Alucard Tepes x vampire!reader NSFW
syn: your lady Erzsebet was killed, so you venture to revenge her death by killing your ex-lover Adrian Tepes. What you fail to consider are old, bitter feelings of unprocessed heartbreak to peak through your scheme. Through the shared regrets of the failures of your relationship, you come face to face to what you're scared of the most. Love and Adrian Tepes. and u fuck like dogs too but that's beside the point
tags: bdsm, knife play, blood play, hate sex, cunnilingus (male receiving), breeding kink, freaky dynamic, reader has a fear of love, alucard has a rejection fear, sadistic reader, mostly bottom alucard
a/n: PROOFREAD. this was a fun post!! love u whimpering men. also I ended up changing the plot while writing, so the intro might be a little jaded, but over all it should smoothly transition to the new plot.
6.8K WORDS
Alucard, now that he is over three hundred, is attractive in the way observing his every move is a treat, but to be physically intertwined with him is a different story. He is attractive in the way blooming flowers are, how they glisten and glow, having their own aura and status. With eyes brimming towards the future, overcome with prowess. Alucard three hundred years ago had most of his humanity still within him, it's easy to see how the two of you could intertwine. But now he's more vampire than he is human, and how do vampires love? Do vampires truly have soft spots for eachother? And is he worth spending the rest of your eternal life with?
These are the questions that run through your mind as your greedy eyes peered out from the shadows of leaves. You were in Paris, brought along by the sounds of revolution, by the death of your lord Drolta and your precious leader, Erzsebet. And also, by the news that spread about the Alucard stationed in Paris.
You didn't feel you belonged here, not after all this time, not after all the blood spilt your hands. Nothing but crippling anxiety built up in your belly, the bile taste like poison through your vampiric teeth.
You've known Alucard before.
Back when you were human.
The two of you had met on your travels to India. You can easily remember the nights rolling around in silk satin. The warmth of his flesh and fading blonde strands against your bare skin. You remember the ecstasy of presenting your inventions and knowing that somewhere in the crowd lied your partner, Alucard. But you knew him as Adrian Tepes.
You also rememver how quickly all of the bliss went to shit.
You can clearly picture the night when Hindi vampires hailed from the sky. The fear, the trepidation. How your throat logged up, your eyes glossed over in affright.
You remember how Alucard grabbed you by the window of your estate-- but you, too panicked, too terrified, couldnt think straight and fought against him. You didn't listen, more so, couldn't hear him over the buzzing in your ears. So your physically weak body commanded you to fight against him to sit-- just for a moment all you needed was to sit down. Catch your breath.
But, you didn't listen.
Nay, you couldn't hear.
You remember the piercing feeling of--
You winced bitterly. Your hands flew to touch the burnt eclipse symbol on your forehead. Your hands shook, your heart drumming. It was better to stay focused.
But on what? Your mind was racing.
The atmosphere of Paris was lively, the night life was full of partying, as the smell of wine doft around the air. The city was full of glowing lights. You quietly stepped down the stone streets, careful to pull the heavy cloak over your face, and being ever more to hide your fangs.
You traveled down to a bar, following your most primal senses, and finding yourself peering in through the window. There, in the hubub of merry and warm lights, you could see him.
The Alucard.
Your Adrian Tepes.
Your breath fails you.
He's ever the more gorgeous than what he was before. His skin flushed an unnatural white, complimenting to his hair, now completely dull of blonde and bordering delicate sliver. His eyes were soft and doting, as he smiled at the bartender, engaged in a conversation your sharp ears could squander.
It was more so him listening, than saying a word.
You bit your lips, glossy tears brimming your eyes. You should walk in and slay him right now.
Slay him for your master.
Slay him for your h... Heartbreak.
Meekly, pitifully, your hand reached up to stroke the glass, guilt bursting through your body. But even though glass, your hand seemed to sear away from him. Even through glass, his sunshine seemed to burn your moonlit hands. No longer could you walk the day light the way you did before.
You are a creature of the night now. Undeserving to even try for the light.
Forlorn, bitter, and forgotten. Capable of only evil. And that is your reasoning for why you did what you had to do. You did what you had to when Erzsebet chose you. You did what you must, when you bathed in her holy blood.
Alucard has to accept it.
No, he's moved on by now. He doesn't even think of you after all this time.
Yet you could not.
By all law and by all reasoning you should be in there right now, either scorched to death by his paws, or destroying him in yours-- for your dead mistress's sake. But for some reason, now, one hundred years later, your body seems to forsake itself. It and everything you believed in.
Your teeth chattered.
There was too much blood on your hands now.
You could hear the bells of melancholy solitude.
Your fists clenched tightly.
Yea, and must you--
Suddenly, a voice calls out, "I know he's even more daunting in person," a hum trailing after her words. You turn in a shock, your eyes finding a small blonde girl dressed in pink, her hands folded as she stared through the window next to you. Her serious eyes fixated on the Alucard, her lips parted, the faintest air of a flush tinting her pale cheeks.
You swallowed thickly. You spoke, "Why- Yes." Seeing that she was no threat, you simply tugged your hood further. Your gaze averting back to the window.
She continues, "he has this aura. This presence... It brims with..."
"The cry of solitude," you mutter, unable to stop your pitiful hand from touching the glass once more. "Lonely little eyes, lonely stare," you whisper.
Look at you. Begging from your insides for him to turn and look at you.
She cackles, stepping behind you, "Yes, like an abandoned puppy." You suddenly feel magic swelling behind you. But before you can act, the little girl growls, "Move an inch and I'll cut out your throat," she spits.
You freeze on command, your eyes racing back to get a glimpse of her.
She grins, "I'm not stupid. Seriously. Who hangs around in a cloak at night mere days after the slaughter of thousands? Vampires are too predictable... Do you know how many of your kind has staged useless revenge attacks here? I'm not letting you get near Alucard. Ever."
Your eyes redirect themselves to the window, where Alucard parts with the bartender with a gracious smile. Your eyes clench close, savoring the memory behind your eyelids. You speak, your voice barely above a whisper, "If this must be my death, then so be it. For the glory of my lady Erzsebet--"
Yet fate smiles on you.
Before you could finish, you hear that husky, melachonly voice call, "Maria?"
It's slow and smooth, husky and rich.
Just as it was all those years ago.
Your heart caught itself in your throat. You should have never dropped your guard.
As the girl, who you assume is Maria, turns to face him with a zealous fire abrupting out her tongue, you shrink into a bat and take off to the night.
Being the luckier sort, you where able to escape.
Though you didn't dare glance at, him, you could feel the unmistakable burn of his body.
Alucard Tepes.
--
When the next night came around, you thought all of your juvenile feelings would pass. You thought seeing once would be enough; but your body ached until sunset, able to even sleep a bit during the day. You tossed and turned in the grass of the outskirts of the city, clawing at your chest, twisting and turning, trying to stop the cries that burnt down your cheeks; the wails that accompanied them.
After hours of agonizing.
You decided your pain must be stemming from losing your lady Erzsebet. How she stirs within you.
The guilt.
Of Erzsebet.
Nothing more or less.
"I- I don't know what I am anymore,"
"Let me tell you, please. I can tell you,"
You hissed at the memory, knees weak. Regardless of the omen, you took flight into the setting sky.
You found yourself on the balcony of one of the rooms in the castle. Your soul seemed to guide you to this particular one. Never have you doubted your instincts. The windows were open, the curtains flowing in the soft breeze. Your eyes honed in on the white figure, dressed in sleeping attire, latches on the front of his chest barely tied, revealing the delicious skin.
You stood still.
You knew that he could sense you.
But he continued to write, a small candle illuminating his face and letter.
You stepped into the room, shutting the windows and drawing the curtains. The room smelled of him, smelled of aged vanilla, and a hint of spiced rum. Your fingers trailed down the fabric of the curtain. It was rough to the touch, no doubt made to block sunlight. Yet still you could hear the wanton scribbles of ink on paper.
You spoke, "I've come to kill you."
Alucard abruptly stopped. He rose his head, slowly turning to lay eyes on you. He blinks once, then twice; his soft lashes lidded over his eyes. He spoke, "Step into the light."
Intoxicating was the sound of his voice, the breath of his commands.
You obeyed, inching deeply closer. As close as you could without being burned by the radiance of his skin. Which, for you, was right at the edge of where the candle light could meet you.
You watch Alucard's face twinge up.
