you’d think almost 20 years of development time would be enough but there still hasn’t been one yandere character as iconic and well executed as yuno, and definitely no one better than her. there’s now a whole microindustry of yandere gf games yet it seems to run on rudamentary stereotype alone. and yuno herself isn’t that complex!

I really don't like how Paper changed the way every skintone look with the recent update. Nikki looks so pale now, and I swear that all of the original skintones that came with the game are several shades lighter:

I had an outfit I made before the recent update that used the darkest skintone available in the game. It was uploaded to Reverie, so I could reload it to make a comparison:

Here's the outfit I made before the game engine update:

Here it is with skintone enhancement off at the left and on at the right:

I know that the game aimed to make Nikki's skin look rosier, but I feel like Paper just managed to suck the life out of her while making her unnecessarily pink at the same time. It also screwed up the two darker skintones present.
