How did you rig your ponchos? I'm rigging Ultimate Rin and she has a poncho which I can't see to rig nicely. ;; Help!

AW MAN i’m not even good at rigging ponchos alksjdalksdjakls  i used to use skirt plugin but i realised i still don’t even know how to work with that properly... so now i just do simple gradient rig??? asjkdahskjd here’s an example i suppose??

this is a suuuper quick example... i don’t really have a poncho on hand right now but normally you’d have to take into account the shoulders as well, if it were me, i’d probably try separating a bit of the shoulder-part of the poncho and working with the arms bit first and then trial+error with the rest?? when i end up making an edit with a poncho again, i can probably record it for ya but for now just because i dont want you to wait on me or anything (also bonus gradient-rig tutorial apparently):

hopefully that helps you out somehow?? otherwise you could play around with the skirt plugin for it but i dont even know how to do that ehe....
