Welcome to Shortie's Joel Miller masterlist! Below is a mix of pre and post outbreak stories, most are 18+. Thank you for reading❤️
The Way We Were [complete]: You worked for Joel and Tommy a few months before the outbreak. When the outbreak happens, you and Joel get stuck traveling the country and keeping each other safe. Neither of you spoke about the feelings you had for one another pre-outbreak, and in a post-apocalyptic world, it seems like survival should be your only focus. But feelings can't be ignored forever.
Look What We've Become [complete - sequel to TWWW]: You are tasked with taking a young girl back to her family while trying to salvage your relationship with Joel after certain events cause the biggest strain either of you have ever had to face.
I'll Be Home for Christmas [on-going]: Having just caught your fiancé cheating on you, you decide to come back home from the big city to Austin for the month of December to try to figure out your next step. You had no idea you would be getting more than you bargained for with the handsome single dad who built your parents' house.
Somewhere to Run [complete]: You move to a small town in the middle of Texas to escape your past and start over. You don't expect to fall for the town's handsome sheriff.
I Know Who You Are [complete]: A fall on patrol causes you to lose your long term memory, forgetting the identities of your friends and loved ones. You have to learn all over again how to survive in a post-apocalyptic world, and you learn things about yourself along the way.
Roommates [complete]: Your roommate, Maria, introduces you to her boyfriend's brother. You hit it off immediately, but when you find out the true nature of his profession, you both decide to remain just friends. But once the four of you eventually move in together, things get... complicated.
Swept Away [complete]: Detached, closed off, and hardened by failed relationships (romantic and otherwise), hotel mogul Joel Miller is looking to expand his empire to an exclusive tropical island off the coast of Fiji. The problem is, he's not the only one looking to stake his claim in the tropics. The owner of the island, a family man first and foremost, invites all the bidders to the island for a month long retreat to help him decide which mogul will be crowned the winner. And to make himself look more appealing, Joel hires you to accompany him as his significant other. But it's strictly business... right?
Swept Away: Season Two [in progress]: Your return to the island for the grand opening of The Parador: Fiji holds even more drama than the first visit. Desire, love, heartbreak, mystery, and luxury await your stay.
Evergreen [complete]: Two unlikely strangers meet and bond over a shared trauma. But what happens when the lines unexpectedly blur and they're both overcome with guilt? Will they allow themselves to love again, or will they choose to drown in their grief?
Just this Once [in progress]: (dbf!joel) After yet another argument with your dad, his buddy across the street is there to help make you feel better.
Part Two | Part Three
Underneath It All [coming soon]: He's broken, so are you. In a world where you've both done and seen so much brutality, it's hard not to be. It's natural to seek out comfort in another who understands.
I hate when you're right: After a heated argument with Joel, you finally convince him to leave Jackson so you could explore a store for new clothes, and what happens could change your life forever.
Have a Good Night: Every week like clockwork, the same devastatingly handsome man comes into the grocery store where you work to buy flowers. It's not until he asks you out when you realize the flowers aren't for his wife or girlfriend.
Night Shift: It was a relatively quiet night in the emergency room until a handsome contractor gets admitted and adds some excitement to your life.
Hard to Handle: One year after Joel cheats on you and gets someone else pregnant, you run into him for the first time.
Five Senses: You catch Joel sneaking off to do something in the middle of the night and curiosity gets the best of you.
A Deeper Purpose: Living in Jackson during the apocalypse doesn't do anything to curb your desire to have a child. The problem is, most of the men in town are unavailable... except for one.
-> Love at First Sight: Joel helps you through your delivery.
-> A Deeper Meaning: Now that your daughter is born, Joel is itching for another but you are still feeling a little discouraged with the way your body looks. He quickly puts an end to those feelings.
Come Fly with Me: You and Joel have fun in the cockpit.
Something Unexpected: It's been ten years since you lived in Texas, and of course the first week back, you run into a familiar face from your past.
First Impressions: When your heater breaks in the dead of winter, you get more than you bargained for when Joel Miller arrives to fix it.
Flinched: The day after Sarah died, he flinched.
Palm Trees: Sometimes love can be found unexpectedly in the aisle of Home Depot's Christmas displays.
A Christmas Miracle: Years of tension after a failed hook-up attempt with Joel boil over at your office Christmas party, but not in the way you expect.
Sweater Weather: A famous popstar's Christmas Eve concert brings an unexpected love into your life.

♡ slashers scenarios | first meeting
info;
♡ fandoms; The Boy, House of Wax, Halloween, Hannibal, Texas Chainsaw Massacre, slashers (general), DBD
♡ characters; Brahms Heelshire, Vincent Sinclair, Micheal Myers, Hannibal Lecter, Thomas Hewitt
♡ reader; gender neutral
♡ cw; mentions of blood/violence
The most random array of characters. All 5 are my bfs tho. Also this is written very very informally because it was originally just for myself lol.
•┈••✦ ❤ ✦••┈•
Brahms Heelshire//
> approximateplotofthe movie. jpeg
> honestly you mind your own business once you realize it’s a doll but assume there’s cameras so mostly behave
> you find yourself naturally coddling his doll like a real child when you’re bored, speaking to him constantly
> even though you’re not doing much to upset him, weird things do start happening around the house
> he mostly wants attention
> you leave a note one day
> “dear brahm’s ghost; i’m sorry if i’m not doing a good job as a nanny. i’m really trying my best. I hope we can be friends”
> he scribbles a smiley face on it and you’re a little freaked out / excited
> when he finally shows himself you’re really stunned. but it makes more sense than a genuine ghost
> you’re in such shock that you just. keep going with the evening and make dinner.
> but even once you come to your senses, you end up more sad than scared
> “…they left you all alone. I’m so sorry.”
> he gives you puppy eyes
> “…I won’t do that to you. I promise. I’m staying.”
> he’s even more in love with you than he first thought. even if you’re going to make him shower six times before bed.
> to his chagrin you don’t help him bathe
> but you do kiss him goodnight
Vincent Sinclair//
> bo brings you to him
> at first he’s making some big deal, “special delivery” and all that
> you’re cute
> really cute
> and bo clearly knew you’re the kind of person vincent would like
> but he’s still got a job to do
> damn it
> “h-hey- wait- i can help you—?”
> that makes him hesitate
> “i’m an artist too. i can help with the sculptures. “
> …
>“i’ll be good. promise.”
> he didn’t need much more convincing than that
> bo is surprised he kept you but makes damn sure you’re not escaping
> but you don’t even try because you just feel so deeply for vincent, and he’s so gentle
> you weren’t lying about being an artist so you’re genuinely helpful
> he falls madly in love when you help him resculpt his mask
Micheal Myers //
> Meet because you wrote letters to him
> Not to interview him or as an obsessive fan
> At first out of curiosity, then as a sort of way to vent, because he never responds
> But as it turns out your letters are the only ones he keeps or even opens at this point
> So his psychologist wants you to meet him to see if you can get him to open up- of course there’s a cash incentive
> He doesn’t say a word from the other side of the glass.
> Obviously.
> But you treat it like a normal visit to a friend and just chat mindlessly a while
> And you’re so much tinier and cuter in person
> He wants to stab you so much
> But realizes that if he killed you, he might miss you
> Ew that’s a scary thought
> Still wants to make you scream tho uwu
> He escapes
> Because he’s Micheal Myers that’s what he does
> After his spree he finds himself in your house, bloodsoaked and honestly not all that sure what he’ll do when he sees you
> You don’t even scream, just give a tiny ‘eep’
> “…Micheal?”
> He regrips his knife so he can get it over with. You’ll just tattle
> “Oh gosh- you’re soaked from the rain. And all that blood-let’s get you a shower? I can get you some fresh clothes too,”
> He’s staring down at you in disbelief
> “…what? You thought I’d try and call the cops? I like talking to you.”
> There’s something very wrong with you
> It’s kind of hot
> He puts him knife away and follows you
Hannibal Lecter//
> you’re his patient lol
> at first he doesn’t have much interest in you outside of work
> but god, you’d be such a perfect subject to manipulate with that little authority figure problem you have
> and even though you’re young
> you do recognize some of the finer things in life
> mostly his artwork and cooking. you’re really good at inadvertently stroking his ego
> he starts diving into darker subjects in therapy
> you’re a bit of a morbid person under the sunshine-y exterior
> perfect
> he’s still chipping away at something big you’re keeping from him
> he could do some digging online and through your files but where’s the fun in that
> he gets you tipsy and then starts with the psycho babble
> you finally crack
> you killed some guy that was stalking you years ago
> god that’s hot
> you liked it, at least a little bit
> even hotter
> you licked the blood off your hands and it tasted good
> he’s in love ; good luck leaving
Thomas Hewitt //
> car trouble! it’s always car trouble
> honestly when you rock up to the gas station alone Luda Mae is thinking that it’s a shame the fridge at home is already full
> but you’re the sweetest little customer
> “your name is really pretty ma’am. ever since i was little i decided if i had a daughter, her name would be Audrey Mae”
> new plan, she’s playing matchmaker
> there’s just something about you that’s so gentle
> and mildly off-putting, like the rest of the family
> she brings you out to the farm to see if they have the car parts you need
> and to stay the night, if you really need to
> you run smack dab into Thomas in his old half mask walking in- even Luda expects you to recoil at the least
> instead you turn a bit pink
> “oh gosh- I’m so so sorry sir-“
> Thomas stares at you
> You just shyly introduce yourself, talking enough for both of you
> Luda Mae is already planning the wedding
> “That’s my youngest Tommy- why don’t you show em around? Alright baby?”
> Thomas is a bit hesitant but you’re so little and cute and smell so good—
> He’s already obsessed oops

everything that's heavy, i check it at the door (wouldn't want to do it with anyone else)
Eddie had always found Texas to be suffocating, but in the years since he’d left the state, he’d put that down to the stifling heat – surely, he was remembering the way the soaring temperatures of the summer felt, the oppressive heat and humidity of a Texas July affecting the way he remembered life in his home state to be.
It was February now, though, and Eddie still felt like he couldn’t breathe – so it wasn’t the heat, was it?
eddie goes to texas. he fights for christopher, fights with his parents, and loves buck from afar - mostly in that order.

