I feel like Ritsuko would be such a passive aggressive bridesmaid. Like, she'd be half the reason Misato is a trainwreck lol. She'd be trying to convince her Kaji is having an affair or some shit, which Misato scoffs at unless she's drunk, which she is at the rehearsal dinner, so uh oh! She says she's calling off the wedding, Kaji is reassuring everyone that the wedding is still on, Asuka is having a breakdown because she put her blood, sweat, and tears into planning this thing and Shinji cannot deal so he takes a taxi home, then comes back and tries to help sort everything back out.