An expression your body only knew as disappointment.
You were bathed in blood the day you became a vampire. No-- You were addicted to it. Even now, to satisfy your hunger, you drink human blood twice a year. Anything to prevent your previous uncontrollable calamity.
You slaughtered so many.
Unable to hear Alucard.
Unable to hear Adrian.
You told yourself you needed to find yourself and hid from him. Going to the corners of the world where he wouldn't find you. And then finding yourself worshipping a woman who promised to feed your uncontrollable addiction. To turn the world into an endless night, that you may drink as much as you wanted.
Hell.
You discovered your body had the taste for men's blood over women's. Something adverse to most of vampire society. It made you feel better. At least you weren't slaughtering the defenseless.
It was only after continuous mental failures that Erzsebet forced you to become clean. She locked you up somewhere in Chukotka, letting perma-frost deal with you.
And you came out even more power hungry than how you started.
Yes.
There was countless deaths on your hands.
You weren't misled. Although, yes, a part of you was. But there was an even larger part of you that acted of its own accord. A part of you that you didn't know that you couldn't control. You were fully a vampire, not half.
You want to eat flesh and drink blood.
Not the blood of pigs, or chickens, or cows.
Human men's.
So there you stood with a face of stone, holding a dagger in your right hand.
"Closer. I cannot see you... Come closer," Adrian called.
But you didn't fall to his will this time.
"Your hood... At least remove it... May I see the face of the vampire who wishes to kill me," he whispers. Truth was, Adrian already knew it was you. He had a feeling when he felt Maria's magic, and seeing the glimpse of your form fluttering away into the night, he knew that whoever it was was quite the peculiar vampire.
He promised Maria that he'd go after you, and that she need not to worry. But he knew whoever it was would be back soon. Just. He didn't expect it to be you. Only after hearing your voice did it all make sense.
Truly, this all was a trap, he had his sword floating meters above his head out of sight. And it was aimed right at you.
You obeyed this time, slipping off your hood to reveal your face. His eyes twinge in horror and delight. Delight, at the nostalgic sight of your beauty. The softness of your face, the sweetness of your eyes, those lips he familiarized all to well with. Horror, at the almost faded symbol engraved onto your forehead. At the lack of life or passion in your eyes and the deep eyebags that accompanied it. Horror, of how your pretty eyes had turned red- a token of your endless bloodlust.
It was so painfully beautiful to look at.
He knew you were smart, and judging by your eye color, he knew you'd be a difficult vampire to fight. But despite it all, his guard had fell to ashes.
"(Y/n)," he whispered.
"I haven't heard that name in a while... My queen gave me a new one," you spoke. "The person you knew before is dead. And only I remain."
"Don't do this, you don't want this," Adrian pleads. Unexpectedly, he stands up from the table, his eyes lost in empathy. A gaze that seemed to sear your body worse.
You flinch backward in surprise, but he continued towards you.
You stand your ground, and as his presence draws near, his chest inches away from touching yours, you pull your dagger to rest against his neck.
But he's close, awfully so. His cosmic aura radiating against you, his beautiful luscious hair coating his shoulders, his gaze soft and thoughtful.
You only hardened yours, not allowing a droplet of emotion to slip through, not even for a second.
Adrian swallows thickly, feeling the blade caress his skin for every movement. You were shutting down on him, something he's seen before. He saw it the best the day he tried to save you, and you blindly shut away from him, unable to see the rush of hindi vampires barreling out towards the both of you.
Selfishly, he didn't care about saving that city that day; he only wanted you.
He would've took you so far, he would've cared for you until the end of your days.
He yearned after you for so long.
It was his fault you were swarmed. There were too many to count. Too many to fight.
He didnt mean to leave you in that hoard.
He knew the world still needed him, he couldnt die saving you.
But... He came back for you.
Hell, it was too late.
His eyes weaken, tears brewing up, "I deserve it, my love. I've forsaken you- I failed you."
What you didn't expect was those words.
You push him towards the bed as he speaks, forcing him to sit and keeping your blade against his neck as he did so.
"My love," he cries pitifully, his hand weakly grabbing your wrist that held the dagger. "Dying by your hands is befitting. I've lived for too long," he whispers. His beauty glows, shining brighter for every tear.
You push him again, and he lays back onto the bed, gorgeous locks sprawled out. Automatically, he seems to crawl backward, only his feet dangle off the edge. You force yourself on top of him, your hand by his head, the other holding the dagger to his neck, with your knees on either side of him.
Staring at your dead face was worse. He didn't know how to please you. He begs, "Please, my love... Speak to me... My (y/n), my sweet..."
If he failed anyone the most on the world, it was you. You were the frankstein that his mishaps created.
He knew it then, he should have killed you. Spare you of the new life that awaited you. He knew it when you shook in his arms, how you spoke with bloody fangs and an even bloodier chin. He couldn't do it. So selfishly he left you alive.
This was all his fault.
You sliced a small cut on the side of his neck, shallow enough for blood to ooze. He whimpers out, eyes frantically shutting, his knee surging in distress. You dive down, licking a delicious stripe on his neck. His blood is deliciously sweet with a tart aftertaste. Your free hand cups his neck as you bury your nose into his flesh, fangs threatening to puncture his skin as you slurped and licked.
He groans out, head arched backwards into the plush sheets, hands weakly grabbing fistful of your cloak. In his desperation to grip onto you, the cloak slips off, so his hands spring onto your shirt instead. A trail of delicate whimpers and groans mewl from his pink lips.
You can't take it anymore, and puncture your fangs into his flesh. He cries out, fistfuls of your shirt growing intense wrinkles. You pull out your fangs and slurp and suck out his crimson as it explodes to meet you, body growing franatic on the taste. Your knees weaken as you hapzardly sit down on him. Beneath the hilt of your ass, you can feel his achingly hard cock, your freehand grips his flesh in primal surprise.
He turns slightly, forcing you out of his neck to look at him. It's quite the sight to see you, lips and chin stained with his blood. "(Y/n)... (Y/n)," he's begging pitifully, his face flushed. You don't let him speak for long, as you bury your lips against his, creating sweet music.
The sound of liplocking overtakes the crisp air, as you slurp up his tongue as he feeds it to you. Your hands fall lower onto his body, caressing down his muscular shoulders, your dagger meeting his chest. You break away, slicing another shallow cut on his pale chest.
He groans and arches into the blade. You sink quickly into the taste, licking it up bountifully.
You pull back to admire your work. Adrian laid sprawled beneath you, his gorgeous hair mingling with the white linen, his mouth agape and flushed, your saliva trailing from the corners of it. His neck sliced and punctured, as the remains of his blood dribbled onto the sheets. He was beautiful.
You softly grind your hips down against his, moaning out quietly, licking the blade as you did so. Adrian cried out, "W-Wait," and grabbed your hips, locking them in place.
You looked at him, and confusion poisoned his features.
"T-Talk to me," he grunts.
Your eyes narrow down on him, "What is it to talk about, Adrian? Our bodies want eachother."
Adrian shuts his eyes close, pain dotting his features. He sputters breathlessly, "I can't do this-- I'm too old... I can't be spontaneous like b--"
You quirk, "You cannot stay up anymore?"
His face brims red, "No! I can-- It's just... (Y/n), I don't want to just sleep with you and forget it-- I loved you... I lo-- care for you... I want you. I don't want to forget you."
Unsettling feeling springs up in your chest. "I'm loyal to no one," you spit. "You killed my master." You pull away from him, dagger still in hand, as you slide off the bed.
Adrian shoots up, rushing after you as you continue toward the window. He captured your hips within seconds, barely dodging the slice you swung as you turned around. He took the opportunity to pull you close, grabbing your wrist and holding your dagger back from another slice.
You groan and struggle like a wild cat. He sinks into your wrist, softly placing a kiss under where his thumb held you. He drug his nose upwards to your palm, where it hit the hilt of the dagger. In surprise, you dropped it, and it landed with a clamor. He follows up your hand until he rests his cheek on your open palm, forcing you to softly carress the skin.
Your breath hitches, that feeling springing up more and more. You try to claw away from it, your free hand to swing at his chest, your foot raising up to kick him uncoordinatedly.
Hurt flashes through Adrian's eyes, but he lets you go. Unexpectedly, you flew back into the closed windows, your heel getting caught on the curtains, making you slip back, falling on your butt to the floor.