an offering of my own for friends to fiances february.
Deep down, he’d always known that: the heat had long-since been a convenient excuse for his dislike of Texas, a reason to not return. California had better summers, he’d always said – warm, and dry, and close to the beach, unlike El Paso. It was a convenient excuse he could have kept using for the rest of his life, if not for the fact he found himself back in El Paso again, and not for a few days this time – no, this was a longer-term situation.
Eddie hoped it wasn’t too long-term. He had decided against selling his house in LA, in the end, Buck moving in to help him cover the mortgage, but that meant he was stuck in a month-to-month rental in El Paso, his son still living with Eddie’s parents, and everything just felt –
Suffocating.
“This feels like old times.”
Eddie blinked up at the shadow that was obscuring his view of the late-evening sun. His sister, Sophia, was standing, hands on hips, her dark hair flowing in the evening breeze as she fixed him with a serious look. “I figured I might as well commit to regressing,” he huffed, not moving from where he was lying on the grass. “I’m already back in El Paso – mom and dad are controlling my life. Hiding in the garden because I don’t want to talk to our parents felt like the natural next move.”
Sophia barely concealed an eye roll at his self-depreciating comment but eased herself onto the grass next to him all the same – impressive, given she was nearly six months pregnant. Eddie would hear it about her back, later, but he didn’t quite have it in him to protest, in that moment.
“I thought that dinner went surprisingly well,” she said, a serious expression on her face as she looked at Eddie.
“Have you lost your mind?”
Sophia cracked, a cackle escaping her mouth as she shook her head. “No, it was bad,” she agreed. “It feels like we’re teenagers again – you’re seventeen, I’m nineteen, and neither of us can do anything right.”
Eddie grinned. That had been the best part of growing up, sometimes – Sophia was barely a year older than him, and as much as Eddie had borne the brunt of expectation, being the old boy in the family, Sophia had dealt with her fair share of their mother’s expectations too, Helena Diaz having the perfect vision for her daughters lives, one that Sophia had never adhered to.
Sophia had left for Oregon when she was eighteen, for college, and came back with a degree in interior design, an East coast husband with a terrible beard, a career of her own, and no plans for children – well, until now. Late, by their mother’s standards, the opposite to Eddie, who’d given her a grandchild years too soon.
“When you have a baby girl you name after mom, you’ll be in her good books,” Eddie hummed, knowing he earned the punch he got from his older sister. That was sort of his job, really, to wind Sophia up - it was in the younger brother contract.
“Yeah, that’s going to happen when hell freezes over,” Sophia rolled her eyes. “Don’t listen to them, Eddie. I know that they like to peck, and push, and they think their way is the only way, the right way – but it’s not. You’re a damn good parent, regardless of what they believe – you’ve been doing this alone for so long, and I know I’m not exactly a parent yet, but I can’t imagine doing it alone. They should be proud of you, for how you’ve managed - not judgemental.”
Eddie was quiet, for a second. It was true, that for a few years, he had done it alone – but he hadn’t been alone for a long time now. Buck had been the kind of coparent he never thought he deserved, attentive and present, willing to pitch in for the good, and the bad. It had started with Buck being a fun uncle, sure, but his role in Christopher’s life was so much bigger, so much more, now – he was a co parent to Eddie.
Eddie wasn’t sure if he’d ever be able to express quite how grateful he was to Buck for that.

imposter syndrome ⊹ aaron hotchner
.ᐟ MDNI .ᐟ
ᝰ summary : after 6 months with the bau, you can't seem to crack unit chief aaron hotchner. you figure he dislikes you or that you aren't fitting in with the bau, but it is much more than that.
ᝰ warnings : mentions of an unsub/case, bau!fem reader, dom!hotch, sub!reader, bit of an age gap (reader is same age as reid), daddy kink (sorry this is SO self indulgent), may or may not be a clit slap, dirty talk, hotch covering your mouth, oral f receiving, p in v
eeee welcome to my first fic! i couldn't resist writing hotch first. please give me feedback, send me requests and follow if you enjoyed <3
yourself and the rest of the team had just arrived back to quantico from texas, having spent a long 4 days there on a case. the unsub was brutal, assaulting and mutilating his female victims in a way you haven't seen yet during your time with the bau. you were the one who apprehended the unsub, catching him trying to escape from the back of the abandoned warehouse he was operating in. you felt accomplished; you had been experiencing a bit of imposter syndrome since joining the bau, feeling like you had a lot to prove considering the skill set of everyone else as well as hotch's behaviour towards you. he always felt a bit closed off with you, and though that's how he was naturally, it felt more deliberate with you, almost as though he didn't care for you much.
you were snapped out of your thoughts by rossi patting your shoulder, squeezing gently as you sat at your desk. "you did a good job today, kid. it's impressive taking him on your own, he was an intense unsub" he smiles down at you in that fatherly way he always does, causing you to return the smile back to him. "thanks rossi, it means a lot". "of course, go home and get some rest okay?" he squeezes once more as you nod before walking away, jj and spencer trailing behind him and shouting their goodbyes to you. "are you walking out with me?" garcia's bubbly voice fills your ears, her bright pink dress a shock to your tired eyes. "yeah, i was just-" "y/n, would you mind coming to my office?" hotch's voice interrupts you, his head poking out of his office. "guess not" you sigh, "see you tomorrow, get home safe" you embrace her in a hug before taking a deep breath, heading through the bullpen and up the stairs to hotch's office.
you knock gently on the door frame before taking a step into his office, shutting the door behind you. "you wanted to see me, sir?" you ask softly, smoothing down your pencil skirt under his gaze. "yes, sit please" he gestures to a chair across the desk from him, shutting the file atop it. you take a seat, heart pounding as you lock eyes with him. "you're not in trouble, no need to be so tense" he comments, causing your cheeks to flush out of embarrassment. "i wanted to let you know that you did a good job today, your apprehending of the unsub was smooth" he says, his deep voice penetrating your ears. "thank you, sir. i appreciate it... i-" you pause, unsure if this was really the right time to confront the tension that filled the space between you and hotch. "what is it?" his eyebrow raises slightly, curious as to what you were hesitating over. "well, i just wanted to know if i have been doing well? like, on the team? it's just that.. i've never really received much feedback from you, and i've felt like maybe you don't like me much. i know i'm younger than most of the team and i'm less experienced within the bureau but i've done my best to adapt and-" "y/n" he says gently, coaxing you out of your ramble.
"i understand that i've been standoffish with you, and i apologize. you fit in very well with the team and pull your weight, your age or experience has nothing to do with it.." you let out a breath you didn't know you had been holding, but thoughts continue to swirl around in your mind. "respectfully, sir, then what is it? i mean, have i been doing something else out of line? i'm just a little confused.." your heart is still pounding as you speak, even more so when hotch rises from his chair and rounds the desk, causing you to stand so you are level with him. despite this, you're still significantly shorter than his 6'2" stature. "the problem... is that you're too enticing..." he whispers as he leans down, "too intoxicating.." you feel his minty breath fan across your lips, fully comprehending just how close you are to one another. "sir-" "are you okay with this, y/n?" his raspy whisper has your knees buckling as you nod your head, holding back a whimper waiting to escape. hotch hungrily presses his lips against yours, his hands grabbing your hips tightly and pulling you flush against him. you kiss back with the same hunger, hands weaving into his hair.
he moans slightly into the kiss, his hands roaming your body like it's the last thing he'll ever touch. his large hands reach your ass, squeezing as he pulls away from the kiss, leaving you gasping. "on the desk, now" he commands, loosening his tie and chucking his blazer onto a chair as you get situated. "so god damn pretty" he rasps, pushing your skirt up your thighs so it's bunched up around your waist, exposing your black lace thong. "do you always wear slutty panties under these skirts?" he teases, dragging an index finger over your panties and pressing as he feels the wet spot. you whine softly at the touch, hips bucking slightly. "i asked you a question" he leaves a light smack on your clothed clit, another whine escaping you. "y-yes, i do" you bite your lip as he hums in satisfaction, pulling your panties down your legs and tossing them with his blazer. he kneels down, spreading your legs further apart and getting the perfect view of your wet pussy.
he wastes no time, diving in and sucking your sensitive clit into his mouth. "oh fuck-" you gasp, leaning back onto your elbows as hotch indulges in your wetness. he pulls off of your clit, using his hands to spread your pussy. "you taste just how i imagined, so sweet" he groans lightly and laps at your hole, collecting all your juices. "h- hotch, oh my god" you moan, your hips bucking into his mouth. he only buries his face deeper, moving back up to your clit and flicking it with his tongue frantically as your orgasm approaches. "i'm so close- hotch!" you moan out as he nods in your pussy, pulling your orgasm from you. you cum against his tongue, legs quivering around his head. his tongue movements slow as he pulls away, standing again and working to undo his belt and remove his pants and boxers. your eyes widen at the size of his cock, hands reaching to wrap around his length. "no, spread those legs again" he states, lining himself up. "i've waited too long for this pussy, i'm not waiting another minute" he whispers, pushing himself into you. he groans as he bottoms out, fingers digging into your thighs.
your mouth is agape as he starts to thrust, pussy gripping him tightly. "you're so fucking pretty, you were made for this cock" his pace begins to quicken, urging a string of moans out of you. "how's that? hm? daddy feels good?" your moans only gain volume at the name drop, pussy clenching around him. "yes, daddy, fuck oh my fuck-" you squeal, wet sounds filling his office. his left hand leaves your thigh to cover your mouth, muffling your moans. "gotta keep you quiet, baby. morgan is still in his office down the hall, you wouldn't want him to find us like this, would you?" he taunts as you shake your head no, his hips slamming into yours continuously. "who's pussy is this?" he asks, removing his hand for you to speak. "yours daddy, yours" you whine, locking eyes with him as you become more drunk on his cock. "that's it, yes..." he breathes heavily, his thrusts getting faster. "where do you want daddy to cum? tell me" "inside, inside please" you beg, your second orgasm quickly approaching. he nods as thrusts a few more times, jaw slack as he groans. hotch looks beyond sexy as he fills your pussy with his cum, almost growling as he finishes inside you. your orgasm crashes down just seconds later, your whines pathetically loud at this point. you both catch your breath, holding onto each other to ground yourselves in the moment.
"fuck... jesus y/n" he chuckles, brushing your hair out of your face. "i didn't realize that was the issue, otherwise i would've asked a long time ago" you laugh, pulling him in for another kiss. he smiles into the kiss before your phone pings, causing you to pull away. your eyes widen as you read the text notification - derek morgan: glad you and hotch finally figured your shit out.

