Meet the Jackson House

Omari and Zuri met at Copperdale Prom, where things led to another and Zuri ended up pregnant with Zahara. Omari was freaked out and ended up leaving Zuri to fend for herself and the baby.

This led to years of on again off again status with one another. Omari has always hit the road when Zuri ended up pregnant and she couldnt help but take him back each time.

Things in the Jackson house seem stable. Omari has excelled as a Serious Pianst & Entertainer while Zuri owns a small bakery shop and is a notable Pastry chef. How these two have managed to get back together all these years is a mystery to their friends.

Zahara like her father dreams of becoming a world famous celebrity. Youll always find her on her phone as she is a simfluencer. But, just like her mother she enjoys cooking and baking, and these two are definitely best-friends. Zahara or Zara (for short) will be finishing up High School this year and is feeling the pressure from her mom to apply to University which has caused her to gain a bit of a mean streak lately.

Kwame is a all star Football team captain. He definitely is the definition of a jock. Although he does envy and get jealous if others are doing better than him. He is aspiring to be an all-star athlete and is loved in Newcrest as he continues to bring home the championships for the last 2 years. He only has two more years left of High School and Newcrest is counting on him to take down the Copperdale Grizzlies.

Kwame jr is a bit of a outsider in the hosue. Less creative and active then his siblings he strives to become an astronaught one day. K jr loves learning about science and rocket ships which hasnt made him very many friends but his small group within Newcrest is all that he needs. However him and his mom do share the love for being complete goofballs, I guess hell always be mama's boy.

Meet the Davis Family

Patrick and Stacy met in Oasis Springs. Patrick was there for a work trip and Stacy was on a sister-weekend trip. The two hit off very quickly and Daniel fell madly in love with Stacy. She was classy, beautiful, outgoing and accepted Patrick's previous history came with his son.

Patrick proposed to Stacy and the two got married. Shortly after their daughter Tiffany was born Patrick accepted a new job as a Municipal Engineer in Newcrest as this promotion came with a large pay raise. Stacy was able to keep her job as a Registered Nurse in Willow Creek although the commute times tend to exhaust her.

Patrick's son from his previous marriage Daniel absoloutely hates living in Newcrest. He misses his life in the city. He joined the Newcrest Football team to appease his father but hasnt made any head-way from moving past a fresh recruit. Daniel has one year left of High School and wants to live in the San Myshuno student housing - however he will need an Art Degree, he also hasnt told his father yet..

Tiffany is a bit of a wanderlust soul. She beats to the sound of her own drum and is most happiest when she is creating alone. She can be a bit of a loner but she has her best friend and neighbor K Jr when she her social life needs attention. Stacy enrolled Tiffany into Scouts last summer and is hoping that this year she will make more friends than just their dog Hunter and Kwame Junior.

Serena is Stacy's sister and while they are both different in their own ways they are both very similar. These twins are strong-minded and and secure in who they are which is what has gained them both to stive for different social statuses. However, after the passing of their mother Serena went a bit off the deep end. Serena was always closer with their mother so it was no surprise that this hit Serena the hardest. Serena was convinced that their mother's death was no accident. At first it started out with watching spiritual video's on sim-tok and then it led to purchasing tarrot cards, then Serena was seeing Psychic's on a regular basis. Worried for her sister Stacy asked her to move in (so she could keep an eye on her) but Stacy really has no idea what her sister has been getting up to at night when everyone's in bed..

the Harris Family

When beloved Mayor John Fiscus passed away mysteriously his wife Elanor took over Evergreen Harbour as Mayor. Although she has done a great job at restoring the city it has come at the price of collaborating with corporate shareholders. The Harris family packed up their bags and left town. Faye found a cute little resturant in Newcrest and has been successfully running this local favorite. She has been living her best life since the change.

When the Harris family moved Cletus was forced into finding new work. He hasnt been very happy since the move and a dark shadow casts over him for being a corporate sell-out. He managed to find work at Willow Creek Hospital working as a medical technician. Whether they stayed in Evergreen Harbour or not, he was doomed to the corporate world. Hopefully he can find something he likes doing, lately he's taken a interest in nectar making these days.

Francine is like aged wine. She refuses to change and no one is quite sure how old she is and how she's managed to stay youthful all these years. Although on the outside Francine appears united deep down she knows her time is coming to am end. She's starting to consider what she can pass down to the grandkids and is trying to be around for the boys more.

