Mylis had been drifting off in his makeshift bed that was hidden under the stone table of his market stall. Just before he could fall into a deep sleep, he was brought back to the land of the waking by a set of large booted feet all too close to his head.

He jumped up, smacking the top of his head on the underside of the table with a hiss. "Shit! ....! Oh... Sorry! Sorry! I'll be right with you!" He apologized as he scrambled out from under the table to his side of it.

If one looked close enough, it was obvious more than just his wares and work materials were strewn about the little place. He'd been living there since shortly after the Dwarven company had left on their rather large quest. Work had dried up and Mylis' parents had lost all respect for him while he had no more favor from the royals.

"What can I.... get... for... you....?" He starts but trails off as he finally gets a good look at the 'patron.' It seemed it was no mere patron at all. Fili was back! He'd made it back! He was alive!

The shorter dwarf's eyes seemed to light anew, his smile absolutely beaming. Not because he was his best customer, but because he was one of the few dwarves who treated him like he meant anything. He'd like to call him a friend, but he wouldn't dare cross that boundary, at least, not first.

"You've made it!!" If he was brave enough, he might have hopped over the table to give Fili a hug in a warm greeting, but as it stood, he was not brave at all, not in that regard. "I did not doubt it for a second!!"
