I am once again looking for a fic! Don't remember the title or the author but I'm decently sure it was Nine/Rose (Might've been Ten/Rose tho) and the Doctor and Rose end up crashing on a planet that has a translation matrix over it that forces everyone to speak their mother tongue. The two of them are jailed but manage to start a revolution with the other prisoners there. Anyone know it?