A Body Stealer Tale: Fugitive
"I only have four available at the moment. I don't hunt like I used to." I say, guiding the man to my basement, where four men are standing frozen in only their underwear.

"It's fine, they all look good." The man says.
He is a fugitive, one of the most wanted men in the country. The kind you see on the news, his face plastered everywhere, but no one knew the truth. No one knew the lengths he would go to escape. That’s where I come in. I don’t judge them—how could I? That’s not my role. My job is simple: I help them find a new body to hide in.
"Would you mind giving me their info?" The man asks.
"From left to right, we have Ethan. He's 19 years old, fresh out of high school, and I got him at a small beach town where he was spending his summer surfing and working part-time at a café. His bodysuit is smooth, with just the right amount of muscle definition, and that wavy hair makes him stand out. He's the perfect body if you like that carefree, beach vibe.
Next is Jake. At 22, he's fresh from the military, built like a rock. I picked him up after he finished his last tour. The tight buzzcut and his stocky build give him that no-nonsense, tough look. If you're into strength and durability, Jake's bodysuit is the one for you.
Then, we have Cole. He's 24 and hails from a small Texas town, hence the cowboy hat. I found him working at a rodeo—he's got that strong, silent type charm. His broad shoulders and muscular chest give him a powerful presence, perfect for anyone wanting that rough, country boy look. You won't be bothered by anyone if you pick him.
And finally, there's Luca. At 23, he's got a natural good-looking face that makes heads turn. I got him right after he graduated college—he was modeling on the side to make ends meet. His suit has that classic, athletic look, with just the right amount of body hair to give it character."
The man looked thoughtful, like he was having a hard time picking one. He inspected them from closer and pulled down the underwear of each one to inspect their junk. After a while, he finally decided.
"I think I’ll go with..."

They say a meteor is going to crash into Texas. Buck turns away from the TV – not even Taylor can deliver such news without a shocked face – only to be met with a satisfied expression on Gerrard's face.
“God’s punishment,” says the interim captain.
Unfortunately, he doesn't mean himself, because if you ask Buck, Gerrard is definitely a punishment from God. Bobby has to undergo what is supposedly a routine operation, and as if that weren't stressful enough – for Buck –, Gerrard has once again taken over the helm. Is that guy really the only available fire captain in the whole LAFD?
“We're far enough away from Texas, don't wet your pants, Buckley,” he says, patting Buck’s shoulder before he leaves to annoy somebody else.
It's hard to escape such news, though. It seems to be the talk of the town; most of the people they're helping today seem eager to be putting their pain and problems on hold for a moment.
“There's always someone who's worse off,” says Hen, ”it helps people to relax.”
“Sure, I'd rather be in a car accident than be squashed by a meteor,” Chimney remarks.
Buck doesn't want to imagine it, which is why his thoughts go into overdrive, and he's still somewhat agitated in the evening.
“Statistically, around 20,000 meteorites fall to Earth every year,” he explains to Tommy while they’re preparing dinner.
“You mean those that are bigger than 3.5 ounces,” says Tommy casually, peeling the carrots. “Small ones happen almost every day, but you don't notice them. And big ones are rare anyway.”
Buck, who shouldn't be surprised by anything Tommy does, almost cuts his finger and puts his knife down.
“How do you know?”
“You think I haven't seen the news?”
Popping a slice of carrot into his mouth, Tommy grins. “A meteoroid is a piece of rock that is usually knocked out of an asteroid by a collision. When the meteoroid enters the atmosphere, it sometimes causes a luminous phenomenon, a meteor. And only when it touches ground it’s a meteorite.”
“Y-you looked that up because you knew I was watching the news.” A somewhat embarrassed expression crosses Tommy’s face, scrunching his nose in that adorable way.
“Too much?” he asks.
“What? No! You knew I'd spiral over the news, and…”
“Just because you have a very compassionate heart,” says Tommy with a wink, taking his hand.
“Right,” Buck huffs in amusement.
“Of course,” Tommy replies, while his hand squeezes Buck's, ”it's certainly not because you're worried about Bobby, or because Gerrard is constantly breathing down your neck, or because everyone has probably told you that a meteor will definitely not hit L.A.”
Maybe the man is a clairvoyant. Or maybe he just knows him too well by now, which is a much more heartwarming explanation. Because in fact, it wasn't just Chimney who – with the best of intentions – told him that an earthquake is statistically more likely than a meteor strike.
“You're right,” says Buck, wrapping his arms around Tommy, ”but do you know what actually fueled my anxiety? One more natural disaster, what does it matter?”
Tommy raises a brow, but he doesn’t object. Because that’s another thing he knows by now: when it’s necessary to speak up (oh, they’ve worked on this, together), and also when it’s better to remain silent.
“I was thinking about where I would want to be when something like that happens. I was thinking of all the people who’d not be able to make it to their loved ones in time, who would have to say goodbye over the phone. I couldn't help but think of those who would lose everything, not just their own lives.”
“That's dark,” Tommy breathes into Buck’s hair.
“Maybe. But it was also somehow reassuring, because I knew where I wanted to be.”
“Right here,” Tommy says, holding him close.
“Right here. And do you want to know something else?”
“Hmmm?”
“The fact that you learned all this facts for me is extremely sexy.”
Tommy looks at him, “Oh?”
“Yes, oh,” Buck replies, laughing. “Disasters can wait, kiss me.”

Slasher headcanons!
not my usual fandom post, but please feel free to request anything! :P
(TW) and GN! reader hope you like it!
Michael Myers (Halloween)
Silent acts of affection: He'll fix things around your house when you're not looking, broken locks, creaky floorboards, even your car engine, but never tells you he did it.
Unsettling gifts: Michael doesn't understand normal romance, so you'll find things like feathers, cracked mirrors, or bones neatly arranged on your doorstep.
Childlike curiosity: He stares at you for hours not only because he’s creepy, but also because he’s trying to understand what makes you tick. If you catch him, he just tilts his head and keeps staring.
Jealous rage: Anyone who flirts with you ends up mysteriously missing or finds themselves suddenly terrified of "something" lurking nearby.
Jason Voorhees (Friday the 13th)
Gentle giant energy: He’s incredibly soft with you, always hesitant to touch, afraid he might hurt you with his size and strength.
Nature dates: Jason loves being in the woods, so expect long "quiet walks" through the trees, with him subtly steering you away from dangerous areas.
Primitive gifts: He’ll leave flowers, smooth stones, or handmade wooden trinkets for you. Sometimes they’re perfect, other times, they’re... rough. It’s the thought that counts.
Protective rage: If someone harms you, they’ll regret it almost immediately. Jason’s wrath is swift and terrifying, but he’ll make sure you never see that side of him.
Leatherface (The Texas Chainsaw Massacre)
Domestic sweetness: Despite the chaos, Leatherface tries to make your life comfortable, even cooking for you or attempting to sew something nice, though it might not always go well.
Physical affection: He doesn’t know how to express love, so expect bear hugs that are almost too tight and clumsy pats on the head.
Territorial: He’s deeply protective of his space, and by extension, you. Anyone who intrudes on what he considers "yours" is immediately in danger.
Childlike trust: He’ll follow your lead almost blindly, looking to you for approval in everything he does.
Billy & Stu (Scream)
Chaotic duo: They’ll argue over who gets to sit next to you during a horror movie marathon and will both pretend they weren’t scared when you call them out.
Competitive affection: They’re constantly trying to outdo each other to impress you, whether it’s with compliments, gestures, or taking out "obstacles" in your life.
Endless pranks: They team up to prank you, but if you ever prank them back, they’re both shocked and oddly impressed.
Weirdly supportive: They encourage your dark side, hyping you up if you ever show any interest in violence or twisted humor.
Freddy Krueger (Nightmare on Elm Street)
Dark humor overload: Freddy flirts through sarcasm and mocking, but if someone else dares to insult you, they’re in for a nightmare.
Dream manipulation: He creates scenarios in your dreams just to make you laugh or to give you an escape from reality. It’s his twisted way of caring.
Possessive in your dreams: He doesn’t like anyone else entering your subconscious space, treating it like his personal domain (king gojo).
Nightmare protector: If you’re scared of something in a dream, Freddy will destroy it for you, though he’ll make fun of you for being scared in the first place.
Asa Emory (The Collector)
Meticulous gifts: Asa leaves you intricate, terrifyingly beautiful things he’s crafted... like butterfly displays or twisted sculptures made from things you’d rather not know the origin of.
Fascination with your routine: He studies your habits obsessively, making sure he knows everything about your day to day life. If something disrupts it, he’ll "fix" the problem quietly.
Quiet, calculated affection: He doesn’t express love traditionally, but his attention to detail in how he takes care of you (even in small ways) speaks volumes.
Possessive and territorial: The idea of anyone else touching you or your belongings infuriates him. He’s not above setting traps to ensure people keep their distance.
Collector tendencies: You’re his most prized possession, but unlike the others, he protects you with a quiet reverence.
ChromeSkull (Laid to Rest)
Silent communicator: ChromeSkull relies on body language and technology to "talk" to you. Expect texts or typed out notes that are surprisingly sweet but still laced with his signature dark humor.
Obsessive filming: He constantly records you... not in a creepy stalker way (okay, maybe a little :D), but because he finds you captivating. The tapes are for him alone, and he guards them jealously.
Over the top protective: Anyone who so much as raises their voice at you is immediately on his hit list. His revenge is brutal, but he makes sure you never see that side of him.
Oddly stylish: He takes pride in his appearance and will sometimes dress you up too, giving you gifts like leather jackets or sunglasses to match his aesthetic.
Acts of service: His love language is taking care of "problems" for you, whether it’s fixing your car, eliminating someone who upset you, or just quietly keeping watch while you sleep.
The Sinclair Brothers (House of Wax)
Bo Sinclair
Charmer with a dark side: Bo loves flirting with you and making you blush, but there’s always an edge to it, as if he’s daring you to fall for him completely.
Overprotective sibling vibes: If Vincent or Lester get too close to you, he’ll intervene under the guise of "making sure they’re not bothering you."
Fix it guy: He’ll tinker with your stuff, fixing anything broken or making small improvements, even if you didn’t ask. It’s his way of showing he cares.
Jealous streak: Bo doesn’t handle competition well. If someone flirts with you, he’ll drag them into his workshop to "fix" them.
Vincent Sinclair
Artist’s devotion: Vincent loves sketching or sculpting you, often without you knowing. His art captures every detail, from the way your hair falls to the light in your eyes.
Gentle giant energy: Despite his imposing presence, he’s incredibly careful with you, treating you like something fragile and irreplaceable.
Silent adoration: He rarely speaks, but the way he watches you intensely and with complete focus says everything.
Gift giving: Expect handmade items like wax flowers, tiny sculptures, or jewelry. He pours his heart into these creations, and they’re always meant to protect or comfort you.
Lester Sinclair
Playful but protective: Lester loves teasing you, but if anyone else tries it, he’s quick to shut them down. He’s got a surprisingly sharp temper when it comes to your safety.
Nature walks: He loves taking you into the woods, showing you secret spots and teaching you random survival tricks, like how to set traps or identify plants.
Down to earth affection: Lester’s not one for grand gestures, but his constant kindness like keeping you company or bringing you snacks, makes you feel cared for.
Acts as the "buffer": He’s the calmest of the brothers and will often step in if Bo and Vincent get too intense around you.

