Ok so I decided to do it here cuz I don't know will AO3 allow me to write essay hahahahah 😂😂😂

I don't even know how to start this. I've been reading fics for 13 years straight, like I don't remember the period of my life where I didn't read them cuz I always have some ship active and I'm crazy BL fan. Only a small number of them can make me crazy to the point I don't wanna sleep, eat, skipping my obligations, killing the pain and your sebaciel did everything. I haven't felt like this reading fic..,maybe ever? This is totally another level of me being fascinated by some writer.

I adore sebaciel, I'm in fandom since 2016 but the biggest problem I had with their fics is that - either people go too much OOC with them orr they rush up the things between them, going quickly with sex and feelings. It bothered me so much so I was crawling for good SC fics as crazy!!

After some break with SC, I came back to ao3 and saw your long fic. I started reading it but I dropped it after 3 chapters, I got bored cuz I thought you are gonna just re-type manga and do classic thing which another people do. Quickly, I got disappointed with another one and idk how but I decided to give your fic one more chance and dear lord......that was one of the best thing I have ever read. Maybe even the best.

Like, how smart are you? What's your IQ? Your manage to explain me some things about Kuro plot which I haven't udnerstand by myself. And the way you write Sebaciel relationship. That's everything I have ever wanted. Everything. They have normal conversation and that's it, that's all I need cuz there is everything. I feel electric every time when they talk, fight, do things together, goood the little touches svbjhsdjvbvbvbvbvbsdjvhbdf. I was tense whole fic. I read it for like 10 days, abandon everything until I finished it and now I feel sad ahahhaahha. But you are really something special, cuz I always used to say that manga itself is the best fiction cuz Yana knows the best how to create good Sebaciel energy. You, next to Yana, did the best job. You kept them as they are, never broke the character, and that's what I am most grateful. Slow burn, with drama and angst, love and attention, all misunderstanding, you put all necessary spices for 5 star meal. My fav part is when Ciel told Sebastian to add slamming doors to his most dramatic moments of his life ahahahahahahhaha 😂😂 I laughed like crazy, they are so precious♥ And I really wanted kiss to happen when Ciel lied Sebastian about another demon, that was sooo svbjhsvjhjhvbdf. But okay, you know the best, I trust you fully with this♥

The fact that they are ready to kill each other before they have normal conversation about their feeling is my fetish. I am in love with toxic things. Ciel ready to throw all game just to prove Sebastian that his value is not only his soul, right after he told himself for 1000 times he needs to stay on distance..... I LOVE ITTTT!!! I also need to say that you find PERFECT balance for good plot and romance. Your games and their cases...I just don't know, deep bow for you queen🔥💯After all, you didn't retype drama ahahaha but you manage to keep it canon without changing anything but still adding your spices so it's not ordinary Kuro plot we see every day....

I just have one question. From time to time, I was like a Bard ahahhaha, so sick of their games and my head hurting me, but on a good way. I am clear about Ciel but what about Sebastian and his disgust for Ciel's nicer, soft, emotional side? I know Ciel doesn't have it a lot, but would Sebastian still be grossed out about it as he was at the beginning of a contract or not? Keeping in mind that he is more and more obsessed with a boy?

Like you, I've been reading fics for ages now, and the moments where I find some fantastic story that won't let me sleep or work or even blink are always the happiest and the brightest spots I remember. So it's extremely flattering to know that my story has become something similar to other people.

I love writing about smart characters, but most of them are definitely smarter than me! The benefit is that since I'm writing, I can think and plan everything in advance. In real life, I only wish I were as quick-witted and inventive. Alas, the best ideas and arguments come to me when they are no longer needed.

I love slow burns, and I love characters who abhor the idea of expressing their feelings, so Ciel and Sebastian have the most perfect dynamic in my eyes. I feel like I could spend the eternity just enjoying their Gothic world with their games, arguments, plots, and so on. Them antagonizing each other only to instantly team up against the common enemy is my most favorite thing in the world.

As for your question, right now, Sebastian would be thrilled if Ciel were to show a softer and more vulnerable side - at least in relation to him. Well, a part of him would feel the automatic need to mock him for it anyway, some habits don't die easily, but Sebastian's feelings have evolved a lot, plus Ciel is cold more often than he is not. So Sebastian treasures every word of praise, every hint of appreciation and need because they are so rare - he's come to crave them, and he has memorized all known cases of them by heart.

Okay, no that that spiel is over, we’ve got some headcanons to address about everyone's favorite afro-latino spiderman

He’s so precious. Idc if you know already I’m telling you again, he is the most precious thing in the world. He has a heart of gold and wears it on his sleeve, he’s always looking out for people and wants to see the best in everything and everyone. Which, while it is a good characteristic to have, can sometimes put him in tough situations, and sometimes it doesn’t end well.

He’s such a momma’s boy, but like the good momma’s boy where he adapts the things Rio teaches him and repays her by being a good filial son, even though he’s growing up and wanting to branch out. If he’s having emotional trouble, he’ll come to her to try and figure out how to express himself and understand how he’s feeling. On special occasions, or just when he notices her mood is off, Miles will conspire with his dad to do something small but special for his mom, like make breakfast or drop off flowers at her work. She’s always super appreciative of it too

Waking up for him is hell in the morning, because he is not a morning person at all. It’s worse if he went on patrol the night before (which, 9/10, he has) and he almost always sleeps through his alarm. He’s the type to have to have several alarms set to get up up, because otherwise he will sleep through the day

Similarly, Miles also finds it hard for him to sleep most nights. In the beginning of his career being Spiderman he would almost never go to sleep really. Even the trick of using nyquil or melatonin gummies didn’t work because his mind was always on one hundred, thinking about everything and nothing all at once. Though as he meets friends he can confide in and grows older he learns how to manage that kind of stress, which makes it easier to sleep. Though the insomnia never truly leaves him unfortunately, and its something he has to take with him for the rest of his life

Despite his introverted self, and the fact that he tends to want to keep to himself more often than not, Miles is actually very easy to talk to and if given the time and patience, great at making friends. He’s awkward at first because he wants to measure his interactions based on the vibe of the person he’s talking to, but you will find a hardcore loyal and caring friend in Miles.

