Hi, it's NightFlurry again with some more ideas about bad endings or background stories for yandere genshin characters. I'm free for anyone to add to my thoughts or comment if it's friendly and appropriate!
The country they rule is called Teyvat(obviously), and each is separated by different kingdoms depending on the element and belief they possess. Ex. Zhongli's dynasty Liyue worships the element Geo known for its contracts that last as old as the kingdom itself. Ei's empire Inazuma worships Electro, a domain rumored to have lasted for eternity hence why the people look so young and lively. Venti's kingdom Mondstadt worships anemo, for the kingdom should be as free as the winds itself. The ever-mysterious fallen kingdom Khaneriah, a thriving kingdom built with wits and determination that one day fell due to a great calamity. This continues more and more.
Their majesty's/highness (reader), kingdom Seizon-sha, doesn't worship any element instead, they worship the sun, stars, and moon, for they are the guardians of fate, time, and evolution. A kingdom large enough to rival Liyue's dynasty. However, is crippled by a lack of successors and dies from the hands of debt after spending it on foolish lavishes. This is why the King and Queen are desperate to marry their sons and daughters to wealthy kingdoms.
Some characters are Albedo, the royal high mage nicknamed the ice wizard because he lived in the ice-cold mountains of Dragonspine, but for his ever-ice-cold expression. Nobody knows his story, only knowing that he hailed from the hills of Mondstadt and then suddenly arrived at their kingdom's doorstep to work as their kingdom's mage. This surprised many people because, for a mage of his caliber, many would've expected he'd pick a more prosperous domain like Liyue or perhaps seek out the more profound mysteries of magic in Sumeru. The Mage was a bigger mystery, always locking himself inside his room for ungodly hours only to come out for refreshments or stock up on supplies. Only interact with the servants or knights when he's out and about, only talking if it's business or something important. The mage didn't even seem interested in the royal family, barely sending them a glance when they passed by, always giving quick, emotionless answers, not even sparing a hello when nobles came by. The only person the mage was willing to talk to was their Highness. The mage suddenly started conversing with them one day, and their friendship began! Or so he wants their majesty to think The image was a strange one since he never asked any of the maids to clean his room, not even when the room was so unattended when a maid, who was sent there to give him his afternoon tea, was met with a storm of dust as soon as the mage opened the door. The mage gave a quick 'thank you' before shutting the door. Nobody knew that if the maid looked a bit longer, she would've seen the erratic piles of portraits depicting their majesty in different poses strewn across the floor. Nobody knew that the mage secretly teleported their Highness into his room during their break to work as his assistant with his experiments. How can their majesty look so innocent when they sleep, not knowing a certain mage was sitting by their bedside frantically drawing in his notepad every night. Using his new invisibility magic to sneak past the guards so the reader and him. Oh, their Highness looked so cute when the new book they wanted suddenly appeared on their doorstep one day; perhaps a maid heard it! Or perhaps their stalker? When one day, a spell became wrong, transforming the mage into a lowly toad. Thankfully their Highness was there to help them, oh? You don't need to get someone else. A kiss would do, and I'm afraid Sucrose is away, so you'll have to do it. If you look closely, the crumbled page on how to properly reverse the spell sat within the ashes of the fireplace, and is it strange that the ever-prefect mage suddenly got the spell wrong just when the majesty was there?
"Your Highness, I conducted a new potion using the ingredients you generously gifted me a while ago. I'd like to call it 'Forever Yours,' a love potion growing among young nobles, so I created a potion to see if it holds any value. I also added my own twist to enhance the effects of the person that'll drink it to be utterly in love with the first person they see. You should try it since you are here. Unfortunately, I can't use myself to test it since if I get it wrong, I won't be conscious enough to create a cure. Don't worry, your highness. I'll be by your side in case something happens. So, please...Drink...Every...Last...Drop...."
