I've been watching a lot of random episodes and clips from the soap opera Passions on YouTube in the past month or two, and it's definitely reminded me of why Passions has always been my favorite soap opera out of all the soap operas that I've ever watched with all of its insanity. Passions is definitely the craziest, most unique, and most memorable soap opera that I've ever watched in my entire life haha.

My one qualm with this show will forever be that they didn’t use this as the post credit scene. It would’ve elevated the already perfect ending.

Will and Hannibal mirroring each other in everything down to the way they’re sitting, their facades finally stripped away. The way it cuts to Hannibal breaking the symmetry to stare contentedly at Will. Will, blanketed by sunlight, eyes closed, with a look of complete tranquility on his face, at peace with himself at last. They are finally one. The viewer doesn’t know if they’re in Hannibal’s mind palace or the actual chapel. It’s perfection.

mfw I realized abed genuinely thinks he’s never been messed with before troy messes with him in 1x05, even though anyone who can remotely relate to abed socially can confidently say that there’s No Way he’s never been messed with before, and he probably just never realized it was happening (because god knows that shit has happened to me and probably many of you before) and troy was the only one to ever clarify that he was just messing around, because while everyone before was doing it to get a cheap laugh, troy was doing it as a genuine attempt to show that he values their friendship, because in his experience that’s how friendships are forged and that is an acceptable way to bond with someone, but abed never had that experience, and their whole arc in that episode is a product of their vastly different grade school experiences and it makes for major miscommunications in how their friendship should be from here on out and and and and

Okay I can’t make gifs so we’re all just gonna have to imagine these scenes and freak out together. In 3x02 when Will says “no Hannibal doesn’t pray, but he believes in God, intimately.” And then in 03x03 when Will says “one could argue intimately,” when asked about his relationship with Hannibal!!!! Are you all seeing the vision here? Are the parallels connecting with anyone else?? Am I still going insane over this show 9 years later (yes)

i have no one to talk to about this bc its a very niche crossover but i desperately need someone to compare notes with on the parallels of fabian in fantasy high and troy in community. your honor they're both pretty boys with legacies to uphold that have caused them to repress multiple aspects of their identity until they meet their autistic best friend who they are initially kind of embarrassed by until they are able to shed their toxic masculinity and fall in love with their autistic best friend in ways that exist outside of traditional romantic or platonic pairings. also they both used their newfound passion for dance as an entryway to deconstructing their shame and pursuing self expression. can anyone hear me