So emotionally aware that it almost hurts. He’ll be upset and know why he’s upset, but sometimes wishes he didn’t know because in some situations he may not think his emotions are valid. And because he’s such an intentional person and a hyper empath, everything he feels is multiplied by ten. So if you fuck him over, he’s probably more upset about it than you’ll ever be if you were upset at fucking him over, if that makes sense?

He’s a cuddle-bug and nothing will change my mind about it! He had hella teddy bears as a little boy and would get upset if Rio took them to be washed because he was afraid he wouldn’t see them again. For no reason in particular he’s slowly dissipated his teddy bear collection and now uses a very fluffy body pillow to hold on to as he sleeps. Sometimes if he’s sick or just very down in the dumps and Rio notices, she’ll climb into bed with him for a while and comfort him

A decent cook actually as well! He was always in the kitchen when his mom and his tia’s came over to cook so he knows how to throw down in the kitchen a lil bit. His favorite thing to make is tamales because while the process may be tedious, it allows him to unwind and clear his mind while focusing on the preparation of them.

Miles’ is the type that when he goes into the store he will always, without fail, buy a new notebook/sketchpad. He may not even need it, he may already have like ten new ones he has yet to break in, but he always likes to stay prepared for when his current one runs out. He also likes to alternate between them or dedicate certain notebooks to certain muses or drawing preferences

Will squeak out of surprise and say something in spanish if he’s startled or scared. And I’m talking like a girlish squeak and it's so cute but he’d be so embarrassed, cuz why did you have to sneak up on him like that? He was doing perfectly fine til you wanted to give him a heart attack.

On the topic of spanish, he isn’t that confident in it so he doesn’t really like to speak it if its not with his family, because he just knows he’s gonna fuck it up. So if he feels like there's pressure in a conversation where he knows he’s going to have to speak it at some point, he’ll try to back out before that happens

Miles gets so fascinated with things all the time. It happens mostly when he’s either strolling through the neighborhood or he’s on patrol. Definitely checks himself out in the glass of skyscrapers…then promptly remembers that there are people behind said glass that can see him and hurriedly swings off. And if a new pair of Jordans have been teased? Best believe he’s doing all the chores and buttering up his parents so that he can get them as soon as they drop

Speaking of Jordans; this boy is such a sneakerhead it’s insane. His dorm room AND his room at home are full of shoe boxes he has yet to style with some clothes. Keeps telling his parents “I’ma wear ‘em, I’ma wear ‘em!” but he never has the time to cuz he’s too preoccupied with being a good student and Spiderman to prioritize style over comfort (even tho he do still be fresh n clean)

He’s also the best bestie to have. Texts you tiktoks, checks in on you at seemingly always the right time. If you go to school together then you know you’re hanging out after classes. And if you need help in the sciences, Miles is the best tutor ever. And his family loves you, so birthdays, christmas and other holidays, if you’re not already celebrating with your folks, if you don’t fuck with them like that, or if you don’t have a real family, he’s inviting you over his place all the time so that you never have to feel alone.

Naruto and Hinata are a ship all others should strive to be (Also Tsunade, if Naruto's personal Gilf and Hinata needs a hand cuz let's face it Naruto is a walking gangbang, hell throw Shizune and Naruto's many Movie Waifus into that mix too. Maybe even Sarada just to throw a little age gap in the mix) Shikamaru and Temari are just too damn cute together for me to accept anything else. Karui Akimichi may be sorta bitchy but honest to god lets face facts she loves Choji and more importantly we know for a fact he can make parts of his body WAY bigger... Let that sink in. She is for sure a Size Queen. Gojou and Kitagawa from 'My Dress Up Darling' and if we're being honest it's cuz Gojou is just too fucking adorble of a man and a hell of a artisan. Ichijo and Orihime, I've loved this ship since forever and nothing and nobody will convince me otherwise. Bleaches best couple in my opinion. Kaguya-sama: Love Is War has made it in my mind that Shirogane/ Kaguya and Miko and Yuu are simply too pure and perfect to be with anyone else.

Ash and Serena, I never thought I would be invested in a love story in Pokémon of all series, but here we are.

INUYASHA, KAGOME AND KIKIYO, fuck anyone and everyone who can adore the former and feel bad for the later girl. The only solace is that as her reincarnation that at least to some extent Kikyo is with Inuyasha. Also Moroha is the best part of Yashahime, hands down without doubt

hi, just wanna say that without the essays and analysis people as you have published here, I wouldn't love Kiro as much as I do nowadays, he's my precious sunshine. I don't really expect anything from Papergames as a company, so I'm keeping my little treasures regardless of what's gonna come out of it in the end. do you plan in the future to explain what you think ended up going downhill with the direction of the game you have briefly mentioned?

Hello @ladyjune26! Thanks for the ask and being so very patient with me on answering. Here are the major complaints/pet peeves I have with what Papergames has done and continues to do to lessen my love of the game and their treatment of Kiro as a main love interest: *WARNING* LOTS OF RANTING AHEAD

Kiro always being the "odd one out of the bunch" in regards to karmas: Honestly, why did Papergames think it was a good idea to do this? I can tell which love interest they favor most over Kiro just from looking at the karma illustrations during group events. It's almost like they use a different filter on them or use a different artist completely to draw his karmas cuz his stick out like a sore thumb. A perfect example would be from last year's Xmas/New Year's event (Modern Rhapsody) where all the guys get stylish hairstyles and Kiro gets the short end of the stick. They forgot he's a main love interest and now he's just an afterthought. Another example is the Valentine's event where all the guys get kiss karmas and say "I love you". All the guys have open-mouth kisses with their eyes open and once again they don't do that with Kiro. IS IT REALLY THAT DIFFICULT TO BE CONSISTENT!?!?! MAKE IT MAKE SENSE!!! Plus, why can't they ever draw MC in gorgeous outfits or hot and intimate scenes with Kiro? She constantly looks plain and boring in many of them. Her relationship with Kiro is no longer friends anymore. THEY'RE LOVERS!!! Also, no creativity. There's a lot of karmas where they draw the same old stuff in them like a teddy bear, daisies, sunflowers....COME ON!!! THOSE AREN'T THE ONLY THINGS GOING FOR HIM!!! 'The Versatile King' my ass!!! Don't make statements like those if you can't even fulfill them. If they need ideas for karmas I have plenty...no wait, they already used them for the other love interests which leads to the next point.

