So I think what Zach's Kirby cafe themed meal would be like is okonomiyaki which is a Japanese street food from Japan. The reason I think of this is because he has four personality traits which would be fiery, cheerful, reliable, and just a little bit crazy, Okonomiyaki can be literally fiery which has spicy elements and Zach has that fiery personality, he is enthusiastic passionate and intense at times.

cheerful means that zach is often very much cheerful and Okonomiyaki is often referred to as a "Japanese savory pancake". 

Reliable means that he is also very much reliable in a lot of situations and the Japanese dish itself is often found at Japanese restaurants and even can be made at home making it a much more satisfying meal to eat

And finally having him be a bit crazy, he is often slightly crazy whatever it comes to his anime-esque personality even some of his friends think that the name itself for the food translate to "grilled as you like it" which emphasizes the dishes adaptability and mix it with other ingredients to top it off like noodles, cabbage pork belly, seafood and even chocolate, the possibilities are literally crazy and endless.

So Zach's bouquet of flowers, if we're talking about having at least 15 flowers inside of the bouquet. It'll be at least five blue flowers which would be: cornflower centoria cyanus, globe Thistle Echainips Rithi, Iris siberica, hydrangea macrophila and Blue Delphiniums Delphinium. The other 10 would be their flower language which can be hydrangeas, orange lilies, and yellow roses. 

Yellow roses represent friendship, joy, and New beginnings, 

orange lilies represent passion, confidence and energy 

and hydrangeas represent gratitude, heartfelt emotions and understanding.
