Decided to finally fill out this template with some of my creatures! These guys are both from Sagan 4, a little collaborative worldbuilding project I'm part of where we make weird creatures to fill an alien planet and do art trades about it sometimes.

WELLLLL IF YOU INSISSSTTT 🤭

Wolves are a race of warriors, tribes (or packs) that veryyy honour bound. They fight for the purpose of both survival and territory (much like real life wolves) They don’t often interact with others, preferring their own battle-packs rather than any sort of large civilization. They can also be seen as feared for their carnivorous nature, though it’s been long since they ate much other than fish.

Goats or Rams, are somewhat the opposite. They thrive in community. Many might say they are “more civilized” than wolves, horses or deer because of the fact that they built some of the larger communities and structures. Their culture revolves around a central worship of Frost and Harvest. Gods of Death and Life respectively.

Horses and Deer are nomadic, not necessarily bound by land markers like Wolves and Goats.

Deer are both warrior and gatherer, primarily using bows made of their shed antlers to defend themselves. They forage in the woods and survive off of berries and vegetables/grasses they can find.

Horses are slightly more settled than Deer. Mostly because they found use in living in Goat society. But before that they used to be more scattered, living on plains and large valleys.

Horizon Edge: Ekriin Species sheet

My litol guys: the ekriin are my original species used by me in all my creative endeavors. This not the limit of what they can look like but is the bare basics of their appearances :3

now for a lore excerpt

The Ekriin are a species that originated long before records existed, assumptions lead their existence to be directly tied to the existence of the Life stream. Tying the two together seamlessly in a manner of worship and higher power. However, the species' progress is determined by the environment they are subjected to, meaning all ekriin on all planets and all galaxies may have different adaptations based on their home. Ekriin are identified by their pointed features including their ears, nose, tails, and long legs. All Ekriin possess the same core attributes on top of their adapted morphs. Morphology within the ekriin species is regional based, resulting in some of the most differentiated people you will find across the stars.

Haven't posted on here in a little bit, let's fix that.

Always been a fan of the art style from Final Fantasy Tactics Advance/A2, and was curious to try and draw an Arukai in that style while also adding in my own choices. I definitely need to try this again, because it was a /lot/ of fun.