Kiro has been reduced to a minor character/NPC role: In season 1 main story, Kiro had the least amount of screen time. I remember a Weibo post where a CN player calculated how much total screen time he had and it was 80 minutes! I haven't exactly tested if this was true but I've seen many CN fans mention this. Also, throughout season 1, his major plot points were all put into Rumors and Secrets and they're still doing it in season 2. And don't get me started on how much repetitiveness on certain aspects of his character...ISTG, I'VE NEVER SEEN SO MANY METAPHORS ABOUT A BEAR IN MY LIFE!!! Starting to see the pattern now?

Nothing gets changed when Kiro fans address issues: There was a time when during one of Gavin's bday karmas, his fans were hounding customer service to add the gingko bracelet to MC's wrist and within a very short period of time, it was done. However, whenever Kiro fans want something changed, nothing, ABSOLUTELY NOTHING, gets done. A while back, there was a magazine advertising the game and for some very strange reason, they typed Kiro's name wrong and his birthdate. The entire Weibo page was just post after post about it. There's no excuse for such a small mistake which could have easily been avoided.

His karmas are released last: Whether it's the Fragrant Sunshine ERs, solo Wish Tree events, or in general, Kiro tends to be the last one scheduled. So far, he has not had a single free SR/SSR karma this year and it's already July. When the first kiss karmas were released several years ago, Kiro was once again the last one released.

Storyline and character arc: Are they ever going to address how Kiro can change into his silver-haired Helios form? Why does he have those markings on his right arm and how can they appear and disappear whenever? Is he ever going to find his master KEY? Why does Kiro look so much like his master KEY who was the previous Helios? Does that mean KEY also had blue eyes? What is this mission they keep teasing about? HELL, HIS ORIGINS!?!? There's been no story development whatsoever and they keep reusing the same stuff in the chapters. What happened to all that awesome character development in the first half of season 2? Crumbs keep dropping but it leads to nowhere. Here's a hot take: Westmoon had a much better, cohesive story overall. I am forever sad that it's over. If it isn't already obvious, the writers are heavily milking the main story. As much as I don't like season 1, at least it was more entertaining and mysterious especially when MC "died" and ended up in Winter World where all the love interests didn't know her. They should have continued from there. It would have been interesting to see how the relationships developed and MC ended up staying despite everything? Did she have to go back to the "main world"? There's just too many questions or maybe I'm being too analytical.

That's pretty much all the major issues I've come across. There are others but I've done enough nit-picking. However, don't let my opinions sway your enjoyment of the game. If you still like it, then please by all means, continue to play. Hope you have a wonderful day and take care!

Hi! I finished reading Yeonwoo's Innocence last night, and I'm so happy I stumbled upon this story. I wasn't expecting it to be so deep and emotional. These characters have become so precious to me! I was wondering, do you know of any other story that has a similar relationship dynamic as Haesol and Yeonwoo? I need something else while I wait for the upcoming chapters! 😩

Well i'll tell you now that NOTHING holds a candle to these two (I'm incredibly bias)

When it comes to role reversal content where the girl is the more dominant one and the guy is more willingly submissive it is always going to be a hit or miss because the creator never takes it seriously and fully dives into what the dynamic will look like, it is just played off as a joke and the roles turn back into heteronormative standards or sadly and what is most common the guy is just a toy for the girl and there are not only heavy power imbalances but also non-consentual intimacy and than some.

So finding a story like Yeonwoo's Innocence that not only goes into psychology of the characters, the story is compelling and interesting while the romance is actually a role reversal is very rare. It's even rare that it is done so well and so much care is taken into it.

Yet again I'm very biased cuz this series is currently my hyper fixation and I am not coming out anytime soon

Now though there is some hope the few works I can think of that is similar to Yeonwoo's Innocence are

Looking up to you (manga) by Kobori Makoto- this series is honestly very cute. it is very similar to Yeonwoo's Innocence the only problem is that it leaves you wanting more.

Nude Model (manga) by Yamaguchi Tsubasa (creator of blue period) - this one is about a delinquent who plays a bet with his friends to see if he can seduce and hwt with the school lomer girl but a twist.

Pheromomania Syndrome by Ichiha- this one is a comedy and it's essentially a lot of teasing. This one is a cute romance about a tall handsome girl and short adorable childhood friend. The premise is basically she's in love with him but can't do anything to him because her thoughts about him are deranged and unholy. (Even though he makes it clear he doesn't mind) It's cute but teases the hell out of you.

This girl is a little wild (Manhwa) -

Honestly amazing. It's a reincarnation manhwa with a twist. not a modern to fantasy reincarnation but one where a holy knight in a intense fight with the demon king, her soul gets switched with a noble woman's. The story is compelling but the romance is even more so. The male lead is the captain of the guard and because both of our leads have experience as soldiers and fighting the rules of society and especially the ones regarding how men and women interact completely goes over their heads. It's just amazing. its similar to Yeonwoo's Innocence in that the two obviously like each other and are close but can't realize it to save their lives.

Those are the few I could think of someone also recommended seasons of blossom to me so maybe check that one out too. I hope you liked some of these recommendations.

Rambling about Mobile Suit Gundam: The Witch from Mercury’s ending

I've been absolutely loving every episode of the season up until Episode 23. After watching that episode, I felt a bit... disappointed? frustrated? It was like ep.23 was trying to cram Gundam Unicorn's 1-hour final battle into a 20-minute episode and it didn't feel as satisfying as the previous episodes. 

I didn’t have any problems with the plot beats, just the pacing really, it felt pretty rushed - that’s where my worries started. The pacing was like they're trying to wrap up as many plot threads in case they don't get another season, while still wasting time introducing new elements to the story (like SAL apparently being massive despite being a non-entity for 90% of the story, oh and they have a giant laser! surprise!), as a result we lost some precious time that would’ve been better spent on the main conflict between. I was bummed Quiet Zero was disabled so quickly, and was totally unconvinced Prospera would suddenly back down after never being able to confront Delling AND possibly losing Eri. Not to mention the time wasted on Lauda’s pointless tantrum.

