a dash of Nodak Spud for the basic receiver parts. You know what you're getting into.

Does anyone know about H&R? Or 10” 5.56 uppers in general?