In this vulnerable position, Alucard stood above you, hands behind his back, his gown giving away glimpses of his sleek legs. Frantic, your head begins to spin, as your eyes drag back and forth over his body. You whimper out headless sounds as you grab onto the curtain for support. Desperate to gain some sanity.
His smell, his taste, the sight of him.
It wasn't just overcoming lust, but instead this weird feeling from the depths of your brain, crying out. Some sort of emotional response. And emotions were the one thing you sought to control. What Erzsebet saw as a flaw in you.
Listening to your emotions.
Your eyes shut close, freezing up as you tenderly hold onto the curtain. Adrian's quiet, deathly so. You can feel his eyes draw in on you, and somehow it's worse than the fear.
He reaches and opens the window for you, the midnight breeze flying in as the glass door reveals the balcony you entered in from. You eyes pop open, glimpsing out towards the night sky.
Yet you can't bring yourself to leave either.
Your knuckles grow white.
"Leave," you hear him mutter, "You can leave..."
Your head whips to see him, an aura of empathy radiating off his form. All he sees is just another scared vampire.
But he knows if you leave, you might not ever return.
You've got too much of yourself to figure out.
You know that you should leave.
You slowly stand.
His heart burns and he looks off at the floor.
You finally, finally speak, "I-I can't leave... Surely, I'll die." Your heart pounds at the words.
"I'll tell Maria about you," he whispers.
No. He didn't understand. You didn't mean it physically. This was horrifying. Having to explain what you wanted most. Frustrated tears pinged the corners of your eyes, your hands shaking. Stress overcoming your pinched eyebrows.
"Al-- Adrian... Adrian... Adrian," is all you can muster out, a pitiful plea. "Adrian I'll die--"
But before you could finish the sentence, you were involved into a strong embrace. You could hear his cries against your ears as he kept bitterly, your hands weakly holding onto the clothes that hang around his back.
"Stay here-- stay here forever," he yearns.
Your heart bursts. "O-Okay-- Okay Adrian,"
And just as the morning sun peaks in from the clouds, Adrian pulls you back into his dark room, and shuts the door.
You are pulled deeper and deeper into his midnight lair, pulled until your feet crawl against the bed, where he tucks you under with him, encasing you in his arms and in velvet sheets. He seems to swallow you whole, entrapped in his love with nowhere to go. With nothing but fear of rejection lingering him, he braves through it, softly peppering the back of your neck with subtle kisses.
And with nothing but the fear of love in your belly, you brave it, ragdolling and leaving yourself vulnerable to his affections, and also how they make you feel.
Your back is flush against his chest, his legs against the back of yours as he spoons you. He has a strong arm laid on your body. It hooks through your chest and rests his hands on place by your sternum and collarbone. He's holding you there, holding you as he whispers, painful affections and peppers' sweet kisses.
You focus merely on calming your stress, sucking in slow breaths, desperate to process the last hour with him. Its hard to think of anything at all, when you hear his smooth, husky voice calling out your name caressing and kissing you.
You wince and groan out, as his lips dip to the start of your back. His hand releases you to pull at the laces of your shirt, undoing it to reveal more of your back. Your skin is cold, but definitely not uncharacteristic of a vampire.
His large, warm hand caresses the skin, and you arch and sigh out. The warmth drags deliciously slow strokes up and down your sensitive back, his thumb trailing your spine. He reaches and pulls the shirt off one side of your shoulder as he dips into it to kiss it.
You whimper, tension feeling the area.
"I'm sorry for what happened," he whispers.
You try to figure out his intentions by saying that, but the only thing that seems to spring up is genuine care. Tears prick your eyes again. You hate to say there's only one thing your body wants to say. But you have to be vulnerable to let it take over. You wince, and with shaky breath, you spoke, "It wasn't your fault, Adrian..."
His hand slips under your shirt and touches your bare stomach, the warm feeling spreading as he slides up to your ribcage, still kissing at the beginning of your back and neck.
"I failed to protect you, I couldn't help you, I regret it so much," he whispers.
"I ran from you too, Adrian... It wasn't all your fault... I was addicted to human blood... And in the hours you were gone, I already feasted on hundreds with the rest," you whispered. "I wasn't going to give that up... Not even for you."
"But--"
"You were powerless before. You were powerless again... You may be strong, but you can not out number the thousands," you pause, struggling either the next set of words, "Besides... You already fought so hard for me... It was..."
Adrian stops, eyes trailing to you.
"Admirable..." Your tone was fluttering.
He seems satisfied with the answer, as he sinks down, unbuckling your belt, and pulling out oneside of it. You grunt as his hands slip into your pants, large hand going to squeeze the warmth of your inner thighs. Despite it all, you still felt an overwhelming sense of peace. He continues to kiss his lips. You lick yours, tasting his sweet, dried blood.
You ask, "Do you want me, Alucard?"
He whines in your ears, "Of course I do." He's like an excitable puppy, just waiting to get off on you. And like a dog, you feel him start to grind against your ass.
A pleased hum escapes you. Within seconds, you transform into a bat, using it to reappear, once again ontop of him. He gasps in surprise, turning over to face you. You grin, caressing his cheek. "Look at my face, you think you can fuck this? Does this not detest you," you lean in with a hiss.
It was your turn to decloth him, as you raised his sleeping gown up higher and higher, revealing more of his pale skin. He's taken aback for a second, his eyes flickering between your ruby red ones and the fading sigil on your forehead. You open your mouth, baring your bloody fangs.
He whimpers, objectively bucking up into your hand.
How pitiful.
You grin sharply, by now his gown was pulled up to his stomach, his unmarked flesh ever so delicious in your eyes. You also took note that he wore no undergarments, his cock half hard as it arose. You sunk down on your knees between his legs, lowering yourself to his dick and laying your hands on his hips.
He grew harder in your stare. You scratched the side of his hip, the faintest dewlet of blood dropping on your finger tip. You brought it up to your mouth, staring deep into his eyes as you licked it away. He groaned, bucking upwards again.
"Ah, ah, ah... Patience, Adrian," you whispered.
He nodded powerlessly, his dewy hair clinging to his neck and face. You bring your lips to his cock, cupping the base of it with both hands, and misting your breath against the sensitive rod. His cockhead pulses towards you lips, you giggle at the sight. Finally, you sink your nose against the side of him, drinking in his scent.
"Oh- fuck," He curses, embarrassment tinting his cheeks. But he can't bring himself to look away. You were enchanting.
You open your mouth all the way, using the front of your fang with your front teeth to drag the smooth side of your teeth against his flesh. He whimpered and cried out, sloppily dropping a heavy hand on your head. You stop just before his head, where you tongue his tip's hole, using the sharper part of your muscle to do so.
He wains, trying his best not to fist your hair for you. Being so good for you.
You turn your head to the side again, sucking the side of his shaft, slurping and swaying against him with your tongue. He was more than hard by now, his dick long and skinny, no shorter than nine monstrous inches, a testament to his vampire side. It was a flushed pale pink, growing red by the second.
You let go of him, and his cock flops back against his stomach with a smack. You laugh, picking him up again with your index finger just to see him fall, again, and again. Adrian doesn't complain, merely, he uses his freehand to grip the sheets beside him, restraining himself all for you.
Once playing with his cock proved enough, you sunk into his balls, burying your nose into him, and ferociously slurping, sucking, and licking him up. He moans out in shock, as you use your hands to stroke his inner thighs comfortably. "Aaah- (y/n)," he seems to stutter out your name. As if a simple plea would make you take him seriously.
You slurp one into your mouth before the other, then you release and drag a long stripe upwards to his cock, and then to his cockhead. You scoop his dick up one last time before finally, finally, guiding him straight into your mouth. You hallow out your cheeks around his length, sucking him, and running your tongue briskly around the bottom of him. You bob your head pacedly to the sound of his wanton moans, using your hands to please what your mouth failed to reach.
Adrian's jaw falls completely slack, his grip tightening in your hair, wanton moans following out of his lips. It had been at least forty years since he had last had sex, the thrills of it burned his pent-up mind. Without thinking, he slowly began to thrust into your warm mouth, sliding himself back and forth against your soft, hot, moist taste buds. You grunt, adjusting your head to accept him better.
He mumbles, "Sorry- Sorry." But its met with an angry stare.
Well. If he's already in trouble, he might as well please himself while he can. His thrusts gain speed, his head hitting the back of your throat.