breathe or steal a kiss

stuck in a small town with big things
warnings: blowjob, piv, texas, etc.
word count: 4.9k
He's in some diner in nowhere Texas. He's tired of driving and his stomach has been growling for the last hour, hungry for something other than stale pretzels. He's rubbing his eyes, desperate for them to not feel heavy. He's got 3 hours until Dallas and is determined to make it tonight.
When his eyes open, that blur fades and it's like a vision appears, an oasis in this desert he's driven through. You stand in your bell-bottom jeans, apron tied at your waist, with a red tank top. You're chewing gum and pulling out your check pad, not bothering to make eye contact with him until you click your pen. "What can I get for you, hon?"
That burger he was planning to get fades from his mind as your eyes land on his and send shockwaves down his spine. A feeling twists around him and a buzz runs through him. "Uh," he speaks as he looks down at the menu. "You got Coke?"
You smile and nod your head, obviously amused by his flustered nature. "Yeah, we got Coke."
"I'll—I'll take a Coke," he manages to get out.
You jot that down on the pad. "You want anything with that Coke?"
"Oh, uh, burger. Cheeseburger."
Your eyes are busy looking at your pen skim across the page but his eyes can't escape your face. "How would you like it?"
"I guess, well done. Do you have American cheese?"
You finally look back up at him, zapping him with your gaze. Your mouth slowly opens with a grin peeking through. "Are you British?"
He doesn't know how else to respond so he just nods slowly.
"I'm sorry for obsessing. We just don't get many British people down here. A Brit wanting American cheese." You return to writing on the pad about the cheese. "What brings you to this diner?"
"A little roadtripping. Tired from the road," he explains.
"Yeah, that's most people out here." You gaze around the room observing the other patrons. Most of them are old. Couples coming in for the early bird special. There's one family in the corner and a man drinking coffee at the counter. He's the only sore thumb. "Other than the regulars. Small town and all that."
Alex doesn't mean to be rude just staring at you but he's worried he's made you self-conscious as you drop your hands from your hips and stare back at your notepad. "Anything else?" You ask. He shakes his head and hands you his menu. "I'll be right back with your Coke."
And he watches you walk away. That movement in your hips and a bandana sticking out the back pocket of your jeans. He originally blamed the fast beating of his heart on horniness but your cute country twang and your crooked teeth peeking out of your smile makes him think otherwise. It's not just lust. It's affection too.
You come back with a bottle of Coke with the lid popped off and a straw. "There you go."
"Thank you," he says. There's a pull that makes him talk before you leave, urging him to strike up some conversation. "Are you from here?"
You nod. "Whole life. Same house."
"Is there anything going on tonight?" It's the closest he can come to asking you out because part of him knows he should be back on the road within the hour but the other part begs him to stay even if he shouldn't because he'll have to leave eventually.
"There's always dancing if you want a proper Texan night," you tell him. "Well, proper Texan night for me."
He smiles at the smile that cracks on your face. "You like dancing?"
"Oh, I love it. Everyone gets into it, especially in this little community." He can imagine you, shaking your bum, enticing him into your grip.
Alex risks it and asks, "Can I take you out dancing tonight?"
Based on the grin that shoots across your face, he thinks he didn't go too far. "A British man wants to take me dancing. We'd be the talk of the town."
"You really must have nothing going on at this time if I'm going to be the talk of it."
"You'd be right, but..." You shake your head, looking down at him with a glowing stare. "I think you'd be the talk of the town anywhere."
He's blushing, bowing his head at the compliment, not expecting this over a Coke when he looks like he's been hit by a car and dragged for 10 blocks. "You must be the talk of the town then. A girl like you." He'd whistle if he could.
You giggle and cover your mouth with your hand. All cutesy, making his bones shutter. "You'd be surprised. I better bring the check to that table but I get off at 7 if you want to pick me up then."
It's 5 o'clock and he's got no fucking clue where he's going to sleep tonight. "I'd like to stay here if that's alright. I've got nowhere else to be."
"Alright, then."
He watches you the rest of your shift and he isn't subtle about it. His stare blazes and he might have looked down your shirt when he dropped his burger off. He'd call himself a perv if you didn't look him up and down in the same manner, desperate to know more about each other.
Then, suddenly at 7, after he's just paid for his meal, you come out from the backroom in a top and skirt polka dot set and cowboy boots. "I'm off, Sheila!" You shout to your co-worker.
He watches the fabric brush against your skin as you exit from behind the counter with a denim jacket thrown over one arm and a cowboy hat held in the other. "For you, sir." You offer him the hat, placing it on his head, and fitting it down until it sits perfectly. "To look more the part."
"You certainly look the part." He doesn't know what to call you. Beautiful, hot, pretty, sexy, fuckable. It's all just a blur and he wants to reach out and take a chunk of your long hair behind your ear but he doesn't want to cross anything. He wants you to show him the ropes.
You walk outside, the heels of your boot and the soles of his shoes pushing the pebble-rock-filled parking around. "Oh." He reaches into his pocket and pulls out his wallet. "Your tip." It's crisp $20 and a way bigger tip than his $9 meal.
You shake your head, handing the money back to him. "I can't take that. You're taking me out already. It wouldn't be right."
"It wouldn't feel right not to tip you," Alex tells you. He pushes the bill back into your hands.
The corners of your mouth turn up but you once again return the $20. "You're a kind gentleman but I can't take your money."
He accepts this and puts his wallet away. "I'll use it on drinks then."
The drive there is short—no more than 5 minutes. The town is small but he gets the feeling everyone is here tonight as the parking lot is full when you arrive and the noise bleeding out the bar has no competition with any city bar he's been to.
People are already stumbling out drunk when the two of you walk in and you're quickly greeted by a friend who smells like she just chugged a whole keg of beer. "This is Alex," you introduce, grabbing his shoulder, already making him flushed. "He's British."
"That's so cool!" She shouts. She's soon grabbed by her boyfriend as the two hit the dance floor.
"Are you going to introduce me as British to everyone?" He asks, charmed by your excitement over him.
"Why? You planning to hide it?"
He's laughing as you tug him over to the bar and demand 2 whiskeys from the bartender. You must know him as you know everyone because he quickly serves you two, passing over the other vendors.
You down your drink in one go, clearly a pro and eager for a drink after a long day of work. "You ready to dance?"
He's still nursing his glass, having barely taken a sip. "I'm not very good."
You giggle. "You asked me out dancing and you're not very good? What were you planning on doing?"
He can't blame the alcohol; there's barely any in his system. He'll blame his hormones for the urge that possesses him to lean down and kiss you. It's by no means a sweet kiss. It's a lustful one with pent-up horniness that he's had since the beginning of this trip along with a complete desire for you.
You accept it completely. You tilt your head back and let him dominate your mouth, let him take control completely. He rounds his arms around you, pulling you into him, arching your back, pressing your hips right into his. It's a clearly desperate message that he's hoping you accept.
Soon, but not too soon, he releases your lips, your hips still dug against his. "I think you're probably much better at kissing than dancing."
He lets out a breathy chuckle. "You'd be right."
You pull him close, hugging him to you, your lips up against his ear. "If you dance with me, I'll let you watch me ride the bull." His eyes dart over to the mechanical bull in the corner and even with a fat old man riding on it, all the blood has suddenly left his head and rushed down and he thinks he'll pass out any second now. You pull back. "How's that sound?"
He nods dumbly as you drag him to the floor, drink still in his hand with a stunned look across his face. Luckily for him, it's not some organized line dancing although certain groups have formed and certain rhythms have been made that he just can't follow.
Alex looks over and you're moving, your boots sliding across the floor, and your skirt shifting around your legs. He's desperate to reach out and touch your hips with that sliver of skin that appears between your top and the skirt.
"C'mon!" You encourage him, waving your hand for him to join you.
He takes one step and he's already cringing. "I suck at this!" He yells over the country music.
You're tossing your head back in laughter, clasping your hands together in delight. "I can't lie. You're just so stiff." You move behind him and his breath escapes him as your hands land on his hips. "It's all about the hip movement, right?"
"Right." He smiles and reaches down, pulling your arms around him fully. You hug his back to your chest and lean your head on his shoulder. He's not paying attention to his swaying, slowly, unnoticeable getting lost in the music. He feels like he could fall asleep like this. You brush your hand down his chest to his stomach before reaching out for his half-emptied glass, chugging the remaining whiskey down.
You swallow the liquid and place your mouth next to his ear. "You ready for a fast one?"
You relinquish your hold before he can answer. It's like you know the bar band's setlist by heart as right after the slow one finishes, they launch into a quick one, getting nearly everyone in the bar up on their feet. Alex would feel intimidated if half of them weren't drunk and thinking he's already charmed you enough for you to at least find his awful dancing amusing.
"Just follow my lead," you tell him as you stick a foot out and he follows you down the line. He feels like he's doing the hokey pokey and, like he was at Jacob Stein's Bar Mitzvah, he sucks at it.
You show everyone in the bar up, shuffling your feet around, shaking your hips, and doing it all while being the hottest one in there, which isn't saying much there isn't much competition in the beauty department and the dance department is limited other than the old fat geezer that was on the bull earlier that is now surprisingly good at twirling.
Alex copies the other men and puts his hands on his belt, his thumbs holding the buckle. You look over and smile affectionately. "You're already getting the hang of it."
"If I'm already getting the hang of it, can we stop then?" He feels out of shape, out of breath, and out of the loop as everyone claps their hands.
You giggle. "Make it to the end of the song." He supposes that's fair until it feels like the song is never going to end. He swears they've been doing this for 10 minutes and the band is only getting faster. He's sweaty and the Texan heat isn't helping whatsoever.
But you're still on top of your shit, of course. The heat has only made you glisten and you're dancing on beat with a smile on your face. Your outfit's fabric dancing on its own and your cowboy boots pound the floor.
Then, relief comes as the band ends with resounding cheers. The dancing settles and Alex wipes his forehead, completely exhausted. "Bull time?" He inquires.
You smirk. "Sure, but you gotta pay for it."
"It's with your tip anyways."
You hook your arm with him as he digs into his wallet. "Well, this feels more gentlemanly than overtipping."
"It wasn't overtipping and I'm probably getting more out of this than you." He hands the money to the operator.
You raise your eyebrows. "Is that so?" You kiss me before escaping behind the gate of the machine. Alex moves out of the way of the line and leans on the wall as you mount the bull and he's never been more focused on something in his life, memorizing the way your legs grip the machine.
It starts up, slowly at first. Your hips move with it, creating a pattern, one he wants to recreate, except, you know, he's the bull. But then the machine starts moving rapidly and you're quick to fall off it in laughter. You last 20 seconds, by no means a record.
You stand up and readjust your clothes, exiting the ride. "I've never done that before," you say when you approach him.
He figured you to be an expert mechanical bull rider. You know every other inch of this place. "Why not?" You ask.
"I guess I was always scared but it was a lot of fun," you tell him, clutching to him for balance, mildly dizzy.