Then we go to my post-episode 24 thoughts: 

Man did the last 4 episodes felt incredibly rushed. I didn’t notice it much in 21-22 cuz I was still giving the series the benefit of the doubt but after watching 23-24 it becomes apparent these last episodes were really sprinting to the finish.

It feels like they wanted to have an ending that could be considered conclusive - wrapping up as many ends they could - in case they dont get to do more G-Witch, but also they made it so that everyone who's still alive gets to survive to the end so that they can expand into more stories later.

The combination of those two factors are what ultimately leave me a bit disappointed, but I'm still surprised at how well they managed to stick the landing despite all that; it wasn't ideal or amazing but i'm thankful it didnt end terribly. I actually love the forgiveness ending for Prospera and Eri, it's consistent with Shakespeare's "The Tempest" BUT because the end was rushed it doesn't feel completely earned, like there shouldve been a longer period of rage/vengeance and at least an intense emotional confrontation with both Kenanji and Delling. G-Witch needed at least 12 more episodes, preferably more.

Given how great the first 20 episodes were, you can bet they would've had more character developments, conflicts, twists, and major deaths IF ONLY Sunrise gave them 48-50 episodes instead of 24. But I guess they didnt want to take that risk. I kinda hope the success of Vinland Saga S2 gives them some more confidence if they ever decide to do a sequel series.

I mean, they have to do a sequel series and/or spin-offs, right? I'd be seriously disappointed if they don't; the Ad Stella timeline is one of the most interesting and well-written Gundam AUs they've ever created, and my personal favorite AU. So much potential for many different stories in this timeline.

Also, the ending scene w/ SuleMio was cute af, but no kiss? not even on the cheek? booo

Final verdict:

Prologue + Episode 1-21: 9/10, my favorite Gundam AU series

Episode 22-24: 6.5/10, barely sticks the landing to get a good enough ending. Needs a sequel series to become truly satisfying and get some new writers to help Okouchi because he seriously fumbled these last episodes.

Your regency Silco fic is seriously one of the best fics I've ever read. Its not just cuz its Jane Eyre or historical romance I like but that you made Arcane fit into the regency period effortlessly. I can totally see Silco playing this role in Piltover.

Now the chefs kiss is the push/pull of Silco and the governess. You follow parts of the Bronte plot but make it your own. I love every single interaction that you slow burned the shit out of it.

It was never natural, it just turn him into one. He's rlly a twisted and sadistic type of yandere, so while he does it most of the time. Yes, he would do everything to make MC happy only if she submit to him and be obedient to him. He showed love in a way that's both twisted yet so caring. Yes, there was those times that he was rlly sincere to her.

2) and the next one, he had always wanted to ruin MC yk, but HS is not the type to go far when it's not necessary or needed in his plans. So when MC pretended of getting fooled by him, it was at that point that he would actually stop. Like that's the end, period. He got her, he ruin her family, and her friendship with EJ, that's it. For him, it's happily ever after!

3) So when he got fooled once again, well yea you know. So in conclusion, he's evil asf if you give him shit or try to ruin his plans. But most of the time he's sincere and kind, only to MC tho. He would anything he could to make her happy, and I actually wrote that in the final EP of ROUTE 1. It just so happens that he's consumed by a little insanity so his way of showing love morphs into frightening one. So yea that's it!

oh, jae, about the last part.... are you sure you think that's a headcanon because that's actually right— AYO?? this is like a basic summary of the timeline for the names leading up to wanderer.

500 years ago, upon his creation, ei didn't give him a name and he was a nameless puppet. when the people of tatarasuna found him, they called him kabukimono but that was more of a term than a name — the people there did ask if he wanted a name but at the time, he was content with just being called kabukimono (because the name held precious memories for him) until the 'second betrayal' caused him to abandon that name altogether.

kunikuzushi was the first 'actual' name he chose for himself some time during or before the case of the eccentric. 100 years ago, he slaughtered the raiden gokaden (chosen clans that raiden shogun was passing down her martial arts teachings to) to seek revenge against the "bladesmiths" (his second betrayal) except for one person who was spared after scaramouche found out about said person's connection to the surname, "niwa" (the same one as his friend from the tatarasuna). "tell her this. my name is kunikuzushi," was his last words to the sole survivor laying amongst bodies of corpses before he disappeared. (more info: iirc, he was already a part of the fatui when this occured. so, scaramouche was already one of his monikers but he didn't consider it as his 'true' name.)

also, kunikuzushi means 'country destroyer' in japanese and also happens to be the name of a villain character in japanese popular drama who usurps countries. i assumed that he picked this name when the case of the eccentric happened since he did cause a minor disturbance/loss to the inner workings of inazuma through that case. we can see this reflected in today's in-game history because only the amenoma art and isshin art (2/5 clans of the raiden gokaden) still alive after that event.

OKAYYY. I’ve been playing final fantasy x and here are some preliminary thoughts after like a hard won 4ish hours in 🫠

It was a huge leap to start this game just because 1) I don’t play games like this period (rpg fighters) and have even less experience than any other type of game I ever played and 2) there’s truly nothing more intimidating to me than the final fantasy franchise.. like it only won out over me trying out kingdom hearts because I didn’t feel like doing the punch _ button for _ move type fighting in a game just yet lol. BUT WHATEVER! It has been my goal this year anyway to try games out of my comfort zone (80% of games out there lol) so here I am…

I think the world-building is very appealing!! look I have never in my life even tried looking up final fantasy lore or anything I think I just know Sephiroth and the big ducks maybe but regardless I loved the 5 seconds we got in Zanarkand just because a fantasy steampunk-esque world can be charming.. and exploring the 1000yrs later world and it’s differences is also very interesting. I think I spent half of my hours just talking to everybody I saw and looking at the world textures lol it’s nice and peaceful most of the time

I love the cast a lot.. playing as Tidus kind of surprised me because I think I’m not used to fully formed playable main characters like him (was thinking Link or a fire emblem protag rip) but I LOVE HIM!!!! HES SO GOOFY AND CHARMING and I am so endeared by the voiceover narration (ummm his future self??) and where the story is taking him. He and Yuna are so sweet and cute. I actually really love that not ever cutscene was there to move the plot??? Like the one first boat scene where Tidus stole some guys binoculars and was monkeying around on the ship. Or this one 🥺😭💗