You wheeze around him, dropping your hands to grip his inner thighs, careful to not squeeze his cock. He takes this small adjustment as an agreement from you as he furthers all nine inches of himself into your deep throat. You can feel him tickle far into your body, a feeling you almost would've forgotten. Only Adrian's ever fucked you like this, and painfully, it sent pleased tingles down your body. Despite how you gagged and choked about him. The sensation was replaceable.
You were vice against him, a sign he was further than where he should, but hell it was exhilarating. His moans grew louder, his head doting back between looking at you and being lost in bliss. His thrusts began to slow as he slipped out of your deep throat, from your mouth, and came right as he slid out of your lips.
You gasped in surprise, as his warmth sprayed your nose, lips, cheeks, some of it dribbling down your chin. You cough, angrily wiping his cum off your face with your forearm. "How considerate of you, Alucard," you grunt, staring at the sticky fluids against your skin.
He merely laughs, "Do forgive me, love." Angrily, you slip off the bed. He calls out, "N-No wait I di--"
"Calm yourself," you hum. You slip out of your clothes, dropping your pants to the floor, sliding out of your boots, and pulling your shirt over your head. Your ruined undergarments fell just as quick. You briskly returned ontop of him, pulling up his gown to his ribcage. You suddenly pause, "Or? Did you not want me to undress?"
How could you say something so cruel when he was only looking at you during that whole process, softly squeezing himself to stay hard, and biting his lip when he saw your bare ass. He's restricting himself for you, can't you see how good he is? All it takes is one pitiful, glossy eyed look from him and you know what he's thinking. "Of course I- By all means, (y/n)," he tries to play it cool.
Your grin worsens. You grab him by the chin, as your freehand lines him up to your hole. Eagerly, you watch as his face constructs, eyebrows pinching forward in delight, sultry eyes staring up at you, lips parted to moan. You kiss your hole against his tip, puckering to seal the deal. He thrusts forward, dipping his head into your honey walls.
You moan, soon, giving all the way in and slipping down on his skinny cock. Your eyes fly to space as you take more and more of him, feeling his cock tickle your gut, until bottoming out. In sync, the two of you moan sharply at the feeling. Your head drops forward in bliss.
"(Y/n)," he sighs, his hands reaching up and guiding your hair away from your face. Last he remembers, you were never put out of commission just by bottoming out on him. Unless, you too were just as pent-up as he was.
You gaze up at him, humming. He becons you closer, so you drop his jaw and pick up your head. He takes the opportunity to kiss your cheek, just beneath your left eye. You giggle, "Aw, how cute."
Immediately you bounced on him, slowly dragging his long cock against your walls. Your head grew heavy again, as you rested your forehead against his collarbone. "Aaah, Adriaan," you hiss, your moans drowning out his whimpers.
You plunge down on his length, feeling him stretch about your gut, and you clench around his cock. That all it takes before Adrian loses it, frantically thrusting and bucking up into you. You cry out in surprise, "A-Adrian," your moan closer to an ecstatic wail.
He's speedy, relentless, his length seeming to make up for his lack of precision. Your body felt completely stuffed. He stimulated parts of you that where never before touched, at least, not by anyone but his cock. His hands gripped chunks of your bare hips, his eyes fucked out and lips spread, his fangs flashing in the disarray.
Your hand leaned forward, resting your palm against the bedframe for support, your head laying next to his by now, ass bounced about adverse to your accord. It was pathetic, as drool dabbled the corners of your lips. "A-Adrien-- Good- Good boy," you mewl, and it only sends him into a worse frenzy.
Through the barrage of frantic, doggish thrusts, your message gets sent straight to Adrian's fangs, a primal urge over taking him. He sits up, stopping for second, to lay his back against the pillow. You dazedly peek up from his neck, but quickly, he starts up thrusting again. Only this time, before you could even moan, he leans down and punctures your shoulder. He doesn't withdraw his teeth to draw blood. No, it's more so to lock you in place. His fangs split your flesh in second, the primal sensation causing you to arch and moan, grabbing chunks of his white locks.
Vampires fuck like dogs.
You reach forward with your free hand and dig your sharp nails into the flesh of his shoulder, drawing blood. Your brain turned off, and your lust fueled off the scent. His thrusts lose all coordination, and if it weren't for his length, he would have slipped out a dozen times by now.
With a deep, whiney voice, he husks, "I-I'm cumming- C-cumming-- I'm cumming," voice interrupted by your skin for every thrust.
"Cum you bastard," you snarl. No way you'd let him have all the fun, as you started to bounce downwards, fucking yourself on him in time with his senseless barrage. It's only through you that his thrust meets some sort of rhythm, as you clean up all his doggish mishaps.
Fuck, you'd be lying to say your climax wasn't rapidly approaching. Hell, it seemed to make you angrier. Next time you'll really fuck him up good.
With a cry, hot semen floods your warm insides, but you can't even look back, as Alucard's fangs trap your shoulder in place. His thrusts stop as he rides out his high, and it only worsens your agenda against him because you haven't even came yet.
"Bastard, have you lost all manners," you ruin his afterglow, as you ferociously fuck down on him again, quick and speedy, replicating it from before. A sadistic glow seems go brim your face, your moans full of delight. Adrian whimpers and whines, overstimulation causing him to buck, squirming away beneath you. Despite it, he doesn't loosen his death grip on your hips, nor does he remove his fangs.
As your moans spiked, he closed his ears to engulf the airy sound of you reaching your orgasm. You cry out, your knees stupidly giving out, bottoming out on him as you exploded. You dropped your head weakly forward, not that it could go anywhere, but still keep your iron grip in his white locks and your nails embbeded in his flesh.
You two were really doing this. Stubborn fucks, mating like vampires and engaging in a childish ritual. Whoever pulls away their fangs or claws first loses power to the other, a primal game as old as time that quickly overrides your natural senses.
Your nails possesively sink deeper into his flesh, unaware of how your red eyes flickered and bloomed a deeper shade. And for the first time in your life, you heard Adrian grunt and growl like a dog, having the upper hand with his teeth embedded in you. His grip on your hips were tight enough to crush and hurt. It only makes your insides flutter around him.
You pull at his locks, forcing his head back. He whimpers, fangs flying out with him, as a fountain of your blood springs out. It's your turn to finally release him, as you lean back, cupping a hand over your wound. You laugh, "Ah-hah..."
Your beautiful crimision leaks down your chest in waves, coating your nipples. He salivates and slaps a hand over himself. "Drink, my love. You've earned it," you mewl. With your freehand you lather yourself in your blood, caressing and squeezing your body as if it were any expensive lotion.
His eyes shut, hips bucking into you. You mewl. He groans, "I have never drank blood. Not once in my three-hundred-years of living."
You blink in surpise. "Aah... Is that why you didn't draw from me." Due to your vampiric healing, the wound closed, leaving only blood to remain. Your hand goes to join the other, as it scoops up a stripe of blood and guides it to your mouth. "It's gooddd," you cackle.
"I know, I can smell it," he grunts.
"Fine," you sadly part with his dick, sliding off the bed and grabbing your cloak from earlier; patting yourself dry. You can hear the bed shift behind you, feel eyes burning against your ass.
"You'll stay, at this castle, won't you?" He asks.
"For as long as I can before that girl comes to kill me," you laugh.
"Then, retreat to my castle."
"The one by the belmont settlement? Surely they'll kill me worse," you roll your eyes.
He grins, stepping out of bed and encasing you in a hug. He burrows his face against you, whispering, "Then I'll have to hide you. You can't leave this very room. M- My pet..."
Your eyelid twitches.
You know he's just trying to rile you up. But still, your fists clench.
"Oh hell, no," you grumble as you shove him back onto the bed.
His hearty laughter fills the air.
You get on top of him, raising meaningless fists (ones that weren't going to hurt him in the first place), that are captured by his hands. He laughs, the sound as pure as sunlight.
It makes your face scrunch playfully, "I am going to get you, I really am. I'll kill you first, Alucard."
He grunts, cupping your ass and tossing you off. You cry, playfully landing on your side. He crawls on top of you, a gorgeous beauty, and he pulls his luxurious white strands back away from his face. "I'd like to see you try," he mutters, but your eyes move to the scar across his chest.
"Mmh," you moan, eyes lidding.
"Shall we go again, my love?"
"I think I would like that."