Another character is Xiao, the stoic bodyguard of their highness, known among his fellow knights. as "the Vigilante Yakasha, the Conqueror of Demons" because of his demon-like power as he effortlessly sweeps through with the flurry of the wind. Seen training from the sweet crack of dawn to the quiet evening of night, not even the never-ending rain has stopped the knight from training. A mystery even to the king since he never shares anything about himself unless it's business and never goes outside the castle's walls unless accompanied by their majesty. The knight was found years ago during a royal family outing. The royal family was enjoying their time basking under the warm rays of sunlight as they greeted their people; the peace diminished when one of the guards noticed that the young heir was missing. Panicked ensued as the knights began searching for the missing heir, who they found wrapping a bandage over a beat-up orphan deep within the dangerous parts of the kingdom. The child was apparently an escaped slave from an abusive family who escaped with the skin of his teeth from the relentless dogs and soldiers that chased him. The child could flee to their kingdom before surviving on thrown-out food and living inside old buildings before being beaten by a shopkeeper for stealing bread. The heir later found him in his sorry state because the heir noticed the child's whimpers of pain while wandering. With enough pleading, the heir convinced the king and queen to let the orphan, which the Highness later named Xiao, stay at the castle as a stable boy, allowing him the opportunity to rise among the social ranks if he so wished. So for years, Xiao remained in the kingdom due to the royal family's kindness. He felt indebted to the heir since they were the angel that saved him from hell. Nobody deserves his goddess; if anybody disagrees, they'll find their tongues ripped out. What nobody knew was that during the years, the heir would constantly make visits to the cold man to talk and leave little gifts for him. Throughout the following years, he rose through the ranks and landed himself a spot as a knight due to his remarkable skills with a spear. He trained for months in unbearable training and fighting against many enemies, from armies built of thousands of men to monsters that could shake the world. He was revered for his accomplishments in winning even the most hopeless battles and his stoic-no-nonsense expression as he tore down his foes. So, why would a man with so many achievements step down to become a measly bodyguard of their Highness? He always states his reports to the king with the same blank look, casting a side glance at his fellow knights before returning to training, ignoring the blushing maids as they stare at the young knight. The only expression the servants could wring out from the cold guard was dangerous narrow eyes and a threatening grip on his sword as a servant almost burnt them with hot tea after tripping on a loose tile. Doesn't that fool realize he could've seriously injured his goddess's precious hands?!? This fool deserves to rot in hell. Somebody as worthless as him shouldn't even dare to be in the same room as them. Poor children, if only they saw the signs of unhealthy obsession. If their highness looked closely on their balcony at night, placed inside the branches of a nearby tree, lay a certain knight watching from the shadows over the sleeping form of their highness. What if somebody decides to kill them in their sleep? As their guard, I must protect them from anybody. Oh, my poor goddess, so vulnerable...so beautiful....so unsusceptible of the cruel world.... Or perhaps if they noticed that every time a noble so much as sneers at their highness, their body was soon found in a nearby alley practically mauled by a powerful demon. The demon is closer than you think, your highness. could be perhaps standing next to you, watching your back... and making sure to protect you...even if it means killing everyone in their path...
"Your Highness, please refrain from jumping out the window again I won't catch you the next time you call me. …What, but don't dare call anybody else to name besides my own. Those incompetent knights can barely protect themselves, how would they fare to protecting you? I swore that the day I became your knight, I would protect you from the evils and unworthy of this world. Besides, why are you sneaking out again? You wanted to explore the town square? …fine...but I'm coming with you. I swear, I won't rat you out to the king that you snuck out again, but you must promise me one thing...That I'm allowed to annihilate any foes that dare cross our path, and if they dare lay a filthy finger upon you..... they'll find their entire arm missing."
Ahhhh, my fingers hurt like heck after writing all this....x _ x Well, I hope you enjoyed my first writing about the idea of the Fantasy Au. I just wrote these characters because they were the first person I could think of, if you want a certain character please ask. Please comment or ask me more about it.
o(^▽^)o
This is good food right here!!!
I’m really loving how your brain works especially since I can practically picture what it’ll look like In game form. There’s something about royal high mage albedo that makes my mind go brrrr and turn into rot. Since he tried to give the reader a love potion for “demonstration” purposes XD.