SO PRECIOUS!!! It’s how I know something horrible is going to come regarding them 🧎Well for now I’m just in for the ride. The other guardians are definitely a ragtag bunch but I really appreciated how they were fleshed out in this narrative. I like the big wolf beast guy and I will tell you every time I get a chance I try to get Tidus to go talk to him and every time I get ignored 🥲 ONE DAY!!!! And I love theeee goth woman supreme Lulu even her name is so cute. Love her little doll. She saves my ass every single fight I swear. Wakka is also charming in his own way lol he reminds me of a character I just don’t know who.. he and Lulu having their josei romance drama in the backdrop of this story also gets meeeee. Like!?? Look at them wtf…

Ok ok now about the fighting itself: it’s not as bad as I thought. It’s still not something I really have come to look forward to though, and I really really despise the mechanic where you’re walking and get a randomized battle out of nowhere. The Pokémon grass effect whatever you call it…. IM SICK OF IT!!!! LET ME RUN AWAY!!! especially when I’ve had like 3 fights in a row and that stupid breaking glass effect comes and I have to fight again. Oh save me. im not built for this. HOWEVER. Besides that. It’s okay. Figuring out what moves I should be doing isn’t all that difficult even if I do kind of just guess most of the time. I’m lucky I’m using an emulator and saving as much as I can in case I need to reload during a battle. I’ll be okay lol I just want to complain sometimes just cuz. 😖

And finally…. The one thing I did not expect to encounter in this game and genuinely made me want to QUIT this game for good despite everything positive above: BLITZBALL. WHY DO YOU EXIST. WHY. I CANT STAND THIS SHIT!!!!!!!!

This funny scene made me laugh when I first saw it because I literally thought blitzball games would play out like that first cutscene in Zanarkend - AS A CUTSCENE!!! TIDUS YOULL LOSE I HAVE NO SKILL YOULL LOSE TIDUS!!!!!!!

I will admit now I didn’t know wtf I was doing on that boat and totally failed at getting the Jecht shot but how??? Was I supposed to know????? I THOUGHT IT WOULD JUST LEAD TO A FUN MINIGAME how was I to know it was life or death (in blitzball)…. I did Google whether I needed it to win and results varied. But before I get judged I spent about 40 min trying to grasp the entire blitzball tutorial and things still didn’t wrap around until I began playing and EVEN THEN I wanted to cry and rage quit. Something I have never needed to do in all my life!!!!!! Then I thought fine whatever I’ll just let the game do it’s thing and maybe try to give the ball to Tidus as much as possible if that’s my only shot and lord almighty I couldn’t even get one point in. The ai would score so much and I swear I paid attention. Imagine me mid game pausing just to google 10+ year old forum answers on whether I can just do the bare minimum and still win. I don’t even think I needed to win??? But the other team was so mean to us …. LIKE I WANTED TO WIN….. but I’m not capable of it. I knew it when I first started the tutorial too versus the real game I truly am so disinterested in this kind of minigame (the least mini of mini games I’ve ever played ever) that I don’t care. Like I’m just so so frustrated that it’s 3am im writing this post just to vent about how I want to keep playing ffx but not at the cost of this stupid side game that shouldn’t even take me more than 15 min to play!!!!!

I should’ve known from this part in the tutorial that this was bullshit fr. Look I know its not like all of the mechanics were rocket science, if I took 1 day to actually study the game I would BUT WHY WOULD I DO THAT. WHY WOULD I WASTE MY TIME AND DO THAT. I am just so put off at this point from this game simply because of blitzball. Sorry to Tidus and his quest for home and all but it will not come true because I cannot stand playing blitzball. 🤬

Where i am now: I paused at the end kinda when Wakka comes in at the end of the game. I couldn’t score a single point so it was just left at 2-0. I really don’t care anymore I will just lose the game because I’m sick of it. But damn I was really trying okay. Kinda. I hate being petty but we’ll see if I want to even pick it up as a whole game again when I wake tmrw after this experience lol

To be extremely honest I kinda began ffx as a total “wouldn’t it be funny if?” type game for me because I know what I like and dislike in games and this one bordered that for me so I was genuinely curious to see how far I’d last. But this blitzball game is so far into my dislikes that it actually bums me out because the storytelling is so in my lane. I don’t want to quit just yet but I will say now if blitzball gets any worse I’m out. That truly is my last straw lmao. Also it seems like a very long game otherwise and even that is a struggle for me to comprehend. Namjoon had always been quite good at math. Quick and efficient, he could almost always calculate complex calculations in his mind faster than most. So it was only natural that he kept track of how long ago you told him you were pregnant.

You dropped the bomb on his head eleven months ago. When you were 1 month pregnant. Nine months on average to carry a child in the womb.

That would mean that you've already given birth to a baby who was now three months.

Sure, he was good at math.

But he was horrible at doing anything about it.

Sometimes Namjoon wishes that he texted you before you gave birth, or even after - or even during the whole period to be honest. But he didn't. He was too afraid to look like a coward.

A coward because he wanted to know how you were doing and to see if you've given birth to a baby boy or a baby girl, but too afraid to commit.

And he had always applauded you for being the complete opposite of him. So when he opened your text one day, he didn't complain. He simply stared.

Stared at the picture for what felt like hours - which it could have been - but Namjoon didn't mind.

It didn't even strike him, the question. Why would you send him a picture of your child? Of his child?

After almost a year of no contact?

With absolutely no context?

But Namjoon didn't complain.

Because the little girl in the picture looked very tiny, almost as though she would fit straight in his palm snuggly. The baby - his daughter - looked away at something that was probably distracting her, eyes wide in fascination and mouth open with little babbling sounds that Namjoon could almost hear right through the picture.

She looked carefree. With no worry evident on her face, her beautiful face.

She probably wouldn't even understand what an ass of a father she has, but then again, her mother would've never made her feel the absence of a father figure in her life, Namjoon was sure of that.

Would this beautiful little girl grow up and lose the light in her eyes and the life in her smile when she slowly realizes that she doesn't have a father?

Namjoon wouldn't know.

Because he doesn't want to. He doesn't want this princess to ever stop grinning the way she was in the picture you had sent him.