He manages to say, "Good" before your hand grabs the back of his neck and pulls his face down to yours and kisses you harshly. It's overtaking and everything else feels unimportant as his hands touch the soft fabric on the small of your back. He doesn't think there should ever be space between the two of you because your hips against his hips and your boobs against his chest and your lips against his lips all leave him breathless.
You both pause for a breath. "Any good hotels around here?" He breathes out.
"There's a motel down the road," you tell him, attaching your lips back to his.
The kiss continues before he pulls back again to say, "Let's go there."
"Uh-huh," you say against his lips.
It takes you a while to actually get to his car. Every inch of the way, one of you stops to kiss some part of the other's body. When he actually manages to turn the car on, you start kissing his neck hungrily. "You can't do that," he warns.
You kiss up to his ear. "Why?"
And there were valid reasons but he can't think of them and he isn't sure how he manages it but they arrive at the motel in one piece.
One part of the journey they actually do keep their lips off each other is the front desk. "Just 1 room. 1 bed," Alex requests.
"For the two of you?" The lady questions. He thinks she might know you but neither of you has said anything to confirm that theory.
"Yes," he nods. "1 room. 1 bed. 1 night." He's desperate. Can feel the boner growing and this lady is taking forever to hand him the key to the shitty motel room that she'll overcharge him for.
"Hmm," she hums. She looks through her books but this motel hasn't been updated since 1952 and no one is probably staying here but yet she's acting like there are no vacancies. "And you'll be sleeping in the same bed?"
"Yes," he says frustratedly. "Hence the 1 bed."
"Hmm." It's like she's edging him or something, finally she stands and grabs a key from the back wall. "Check out is at 10. We have complimentary coffee but you'll have to pay for the WiFi. The TV remote is in the drawer next to the Bible."
Silence transpires and the key is still in her hand. You let go of him and reach over the corner with the palm of your hand out. "Thank you," you say as a request for her to hand the key.
She drops it in your hand and you're quick to race off down to your room. After the door slams shut behind you two, there isn't any reason to hesitate as your movements become overcome with lust, clutching at every scrap of each other you can.
His shirt goes flying, your shirt goes flying. He backs you up onto the bed, collapsing on top of you. He's kissing down your neck, unlatching your bra, and smothering himself in your tits. Your eyes drift closed as his lips wrap around your nipple, sucking gently as his teeth graze the nub before soothing it with his tongue. You moan, pushing your chest out a bit as his hand cups your other breast, squeezing it lightly before he brings his mouth over and latches onto that one. He hums around your breast, biting and sucking and licking at your hard nipple.
You can feel his cock hardening against your thigh. Giving one last nip, Alex pulls away and moves his attention downward, kissing down your stomach, his tongue tracing. "So hot," he mumbles against your skin.
"You too," you shakily say. You sit up, pushing him to a standing position as your head hovers just at his belly button. Your hands reach out to his belt, playing with that buckle just like he was earlier in the bar. You look up at him, a smirk playing on your lips as he struggles for air. You pull the belt out of the buckle and unbutton his jeans. You shuffle your skirt off and drop to your knees in just your panties, taking his zipper down with you.
You wrap your fingers around the hardening base of his cock, having trouble keeping a straight face at the sight of him desperately struggling. You smile as you press a teasing kiss to the side of his shaft. "You know that thing they say about things being bigger in Texas." You shake your head as you teasingly pump him. "Not true. Not like this, at least."
You take the head into your mouth. You keep your gaze up as you lick the slit, the tip of your tongue tracing the thin opening and earning a loud moan from Alex. His body trembles and chest heaves with each swipe of your tongue. Your lips wrapped around it as your tongue gifts it with attention, alternating between teasing the slit and swirling around the tip, your eyes never breaking contact with Alex.
As you start moving your lips down and taking more of his cock into your warm mouth, Alex feels his knees starting to go weak. He tries to brace himself on you, a hand on your head, but his legs are still trembling.
Feeling the way his thighs are shaking, you pull back and give him a soft smile. "Come sit on the bed, baby," you instruct, taking his hand off of you and leading him over to the edge of the bed.
He flops down on it, not having a moment to think before you're pushing his legs apart and kneeling between them, your arms laying on his thighs as you take hold of his cock's base again and guides it back into your mouth.
"Fuck that feels so good," he moans, sighing as he leans back on his arms and watching you work away at him. There's nothing quite like the sight of his cock in your pretty mouth, looking into your captivating eyes as you suck him nice and slow, lips and tongue touching every inch of his shaft.
You work on his cock agonizingly slow, making sure you've lapped at every inch of sensitive flesh before you move on, your tongue curling around his thick shaft as your lips slide further and further down until it's impossible for you to fit any more of it in your mouth. His eyes flutter closed now as he feels you swallowing around him, the tip of his cock pressed right up against the back of your throat.
You pull back before you gag, sucking in a breath before going back. Your lips move from the head down over him to get to his base. You can feel his cock getting stiffer against your lips with every kiss.
Alex brushes your hair out of your face, tucking it behind your ear, curling his fingers around the back of your head to hold it just like he's wanted to all night. You smile softly up at him, a silent thanks, but a lust creeps in darkening your gaze as his hand steadies on the back of your head.
He pulls you back to his crotch, making you open your mouth wide and take as much of his length as you can, hollowing out your cheeks and letting him set the pace, guiding your head back and forth on his cock.
Alex starts slow, letting you get used to the change in pace before he starts to pull you in faster, soon being able to feel his tip poking the back of your throat. He's content to just watch your head bob between his legs for a bit, not wanting to force you to swallow any more than you can take, until his hips start to move of their own accord. He first just arches off the couch to get closer to your mouth, then actually thrusting into you, fucking your face shallowly.
Alex grunts loudly, unable to control himself, his eyes rolling back into his head. "F-Fuck, yeah, fuck yeah, baby, that's it," he moans, the feel of your wet hot mouth turning his bones to jelly. "You take it so good."
But he can feel it, himself getting sloppier and closer and this can't end too soon, not in your mouth with you on your knees. He pulls you off him, tilting your head back to look at him clearly in the eye. "Get up here," he tells you, patting the bed.
You hop up onto the bed quickly. He pushes you down and reaches into your underwear, running his fingers through you, feeling the eagerness drip. He kisses you as he pushes the fabric to the side and starts fingering you. You moan against his mouth and it's so hot he almost lets go there. "Just put it in me," you huff out in between kisses.
He's unable to hold back a grin and pulls away to yank your panties down your legs, throwing them wherever everything else has been discarded. He guides his spit-slicked dick towards your hole. He rubs the tip through your folds before he pushes himself pushing himself in as you start to moan at the slow stretch until he's completely buried in you.
Alex starts rocking his hips, trying your instructions from earlier. He kisses you again, unable to avoid those lips. He swallows your moans and smiles into the kiss.
You arch your back into him, pressing your chest against his. Alex's fingers digging into your skin as he pushes into you harder. Strangled moans fill the room as he bucks and rocks his hips. Your thighs already starting to shake, curling around you, and pulling him in deeper the more desperate you get.
"More," you moan. So, he starts thrusting into you like he knows you want it, bypassing any slowness completely and getting right to the sharp thrusts. He slides in and out quickly, hitting that spot inside you just a little bit harder each time. "Is this what you wanted? Huh?"
"Y-Yes," you gasp, digging your nails into his shoulder as he collides into you.
Alex wraps his hands around your thighs and hoists them up a bit more until your legs are pushed up to waist level. It hits that spot even deeper and you're completely gone by then, lost in the flutter on your eyelashes, clenching around him.
Feeling you get tighter and tighter with each pump drives his hips to move faster, bending just a bit more at the knees to get that perfect angle to pound into you just where he needs to be, and just like that, you're falling apart moments later, your pussy locking around his cock as you come and pulling you in so tight that he can barely keep fucking you through it without blowing his own load.
You've just barely recovered from your orgasm when he pulls out and you reach up to take him into your mouth. You cover his cock completely as he is unable to stop himself from thrusting into your mouth, cum shoved down your throat.
He lands beside you and then it's just heavy breathing and the regret of not turning on the AC the moment you walked in. "I like that a lot," you tell him.
"Good." He smiles over at you and you're already looking over at him. He'd pull you into him if he wasn't so sweaty. "That was fucking great."
You chuckle and stand slowly, readjusting and walking over to the panel for the small AC, turning it on. "You want to take a shower?"
The answer is, of course, yes. With your naked body and cheeky grin staring him down, already turning him on again, and the idea of cooling water pooling around him right now sounds like heaven.
Which has to then be ruined by water that came straight from hell. He can barely touch the water with his hand without helping back at the burn. "It must have overheated from the sun beating down on the pipes. Shitty motel anyway," you say.
"I'm so fucking hot," he complains, tilting his head back.
"Yeah." He looks over at you and your biting your lip, eyes lewd and clearly enjoying his nudity.
He proudly smirks. "You already want to go again?"
"The tiles are cool." That's true, his feet are the only things not burning.
Alex bends down, his butt hitting the cool tiles in relief. You straddle over him, your knees gaining relief. He's finally able to pull you close again, boobs against him, and kisses on your lip. "You want me to go down on you?"
You shake your head and pick up his harding cock in between you two, rising on your knees. "Just fuck me again." And then you're sinking down before he can even process it. His mind blurry as you take him all in again.
His cock surrounded by tight, wet warmth once again, as you move back and forth on his lap. Alex knows he isn't going to last very long, already a complete mess as you grab the back of his neck, controlling him, controlling every movement of both of you back. One flesh.
Alex starts rubbing your clit, determined to have some say in this fucking, determined to making you come as soon as he can. He fumbles a bit, his fingers slipping in your arousal before he finally is able to press his fingertips against your clit and apply pressure. He can feel you tighten around his cock immediately in reaction to his touch.
You rock together desperately, the sounds of their moans and slapping skin echo through the bathroom. It happens just a few minutes later, when he suddenly thrusts up into you, overtaking you completely, throwing you over the edge. He lifts you off him quickly, his cum shooting onto his stomach as his head knocks against the wall.
"Holy shit," he finally utters.
"Yeah," you say. You can barely keep your head up, landing it on his collarbone. He reaches up and holds it tenderly, releasing the hardness from before, finally laying in softness. "We should probably go to sleep in bed."
He nods in agreement. Finding the strength in him to somehow make it into bed. He pulls you into him, just a light sheet over the two of you, still stuck in the heat. He doesn't mean to ask, but thinks out loud, "Come with me."
"Hmm?" You hum, half-asleep.
"I don't know what I'm saying," he says.
About a minute later, when he's almost certain you've fallen asleep, you pull yourself closer to him and mumble, "I've never been to Dallas before."

