I swear I am So particular about characterization these days it makes it So Hard to read fic. Like why are you making Peter Parker a literal baby. Why is Tony Stark this flawless dad (I love him but cmon). I want nuance I want ruined relationships I want bitterness and resentment I want Peter to see Tony's flaws and throw them in his face so Tony Gets Better. I want them to argue and fight because Tony hurt Peter without meaning to and I want Peter to not forgive him but to appreciate that Tony can see where he went wrong and get better. I want Peter to fight against the idea that being a kid means he's incompetent. I want him to be mad that he was dragged into the Avengers' issues in civil war without any real information on what was happening. I want Peter to have a complicated relationship with the rest of the Avengers. And I want them to grow and move through these issues and have an Interesting Relationship and maybe not everything was okay and Peter doesn't Have to ignore it but That's Fine as long as everyone grows. I want their bond to get stronger because of these issues and hardships.