Can Anybody See Me? Part 13
*cackles in evil author*
Part 1 Part 2 Part 3 Part 4 Part 5 Part 6 Part 7 Part 8 Part 9 Part 10 Part 11 Part 12
*
When Eddie and Steve showed up for school the next day, Steve was called down to the office to speak with Mrs Hall again.
“Mr Harrington,” she greeted coldly. “It has been brought to my attention that your parents aren’t home, is that correct?”
Shit, Steve thought. He was technically a minor and CPS could be called.
“My father had a business deal in Japan this week, my mother went with him,” he said slowly. He deliberately left out the part where from Japan they were going to South Korea and then India before coming back to the States in a month.
She nodded grimly. “Only parents and legal guardian can excuse any absences. Last time I checked Wayne Munson was not your legal guardian.”
Steve nodded. “I didn’t ask him to. I was feeling really sick, like unable to move sick. So I called Eddie to get my school work for me only to find that Eddie was sick, too. I didn’t even know he had called in until you told me,” he lied smoothly.
Mrs Hall sighed. “It’s clear that you will not head my warning to stay away from that boy. And as your parents are currently not reachable the principal has asked Mr Munson to stand in loco parentis any time your parents are away.”
Steve blinked. He knew that Principal Higgins hated Eddie for being out, loud, and proud about well...everything really. So for him to ask Eddie’s uncle to watch over Steve, either it was a front or Eddie got his silver tongue from Wayne.
Which all things considered, Steve would bet one hundred percent on the latter.
“That’s nice of Principal Higgins and Mr Munson, ma’am,” was all he said on the matter.
“You will just have to sign here, saying you agree,” Mrs Hall said, handing him a paper on a clipboard.
Steve carefully read it several times before signing it. He hadn’t it back to her and she looked at the signature.
“Mr Munson will also be put down as alternative emergency contact,” she said.
Steve nodded and briefly thought about how much it would take to bribe the school secretary to call Wayne first, before he discarded the thought. She would let it slip somehow and make things worse for everyone.
“Thank you, Mrs Hall,” he said demurely, looking up at her through his eyelashes.
Mrs Hall sighed. “I know you mean well, Mr Harrington and it must be hard when your parents are away all the time, but all this is stressing the school’s very limited resources, so please try not to make any more waves, yes?”
Steve nodded.
She dismissed him back to class and he went willingly. He walked back to Mr Vinke’s class feeling relieved for the first time in a long time.
Eddie looked up at him in askance and Steve gave him the thumbs up. Eddie relaxed and went back to doing his school work.
Mr Vinke smiled at Steve. “It’s good to see you looking a little less like death in my classroom, Mr Harrington. I hope this has taught you a lesson about staying home when you are sick, instead of trying to push through it.”
Steve nodded.
“Good,” he said and turned back to grading his papers.
*
At lunch, Steve told Corroded Coffin what Mrs Hall had told him.
“My uncle did what?” Eddie asked.
“Yeah,” Steve said. “Came as a shock to me, too. But this is good.”
Everyone nodded.
“So whacha doing after school tonight?” Gareth asked.
Steve blinked. “Homework, I guess. Why you guys got something going on?”
Eddie grinned. “Well, you see, big boy, the Corroded Coffin boys just got their first real gig at little dive bar called ‘The Hideout’.”
Steve’s eye went wide. “Holy shit, guys! That so fucking awesome. Of course I’ll be there.”
“It’s at eight and will run about an hour,” Jeff said.
“They’ll card you at the door,” Brian said. “But they’ll let you in if you’re underage. They’ll just put black marker on your hand so the bartenders and waitresses know not to serve you alcohol.”
Steve nodded excitedly. “I read you loud and clear. I’ll try to get there a little earlier so I don’t miss it.”
Eddie chewed on his lip. “You sure you’re not going to be missing play practice?”
He shook his head. “Today they’re running through the song ‘The Lees of Old Virginia’, so I’m not needed.”
All the boys relaxed.
“We wouldn’t want to get you in trouble with Miss Lucy,” Gareth said. “We know how important the play is to you.”
Steve grinned. “That’s sweet of you, but I wasn’t going lying when I said I didn’t have anything. If I had practice, I would have told you I had practice.”
“What about swim practice?” Eddie pressed.
“Not until tomorrow,” Steve said with a half shrug. “I talked it over with Coach Hall. I’m still swim captain and will still compete just not to the extent it was last year. So I’m co-captain with Ezra Wincott. They’ve all been really cool about the play and the concussion and everything.”
Eddie visibly sagged in relief. “Sorry about the third degree, man. But you did have a life before Hargrove smashed your face in, and all of it can’t have gone to the shitter.”
Steve smiled. “It’s okay. I wouldn’t lie to you. If I had practice, I just would have cut out early.” He winked at him.
Eddie blushed.
*
Steve was looking at his closet woefully. He really didn’t have anything that wouldn’t make him stand out in the crowd the Corroded Coffin boys would draw. He pulled out the black t-shirt he bought for Halloween and the dark grey jeans. He’d still stand out, but not as badly.
He wandered into his parents’ room and went picking through the necklaces. Steve finally found a small chain that didn’t have any pendent on it and put it on. He also looked at her rings, but he knew none of them would really fit. He sighed.
This was just going to have to do.
He grabbed his coat, wallet and keys and went out to his car. As he was driving he thought he saw his parents’ car drive past him, but that couldn’t be right. They weren’t due back for at least another week.
Steve let out a slow deep breath and decided, fuck it. If that was his parents then that was on them. He wasn’t going to wait for them to come home every night like some heroine from some trashy romance novel.
He was going to go out and have a good time with his friends.
*
Steve arrived at The Hideout about twenty minutes before they were supposed to go on. He had a fake ID he could have got in on, but he knew he was driving home and really shouldn’t drink. So he used his own and when he saw that Marty, Janice and Gethin were there all with little black crosses on their left hand, he knew he had made the right choice.
“Hey, guys!” Steve greeted as he bounded up to them.
Janice eyed him up and down. “Looking good, Steve-o. But here, this will prefect the look.” She took off her flannel shirt and wrapped it around his waist, tying it.
She stepped back and admired her handiwork. Gethin and Marty nodded their approval.
“I think the only thing that would make it even better,” Marty said, “was if you had one of your ears pierced.”
Steve shook his head. “I know they have to stay in for two weeks before you can remove them and if my parents came home during that time...”
“You’d be grounded for life?” Gethin suggested with a grimace.
Steve sneered. “Something like that.”
He got himself a coke and settled down to wait for the band to start.
Then the house lights went down and the stage lights went up to reveal the band. Steve wolf whistled and cheered.
Eddie’s head snapped up, immediately clocking the other boy in the crowd. He could see his other friends were there, too. But holy hell. Steve put some effort into blending in tonight and the things it did to the insides of Eddie’s rib cage...shit.
He closed his eyes. He wished Uncle Wayne could have seen him but the older man worked.
But Steve was here. And that made up for it. It wasn’t the same, but a different kind of good.
Eddie stepped up to the mic and said. “Hello, Hideout! I’m Eddie and we are Corroded Coffin!”
He stepped back and began to play. The crowd almost instantly began to bob their heads to the music. And then Eddie began to sing.
And Steve started screaming. Eddie was amazing.
*
The show ended and the four of them went out back to meet them.
Steve rushed up to Eddie. “Holy hell, man. You guys were awesome!”
Eddie grinned. “Looking good, Stevie!”
Steve did a little twirl. “You like what you see, Munson?”
Eddie groaned. “I think we’ve established that I like you in those jeans.”
Steve laughed as their friends watched this great interest.
Eddie yanked on the flannel shirt around Steve’s waist, pulling him almost flush against each other. Eddie removed the flannel and tossed it vaguely Janice’s direction. “I’ll drop off some of mine, if want to keep coming to these concerts, pretty boy.”
Steve chuckled. “Feeling a bit possessive there, sunshine?”
Eddie growled and moved to step back. He didn’t mean for it to come out like that. But before he could get too far, Steve was pulling him back.
“Joke’s on you,” Steve murmured. “I like it.”
The only thing that kept Eddie from kissing those deliciously pink lips was the fact that everyone was watching. “Later,” he promised.
Steve nodded.
Soon they were being swarmed by their impatient friends wanting to congratulate Eddie and the rest of Corroded Coffin. They celebrated with sodas and cheese fries.
*
Eddie followed Steve back to his house, because they really needed to talk about this fragile thing blossoming between them.
