एनसीबी ऑफिस से निकलने के बाद अर्जुन रामपाल ने 13 नवंबर को कहा था,” किसी भी निर्दोष की प्रतिष्ठा का कत्ल करना गलत है! मेरा ड्रग्स से कोई लेना देना नही है! मगर इस केस को लेकर एनसीबी जो काम कर रही है वो सही है! जिन मामलों की जांच एनसीबी कर रही है, एनसीबी को भी इस पर यकीन हो गया है कि मेरा इस केस से कोई लेना देना नहीं है!”

इससे पहले एनसीबी अधिकारी ने मीडिया के सामने कहा था कि अर्जुन रामपाल के विदेशी दोस्त पॉल गीयर्ड को एनसीबी ने गिरफ्तार किया है! अधिकारी ने कहा कि गीयर्ड को एनसीबी की एक टीम ने 12 नवंबर को गिरफ्तार किया! इससे पहले एनसीबी ने रामपाल की गर्लफ्रेंड गैब्रिएला डेमेट्रायडिस से लगातार दो दिन पूछताछ की थी! अर्जुन रामपाल के घर छापा

बता दें कि जांच एजेंसी ने  9 नवंबर को छापेमारी के ��ौरान अर्जुन रामपाल के घर से लैपटॉप, मोबाइल फोन और टैबलेट जैसे इलेक्ट्रोनिक गैजेट को जब्त किया था और अर्जुन के ड्राइवर से भी पूछताछ की थी! रामपाल के घर पर छापे से एक दिन पहले, एनसीबी ने बॉलीवुड निर्माता फिरोज नाडियाडवाला की पत्नी को उपनगरीय जुहू में उनके आवास पर कथित तौर पर गांजा पाए जाने के बाद गिरफ्तार किया था!
