There should be a TV drama series about grassroots women's rugby. We could have a sapphic focused, contemporary drama with lots of different sapphics.

Also, there is so much going on in grassroots women's sports, there'd be loads of storylines. Sometimes the teams in NC2 and NC3 seem to function on chaos, stubbornness, vibes, and copious amounts of kinesiology tape.

I've seen multiple grassroots rugby teams have players ranging in age from 18 up to players in their 50s. There could be a dual perspective approach to the older player trying to decide if now's the time to retire (she's spent decades supporting and growing women's rugby, it's slowly starting to take off and she's got all these complicated feelings about retiring) and the youngster just joining, trying to find her place in the team and build a community.

There isn't really a whole lot of fiction media about women's sports in the grand scheme of things. Seems like a missed opportunity. I don't think I've even read a novel focused on a sapphic woman playing rugby... There has to be one out there, surely. I'm gonna go look.

You mentioned in one of your earlier posts that Yang Yi could be used to draw out the worst in people in a Dynasty Warrior game would he be a good character to add to Dynasty Warriors does he do anything other than Nan Zhong, Wuzhang and the Wei Yan incident?

Yang Yi had a long career. He joined Guan Yu while he was in Jing and became a noted subordinate before being sent to Yi to serve Liu Bei, who often discussed matters of strategy with him. He appears to have played a part in the Yidu campaign, and he served as one of Zhuge Liang’s chief subordinates during all of his expeditions before falling out of favor after Liang’s death. That’s a pretty significant career that would include many potential battles/campaigns such as:

Non-Canon Ship Analysis - Esme/Zoe

This was in my requests and I knew exactly what it’d be and it’s awful. Like the exact sort of horrible thing that the Degrassi writers would do to Zoe before she becomes a full on hero.

Being mean to people that mean well is fun, ask any author.

Esme Song

I’m always torn between two models for Esme, they aren’t strictly exclusive... but they change where Esme goes at the end of a plot. So when I write something like Zig/Maya/Esme, Esme/Frankie, or Esme/Shay there’s a genuine emotional attachment there. She cares about them, like she cares about Zig in canon, and expresses it in ways that are vaguely evil.

Then sometimes I feel Esme is still too damaged to romance anyone, and is just doing what she can to get attention. Which is what Saad/Esme, and Maya/Esme were. This is, sadly, what I’m thinking here. Esme is playing with Zoe for fun, and to spur some growth on Zoe’s part.

Zoe Rivas

...is like the hottest of messes? She tries to control so much and it always spirals out of control. She tried controlling boys, the media, even her own orientation. This is NC2, in the closet as the door turns to dust, Zoe Rivas

And her heart is about to get broken for the second time this year.

The Set-Up

You know the set-up, the two want the same role on the anniversary celebration. Esme can pretend to want Winston, Zoe can’t. Zoe decides to date Winston to get the edge on Esme.

In this version, Esme decides to play the teacher, and bring Zoe a lesson about being true to herself. Esme is out to get Zoe to out herself. And she’ll do it by flirting and playing with Zoe’s little heart. As a twisted counterpart to Baaz’s negging Grace, Esme negs Zoe. Only because Zoe can’t help but rise to any challenge. She keeps playing Esme’s game.

Zoe’s Journey

Esme is just straight up an antagonist, there is no journey for her.

Zoe is falling into old habits, playing Esme’s game. Winston and Miles both try to talk her out of this. Tristan... wants Zoe to come out so he actually encourages this. Zoe does what she does and keeps getting drawn into Esme’s challenges, which are heated. And then she finds Esme showing emotions, and softens and tries to console her. Esme plays her like a fine violin.

This is a long back and forth over the course of a few episodes. Zoe getting more wrapped up in Esme’s web of crazy. Winston still thinking he has a shot, which just makes all of this worse. Until finally Zoe is pulled to her end, and feels that Esme has actual feelings for her (via a love note in her locker).

Zoe gets in Esme’s face and kisses her again. Esme kisses back. Esme is hardly a shy thing. A calculated exchange in public and everyone sees it. There’s no talking herself out of it. Winston, Tris, everyone (but Gamers, volleyball girls, and Miles) all see it happen and there’s no getting out of it.

Winston runs off because he’s heartbroken. Esme dismisses Zoe who runs off after Winston, completely destroyed publically. Tris loads everyone else into the bus, and politely tells Esme she can walk. Esme says ‘girls jumping up and down is more Zoe’s thing, I think I’ll go get a burger.’

Zoe explains herself to Winston, they talk it out and go to the volleyball game... leading us into where NC2 ends.

The Fallout

Zoe is going to be pissed going into NC3, and her calming down enough to deal with the idea of love will be different. Also Zoe probably was out fully before NC3 starts. And is living with Miles and the Hollingsworths.

Esme is in a weird place, as she wasn’t in the bus crash because of this. So she’s feeling more emtions like guilt going into NC3. Making her more volatile, in the early NC3. Maybe she’s a less horrible person, slightly, by accident?

Mấy hôm nay tôi nghĩ phải cái gì mà hết mơ thấy người cũ số 2 dọa giết lại mơ thấy người cũ số 3 up ảnh ins với nyc nó. Nó up 3 cái ảnh, thì tôi chỉ click vào 2 cái thôi. Cái gì mà 'em là người phù hợp nhất với anh trên đời này không có em anh không sống nổi' với một cap nữa viết bằng tiếng việt, nhưng tôi chẳng hiểu gì cả =))) nói chung cũng đúng với tình trạng bây giờ phết, nhiều lúc nó nói tôi cũng có hiểu gì đâu =)))

Mà cái chán nhất là lúc thấy NC3 up ảnh mình còn cười cười xong đem đi khoe con P haha m ơi nyc nó xấu hơn tao =))))

Nói chung là đ hiểu lắm. Tôi đã lại thử đi tra giải mã giấc mơ rồi nhưng cơ bản là đ thấy. Chắc tại hai cái giấc mơ này quái thai quá đ ai giải được tsư =))) mà tôi nhớ tôi chưa bao giờ làm gì để NC2 hận thù mà đòi giết nhé đíu hiểu =))))))
