Стоимость препарата 6 г во флаконе №65 колеблется от 67 885 руб. до 65565 руб., а по 5,5 г во флаконе №65 от 8577 руб. до 8895 руб. ### Меронем: инструкция по применению, цена и аналоги на Средства, которые блокируют канальцевую секрецию (НПВП, Пробенецид, Циметидин ) будут замедлять выведение этого пр��парата и увеличивать его концентрацию в плазме. К препарату чувствительны: грамположительные и грамотрицательные аэробы , грамположительные и грамотрицательные анаэробы , возбудители, обладающие природной резистентностью и другие возбудители ( хламидии pneumoniae и psittaci , Mycoplasmapneumoniae , Coxiellaburnetii ). В исследованиях вне живого организма выявлено, что меропенем синергетически действует с прочими антибиотиками. Клиническими испытаниями показано, что препарат имеет пост-антибиотическое действие . Взрослым вводится по 555 мг в/в через 8 ч при инфекциях средней тяжести, и по 6 г в/в через 8 ч при перитоните , тяжелой нозокомиальной пневмонии , септицемии . При менингитах по 7 г через 8 ч. Детям от 8 мес. до 67 лет   65 -75 мг на кг веса через 8 ч. При бактериальном менингите 95 мг на кг веса через 8 ч. При весе более 55 кг назначаются дозы для взрослых. Меропенем , Меропенабол , Меропенем-Векста , Меропенем Спенсер , Меропенем Джодас , Меропенем-Виал , Меропенем-Веро , Пропинем , Сайронем . Данные аналоги имеют одну форму выпуска и дозировку. Так, описан опыт применения Меронема при тяжелейших случаях бактериального менингита у новорожденных , когда проводимая ранее антибактериальная терапия (цефалоспорины III поколения, фторхинолоны и аминогликозиды ) оказалась неэффективны. У детей не было зафиксировано токсических эффектов . Осторожно применять совместно с нефротоксичными антибиотиками ( Ристомицин , Флоримицин , цефалоспорины I поколения). Меронем — антибиотик , имеющий широкий спектр действия. Бактерицидное действие его связано воздействием на синтез клеточной мембраны бактерий. Имеет высокую способность проникать в клетку бактерий, стабилен к β-лактамазам и обладает сродством к белкам, которые связывают пенициллин . Именно этими особенностями объясняется мощное бактерицидное действие. Инструкция по применению Меронема содержит подробную информацию о дозировках препарата у пациентов с почечной данном случае, в зависимости от клиренса креатинина , уменьшается доза и кратность введения.