The Road to Clarity - part 1
Summary: Y/N is a photographer, loving her job in New York. During a shoot she worked with her now boyfriend, Tom. They soon started dating. Now three years later her life takes a turn and when she flies out to Texas, she meets Jensen, a rancher with a teenage daughter Samantha.

*This story is my own original story, please do not copy my work, reblog/comments/likes are appreciated*

Y/N had always loved the way her camera captured life. In a city like New York, where everything moved at a breakneck pace, photography was her way of freezing time, of holding onto the moments that mattered. Her days were filled with shoots, editing sessions, and gallery meetings, but her nights belonged to Tom.
She met Tom on a crisp autumn afternoon. He was the model for a high-profile fashion shoot, and the moment she saw him, something clicked. His chiseled features, confident demeanor, and the way he carried himself—it all drew her in. What started as professional banter quickly turned into late-night conversations, shared dinners, and eventually, love.
They had been inseparable for the past three years. Y/N often marveled at how lucky she was to have found someone like Tom. They complemented each other in every way—her quiet introspection balanced his outgoing charm, her artistic vision complemented his natural talent in front of the camera. When he proposed under the soft glow of the Brooklyn Bridge, she said yes without hesitation.
But love, Y/N was beginning to realize, could be as fleeting as the moments she captured on film.
It started with little things—a text message he quickly hid, unexplained absences, and a change in his behavior that she couldn’t quite put her finger on. Y/N tried to ignore it at first, brushing away her unease as paranoia. But the doubts gnawed at her, growing larger and more insistent with each passing day.
One evening, while Tom was in the shower, Y/N's curiosity got the better of her. She hesitated for a moment, heart pounding in her chest, before unlocking his phone. She wasn’t prepared for what she found. Dozens of messages, photos, and late-night plans with someone else. Her worst fears confirmed, she felt her world collapse in on itself.
Tom emerged from the bathroom, steam billowing out behind him, and saw the look on her face. There was no need for words—he knew she had found out.
"Y/N, I can explain," he started, but she cut him off.
"Don’t," she whispered, tears brimming in her eyes. "Just… don’t."
The apartment that had once felt so warm and safe now felt suffocating. She needed to escape, to put as much distance between herself and this betrayal as possible. Without a word, she grabbed her suitcase, threw in whatever she could find, and walked out the door, leaving Tom standing there, drenched in the silence of his own making.
At the airport, she stared blankly at the departure board. She had no plan, no destination in mind—just the overwhelming urge to be anywhere but here. Texas. It was the first place that caught her eye. A place far from the towering skyscrapers and the painful memories they held. She bought the next ticket out and boarded the plane, leaving behind the city that had given her so much, yet taken away even more.
As the plane lifted off, Y/N stared out the window at the sprawling city below, the lights glittering like a thousand broken promises. She let the tears fall freely now, each one a testament to the love she thought she had, the life she thought she was building.
--
Texas greeted her with open skies and a warmth that contrasted sharply with the cold she felt inside. She rented a small cabin on the outskirts of a quiet town, far away from the hustle and bustle of city life. The days passed slowly, the rhythm of the rural life a stark contrast to the frenetic pace she was used to. She spent her mornings walking along dusty trails, camera in hand, capturing the beauty of a world that seemed so far removed from her own.
One day, as she was photographing a field of wildflowers behind her rented cabin, swaying gently in the breeze, she noticed a young couple lounging near a tree. They couldn’t have been more than sixteen, the girl with long, flowing hair and the boy with a mischievous grin. There was something so innocent, so pure about their presence. Y/N raised her camera and snapped a few shots, the soft click of the shutter almost lost in the rustling of the leaves.
The couple noticed her, and she waved them over, smiling. They approached, curious and a little shy.
"Hi there," Y/N greeted them warmly. "I hope you don’t mind—I couldn’t resist capturing such a sweet moment."
The girl blushed, her eyes sparkling with young love. "No, we don’t mind at all. Can we see?"
Y/N showed them the photos on the camera’s screen. The girl gasped in delight. "These are beautiful!"
"You two make a lovely picture," Y/N said, feeling a pang of something bittersweet as she looked at them. They reminded her of a time when she, too, had believed in love that simple and untainted.
"My mom has a darkroom at home," the girl said suddenly, her voice filled with pride. "She used to develop photos all the time.” Y/N’s curiosity was piqued. "A darkroom? That’s rare to find these days. Where do you live?"
The girl pointed off toward the distance. "Not far, just a couple of miles down the road. You should come by sometime!” The boy nudged the girl gently. "We should get going, Sam. It’s getting late."
Samantha nodded, smiling at Y/N giving her hand. "Samantha, Sam for short, It was really nice meeting you."
"You too, I’m Y/N" She replied, watching as they walked away, hand in hand, disappearing into the twilight. As Y/N stood there, the camera hanging loosely from her neck, she couldn’t resist capturing one last image of the young couple. They walked hand in hand toward the setting sun, their silhouettes framed perfectly by the golden light. She clicked the shutter, knowing that this moment, like so many others, would be one she would keep with her.
--
The following week, Y/N found herself at a quaint café in town, her laptop open in front of her. The smell of freshly brewed coffee filled the air as she sipped her drink, her focus on editing the photos she had taken over the past few days. The images of the teenage couple were among her favorites, and she found herself drawn to the warmth and innocence captured in each shot.
As she worked, the familiar sound of a truck pulling up outside the café caught her attention. She glanced up just as the door swung open, revealing Samantha and a man who looked to be in his early forties. He had light brown hair, slightly tousled, and sharp green eyes that contrasted with his weathered face—features that suggested years of hard work under the Texas sun.
Samantha’s eyes lit up when she saw Y/N. She waved enthusiastically, her smile as bright as ever. Y/N smiled back, motioning for them to join her at the small table by the window.
“Hi, Y/N!” Samantha greeted her cheerfully, sliding into the chair across from her. The man followed suit, offering a polite nod.
“Hey, Samantha,” Y/N replied warmly, turning her laptop so they could see the screen. “I was just working on your photos. What do you think?”
Samantha leaned forward, her eyes widening as she took in the image of herself and her boyfriend walking into the sunset. The colors were rich and vibrant, the mood of the moment perfectly captured. She gasped, her excitement bubbling over.
“Oh my gosh, Y/N, this is amazing! I love it!”
Y/N smiled, pleased with the reaction. “I’m glad you like it. I wanted to capture that feeling—you two looked so happy.”
The man, who Y/N assumed was Samantha’s father, peered at the screen, his green eyes narrowing slightly in thought. “That’s a great shot, but I thought you two had broken up?”
Samantha’s expression shifted instantly from joy to irritation. She shot her father a sharp look. “Dad, seriously? You don’t understand a thing, do you?”
Y/N watched the exchange, feeling a twinge of discomfort at the tension between them. It was clear there was something deeper going on beneath the surface.
Her father sighed, rubbing the back of his neck as if searching for the right words. “I’m just trying to look out for you, Sammy. You’re young, and sometimes boys aren’t as true as they seem.” Samantha crossed her arms, her voice defensive. “I know that, but we’re fine. It was just a stupid argument, okay? We’ve moved past it.”
Y/N, sensing the need to diffuse the situation, gently interjected. “It’s clear from the photos how much you care about each other. Relationships can be complicated, especially when you’re young, but it’s the love and the connection that really matter.”
Samantha’s expression softened as she glanced back at the image on the screen. “Yeah… you’re right. We do care about each other. I just wish Dad would stop worrying so much.”
Her father gave a small, resigned smile. “It’s my job to worry, Sam.
The moment of tension eased, and Y/N felt a sense of relief. She closed her laptop, feeling like she had intruded on a private moment. “Y/N, would you mind sending me a copy of that picture?” Samantha asked, her voice lighter now. “I’d love to print it out and hang it in my room.”
“Of course,” Y/N replied, smiling. “I’ll email it to you tonight.”
As they got up to leave, Samantha’s father paused, glancing back at Y/N with an expression that suggested he wanted to say something more. His green eyes flickered with a mixture of hesitation and thoughtfulness, but after a brief moment, he simply nodded and walked out the door, following Samantha.
Y/N watched them go, wondering what he had been about to say, but she didn’t dwell on it for long. Instead, she packed up her things and headed back to her cabin, where she spent the evening editing more photos, including the one Samantha loved. True to her word, she sent the image to Samantha later that night, feeling satisfied with the day’s work.
--
A few days later, Y/N found herself wandering through the small town, her camera slung over her shoulder as always. The sun was warm, casting a gentle glow over the streets, and she felt more at peace than she had in a long time. As she passed by the local high school, she noticed a group of students gathered around a bulletin board, hanging up posters and flyers.
Curious, Y/N walked over and saw Samantha among them, carefully pinning up a large picture of a race with bold lettering announcing a charity event. The flyer explained that the race was part of a school project to raise money for a local cause, and the image captured the excitement and energy of the event perfectly.
