Sun, known in this au as Scorch due to his appearance and title and personality, is the god of energy (encompassing heat, light, electricity, etc) and power.

Due to these things he is quite popular with mortals, being the one who gifted them with fire and light, though he’s also popular for…not so good reasons; it’s not at all a rare occurrence, far from it, for power hungry mortals to pray to him and leave him offerings in hopes of gaining his favor in order to advance their power.

Scorch, while very particular on who he offers his support and blessings to, is by no means against aiding in such things as long as he is given the proper offerings and respect. Mortals who seek to only try and use him to take advantage of the power he could give them and treat him with little to no respect are always very quickly reminded of who exactly they are dealing with (and it may be in the form of a few new burn scars…or a pile of ashes on the floor-)

I kinda based him off Peril from WOF with his body always running hot, hot enough to burn if touched by a mortal. Standing next to him is like standing very close to an open heated oven, you can just feel the heat pouring off of him.

Scorch’s domain is also based off WOF, this time based on the home of the NightWings.

Scorch’s domain is a fortress built upon and within a volcanic island, surrounded all around by lava and molten rock. It is a place to be treaded carefully by any mortal who ends up there (after all, they will not be saved if something goes wrong).

The cutest reminder ever that the way family works in TSAMS canon is that two parties have to be in mutual agreement that they are family. If one party doesn't agree then they aren't family. Parties can revoke familial ties whenever they want and that means they are no longer family.

"Code Relation" theory is stupid because you're then implying that Eclipse is Sun and Moon's child. Which he isn't. Or that Killcode is somehow Moon's child and his brother at the same time that he's Eclipse, Lunar and Bloodmoon's "father" at the same time that they're Sun and Moon's grand children. Like, we're seeing the issue here, right?

Don't make things more complicated than it has to be. Just accept the fact that family is literally determined by a verbal agreement between two animatronics and nothing else because none of them were born from wombs. That means respecting canon when characters in canon decide that they aren't comfortable being family (like Eclipse) or just straight-up disown everyone (like Bloodmoon). It's okay to have headcanons, but don't try to push them onto canon.

I too wished they could be friends, I mean, they kinda have the same vibes, and the same themes, they parallel one another so well! It could be a beautiful friendship, but I cannot see the shows rolling with it sadly

Anyways, drawings, yes, I tried to keep it wholesome but ‘wholesome’ and ‘Bloodmoon’ don’t really go well in the same sentence :P

Good fucking soup Nexus seeing that Earth still cares about him enough to respect his privacy regarding their sessions, going quiet before trying his best to relate to her and comparing their situations. Yeah you messed up still Earth, but he sees now that she could have done everything right and nothing would have changed because the rest of the family is still a problem, they would drop you just like they did to Nexus so why don't you join him? Nexus clearly still cares and is desperate to have some family back with how he jumped on that opportunity, that little bit of hope that she cares about him, for Earth to join his side.

And god Earth saying she never actually disowned Nexus but felt like he disowned her? Yet here Nexus is calling her sister still and wanting to check up on her and Lunar? It's just like my Nexus AU the fucking miscommunication and misunderstanding where they each thought the other stopped caring first thus pretended they didn't either when they very much do. But it's too late to fix things with a single conversation and heart to heart.

Lune is the god of time and change, enveloping both the tide of the sea and just general change, which goes with him being the keeper of the passage of time.

Despite being a variant of Moon he is not the god directly responsible for the cycle of the night nor day and his role as the keeper of time, while still somewhat involved, does not make him responsible for the duties involving death and life and the afterlife.

He is the god mortals go to most often than not when they seek more time and/or change within their lives—what that change entails or why they wish for more time heavily influence wether or not Lune will answer their prayers.

Lune’s domain or realm takes the form of a vast icy sea paradise, seemingly inhabitable and desolate to others but perfect for a lone wolf god like Lune. Little balls of light that are basically the embodiments of different times in past and present and future as well as varying timelines float around within the large ice cave that is the center point of his domain; touching one of these balls of light directly will not do anything for any mortal unless they are granted access by Lune himself, which very rarely happens to avoid any errors and mistakes with time.

Gods can shapeshift into whatever they please though all of them usually have forms they favor within and outside of their realms, Lune’s being that of an orca-like mer creature.

our dearest Dark Sun is- well... currently unavailable! So I'll sadly be answering in his stead... Fret not! I have past memories I can pluck and use either way!

Anyways, Doctor J is on the case!

When it comes to physical touch or affection, Dark Sun is a lot more reserved, he tends to keep his distance from those he doesn't trust or know very well

He tries hiding it, playing it off as being polite, but it's easy to tell if he doesn't like you from how much efforts he puts in keeping his distance!

When it comes to people he's friends with, he can get a little touchy, it's simple things that are done with hands, like handshakes, grabbing, tapping, flicking, ect

He doesn't really do hugs or casual touches when it comes to friends

Then comes people he's really close to! If this stage is somehow reached, he's surprisingly affectionate, if I didn't know any better I'd say he's touch starved

He's more receptive, and likely to initiate, leaning onto one another, hugs, or just general closeness!

As it stands currently, Nexus would be the one Dark considers closest to him, and the one he trusts most.

Although....

Well... For a moment I had hoped he'd found others to get close to, if nothing else but because he needs other people to call home....

But-.... It obviously isn't going so well...