I’ll definitely let you know if I have any more comments or questions about your wonderful idea. As always thanks for stopping by and if you have anymore to share fill free to dump it all in my inbox! o(≧v≦)o

Hi, NightFlurry Anon again!  Sorry for being on hiatus for so long. I’m busy with school, and lack of inspiration stopped me from sending in more ideas for my fantasy au yandere Genshin game.  I’m trying to make good comments and ideas for Genshin, but they either slip past me or I can’t think of any, so I’ve been stuck.  Thankfully, it came to me, so I wrote some people I could think of.  Sorry, I hope you aren’t mad. I love your work!  Also, I appreciate any thoughts or comments on my writings. Also, can you please add me as an anon or give me an emoji?  Thank you!
Kazuha
As stated, Kazuha is a traveling knight in the fantasy au nicknamed among his fellow wanderers and travelers as the “Maple Leaf Mercenary,” nicknamed the “Wind Whisperer,” or rumored as the “Descendent of Miyamoto Musashi.” He is known as a hero as he saved many victims from violent thugs and greedy robbers throughout his travels, saving the day.
Many witnessed Kazuha's bravery first-hand in battle, the mercenary who was as light as a breeze as he quickly made due to his enemies seemingly with ease.  Graceful like a gale, he danced without a care in the world among the rain of arrows aimed to kill, acting as if he was in no danger; instead, he was simply avoiding the arrows as if avoiding the rain.  Merciless as a typhoon, he masterly stroked down his vast enemies no matter how large they were against his tiny frame or how many against one knight. They all fell against his sword one way or another; no one had ever seen such a massacre created by Kazuha.  Kazuha was hailed as a hero by many. Still, instead of receiving gold or hands of marriage by thankful nobles, he insisted upon a decent amount of money and a temporary home to stay in before continuing his travels.
Among his fellow travelers, they gossip about how they hear the sounds of the wind whispering near the mercenary whenever they pass by him, and they rumor that the winds whisper to him directions on where to go in a hidden language only familiar to the mercenary.  A traveler gossiped that the wind was a companion because one day, the traveler noticed that Kazuha was talking to no one but the wind and chatting to it like the wind was an old friend.  Many pondered how the young mercenary understood the wind as many tried to show an ear to hear what the wind may say, only to receive a low whistle or leaves in their face. They decided that not all mysteries were meant to be solved and let them go like the wind.  He is nicknamed the “Maple Leaf Mercenary” because people have sworn that whenever they pass by him, they can smell the hint of maple coming from the young mercenary despite the hardships of dust and storm that befell the wanderer.
Many say that if you look closer, the mercenary leaves a trail of maple leaves in his wake despite not being autumn season; some even say that when he fights, the maple leaves guide him on the battlefield and fight alongside him.  Despite the many churning rumors and bellowing gossip, not one person has any clue about the mysteries that cloud the hidden background of the knight known as Kazuha. Kazuha keeps everyone at arm's length despite being friendly among his fellow travelers, and many speculate that he hails from the kingdom of Inazuma with his clothes similar to the Inazuma fashion. His code of manner is similar to how samurai carry themselves in Inazuma.
However, whenever nosy travelers try to pry information from Kazuha, they are only greeted with the same-everlasting smile as he says that the only link he has to the kingdom is his trusty sword before looking at the distance with a sad gaze.  Kazuha, the wanderer, never had a place to call home, constantly bouncing from one place to another, and nobody to call a friend, always temporary companions he’d meet on the road until he departed along his journey, never seeing them again until he wandered into his new destination, the kingdom of Seizon-sha, hoping to make a quick pit-stop before continuing his journey.
One day, Kazuha, unfortunately, came across a rather impatient noble who started shouting out how his day was ruined because an airheaded peasant couldn’t keep his eyes on the road and ultimately sullied his clothes till it was useless. He must pay a lifetime for his crimes so that he can pay for his clothes that could cost not even a dumb low-life like him can understand,’ even though the noble bumped into him first. There was minimal damage to his clothes despite a mini stain that no one could see unless you looked hard enough.  The tension was high enough that Kazuha could cut it down with his sword before the situation worsened; an angel appeared in the form of Their Highness to settle down the angry noble, then came in between the two to calm and lessen the problem.