“Samantha!” Y/N called out, waving as she approached.
Samantha turned, her face lighting up when she saw Y/N. “Hey! What do you think?” she asked, gesturing to the poster she had just hung up.
“It looks great,” Y/N said, admiring the picture. “You’re doing this as a school project?”
“Yeah,” Samantha nodded enthusiastically. “We’re trying to raise money for a new sports field. The schoolpaper is doing a big feature on it, and we want to get as much coverage as possible.”
Y/N smiled, already anticipating what was coming next. Samantha’s passion for the project was infectious, and Y/N could see how much it meant to her.
So,” Samantha began, her tone hopeful, “I was wondering… would you be willing to take some pictures for the schoolpaper? I know it’s a lot to ask, and we don’t really have a budget, but it would mean so much to us. We’re hoping you might be able to do it for free?”
Y/N didn’t hesitate. “Of course, I’d love to help out,” she said warmly. “I’m happy to do it.”
Samantha’s face lit up with relief and gratitude. “Thank you so much, Y/N! This is going to make a huge difference.”
Y/N smiled, feeling a sense of fulfilment in being able to contribute to something meaningful. “Just let me know the details, and I’ll be there.” As they chatted about the upcoming event, Y/N couldn’t help but feel a renewed sense of purpose. The more she immersed herself in the community, the more she realized that this small town had given her something she hadn’t expected a new home.
--
The day of the event arrived with a clear, bright sky and a gentle breeze that carried the scent of grilled food and sweet treats from the stalls lining the field. Y/N had chosen a light blue summer dress, the fabric swaying around her legs as she moved. She’d even bought a new pair of cowboy boots, a nod to the local style, and felt a little thrill at how they clicked against the ground as she walked. She was trying to fit in with the laid-back yet distinctly Texan vibe of the town, and from the friendly nods and smiles she received, she figured she was doing a decent job.
The event was held at a large open field, which had been transformed into a lively fairground. There was a race track with wooden horses where kids lined up eagerly for their turn, a children’s rodeo that drew cheers and laughter from the crowd, lasso-throwing contests, and a variety of stalls offering everything from smoked brisket to homemade pies. The high school cheerleaders were busy running around in their uniforms, selling tickets for the upcoming football game, their energy infectious as they chattered and laughed, adding to the festive atmosphere.
Y/N wandered through the crowds, her camera slung around her neck, capturing the vibrancy of the day. She photographed the wooden horses mid-race, the concentrated faces of children trying to lasso a wooden calf, and the rows of colorful stalls filled with local treats. Everywhere she looked, there were moments worth preserving.
As she scanned the scene for her next shot, she spotted someone who immediately caught her eye. Dressed in all denim—jeans, a button-up shirt, and a well-worn cowboy hat—a man stood at the lasso-throwing area, his tall frame and broad shoulders making him stand out even in the crowd of similarly dressed locals. He had a short, neatly kept beard that added a rugged edge to his features, and as he moved, there was a calm confidence in his every gesture.
Y/N raised her camera, zooming in slightly, and watched through the lens as he skillfully threw the lasso, effortlessly roping the target. There was something about him that made him different from the countless other men she had seen that day, though she couldn’t quite put her finger on what it was. Maybe it was the ease with which he carried himself or the quiet intensity in his expression as he focused on the task at hand.
She snapped a few shots, capturing the moment as the lasso looped perfectly around the wooden steer. As she lowered the camera to check the images, she noticed him glance in her direction. Their eyes met briefly, and she felt a small jolt of surprise when he nodded and smiled, acknowledging her presence. There was a warmth in his smile, a subtle charm that seemed to suggest he was used to being watched but wasn’t bothered by it.
Just as Y/N was about to return the smile, Samantha popped up beside her, nearly startling her.
“That’s my dad,” Samantha said with a grin, clearly proud. “He wins at the lasso game every time. It’s not even fair, really—he’s been doing this since he was a kid, and owning a cattle ranch doesn’t hurt.”
Y/N looked back at Jensen—now realizing he was Samantha’s father—throwing another perfect lasso. It suddenly made sense why he seemed so familiar, even though she hadn’t met him properly before.
“So, he’s an expert, huh?” Y/N replied, watching as Jensen accepted a small prize from the booth operator with a casual wave of his hand.
“Yeah,” Samantha said, rolling her eyes playfully. “He’s good at just about everything when it comes to ranch stuff. Mom always said he could rope the moon if he wanted to.”
Y/N chuckled, amused by the image that conjured. She turned her camera back to the scene, snapping a few more pictures of the other contestants, but she found herself glancing back at Jensen every so often, intrigued by the man who seemed so much a part of this town yet somehow stood out to her in a way she couldn’t quite explain.
“Want to meet him?” Samantha asked, noticing Y/N’s lingering gaze.
Y/N hesitated for a moment. “Sure, why not?” she finally said, feeling a mix of curiosity and something she couldn’t quite name.
Samantha led the way through the crowd, weaving between people who greeted her with familiar smiles and nods. As they approached, Jensen looked up, his green eyes bright with recognition as he saw them coming. He tipped his hat slightly, a polite gesture that felt almost old-fashioned but perfectly in character.
“Dad, this is Y/N,” Samantha said, introducing them with a wide smile. “She’s the photographer I told you about—the one helping with the school paper.”
Jensen extended a hand, his grip firm but gentle. “Nice to meet you, Y/N. I’ve seen you around town a few times. You’re doing some good work with that camera.”
“Thank you,” Y/N replied, shaking his hand and noticing how warm and strong it felt. “I’ve been enjoying capturing the spirit of the town. It’s a lot different from New York.”
Jensen smiled, a touch of humor in his green eyes. “I figured you were a city girl.”
Y/N raised an eyebrow, curiosity piqued. “What makes you say that?”
He glanced down at her new cowboy boots, then back up at her with a playful grin. “Let’s just say you’ve got a bit of a city way of dressing.”
Before Y/N could respond, a group of men called out to Jensen from across the fairground, waving him over. Jensen tipped his hat to Y/N with a slight, respectful nod. “If you’d excuse me, ma’am,” he said, his voice carrying a gentle Texas twang, before turning and heading toward the group.
Y/N watched him go, her mind still turning over his words. She glanced down at her boots, wondering what exactly he had meant. “What’s wrong with my boots?” she asked, turning to Samantha, a hint of confusion in her voice.
Samantha burst into laughter, the sound light and teasing. “Nothing’s wrong with them, I promise,” she said, grinning at Y/N’s puzzled expression. “My dad’s just old-fashioned. He can tell those boots are brand new—he’s used to seeing people in well-worn work boots around here. He wasn’t being serious, just poking a little fun.”
Y/N let out a relieved laugh, realizing that Jensen’s comment had been more about teasing than criticism. “So, it’s not about me looking out of place?”
Samantha shook her head, still smiling. “Not at all. It’s just his way of saying he noticed. You’re doing just fine—better than fine, actually. You’re fitting in more than you think.”
Y/N smiled, feeling reassured. “Thanks, Samantha. I guess I’ll just have to break these boots in a little more.”
“Yeah, maybe do a little more walking in them,” Samantha said with a wink. As the day wore on, Y/N continued to move through the fairground, her camera clicking away to capture the vibrant energy and joyful moments of the event. The wooden horses, the excited kids, the colorful stalls—all provided ample opportunities for great shots. Yet, despite her best efforts to focus on everything happening around her, her attention kept drifting back to Jensen.
He seemed to have an effortless way of commanding attention, even when he wasn’t actively posing. His tall, broad-shouldered frame and confident, relaxed demeanor made him stand out naturally. Y/N found herself repeatedly drawn to him, her lens finding him almost instinctively, as if he was the centerpiece of her day.
Jensen moved through the fairground with an easy grace, interacting with people, participating in games, and generally embodying the spirit of the event. Each time Y/N looked through her camera, he was there—his presence somehow adding a special quality to every shot. His laughter was infectious, his expressions genuine, and his movements so natural that he seemed to glide through the day with an effortless charm.
As she followed him around, Y/N couldn't help but feel a flutter of butterflies in her stomach. It was as though each snapshot of Jensen was more than just a photograph—it was a moment captured in time that held a kind of magic. Her favorite shot of the day came when Jensen was in the middle of a hearty laugh, his head thrown back, his eyes sparkling with joy. His perfect white teeth gleamed against the backdrop of the fairground, and there was something so incredibly captivating about the way he looked in that moment. The raw, unguarded joy he exuded made the photograph feel alive, brimming with the essence of the day.
Y/N looked at the image on her camera’s display, and her heart skipped a beat. The way Jensen's laughter was caught mid-air, the way his eyes crinkled with mirth—it was as if she had managed to capture a piece of his soul, and it was both thrilling and slightly unnerving. The fluttering in her stomach intensified, and she found herself smiling, unable to shake the feeling that there was something profoundly special about this moment.
As the sun began to set, casting a warm, golden light over the fairground, Y/N knew that this day would be one she wouldn’t forget. Jensen had unwittingly become the focal point of her photographs, and she couldn't deny that he had also become the focal point of her thoughts too.

