Hi everyone! So, for the past few years, I've strived to be a Whumptober completionist. This year, work (and Baldur's Gate 3) made me fall a little behind on prepping for the month, and I'll be attending New York Comic Con for the first time, so I'll be away for a bit! I'm trying to get things prewritten before I leave, but please forgive me if the prompts are short or if I miss a few days (I'll make them up when I'm back)!

I won't be cosplaying at NYCC, but if any of you are going and cosplaying, I'd love to hear all about who you're going as!

Except the first 3 pics you posted were at events where he was styled and prepped and most likely had treatments and/or makeup on to hide the bags, something he doesn't do in his everyday life. So of course the bags are more noticeable.///. Some non red carpet examples: nycc, the pics with halina, I’d even dare say the Greece restaurant pics, but those could be jet lag and alcohol 🤷🏻‍♀️

Given that my Fantastic Beasts suitcase is too fragile to survive the insanity of the NYCC show floor, the next totally reasonable thing to do is throw together a tote bag that looks like the suitcase from the extra pleather and hardware I have hanging around...right?

What are the brands and lenses you’ve had most success with? I have very dark eyes and need opaque lenses but any and all suggestions are welcome!

I think we have different responses to the timing. I think the release of this article, with barely any new or promising info, couched in 2 year old soundbytes, has much more to do with taking the heat off the upcoming final episodes and start of Daryl spinoff filming. Gimple’s comments were the epitome of noncommittal Gimple Speak, imo, and certainly did not have a Caryl focus, but was more abt their individual stories. This is all placating, which is all they think they need to do for Carylers

Ehhh...you do have to wonder, as someone else pointed out to me, why EW would go ahead with quotes that insult Norman's fanbase if they're prepping for a show in which he's supposed to be the only headliner. Not like he has a leading lady with a spotless reputation to make him look better :P

As for Gimple, I think it's worth remembering he did this interview during SDCC. He may not have really had a solid plan in mind, but the fact that there's going to be a NYCC panel after it was already announced there wouldn't be suggests that may have changed. So I guess we'll see.

🕸just a small fyi that we are quickly approaching the time of year where i will for sure be around but replies might be a bit more sparse than normal because 1: nycc prep and 2: holiday retail starting right after basically and 3: also prep around that time for a con in february. like i said: i'll 100000000000% be around but replies might be even slower. thanks for your patience all 💕