Kazuha never had someone who protected him, only relying on his wits and skill until their Highness stepped in, shielding Kazuha with their body despite the noble being twice their size and height. Their Highness stood courageously against him as they used their knowledge to counter every remark the noble had thrown at them before finishing off their enemy.  Kazuha thought it would be the last time he’d see his guardian angel until the reader took his hand and asked him if he was alright. Kazuha had never seen such a pair of eyes more beautiful, bright like their highnesses; not even the stars could compare to their beauty.  Those eyes, they must only look at me and me alone.
The rest of the day was a blur as their Highness dragged Kazuha all across town so they could give him a proper welcome to the traveling mercenary despite Kazuha’s protest that a simple tour would suffice, but their Highness insisted.  The two celebrated the day wandering around the town, pointing out each landmark, escaping from the royal guards (their Highness snuck out of the castle to wander), and enjoying each other’s company.  Eventually, their trip was cut short when the royal guards found the couple and had to bring the reader home, but before they left, the reader gave him a keychain to remember this day, thus ending their day as Kazuha looked at the back of the reader with starry eyes.  Or should I say obsessed eyes?  Readers thought this was the last time they saw the mercenary until they saw him again, but kneeling, pledging his loyalty as the reader's bodyguard so he could honor their Highness’s kindness and bravery when they saved him from the wrath of a noble.  Despite Their Highness’s many protests, Kazuha’s mind was settled; thus, the traveling knight Kazuha became the second bodyguard of Their Highness.  Kazuha swore he’d only be loyal to Your Highness and them alone. By the samurai's honor, he’ll serve His Highness’s side till the day he dies.  You’ve dug your grave, your highness.  Don’t you know that if you give a starving man food, he’ll keep wanting more and more?
Kazuha is so sweet and thoughtful, always thinking of you first, giving you his jacket when the night’s been frigid that you could see one’s breath. Despite your many protests, he would get sick. He always shrugged it off with a smile, saying you need it more than him.  Making you his priority whenever thugs or robbers decide to test their luck and then try to rob you, even comforting you during this traumatic moment by using his leaf whistle to create a serene melody and telling stories of his home.  Shielding you away from haughty nobles who sneer at your figure as they gossip about your kingdom’s state and comment how it’ll all be better if a useless heir like you would marry off to some old pig and be done with it.  Funny enough, the nobles that sneered at you died gruesomely several days later. One had all their limbs cut off, and their corpse was found by a maid who heard screaming in the dead of night; another was burned alive in their mansion. Unfortunately, they couldn’t make it because their door was bolted shut; luckily, everyone escaped safely, and finally, their waist cut off the last one, and their corpse was hung outside their mansion gates with the message “Useless Heir.”  The only person who could’ve known those words would’ve been Kazuha.… no there’s no way it could’ve been him.  He’s too sweet!
Kazuha, who had such a way of words, a voice as smooth as silk, words as sweet as sugar, and his sentences would make any poet green with envy.  You couldn’t stay mad at him when those sweet words came out of his mouth, making it sound better, and you shouldn’t worry about a thing.  Even if he picked a fight with another knight (*cough*Xiao*cough*), he sounded so sorry for his actions, and his face looked like a kicked puppy!  Say sorry, you monster!  Kazuha, with his calm and collected attitude, could calm even the roughest nobles and the grumpiest of knights and easily lessen the tension no matter how impossible.  Honestly, you’ve never seen him angry before. It’s like nothing seemed to deter him.  Don’t be fooled by his honeysuckle face and sugarcoated words; he knows you fall for his soft looks and sweet words and abuses this power. If you interrogated the knights who saw Xiao and Kazuha fight, you’d learn that he started it first by threatening him, but of course, you’ll never know because silence is bliss.  Your Highness, underneath that soft demeanor, is an obsessed, lovesick samurai ready to kill in your honor.  Pray to whatever god you believe in because you NEVER want to see him angry. he may not lash out or scream, but he’s just as dangerous since he’s a silent wrath.  Be on your guard.