After leaving Evergreen Harbour, Jebb really stepped outside of his bag and found himself. His new neighbor Patrick Davis offered him a job as a Junior draftsperson and with this newfound look on life Jebb is hoping to make a difference in his community. Luckily for him he takes after his Grandma's looks and charm - hopefully he can make it past his social awkwardness to land a date soon!

Gideon just came out to his parents and he too also has a newfound look on life. He has cracked out his shell and is looking to becoming a Actor. With Gideon on the spectrum they still allow him to attend Drama Club after school. His love for heavy metal music can drive the house crazy but since he is their youngest they know its only a matter of time before he goes off to Britechester for University.

The Sullivan House

Growing up Luna always had hippie parents, hence how she got her name (concieved during a lunar eclipse). When Luna graduated High School she moved out to San Sequoia with some friends to pursue a actress career. After being unsuccessful having only been stunt body doubles during major picutres and a series of failed relationships one after another she had no other choice but to move back home with her parents after the birth of her second child whose father was gone with the wind.

Elanore has huge plans of retiring in in El Salvadorada. All of that was put on hold when their daughter moved back in. Elanore has been training Luna how to take over the vetrinary clinic which theyre hoping shell be ready to handle by next winter.

Frank on the other hand decided to open up his own private practice as an attorney while he waits for Elenaore to finally retire. Frank is a man who will do what it takes when the going gets tough, for the right price that is! He's got soft spot for the girls and to be frank is out numbered to say the least.

Karmine loves bring at home with grandparents and thinks that being a vertrinarian is the coolest thing ever, which has gained her the animal affection trait from being surrounded by so many pets! She wants to grow up to be just like the women in her family. Karmine has also gained a unflirty trait from seeing her mom go through so many failed relationships. Karmine's grades arent doing too well and she will need to get them up if she wants to attend Evergreeen Career College next fall for vet school!

Kaci is a little bit of a spoiled brat. She's gotten away with a lot of things being the youngest baby of the house. What Kaci wants Grandma and Grandpa usually get - especially Grandpa. Despite being a promising prosecutor hes got a soft spot this little one. Despite being the princess of the house Kaci is still finding herself and her confidence, much like her mama!

Grey House

Merideth is a Medical Specialist at Willow Creek Hospital. She has been working at the Hospital for over ten years and comes from a family of medical doctors. She has a lot to live up to and somehow always manages to pull it off. Merideth is a hard working sim but definitely knows how to lavish in her downtime from all the simoleons she makes. Derek is famous Surgeon at Willow Creek. He met Merideth at a confrence one year and could not stop thinking about her. These two are the envy of the town. Derek spoils Merideth with vacations and spa days and these two cant keep their hands off of each other. Derek loves the finer things in life and loves living in the modest area of Newcrest.

Their son Bailey is graduating High School this year and has a lot of expectations on him to apply fo Foxbury for Distinguished Doctor degree. Coming from a long line of Doctor's and head of the Chess team the pressure is on both inside the home and out. Bailey is very smart and self assured so life should be easy peasy for him right?

Ellis is very popular with the kids in Newcrest. She is head of the Llamacorn Scouts and has numerous trophies to back her up. She's very creative and the favorite child in the house (just dont tell Bailey). Ellis is mentally gifted, but no one knows that yet, things just come naturally to her you could say.

welcome to another embraced addition of the new newcrest scheme. newcrest as we know it is dead, and latte da is proof! part of mayor alto's plan to encourage deep-pocketed san myshuno residents to invest in our humble town, the llama lagoon strip has been slowly undergoing an extensive (and expensive) modernisation! don’t ask yourself “who’s paying for this?” that’s not important, ask yourself “do i believe in the future?” the answer is: you do! and there is nothing more promising than yet another coffee chain opening it’s doors in a small town to sell overpriced coffee to sims who don’t want it. come down to latte da and taste the bitter future!

something I miss from the sims 3 when compared to the sims 4 is the diversity of social class. 

there is a little bit in the sims 4, but the vast majority of characters are upper-middle class or outright wealthy (in terms of lifestyle and backstory, if not household funds), and within each town there’s little diversity. 

compare this to the sims 3 worlds which almost all had wealthier and less wealthy areas – with interesting stories behind them that felt fleshed out when you landed there. a lot of the sims 4 feels a little bland by comparison.