So without much thought, Namjoon exhaled and pressed the call button next to your contact.

He was going to suck it up and be the father that he should have been.

Kim Seokjin:

Seokjin was a beautiful young man.

Yoongi would probably snort at the young part, but there was no denying that the man was one of God's walking masterpieces.

Jin would always brag to the members that the day he has a child, it would be the most beautiful child in the world. That was how much he trusted his precious genes.

So it was only obvious when Jin's eyes landed on the little girl who walked up to him that he bent over in pain, wheezing and choking over the piece of bread crust that had lodged itself in his airway because he gasped too hard mid-swallow.

"You're my father," the girl simply stated, pointing a finger into Jin's forearm.

Yoongi couldn't get his eyes off of the girl either, silently setting his spoon down and watching the scene unfold in front of him. A part of him wanted to slide Jin's glass of water closer to the man who was literally in tears, but Yoongi decided it was about time he suffered.

"I've seen a picture of you on my mum's phone," she continued tentatively when Jin swallowed and heaved out a sigh of relief, watery eyes staring back at the girl in shock.

"She told me you were her friend, but because of you, her life changed forever because now she has me."

The girl could be - what? Six? Seven?

She couldn't be younger - nor older - than that, with a stunning black coat over her white dress, dark brown hair parted to the side and held back with a butterfly clip. Her eyes were sharp yet kind, Jin noticed, something that she could only get from you.

"We saw you in the church, by the way," she spoke, briefly making eye contact with Yoongi and flashing him a gorgeous smile. Yoongi looked innocent in her eyes, but not Jin. Jin was going to be the victim of her attack today.

"It's funny to see you in church," her eyebrows lifted suggestively, "but I insisted that I met you. Mum said no, but I'm quite stubborn, I suppose I get that from you."

Jin couldn't speak a word. How could he?

"Anyway, I wanted you to see how great of a job my mum has done in raising me, and all you need to know is that I'm so glad you chose not to support her. I wouldn't want to grow up to be like you."

Yoongi's jaw dropped, just like Jin. He almost wanted to laugh at the man, but Yoongi too was too shocked to react. A distant honk caught his attention, and though Jin couldn't take his eyes off of his daughter, Yoongi turned to see you waiting in the car.

"Hope you have a great day, Mr. WWH, World Wide Horrible."

And Jin definitely had to have a word with his genes because he didn't think his attitude would be one to pass on to his child.

Min Yoongi:

Yoongi suddenly remembers the day he asked you to leave his house. He was numb, walking robotically to his car and thanking his lucky stars that he didn't meet with an accident on the way to Hoseok's place.

He drank much more than he should have that night. Threw up all of Hoseok's couch and didn't bother apologizing. He also told Hoseok everything that happened. And as much as Hoseok was mad about his precious white leather couch, he was even more disappointed in Yoongi.

There was not much he could tell Yoongi, even a few days later when he sobered up and finally walked out of his room for a breath of fresh air. Hoseok simply stood still beside his hyung, wordlessly letting his disappointment radiate off of his tense shoulders.

Yoongi remembered that day clearly because it was one of the few occasions someone felt disappointed in him.

And even if that day was four years ago, Yoongi wouldn't forget it because he finally found himself in Hoseok's place. Disappointed in himself. Looking at himself as though a third person was, a shameful scowl on his face when he finally saw what a jerk he had been.

"...doesn't mean that I want you to be the mother of my child."

Yoongi almost slapped himself in the face when he remembered the words that he so easily spat at you that day. Why? Because all of a sudden, he knew. Yoongi knew that there could be no better mother to his child than you.

"Hello."

The young boy raised a hand to wave at Yoongi. With twitching fingers, Yoongi somewhat waved back, laughing internally at how pathetic he looked.

The little boy was dressed so smartly that it almost left Yoongi zapped. A plaid shirt tucked into his beige trousers, a little hat sitting atop his head and tiny tufts of brown hair peeking out from the corners. He wore a lovely pair of brown boots, one of the laces appearing to be loose, which had Yoongi bending down onto his knee before he could stop himself.

"Wouldn't want you to fall," Yoongi lamely murmured in explanation, briefly looking up into the boy's eyes to see them twinkle under the effect of his brilliant smile.

"Thank you, uncle!"

Yoongi's fingers froze for a fraction of a second.

Uncle.

The man cleared his throat, an embarrassed chuckle buzzing through his chest as he finally tightened the boy's shoelaces, standing up with a groan and dusting off his pants.

"So, pretty boy, where's your mom?"

The boy smiled even brighter, turning to point towards the little shop that he had run out of not too long ago.

"She's buying a cake for daddy's birthday party tonight!"

He didn't think you'd still remember his birthday, but was he complaining?

Definitely not.

Jung Hoseok:

"Uh...hey."

"Hi."

Hoseok's toes curled within his shoes at the awkward silence that followed. He didn't know how to break the ice, flashbacks of the last time he spoke to you over the phone leaving him flustered and embarrassed.

"How're you?"

"Good," you replied tightly. "You?"

"I'm okay," he offered in response.

"Okay..."

Clearing his throat, Hoseok adjusted the phone closer to his ear, sitting up straighter and acknowledging the sheen of sweat that had formed over his upper lip.

"How's...uh," he trailed off, not knowing if it was appropriate to continue.

"Good," you answered. "It's a girl."

"Oh," he nodded lamely, suddenly losing every bit of confidence that he had mustered up before calling you.

"That's nice."

"Yeah," you answered.

"What's her name?"

"I've named her Hope."

Hoseok swallowed painfully. "Oh... that's uh, that's beautiful."

You stayed quiet on the other side of the phone, silently fidgeting with the edge of your shirt.

"Why did you call me, Hoseok?"

The man was at a loss for words. He knew why he called you, but somehow he found it difficult to word it. Some part of him expected you to never pick up, another part of him thought you'd lash out at him and shout at him because he totally deserves it.

Never did he actually think that you'd end up being almost decent and would reveal to him that you had a daughter.

"I just called to see if you were doing alright," he explained in a quiet murmur. "It's been a while."

"It has," you acknowledged. "A year, almost."

"I've been, uh..." Hoseok gulped anxiously, not knowing how to continue. "I've been feeling really horrible about the whole thing, y'know?"