“Your Highness, if I never met you that day…I would still wander aimlessly from country to country without a clear goal.  My only home was a prison; my friends were unfamiliar, my family was gone, and I had nothing that meant anything to me, so I wandered.  I had my feet carry me from place to place, never stopping unless to rest.  The winds being my only company on a lonely journey across the world, the sounds of the wind and my footsteps being my only conversations.  Never a home, family, or thing I could look forward to until you came along.  You’ve brought a beautiful symphony to my wandering soul. Without you, my life had no meaning but to wander, but now I have a purpose which is to serve by your side.  So, please, your Highness, allow me to continue staying by your side I’ll dedicate every battle in your honor and bring down whatever enemy that stands in your way.  Use me as a tool, make me your trophy, play with me as a doll for your entertainment, but never get rid of me.  Just let me stay by your side, my dear guardian angel.”
Note: Sorry if it didn’t sound as yandere as you hoped. I wanted a slow build-up to Kazuha’s yandere-ness like it starts soft and sweet, then it turns obsessed.  Also, I'm working on Wanderer's, Heizou's, and Zhongli's profiles so far.
I hope you enjoyed Kazuha, the wandering knight’s background for the Fantasy AU. Next is Wanderer, the Grumpy Visitor; Heizou, the Consulting Detective; Diluc, the Brooding Bachelor; and Zhongli, the Lonely King.  Please let me know what you think, and I want your opinion, even if it’s ten paragraphs long. I love feedback!!!  Thank you!
NightFlurry Anon
P.S. In the last posts, you said ‘good food,’ ‘go’s brr,’ and ‘turns to rot,’ but I don’t know what it means.  Sorry, I’m not social and don’t understand slang like this.  *-*  My sister used TTYL on me, and it took me three whole days to figure it out, mainly because my older sister told me what it meant later.  ^-^  Also, which of my writings is your favorite part so far?
Welcome back NightFlurry! This is absolutely wonderful!
Also it matters not wether it’s as yandere as I hoped or not! (In my opinion, i really liked the in depth background you gave Kazuha and his mannerisms/general attitude before he met the reader) But continuing on, what’s truly important is what you think and feel about your own writing style/pieces!
Because everyone has their own perception of what a yandere is. Which is pretty awesome in itself! Because it opens up a wide variety of topics/ideas delving into the genre. o(≧v≦)o
But I’ll be happy to try and give any and all advice with writing in general! I’m no expert but I’ll do my best to help out (>^ω^<)

Hi, NightFlurry Anon again, I'm still not done with the Wanderer, the Grumpy Visitor, background, but I'll give you a sneak peek of what I'm working on. Please comment on what you think so far! Thank you! I love your work keep it up!!!
Wanderer
Wanderer, a grumpy and arrogant wanderer who one day came upon your kingdom and decided to call it his home despite it being a
“pathetic pile of rocks and rubble thrown carelessly together by the dimmest of idiots to create the wretched withering of what you call a kingdom.  It’s quite pitiful you call this sad excuse of a palace ‘home.’ I can practically see the glue holding this place together in the numerous cracks that litter this house. Even the knights here are as incompetent as the castle. A fool could easily get in here and steal all your hard-earned treasures in the blink of an eye with its army of ‘knights.’  Even though it lacks in many feats that not even the gods can recall, I suppose it’ll due since no other kingdom is as bearable as this one, so be a dear peasant- oh, I’m sorry ‘Your Highness’ and give me a tour of your so-called ‘kingdom.’”
Trust me, and these were precisely his words to his highness when he first stepped foot in the palace like he owned the place (he definitely didn’t) with a scowl adorning his face alongside his wandering eyes as he judged the palace from head to toe like he was in a position of high power, he still kept his arrogant behavior as he surveyed his highness, commenting on the plastic pieces of worthless garbage that reader calls jewelry and touching reader so he could get a better look of ‘the stupid heir that would one day be an heir to the crown if they could survive enough even though they look like they could drop dead if he just flicked them on the head.
