Next Reference for Long Live The King by @bloodmoons-knife!

Granted, this was the first one I started, but the cloak proved to be a hard concept to wrap my head around until I could properly focus. Anyway!

Also, I work in a library, so I was trying to make a reading nook. And yes, this is inspired by a section I found where there were shelves upon shelves of books labeled 'Fortune'.

I really do want to draw for this fanfic more, especially of Binary. His librarian soul speaks to mine and Sun has always been my favorite character.

You know, I've been having a hard time figuring out what color Nebula's cloak should be, or what kind of fluffy it should have.

Let's do light purple for the main color and baby blue for the fluff...

Hm... Maybe a bit more fluff...

Hmm... Maybe the color's off?

No worries, I'll just turn everything but the basic sketch invisible!

But while I'm at it, the cloak seems too... gravity defying in the back. I'll just-

Honestly, I'm starting to wonder how many doodles I've made and forgotten... Here's one I've just dug up in my hidden layers that I then decided to color:

So... Guess what I made within two days of Spring Break?

Well, almost made. While it stands in it's own, it's very much missing the cloak. Hence the hidden sketch under the head layer. But I'm liking the Cloakless Reference. Soon Nebula... Your reference will be fully completed!

Btw, another headcannon I have: Nebs would totally wear nice but simple clothing. Something comfy that good enough to present in the public eye as the god/King. Most of it will be covered up by the cloak anyways!