"Ah, is it?"

"Yeah," he nodded meekly. "I ran away like a coward, but I spoke to Yoongi hyung a few months ago when I couldn't deal with the guilt any longer."

"Mhm."

"Not just because I avoided you and behaved so badly with you. I regret ruining our friendship. What we had was pure, and I hate that we barely talk anymore. I hate that because of me, you lost so many more people. The boys miss you a lot."

"I know, I met up with them recently," you said.

Hoseok's brows uplifted in surprise. "You did?"

"Yeah, Yoongi, Jimin, and Jungkook came over to meet the little one."

"Oh," he suddenly frowned. "I didn't know."

"Yeah, well," you laughed awkwardly. "Not something that concerns me too much."

Hoseok finally exhaled shakily, closing his eyes and deciding to just go with it.

"Can I meet you?"

The silence that followed had Hoseok holding his breath in fear.

Almost after half a minute, you sighed deeply.

"My daughter just woke up, Hobi. I'll call you later."

And there were more positive sides to your response than there were negative. Avoidance to his question but a promise to call him back. A name he hadn't heard from your mouth in God knows how long. Hoseok would hold onto that hope.

Park Jimin:

It was almost like those scenes that you see in the movies. A man magically becomes close to a child and later finds out that he's the father. As funny as it sounds, Jimin almost broke to pieces the moment he knew that the little boy that he'd play with in the garden every weekend was his own son.

Jimin had been running late one fine day. He'd spent the night playing video games and ended up sleeping through his alarm and the loud bangs against his door when his manager and driver arrived to pick him up.

With all that said, Jimin reached the company building two hours late, profusely apologizing and offering to begin the practice on an empty stomach. Because of that, he ended up leaving work an hour late, and although he was extremely tired, he made a dash down to the little garden that he usually walks to, to play with his little friend.

Jimin's smile was like no other. It was almost magical, the way the tiredness left his body when his eyes landed on the young boy sitting alone on the swing, patiently waiting for his pink-haired friend to arrive.

But then he saw you.

He almost didn't recognize you when his eyes first caught sight of a woman walking towards the swing with open arms, watching inquisitively as the boy jumped off and darted towards the woman that he called out, "Mama!"

Jimin failed, not once - when he left you before. But again, when he left his son.

Jimin couldn't help but run away once more, the tears already streaming down and the pain in his heart appearing to be so heavy that it actually made him slide down against his car door and hold his hands over his mouth to muffle his cries.

How could he face the boy who had taken such a great liking to him? How could he, when there were such great chances of him accidentally meeting you in the process?

Jimin didn't have many answers.

He was heartbroken.

But the moment his eyes held his son's gaze once again, three weeks later - Jimin knew that there was no turning back.

Jimin thought the boy would be angry at him for just disappearing without a word. He thought the little boy would be filled with malice against the man he didn't know was his own father.

But there wasn't a hint of hatred on his precious little face.

Just happy eyes squinting into crescents as he raced towards Jimin with arms wide open.

"You're finally here! I missed you so much!"

And Jimin didn't bother hiding the first tear that slipped out of his eye onto the boy's shirt when he held him close to his chest, bare knees touching the soft sand on the playground as he knelt and trembled with regret.

"I'm sorry, little guy," he murmured into his son's shoulder.

"I won't leave again, I promise."

Kim Taehyung:

Taehyung was never a man to go back on his word. He promised to not run away like a coward when you told him that you were pregnant, and he never did.

He stayed, which was something you were eternally grateful for.

Just not the way you thought he would.

Along with the promise to be by your side throughout everything, Taehyung had also worded his opinion about the two of you being too young to raise a child and that he wasn't too sure he wished to tie himself to you that way.

So Taehyung stayed - but as a friend.

As absurd as it sounded to you, you'd rather have him be there with you as a friend than not have him at all. The concept of becoming a father was something Taehyung thought was beautiful but was quick to realize that it was quite scary now that it was actually happening.

You noticed him panicking much more than he ever did, random bursts of anxiety ripping through him which left not just you, but Taehyung himself dumbfounded.

Taehyung had begun to feel cornered, the promise of being by your side leaving him feeling obligated to you instead of genuinely wishing to support you throughout the entire journey.

So both of you thought that it would be best if he behaved as a friend instead.

Taehyung felt his first signs of relief in ways he couldn't explain, sudden happiness knowing that he wasn't tied to you in a way that kept him stuck. He was able to be more present, spending evenings with you just talking like how you would when you both were just friends.

He never crossed the line. He never once touched you in a way a friend wouldn't. And as much as he wished he had, he chose not to be a part of your happiness when you felt your baby kick for the first time.

He just couldn't.

But all of a sudden, the line that he had drawn for himself began to blur because all he could feel was fear when you hurt yourself.

It wasn't intentional, but Taehyung didn't know that. As much as a crowd doesn't have a brain, Taehyung soon understood that it doesn't have eyes either.

Taehyung had the man who accidentally pushed you down a short flight of stairs in a headlock, face red in anger and a vein standing up along the length of his neck.

"HOW DARE YOU LAY YOUR HAND ON MY WOMAN?!"

The people were surprisingly helpful, a few women surrounding you when you held your bump in pain, two men choosing to hold Taehyung back from murdering the apologetic man right there.

Twenty minutes in and Taehyung was sobbing beside you, holding your hand to his chest and praying that you and your baby would be safe.

He almost didn't let the doctors take you into the operation theatre, insisting that he couldn't leave your side even for a moment.

"I'm the father of the child!" He pleaded desperately, holding the doctor's knees and begging him to let him go with you.

"I can't lose her! Please!"

Unlike in the movies, the doctor didn't actually let him in. He was held back by a few nurses while the surgeon walked into the O.T. to take care of you instead of the mess of a man that had fallen to the floor in a fit of hysterics.

That episode gave Taehyung the scare of his life. He had no option but to sob in regret when he finally acknowledged the streak of possessiveness that he felt towards you - something he used to feel during the initial days of your relationship with him.

Taehyung was overwhelmed with sudden fear. Fear of losing you. Fear of failing to be the figure that not only you but also your baby needed. Fear of making the wrong decision of drawing a line between the two of you.