Only when they got back to the house, that shiny silver beemer was out front again and Steve’s stomach dropped to his feet.
Eddie was out of the van in a heartbeat and by Steve’s side. “What do you want me to do?”
Steve’s breaths were coming out fast and shallow so he just shook his head.
“Do you want me to stay?” Eddie asked, gripping his arms and looking up into his eyes.
Steve nodded.
“Tell you what,” Eddie said gently. “If everything is all right and you don’t need me, turn your light on in your bedroom. If I don’t see it come on in ten...” Steve shook his head. “In fifteen minutes, I’ll come running, okay?” Steve nodded again.
Eddie gave him a kiss on the forehead. “I’ll be here.”
Steve took a deep shuddering breath and walked toward the door. He turned back and looked at Eddie, who nodded.
Steve opened the door and walked inside.

Tiger was 35 days old when he came home with me. From that moment, our bond became unbreakable. He has been my anchor through life’s storms, providing calm during the chaos. Two years later, this whirlwind of a dog, Maxx, arrived in our lives. Maxx carried his own set of traumas, but over time, he learned to trust us. The two became inseparable, even though they sometimes squabbled.
Leaving India 4 years ago was heart-wrenching—I had to leave behind these two pieces of my heart. I returned every year just to spend time with them, something my friends and family came to understand.
We lost Maxx this year to kidney failure. He was only eight, and the loss shook us. I decided Tiger, now ten, shouldn’t be left alone. That’s when the journey to bring him to Italy began.
May 2024
Our first step was researching how to travel internationally with a pet. The process seemed daunting. Boxer dogs, like Tiger, have snub noses, making air travel risky as many airlines don’t accommodate them. Finding the right airline was our first challenge. Countless calls resulted in repeated “no” responses.
We started the paperwork anyway. Before leaving for Italy, we microchipped Tiger and completed his Titer test for rabies, which came back perfectly. Yet, no airline seemed willing to take him.
One agent in Trivandrum claimed he could handle everything. Desperate, we paid him in advance, only to be cheated. Then my mom found Furry Flyers. Vinayak Prabhu was a saviour, he helped us streamline the process. Despite the distance, he answered every query promptly. He even recommended ITA Airways, the only airline willing to fly Tiger.
August 2024
With the help of my friend Chiara, who spoke on behalf of me to the kindest ITA’s ticketing agent, she took the time, with no rush to answer all our queries and explain the procedures to us. I booked flights for Tiger and me. ITA offered direct flights from New Delhi to Rome—our only viable option.
My friend Chiara helped me speak to the kindest ticket agent in ITA, to get everything confirmed that Tiger could in fact fly, she explained the type of cage to every document we would need. In the next days I booked the flight for me and Tiger.
October 2024
ITA airlines flew direct flights from New Delhi to Rome, this was our one only viable option.
Living in Trivandrum meant we first needed to cover a 3,000 km train journey to New Delhi.
What I thought would be a tedious journey was the most smooth and enjoyable train journey I had with IRCTC, we booked the Rajdhani coupe, so we had a private cabin to ourselves.
The train staff kindly informed us of stops long enough for Tiger’s pee-poop breaks and we stretched our legs and tiny paws.
Tiger’s giant cage for the plane, accompanied us, taking up considerable space but becoming part of our adventure.
First leg of the journey was done or so we thought.
Once in Delhi, we faced two more days of preparation, including obtaining his “Fit to Fly” certificate. I booked a hotel near the airport through Booking.com, only to find it filthy and unsuitable. Without wasting time, we moved to Gurgaon, a gruelling 2.5-hour drive through Delhi’s notorious traffic.
In Gurgaon, Sandeep and Vizhal from Petspot helped us settle into a decent hotel. With their assistance, we completed the paperwork smoothly.
But seeing him off at extra luggage area at the airport was gut-wrenching for me and I am sure he was scared too. We packed his favourite blanket, my T-shirt, and his toy, hoping they would comfort him during the 8-hour flight. Despite reassurances from the ground staff and flight crew, anxiety consumed me until I saw him safe in Rome.
I cannot cannot explain the joy we both had in seeing each other after the longest flight our life (& I have flown 15 hr flight, it was nothing compared to this)
Clearing customs in Rome went smoothly, but we still had a 2.5-hour train ride to Bologna. Tiger’s giant cage posed yet another challenge, barely fitting into the train’s doorway. The train supervisor showed mercy and allowed us to continue without fines. Meanwhile, Tiger’s health was visibly affected by the sudden 20°C temperature drop. Shivering, he endured the final leg of our journey.
Finally, we reached home. The hardest part lay ahead: new environment, new people, new house (no big garden), apartment, city life.
November 2024
The first week brought illness—fever and cough—requiring antibiotics. All through this he adjusted to his new surroundings. He started coming to work with me, new routine set in. We got him to wear a sweater and jacket to help him cope with the cold temperatures. He seemed to enjoy all of it.
December 2024
Though he improved, bronchitis struck the last week Stronger medications were needed, and recovery remains ongoing.
It is going to be 2 months; we are still learning to adjust to everything new.
Tiger’s resilience amazes me. We assumed the journey would be the tough part. At ten years old, he’s adapting to a completely new life. He’s learning to trust new people, embrace a new routine, and navigate this 180° shift from his familiar world. I hope his health stabilizes so he can enjoy a good quality of life in his new home.
Gratitude
This journey would have been impossible without a village of support. Everyone I knew from friends to family came together for Tiger and me.
My Mom – The cornerstone of this effort, I couldn’t have done any of this without her, there was a time I thought I couldn’t fly back with Tiger due to work; we even considered her flying from Bahrain to Trivandrum and then making all this journey with him. She was meticulously working on planning the trip, checklists, excel sheets, and calendars marked, pushing people to get answers. She is the main reason for Tiger in Italy!
Dr Lawernce – Tiger and Maxx’s vet of ten years, always available day or night. I cannot thank him enough for supporting me through the loss of Maxx, preparing me for what was to happen, and making it comfortable for him to pass over the rainbow bridge without too much pain. Even from afar, he continues to guide me through Tiger’s health challenges.
Dr Jacob Alexander, Tvm Zoo Director – He was referred to me by Dr Lawrence, he was vital in sorting all the documents we needed to have for the travel. But he went the extra mile in helping me prepare for the first 3- 4 months in Italy, he wrote down a list of precautionary medicines to carry with him, as he will need time to readjust to everything new around him, from supplements to emergency pills for vomiting to skincare and eye health. I am lucky to have found such good people who cared about him too. His suggestion to document this journey inspired me to share our story.
Lily Chechi: She has been caring for Tiger since the day he came home. In truth, she always preferred Tiger to Maxx, even if she won’t admit it. She was heartbroken when I decided to move Tiger to Italy but also faced the reality that it was becoming difficult for her to take care of him as she was also aging. Her love and care have been a cornerstone of Tiger’s life.
Raju: He sort of became Tiger’s best friend. Over the past few months, Tiger grew deeply attached to him, enjoying rides in the Nano to the vet or simply for a day out. Raju accompanied me and Tiger all the way to Delhi and stayed with us until Tiger boarded the plane. He made the journey so much smoother for both of us.
Furry Flyers & PetSpot - A heartfelt thank you to Vinayak Prabhu from Furry Flyers and Sandeep and Vizhal from Petspot. Their efficiency and genuine care made an otherwise overwhelming process seamless. From documentation to ensuring Tiger’s comfort, you were instrumental in making this journey successful.
My friends – Clement, Jobin, Cyril, Arjun, Nidhi, Chiara, everyone had a role to play in his safe travel. Someone helped me to connect with a friend who had flown with a pet dog, to understand what to prepare for, someone helped me reassure me that everything would be okay, and someone helped me get confirmation for train seats at the last moment. All of them kept in contact through the journey checking on his wellbeing. You don’t say thank you to friends you buy them a beer when you meet again.
My family – Everyone who has been worried about him, his safety and health, sending him duas and prayers and hugs and kisses, thank you for your support always.
Vincenzo – Last but not least: A special message must be written to the love of my life, he who has never had any pet or ever lived with a dog, (must underline this fact) for readjusting his whole life around me and Tiger, from picking us up at Rome airport to getting us home with that giant cage that wouldn't fit into any place. It has been hard for him, and at times he probably might have thought that we must move out. But honestly no words for everything you do for me, I know you do it only because you love me!