Off the Track, Into the Arena
Title: “Off the Track, Into the Arena”: Formula 1 fanfiction
Pairing: Danniel Ricciardo x Male Reader ( Bull Rider )
Genre: comfort | healing | a slow-burn connection|
Warning: None
Summary: After being fired from his Formula 1 seat, Daniel Ricciardo escapes to a quiet Texas ranch to clear his mind—far from the noise of the racing world. There, he meets you, a skilled and grounded bull rider with a calm confidence and a slow-burning charm.

The dust hadn’t even settled yet.
Daniel Ricciardo sat at the edge of the corral fence, his boots dangling just above the churned-up dirt. The sun had long since started to dip below the horizon, casting golden streaks across the vast Texas sky. It had only been a few weeks since he got the call—short, impersonal, the kind that leaves a permanent sting no matter how well you pretend it doesn’t. Out of a seat. Out of a team. Out of answers.
He came to Texas to disappear for a while. Austin had always been good to him—good food, good people, good beer. But the ranch on the outskirts? That was a whole different kind of peace.
“You always stare off into the sunset like that?”
Your voice cut through the quiet, low and teasing, like you’d been watching him for a while before finally speaking.
Daniel turned, his usual smirk only halfway formed. “Only when I’m trying to look mysterious and brooding. Is it working?”
You chuckled, sauntering over, a towel slung over your shoulder, still dusted in bits of dry dirt and hay. You’d just finished your last ride of the day—mean bull named Diablo, but you made it look like a dance. Eight seconds might not sound like much, but when you're on top of 1,600 pounds of rage, it’s a lifetime.
“I’ll give you a seven. Maybe eight if you grow some stubble.”
Daniel laughed, the sound easy and warm, the kind of laugh that you don’t hear on race radios or podiums. He watched you hop onto the fence next to him, legs brushing slightly. There was something grounded about you. Something that made all the noise in his head finally go quiet.
“You don’t talk much about racing,” you said after a moment.
“Trying not to think about it,” he replied softly. “Everyone keeps saying I’ll bounce back. That I’m still fast. But man, I’m just tired. I needed to get out of that world for a bit. Figured bull riding might help me put things in perspective.”
You looked at him then, a glimmer of admiration in your eyes. “Takes guts to admit you’re tired. Even more to walk away. Most people ride the storm ‘til it breaks ‘em.”
Daniel met your gaze, something unreadable flickering behind his usual brightness. “You ever get scared? Up there?”
“All the time,” you said. “But fear’s part of the ride. You get real familiar with it, but you don’t let it steer. You ride anyway.”
He let the silence stretch after that, the wind playing with a loose strand of his hair. You bumped your shoulder gently against his.
“You don’t have to figure everything out right now, y’know. You can just... be here. Let it be messy. Let it be quiet.”
Daniel looked down at your hand, resting between you both, and slowly, deliberately, his pinky curled around yours. Barely touching. But enough.
“You always this good at talking people down from the edge?” he asked, voice barely more than a whisper.
You shrugged, your smile lopsided. “Only when I like ‘em.”
Daniel tilted his head, smile growing. “Yeah?”
“Yeah.”
The sun dipped lower, painting everything in gold. The only sound was the creak of the wooden fence and the soft rustle of the prairie wind. He leaned his head onto your shoulder like it was the most natural thing in the world.
And for once, the man who lived life at 300 kilometers per hour finally found a place where he didn’t need to run.
He just needed to stay.

*knocks down the door*
TUMBLR, GET READY, I GOT A NEW XENO OC IDEA
Picture this: a young Ethereal T'au. His whole life he is trained to lead his species, to promote the ideology of the Greater Good. He is raised to be a paragon, a perfectionist. He is raised to be an icon. The young Aun takes his teachings to heart and tries his best to live up to his elders' expectations. It's hard and he is not always successful, but he tries. However, the Aun can't shake off the feeling that something is wrong with his life. He feels... unsatisfied. What is personal satisfaction, selfish desires, to the T'au? One should always look to the future, think of the next generation and work for the Greater Good of the Galaxy... Or this is what he is trying to tell himself.
One day, when he was staying on a planet that was claimed by the T'au forces from the Imperium of Man, he goes through their records, takes a closer look to mankind's history, in an attempt to understand them more.
Deep in the libraries, surrounded by the records that haven't been touched in T'au'va knows how long, he stumbles upon a collection of, what he asssumes are some sort of video recordings. After tinkering with the device, the T'au finally manages to play out the film. He looks at the cover, trying to see if it is written anywhere what the film is about. There are two languages written onto the disk. One is in the language he doesn't understand, probably an ancient human language now lost to time. But, there is a translation into the humans' current language. It reads:
"THE GOOD, THE BAD AND THE UGLY"
The young Aun is mesmerized by the film. It's a piece of ancient human history, a look into how they used to live all those thousands and thousands of years ago. The way those human males dress, act, talk, fight... The T'au knows it's just a film, but it has to be based on their history, right? When the film is over, the T'au finds out that there are two more, featuring the same character, "The Man With No Name" as he was called. He watches them all. He finds more and more of similar films. He learns terms like "Bounty Hunter", "Cowboy", "Sheriff", "High Noon", "Wild West", "Texas", "Appaloosa", "New Mexico", "Kansas", "Colorado", "Gunfighter", "Ranch"... By the end of it, the young T'au's head is swimming. But in the good way. He is giddy and excited. The humans made a bad first impression on him, but now?
Now he wants to be like those... "Bounty hunters". Like those "Cowboys".
The Aun takes the films with him, every single Western film he could find. He watches them again and again and again, noticing the details he haven't noticed when watching for the first time. He watches those films until he knows them by heart. The T'au updates his wardrobe, now dressing... Not like an Ethereal should. He acts more relaxed around the other T'au as well, less like he is an enigmatic future figure of authority and more like... your neighbor. Like you are his good friend. And he acts like this with everyone, nott just the T'au, but the Auxiliaries as well! The Ethereals protest and tell him to cut it off. He, for the first time in his life, tells them off, says that as long as he is doing his goddamn job, who the hell cares HOW he does it?! Ain't no difference in how he promotes and spreads the Greater Good so long as he does it... and so long as he is actually helping the people.
The Aun knew he crossed the line. He feared the worst. So, using his natural ability to command the T'au of other castes... he escapes. Far, far away. To a planet with a large desert on its surface. There, he changes his name, changes his appearance, gets the means to protect himself. He finds an alien beast, tames it and it becomes his trusted steed. Lastly, the Aun abandons his birth name. It was too long and too "un-Cowboy" like anyway. So, he takes up the name "Eastwood" after the legendary actor of the Western films, the very man that started the T'au's... No, Eastwood's liberation.
He rides into the sunset, the beast under him fed and well-rested, as the two of them set off in search of those who need help the most. After all, what good Eastwood could've done wearing that damn tiring formal facade and those ceremonial robes? Better get off his arse and head out there, help the folks out there himself, with the big iron on his hip.
TLDR: Ethereal T'au doesn't want to be a well-intentioned manipulative dictator, but instead wants to be a cowboy after watching a lot of spaghetti western films, so he escapes to the "wild west" of the T'au Empire and proceeds to name himself after Clint Eastwood.