And when the doctors finally walked out to explain the situation to him, Taehyung was first by your side even though a nurse offered to take him to see his newborn.

"I'm so proud of you," he murmured in a broken whisper, running a hand over your head and placing the softest kiss on your crown.

"I'm so sorry I wasn't there for you. I'm so sorry I couldn't protect you. I'm so sorry that I didn't tell you this any sooner."

He gingerly wiped away the tear that splattered onto your cheek.

"I love you. I always have and I always will."

Jeon Jungkook:

Jungkook wondered if it was possible for a person to simply disappear off of the face of this earth. As overexaggerated as that statement might sound, Jungkook couldn't find you anywhere.

It took him a week after he spoke with you to come to his senses. It wasn't like he automatically regretted telling you to give up the baby because he didn't want to be a part of your life in that way. No, Jungkook first felt the reality hit him.

He got someone pregnant.

He was now a father to an unborn child, whether he liked it or not.

So instead of speaking to any of his members, Jungkook took a short break and traveled back home to be with his mother. He told her everything and cried when she looked away in disappointment.

Of course, as much as Jungkook refused to believe it, his entire family harbored the old school of thought and were quite orthodox when it came to such situations. So even though Jungkook understood that it was a natural reaction that he should've expected from his mother, he didn't even think she'd be disappointed in him for not being a man.

"That was very low of you," she spoke under her breath, almost ashamed of saying it.

"I didn't think I raised you up that way, Jungkook-ah."

"What do I do, eomma?"

He placed his head over her lap, craving a touch of comfort and reassurance.

"You go back," she stated as plainly as possible. "Take responsibility for what you've done."

And so he did.

The only thing - he couldn't find you.

Your social media accounts had been deactivated and your phone was picked up by an old lady who stated that she recently registered for a new phone number on which he had called.

Jungkook traveled for weeks on foot, wandering the streets of Korea in search of you, hoping that his eyes would somehow catch sight of you in a crowd or in a taxi that he swore he'd chase down if he did indeed see you in there.

He just wanted to apologize, Jungkook thought to himself. He figured that when he finds you, he'd first apologize for the way he behaved with you. After that, he'd vow to be responsible, in any way that you allowed him to.

But he couldn't find you.

As weird as it sounded, Jungkook kept experiencing this nagging feeling within his gut - you were near.

It got him turning around in the middle of the street or running out of a restaurant leaving his half-eaten meal there, trying to look for you.

This happened for a total of three months until Jungkook finally collapsed against the sidewalk and placed his can of beer beside his foot haphazardly, pulling out his phone and staring at the contact that now belonged to someone else.

He didn't bother deleting it, because it was something about you that he wanted to hold close. He remembered the day he memorized your phone number, proudly bragging about it to you and his members because it was one of the first things about you that he had managed to write on the tablet of his heart.

Jungkook didn't really cry because he felt horrible. He cried because he was desperate. He just wanted to feel you once more, and if he couldn't find you, he'd stop.

Maybe even the heavens wished for it to be that way.

So with a shaky breath, he called the same number again, his overthinking brain quickly rehearsing the lines he'd recite to the old lady when she picks up.

The sound of the call being answered had Jungkook holding his breath, his eyes fluttering closed in a painful memory that flashed across his mind.

You'd always pick up his phone with a giggle, followed by calling him a random thing that you happened to see at that moment.

"What's up, boba tea?"

A sad chuckle breezed through his throat. The things he'd do to hear you greet him that way one last time.

"I'm so sorry for calling this late," he began in a broken whisper, not wanting to irritate the lady on the other end of the call. "I just wanted to..."

"You'll just never give up, will you?"

And there was just nothing that could compare to the feeling of hearing your voice after all those months.

Billy and Chrissy being besties

Okay so the second Billy started his semester at Hawkins High, he’d fit right in with the populars

Chrissy being one of them cuz she’s been a cheerleader since freshman year

She’d also be extremely intrigued by Billy but that’s also bc she finds him just a teeny bit attractive

That’s a lie tho, hes literally her type

Curly hair, leather jacket, bad boy personality, but she’s with Jason…..and hes different

So it’s no surprise that Billy could sense her nervousness around him whenever he’d hang around her squad and that leads to him saying

“Let me drive you home, you live near me, no?”

So she lets him and on their little drive home she learns he actually has a great taste in music and hes funny

They’d start to hangout more and learn more about each other, especially their trauma and stuff :(((

“We’re just two messed up souls, aren’t we?” Billy would say to lighten the sad mood

I think Jason would start to suspect something bc he’s such a jealous dude and Chrissys like “nope, just friends”

Which is true because Billy has his eye on someone ;) and Chrissy can’t rlly picture him with her and she has Jason

That quickly changes though during one lunch period when Billy and Chrissy are sitting outside together

Sometimes Billy can only handle so much of all the jocks, so he always invites Chrissy to sit out with him

So when Chrissy picks at her barely eaten food because she’s so distracted by the group of “freaks” sitting across them more specifically the long haired one, Billy senses what’s up

“I knew it,” he’d bring her back to their little reality

“Knew what??” Her face would grow as red as a tomato, trying her hardest to remain stern

“Munson,” his face grows wide along with his devilish grin, “you have the hots for Eddie fuckin’ Munson”

Chrissy would deny deny deny as best as she can but if Billy knows then it’s super obvious

Billy finds it hilarious that the head cheerleader would be crushing on someone like Eddie

Chrissys his pal tho and if that’s who she chooses to like, then why should he care

He’d tease her by saying “instead of buying drugs from him, I’m just gonna tell him that you’ve been hopelessly in love with him since middle school”

Chrissy didn’t have the best grades (her student file!!) and I can imagine Billy didn’t either, so the two of them would start studying together bc they rlly wanna graduate

Billy would sometimes bring her over to study at his place and there Max would see the two of them

During the summer, Billy would get her a job as a lifeguard and she’d befriend Heather as well

The three of them staying out late after the pool is closed and when Heather leaves, Billy and Chrissy just talk

She asks him about what to do with Jason and he gives her the most honest advice he can

I think he’d be tender with her and that would start motivating him to be kinder to his sister because he treats Chrissy more like a sister than he’d like to admit

I’m all for Billy and Chrissy bettering themselves