Giving Xiao a blank look whenever he threatened to cut off all his limbs until he was left dying from lack of blood, an agonizing death, even paying no mind to the thousand guards that surrounded the room because the Wanderer walked into the palace and knocked out a few guards then made himself inside the palace as he was invited.  Until he had enough and swatted away the spears and swords as if they were flies to him before stating to the reader that he’ll be living here from now on so the reader under the order of the Queen Nahida of the Sumeru kingdom so that he could reform under a new leaf and identity in this kingdom, but it seems like the new guest was poking said new stick with a leaf to see the results.
Eventually, after many affirmations from Their Majesty to the stress-stricken knights, confirmation of the wander’s authenticity by showing off the queen’s symbol of approval in the shape of a letter and convincing Xiao not to kill him in his sleep, the Wanderer became a new resident of the Seizon-sha kingdom.
Here's the sneak peek of Wanderer's background. I hope you like it! Please comment on your opinions! Thank you!

Hi NightFlurry Anon again,
Just want you to answer some questions for future fantasy au yander genshin posts I'll be sending,
Is it alright if I send in pictures or doodles of my Fantasy Au of genshin? If that's alright with you of course, I'd love to send in some doodles, but they aren't good so I'm afraid if you won't like it, but can I?
I noticed that my Kazuha, the Traveling Knight, post was a lot longer than my Albedo, the ice mage, and Xiao, your cold bodyguard, post so if you want I can redo that post again to make it longer. Or is it okay just how it is?
Can I continue sending in these posts? If that's alright with you.
Also, is there any opinions or advice about my writings that I should change or focus on? I never posted my thoughts or writings on anyone until your post because your writing and stories are so good I wanted to share my writings. I'd love to know your opinions.
Who should I write next? I'm kind of stuck on Wanderer, Heizou, and Zhongli so far, so I need some ideas.
Thank you,
NightFlurry
1. Of course any and all art is welcomed! So feel free to send me all in whenever you feel like it o(≧v≦)o
2. It’s okay just how it is! But what really matters is how you feel about it! If you feel the need to spiffy up some parts then by all means you’re free to do so since this is your lovely work!
3. (>^ω^<) yes
4. I don’t really know to be honest. Is there anything specific about your writing that you’d want advice/opinion on? If so then I’m all ears since everyone has their own style! Id like to know more about what type of writing style you’re going for/you’re thinking process for how you write before I say anything (^◇^;).
5. Out of those lovely choices I’d go for Heizou o(^▽^)o

Hi, It's NighFlurry again,
Just want you to answer some of my questions before I send in another post of Fantasy AU yandere genshin. If you can please!
Which of my yandere profiles are you're favorite? (I know there's only 3 posts that I made, but which is your favorite so I know which writing style I should base the rest of the yandere profiles off of)
Which was the best? (I want to know your opinion, please!)
Why did you like that specific post better than the others? (Ex, was it the writing, the explanation, why the character turn yandere, their in-depth backstory, etc)
Should I revise or redo some of my profiles? (I was recently looking back at previous posts, and noticed that Kazuha's profile was twice as long as Albedo's and Xiao's combined and was wondering if I should fix that.)
Are you making sure to take breaks, drink water, eat food, and overall taking care of yourself?
Thank you for answering my questions, also I'm almost done with Wanderer's, Heizou's, Zhongli, and a bonus character so far. But I want you to pick which one that I should post first.
Bye NightFlurry
1 & 2 & 3: My favorite would have to be Kazuha mainly because you gave me good details surrounding his character such as his background, his personal characteristics/personality which makes him more notable, and lastly how he connects to the reader/highness. When I’m reading some works I mainly look for the character’s personality to shine through like for example how you started the wanderer off as being grumpy and unbothered and it shone through his actions when he waltzed into readers/highnesses castle like it was his own XD.
4: That’s really up to you I’m not one to tell others if their work is too long or too short since it’s their own writing to do with as they please. So honestly speaking you should do whatever you feel is best! As for me I try to make some of my works to be similar in length take for example my admirer profiles! Some may be a bit shorter or longer but in general it’s all relatively the same length.
5. 👀 I plead the fifth but I really appreciate you asking that! And I wish you well and all the same! o(≧v≦)o in the previous post I mentioned Heizou so I’m sticking with that XD