Introducing the Doo Doo Save File - Version One!

Disclaimer:

This save is still very much a work in progress. While most things appear to be complete (such as builds), there's still a lot to be done. So, keep that in mind. Also, I tried my best to playtest everything, but this is a HUGE save. So, it's possible I missed things. If I did, feel free to let me know!

If you want the townies’ relationships to stay intact, I HIGHLY recommend downloading MCCC. If not, you shouldn’t have any issues playing the save, but some relationships will eventually be deleted due to the culling system. Instructions here!

I did use one piece of CC, but it is absolutely not required in order to download this save. It's the Modern Family Portrait by RAVASHEEN! Download only if you want some cute portraits of the families.

For this save, I grouped some of the worlds together. You don't have to play this way, it's just a note to consider:

This save file uses all EP’s, GP’s, SP’s and most of the kits (Except Sweet Slumber Party, Cozy Kitsch, Urban Homage, Goth Galore, Grunge Revival, Carnaval Streetwear and Modern Menswear kits).

What’s new in this update?:

Ciudad Enamorada and Ravenwood have been completely redone, added multiple new lots, updated other lots and provided make-overs for the households.

Added new households (when living in world; with jobs, friends, preferences etc).

Current Status of Worlds:

Finished worlds: Willow Creek, Oasis Springs, Newcrest, Magnolia Promenade, Windenburg, San Myshuno, Forgotten Hollow, Brindleton Bay, Del Sol Valley, StrangerVille, Glimmerbrook, Sulani, Britechester , Evergreen Harbor, Mt. Komorebi, Henford-on-Bagley, Tartosa, Moonwood Mill, Copperdale, San Sequoia, Chestnut Ridge, Tomarang, Ciudad Enamorada (NEW!) and Ravenwood (NEW!).

Finished vacation worlds: Granite Falls and Selvadorada.

Finihed other lots: Hospital, Science Lab and the Police Station.

To be updated: the Magic Realm and Grimm's office, will either be included in a future update or on the gallery (OriginID: fleuralia)

What do you get with this save?:

For my save file all lots are either completely new builds (almost all) or renovations, ofcourse created by me. Exception: I have added the official build for the release of the Paranormal SP by Dr Ashley to this save. This build is therefore not my own creation, credits are given in the description to Dr Ashley. The lots in newer worlds are largely created by GameChangers. The ratio is around 50/50 with my builds versus renovations (done by me but with the original as the base).

All the townies had make-overs plus I added new families to spice it up a bit. Some of the townies are made by other creators, who are given credits in the description of the household. All the townies in the different worlds have a story, some include sentiments and adjusted relationships to the story.

Added plenty of community lots to give your Sims something to do (YAY!). Almost every world has one restaurant, but it also includes festivals that represent the four seasons (park lots) and a fully functional shopping street in Magnolia Promenade (toy store, bridal store and more).

I have added rental lots so you can go on vacation in more worlds. For example in Sulani, Willow Creek and Windenburg.

Other details:

As mentioned at the beginning, this save uses almost all packs (except some kits). This means that if you download it without owning or installing most of the packs a lot of objects will disappear from the save, but if you are not bothered by this you can still download and play in it.  

I disabled the neigborhood action plan voting/environmental changes, you enable them again in the pack settings menu. I also disabled the neigborhood stories, you can enable them again in the household menu.

I would love to add some households in this save created by all of you! Add your household under the hashtag #fleuraliatownies in The Sims 4 Gallery, you can add a storyline and world in the description but thats not obligatory. If I respond on your creation it means that I have incorporated it in the save for the next update.

Sadly every game update comes with a lot of bugs. I suggest before reporting problems in the save to me, to check on forums if its related to a general bug/glitch or to mods (if you use them).

As said in my previous post I will be slowly starting on moving the builds and sims to a fresh save to help with bugs and incorporate fixes from the Sims team that only work in fresh saves (like Grimm not being able to woohoo). How to make it work in your game:

Download the save file from the link below.

Drag it in your saves folder under: PC/Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4/saves.

Change the numbers if you already have a save with the same name.

It should now show up in your game as: Fleuralia Save V 8.0.