A New Chapter
This journey has been as much about Tiger as it has been about the kindness and collaboration of many wonderful people. While the road ahead may bring challenges, it’s also filled with hope and love. Here’s to Tiger, the bravest dog I know, and the incredible team that made his journey of a lifetime possible.

Walking through the picturesque streets of Cardinal Hill, you find ( story aitken ), the ( 28 ) year old ( yoga teacher/aerial artist ) originally from ( killin, scotland ). Living alongside them in such a small town, you know that they're ( confident ) and ( stubborn ), but what you might not know is that they are a ( human ), and that they’re hiding something…
quick facts
name: story aitken age: 28 gender: man sexuality: undefined (by story, but he's more or less pansexual) occupation: yoga instructor/aerial artist height: 5'8" weight: 157 pounds hair: brown, kind of wavy, usually kept shortish eyes: brown languages: english, russian, italian, some yiddish time in cardinal hill: 4 years
bio
triggers: injury, some brief pregnancy mention in the beginning
story's mother is scottish, and her home address has always been listed as her parents' home above their bakery in killin, scotland. thus, story's own home address was listed as the same up until four years ago when he settled down in cardinal hill.
he was actually born in the back of a caravan just outside of indore, madhya pradesh (india). his parents were both performers in the circus, acrobats and trapeze artists. though for the last few months of her pregnancy, his mother had merely been assisting with riggings and props for the other performers.
his parents had been with this particular circus for ten years by the time story came along. it wasn't the biggest circus, but it was one of the best-traveled, almost always on the move. a new city every few nights. the aitken's even had three children already by the time story came along. story was their last, though.
life on the road was normal for story. he didn't know anything else, and for most of his early life he didn't think to question it. it wasn't until one of his older siblings started dreaming of life in one place that story even realized that could be an option. his sibling eventually moved back to killin, working with their grandparents at the bakery, and the aitken parents offered this same placement to each of their children. but only one of the aitken children took the offer.
the other three continued to travel, learning everything it took to keep the circus running smoothly. the other circus workers were like other parents, aunts, uncles, grandparents, cousins, etc. this was their family, always surrounding them. story knew he didn't want to leave that. he was happy.
the psychic taught them to read books as well as stars and tarot cards. the strongman taught them arithmetic, and also how to create illusions with items that were supposedly too heavy to lift. history was taught to them by the ringmaster, science by the animals' caretaker. story never stepped foot in a school, but he was always a good student.
his best "subject", so to speak, was the aerial arts. he definitely took after his parents in that way. by the time he was six years old, he was able to join in the beginning of the acrobats' performances. he didn't do any of the more challenging tricks and techniques in front of an audience, everyone in the circus going to great lengths to ensure the boy's safety, but he could do little things in the beginning. cute things, leaving the audience cheering and "awwing" and then gasping as he flew through the air.
he didn't care so much about the sounds the audience made. he was too focused on the feel of the air rushing past him, the lack of ground beneath his feet. when he let go of the bar or the ropes or whatever he was hanging from with one hand, and could feel nothing but air in his fingertips. he loved it. he lived for it.
by the time he was thirteen, he was performing with the circus regularly. his parents were on their way out of performing, happy to watch their children take their place. they became support for the circus, the way all older employees did, and they were content to do so. story became a headliner, photos of him in the air on several of the posters and flyers distributed when the circus would be arriving in a town or city.
unfortunately, while performing in ireland when story was 18, there was an incident. story fell at the worst possible moment, resulting in a pretty bad arm injury. he ended up needing surgery, and then traveled to scotland to recover in his grandparents' home for a couple of months. afterwards, he returned to the circus. it took a few more months before he was ready to perform again, but something had changed. the passion was still there, but there was something about the determination he had that scared his family. his need to perform even if it hurt him.
for years, story continued to bring crowds to their shows. but just before he turned 24, his father sat him down and had one of the only serious conversations story can ever remember having with his parents. story got angry when his father asked him to at least take more breaks between shows, if he wouldn't stop performing entirely. the two men didn't speak for several weeks, something none of their coworkers had ever seen occur in the aitken family before.
story never had a chance to reconcile with his father. it was such a silly argument, and he regrets not just apologizing and moving on. after his father passed, story decided it was time for him to leave the circus. he said good-bye to his family, and traveled around the united states.
he'd always liked when they had traveled to smaller towns, so when he found cardinal hill it seemed like a good fit for him. story got himself an apartment, and then found a studio he could rent a room in to start teaching yoga. it wasn't quite set up for aerial work, and besides that he was smart enough to know he needed a customer base for something like that before putting his savings into it.
for a few years, he cheerfully taught yoga and made himself at home in the small town. he got to know everyone that he could, established himself as part of the population. he rigged up in trees when the weather was good, performing aerial arts for tips and to garner interest in what he was doing. he made friends, and connections, and then finally bought a run-down old studio near the one he was renting in. it hadn't been used in many, many years, and he knew it would need fixing up. besides, he would need to construct all the things he knew it would need for rigging the hoops and ropes and silks necessary for aerial work.
currently, he still works as a yoga instructor. when he isn't working, he's usually doing something in the studio he's fixing up. and when he's not doing either of those things, he's out and about in town, always the social butterfly. it's rare to find him alone, or at home. he prefers to be out and doing things.
personality:
story was taught to always be kind and share whatever he has that others might not. he takes those lessons very seriously to this day, and will drop everything to help someone in need. he doesn't care too much about material possessions, so whatever is his also belongs to his loved ones (and oftentimes strangers that seem like they need a hand).
he can be a little aloof. he doesn't mean to be, he's just got dreams that he can't seem to pull himself away from all the time. it isn't abnormal for him to ask someone to repeat themselves because he zoned out for a moment or three.
when he is performing, he's hyperfocused on what he's doing. people used to think he was just a really good performer, but as you get to know him it becomes more obvious that he's truly just in love with what he does. it isn't about the performance, or the audience. it's about how he feels when he's in the air.
when story has his mind set on something, he won't stop until he achieves it. it doesn't matter what the cost may be physically or mentally, he doesn't give up. it can probably get pretty frustrating to the people who love him and don't want to see him stretched too thin or hurting himself.
this will be added to every so often!

Forced To Believe Chapter 22- Wiping That Smirk Off Your Face
Chapter Summary: Morgan interferes in Stephanie trying to make Big Show hurt Dusty Rhodes and faces consequences

'Shield'
After The Shield walk through the crowd, Seth and Roman fist bump Dean and Morgan and go back up the steps.
"This contest is set for one fall, and it is for the United States Championship. Representing The Shield, accompanied by The Diva's Champion Morgan Lopez, weighing 225 pounds, he is the current United States Champion, Dean Ambrose!" Justin announced.
'I'm here to show the world!'
"And the challenger, from Hollywood, Florida, weighing 213 pounds, Dolph Ziggler!" Justin announced.
Morgan shook her head in annoyance as she watched Dolph walk down the ring.
"Big opportunity tonight for Dolph. He goes up against Dean Ambrose for the United States Champion." Cole said as Ziggler got in the ring.
'Ding Ding Ding'
Dean and Ziggler lock up but Dean catches him in an arm submission on the mat. Dolph gets up and Dean puts him in a headlock near the ropes. Ambrose releases him and runs to the ropes and hits him with a shoulder block, making him fall down.
"That's what I like to see!" Morgan grinned.
Ambrose runs to the ropes but Dolph makes him hop over him as he gets up and runs to him again, only for Dolph to do a big leap in the air, making Dean run under him. Ambrose grabs onto the ropes before Dolph can do an attack.
"Woo~" Dean turned around smoothly and ran his fingers through his hair, doing Ziggler's taunt while Morgan smiled at his silliness.
"Dean Ambrose trying to play mind games on Dolph-oh!" King exclaimed as Dolph hit him with a dropkick to the face.
He drops Dean to the mat and hits 10 elbows on him while Morgan holds her chest, feeling the pain. The two men get up and Dean stumbles to the ropes. Dolph jumps over him, making them both fall out of the ring.
The Philly Diva began to scowl at Dolph and started stalking him.
"Stay away from him Morgan!" The ref warned.
"I didn't do anything! Chill!" She snapped at the ref, while Dolph turned to face her. "Take a picture, it'll last longer."
Cole and King start laughing with Dolph runs his hands through his hair and shakes his butt at her.
"You think that's funny!?" She shouted while Dolph threw Dean back in the ring as he stumbled to a corner.
