watching other concert clips (paramore, olivia rodrigo, festivals) and realizing that the my chem tour truly is so fucking strange. there is no glamour or normal communication. they are so damn sweaty and normal and intuition-lead. the likelihood of what gerard is saying goes voice stim then transition song / quote then telling pit to back up THEN a story about CATS or HULK or something. it's like theyve let go the notion that they owe an audience something. i didnt know i needed to hear that
