It’s Beginning To Look A Lot Like Christmas - Chapter 1 - Deck The Halls With Boughs of Holly

Anthony Bridgerton always took Christmas very seriously. In the four years since he moved to his flat, his window was always the brightest one on the street. So when the neighbour across the street puts on a display of lights that are nicer than his, the only logical conclusion is to add more lights.

Kate Sharma can’t believe she’s going Deck the Halls with the cute single dad across the street but, seriously, how dare he smirk at her from his window like that? It was clearly a challenge. And it's so on.

Hyacinth Bridgerton initially was not really sure about the new bakery owner who kept upstaging hers and Anthony’s and Greg’s window lights, but she makes the best cinnamon buns in all of London and her dog is pretty amazing. She also makes Anthony smile like a fool. You can’t fault her for wanting to spend more time around her shop.

Yes, I did say I would post this story before New Year's the last time, but I never specified WHICH New Year's, did I? Lol It's been only two years, come on! So very sorry for the delay but it's FINALLY HERE! This is going to be a four-part thing and the idea is to have the last posted on the 30th, which will make sense in the story I swear. I'm pretty sure I'll manage bc all there's left to do is finish chapter four so yay! Is this the smoking gun? The other other ring

So much focus has been on the Claddagh ring from Ireland (with my own blog being no exception). But what we haven't paid enough attention to is that there are two other rings that are personal to Nic- one is a Claddagh (her original- which, I haven't dug into but I intend to, because when did we see this one pop up?) and the other is a North Star signet.

I dunno about you guys, but the ring Nic is wearing in her engagement photo looks an awful lot like the ring Luke was seen wearing after his 'Shape of Thing's' play in 2023.

And do you know what this ring is?! It's the North Star signet.

So now it all comes around full circle as Chupi has clearly stated on their website that the left hand pinkie ring is a North Star signet. And who do we see wearing this ring first? LUKE! 👀😍🥰

And do you know what a North Star signet represents?

It's a personal guiding light. It represents values, or priorities that keep you focused on your true north, much like the actual North Star in the sky acts as a fixed point for navigation; it symbolizes direction, stability, and purpose due to its unchanging position.

What is Newton Star aka Newton like in the GunnTech au?

He’s one of the more powerful kids, because he was probably (something something pseudoscience) made with like… star.. stuff (idk, star composition? Star power? 😭 bear with me)

He’s also suuuper intelligent and nerdy. He, Romeo and Greg are (or were, since Romeo left) the nerd gang basically, all very sciency! Unlike Luna and Owlette, he (and probably Lilyfay, a younger and even more successful version) can actually fly/float. He definitely glows, he’s gorgeous and photogenic 😭. Lilyfay being so young, he takes care of her.

Power Ninjalinos AU(?)

I present to you all my newest Elara I'm naming her after a white dwarf star called Feige

She was used in an experiment by her Moon. He was one of the Moons who made a star and in a freak accident she and the star became one. She isn't a star holder, no. She is the star. Like the star she can't really use the power herself. She needs something to act as a conduit for the power but the object she uses disintegrates after. So she doesn't really use her power or she can't use them without something to channel it through. She floats around never really touching the ground anymore. Her voice echoes slightly when she talks at a normal volume so she tends to speak softly.

Pacific Rim in 2025! I absolutely adore these movies, and @divinetransseraphim made me draw this because they've recently been obsessed with them.

I always found it funny that during the scene where Raleigh is coming off the helicopter and walking to the Shatterdome, you can see Newt and Hermann in the background.

Feige angst

The conduit she was using for an experiment shattered while she was using it. It was painful and backlash left her bedridden for over a week. Moon was pissed. They had to move labs because of the explosion. He's lucky to be alive.

(Think when Sun blew up Moon's mana pool)
