what’s the best makeup palette with all the rainbow colors with lots of gem tones and some sparkly shades with a black and white and like a couple neautrals i broke my one eyeshadow palette and now i need another

I simply do not like brightly colored michael/helen designs bc when’s the last time ANYONE in the history of the world got scared by bright colors!! it’s a cool character design choice but it has no creepy factor at ALL... idk I’m sad that bright bowling alley carpet color palette helen and michael became the universally accepted fanon when I think both of them should be a lot scarier to look at, and a subtle Wrongness or all out fleshy surrealism lends itself to that wayyy better than bright kaliedoscope aesthetics. they both became Fashion Icons and no one draws em creepy anymore

My mom went a little overboard with the yarn (that I didn’t ask for btw) for both my birthday and Christmas.

She got me a total of 5 yarn packs: the chroma twist fingering kit, the 2017 felici colors, a palette kit (like Spring colors), a WOTA sport kit (lots of purples and grays, it’s right up my alley tbh), and a neautral kit of Alpaca Cloud lace (6 balls of it).

I also got a Find Your Fade kit from Knit Picks that I did ask for (it was one of two kits that I actually asked for, the other was the only Shadow Lace kit I’ve ever seen on there and it’s like $17 so at some point I would’ve bought it anyway). At least that one has a project in mind.

Keeping in mind that I’ve barely made a dent in the yarn that I got last year for Christmas/birthday and that I’ve bought some in the past year, I am drowning in yarn. Tomorrow I am banishing the cat to the bathroom and sorting it by yarn weight so I can estimate about how many bins I’ll need to get so I can get the yarn out of cardboard boxes.

I have limited funds for eye shadow palettes, can you suggest a really good one?

Please check out Juvia’s Place. They have palettes starting at 25-35. I bought the masquerade palette last year and I’d fight to say that’s the best palette I bought in 2016. The colors are extremely pigmented, the pan sizes are big and literally none of the colors in my palette are chalky nor hard to blend. This is the palette I got. 

The have a neautral tone palette as well if your not into vibrant colors. Idk how they can afford to sell such a good palette for the low honestly

Plus they’re black owned. 

I’ve heard coastal scents has some really cheap and nice palettes but I also heard the quality is comparable to morphe palettes (Morphe palettes are cheap as well but vary in quality, sometimes the colors are chalky and sometimes they’re creamy, you never just get a full on GREAT palette with morphe basically)

ive been trying to get more into makeup, i really just do my eyes so i like the pretty palettes. i have the 'chocolate gold' one by two-faced. i haven't gotten Jeffree's stuff before cuz i think they're kind of expensive and they're apparently sold out a lot. but his stuff does seem really good quality🦌😊

I love makeup but I can barely do winged liner. I’m trying to learn more thanks to my friend Lex who is a boss at makeup. I have some urban decay palettes my mom found on wish (only two are real, one is a fake but tbh it works just as well). I have one from the Balm called Meet Matt(e) and it’s neautral matte shades.

Jeffree’s palettes are so expensive but I don’t totally blame him from what he explained to Shane. I’d love to get one of his that has some more neutral colors for now cause I want to get better at makeup then get more colorful palettes!

A closer look at the @limecrimemakeup Venus XL palette. This is my first #LimeCrime shadow palette. I definitely tend to lean toward the berry and mauve shades so when this one came out I knew I had to have it! Love the mix of everyday colors paired with the darker and brighter colors which should allow the creation of looks all the way from neautral to bold.
