i have a question about the reality AU 👁️ if Gale and Evie weren’t getting together in this fic, who would you see either of them paired off with and why 👁️

oooooHHHHHH this is so juicy, I need to talk to some oracles and consider some small animal bones to find an answer.

I think Evie and Wyll could be fun and sweet. Like she sees him and immediately thinks of how she can use him to further her time on the show and make out with a hot guy in the process. But she starts to see what a good guy he is, and actually gets to know him, and starts to genuinely feel something for him. Plus the tension of the two of them having to share a bed would be wild. Wyll wouldn't want to be too physical without a real romance first but that's a lot easier in theory when you're not sleeping next to a beautiful woman every night. And Evie has expressed reservations about being intimate on camera but she's clearly down for more than Wyll would be, which could also leave him consumed with lust. 

Gale and Shadowheart/Jen could be intriguing. She'd be very cool and hard to read at first, which could intimidate Gale, but we all know she's a big softie inside. I feel like crossing the invisible boundary in the middle of their bed would be sooooo slow in a really tasty way. My mind also went to Halsin a bit? In like a "summer romance that heals you from a trauma and then you go your separate ways back to normal" kind of way? And maybe they get back together on the outside and maybe they don't but they're happier for having known each other, you know the type I mean?

As a proponent of "well, I can see why all these people might kiss at some point" it's hard for me to make a decision but I think these could all be fun plots.

its lowkey really annoying when other fandoms try to Get comic fans w/o knowing any history or like anything abt comics. like stop relating homestuck and spn and all these fandoms to comics fans. you do not get it!!!

comics are “mainstream” enough for people to know the bigger characters. but theyre NOT mainstream enough for anyone but dedicated fans to get the characterizations or stories right! (this includes writers and movie makers. half the comic writers and artists dont knoe SHIT abt the characters their writing, and neither do the movie makers)

also do i need to bring up the fact that comic fans used to write hatemail to the editors with their full name and address on it? can we bring back letters to the editors columns? please?