He starts giving him some hits until Dean reverses it and hits him with chops to the chest. Morgan watches on as Dean throws Ziggler to the ropes. Ziggler was about to jump on him but Dean caught him.
"Uh oh." King looked on as Dean slammed Dolph to the mat. "Well, there's a difference maker."
"Yes, it is," JBL said.
"He's slightly off, Dean Ambrose," Cole said. "And Morgan doesn't look like she's bothered with that."
"Unfortunately..." King groaned. Dean puts his knee on Dolph's spine and puts him in a headlock. "Morgan is enjoying this. Look at that sinister grin."
Dolph gets up but then Dean drops him down and puts him back in a headlock.
"Thanks for stealing my move." Morgan joked as she watched Dean grab Ziggler's arms around his neck like a straightjacket, similar to her submission, the breakdown.
Dean met her gaze and smirked before turning his attention back to Ziggler.
Later on in the match, Ziggler catches Dean with the Fameasser.
"No!" Morgan shouted. Ziggler pins him but Ambrose grabs the bottom rope. "Yes!"
Dean rolls out of the ring but then Dolph throws him back in the ring. As soon as Dolph gets in between the ropes, Ambrose kicks him and puts him in the headlock driver position but Dolph counters with a roll up. Dean kicks out and walks back to a corner. Dolph runs to jump at him but Dean moves out of the way just in time and he grabs him for the Headlock Driver.
"And now Ambrose plants him," Cole said as Dean went for the cover.
"1!"
"2!"
"3!"
'Ding Ding Ding'
"The winner of this match, and still the United States Champion, Dean Ambrose," Justin announced as Dean got his title and had his hand raised.
Morgan got in the ring and wrapped his arms around his neck to give him a kiss and hug. He wrapped an arm around her while he held the title in the other hand.
"The Shield's dominance continues," JBL looked on.
"And Morgan's kisses." King pouted. "I'd wish she'd give me one."
"In your dreams, King." JBL retorted.
Seth and Roman meet up with them in the ring. When the titantron showed the results on who was the greatest United States Champion, Morgan kissed Dean goodbye and stayed with Roman and Seth.
"The following contest is scheduled for one fall and it is for the WWE Tag Team Championships. Introducing the challengers at a combined weight of 509 pounds, Darren Young and Titus O'Neil, the Prime Time Players!" Lilian announced.
'Ding Ding Ding'
"You got this!" Morgan supported at ringside.
Rollins and Titus start in the ring and Seth keeps giving him slaps in the face which starts to aggravate Titus. He tries to do it a third time but Titus tosses him down the mat, near his corner. He hits him with a scoop slam and a leg drop before tagging in Darren Young.
Later on in the match, Titus starts to use his whistle as he keeps stomping on Seth who is seated in Darren's corner.
"Are you kidding me? Shut up with the whistle! Lose the whistle! Lose the whistle!" Morgan shouted.
Titus looks at her and whistles again just to get under her skin. Roman tries to run in but Titus and Darren double clothesline him out of the ring. That gives Seth time as he gets out of the ring but starts getting chased by Darren. He runs past Roman and goes into the ring as Darren slides under Roman and punches him to the mat. When Darren gets in the ring, Seth takes control and tags in Roman. He throws Darren to the turnbuckle as he falls out of the ring.
"Good job Roman!" Morgan cheered as she gave him a pat on the back when he went out of the ring.
He throws Darren back in the ring and tags in Seth. Moments later, Roman takes control of Darren and tries to prevent him from making a tag. Once Roman tags in Seth, Darren finally makes the tag to Titus as Titus runs into the ring and flips Rollins over with a shoulder tackle.
"Jeesh!" Morgan exclaimed
Titus pins Rollins but he kicks out at two.
"That looked like somebody got hit by a car," King said.
Titus starts to take control of Rollins and as soon as Rollins fights back, he runs to the ropes but gets hit with the Clash of the Titus as Titus goes for the pin.
"The Prime Time Players are gonna do it!" Cole exclaimed but then Roman broke up the pin as Morgan looked relieved. "And Roman Reigns saving the match up!"
Darren tosses Roman out of the ring and then gets on the apron, only to get swept down off the apron by Reigns. Meanwhile, in the ring, Titus grabs Rollins by the head but then Roman throws Darren in the ring, distracting the ref. Seth pushes Titus away from him as he gets speared by Reigns. He rolls out the ring, lying on his back while Seth goes for the pin and wins for his team.
"Yeah!" Morgan jumped and cheered.
"Here are your winners and still the WWE Tag Team Champions, Seth Rollins and Roman Reigns, The Shield!" Lilian announced while Morgan got in the ring to celebrate with them.
Dean meets up with them as they raise up their titles.
"Morgan successful, Ambrose successful, Rollins and Reigns successful. The Shield standing tall at Night of Champions." Cole said.
Morgan tweets 'The Shield and I are unstoppable. #BelieveInTheShield'
'Later on Night of Champions'
Melanie walked over to Colby in catering with a bag of Oreos. "Want some?" she asked
"Yeah, why not." he grabbed one as Melanie ate one. Once he took a bite, he spit it out and she started to laugh at him. "What the hell toothpaste?"
She grinned and patted his back. "Yep."
'Monday, hours before Raw'
Melanie walked backstage and saw Colby sitting at catering. "Yo dude. Ooh, are those sugar cookies? May I have one?"
"Why should I? You pranked me with toothpaste Oreo cookies. Toothpaste Melanie. Why should I give you these soft, chewy, sweet, delicious sugar cookies?" Colby grinned.
"Oh come on! They look so good! And stop teasing me. That prank was a sign to show you that you need to step up your game."
"All right, knock yourself out." Colby showed her the bag of sugar cookies and Melanie grabbed one. He started to smirk once she took a bite.
She immediately twisted her face in disgust. The taste was awful. She spat it out in a napkin and coughed. "Ugh, what the heck did you put in this?"
"Salt."
"You used SALT instead of SUGAR!?" she shouted.
"Catering helped make the cookies with salt instead."
"You suck dude! Injustice! He made Sugar cookies, salty cookies! Injustice!" she exclaimed as she got a bottle of water and started drinking it. "I need some gum. You got gum-oh hell, no, I'm not asking you for stuff again. Eva, do you have some gum?"
-----
'Raw'
In the ring, Stephanie was having a segment with Dusty Rhodes. Morgan was already in the ring, forced to be Stephanie's bodyguard. She did not feel like listening to Stephanie and her crap. She had just about enough of her abuse of power. She was this close to confronting her about it. In the ring, Stephanie just told Dusty that Cody could have his job back.
"Or...we can give the job back to your oldest son. The one who fought so hard for Cody's contract last week on Raw. There's only one open spot and who better to make that choice, than you." Stephanie smiled.
Morgan did not like where this was going. She stood by a turnbuckle as she watched the two talk. She felt bad for Dusty Rhodes. This wasn't fair.
"No, no, no, no, let me tell you something. You not gonna catch me off guard. Let me tell you something, I'm not gonna make that choice. Let me ask you a question too." Dusty said.
"Before you ask me a question, let me put it to you this way-"
"No." he retorted.
"No, no."
"No no no-"
"You need to listen to this-"
"Don't interrupt me!"
"Excuse me!"
"Don't interrupt me!"
"You need to listen. You can give this job to your glorious baby boy, the one who does everything absolutely right, just got married, got his whole life ahead of him, or you can give this job to the son that you neglected all those years, traveling on the road." Stephanie said.
Morgan was getting tired of how Stephanie got into people's minds and put their family in the situation. First Big Show, now Dusty? This needed to stop. Now.
"Dusty, I know you blame yourself. For Dustin's transgressions. And this is your chance to make that right. You could be a hero. To your sons. The choice is yours. The opportunity is right here in front of you."
"Let me ask you a question. In the mornin' when you get up and go to breakfast and you got some beautiful daughters." Dusty spoke.
"Yes, I do."
"How are they by the way? They good?"
"They're wonderful, now this isn't about me or my daughters."
"Let me ask this, you line them up at the table and you say 'Okay, you're my favorite, you other two, go on back to bed.' Is that what you do? That's my answer to you. And I'll tell ya one thing else. I'll tell you, I'll tell your husband, and I'll tell this company."
"You know what, this is very typical of you. You make this all about yourself, it's all about Dusty Rhodes and his decisions. Well, what about Cody? What about Dustin? What about Goldust? You're just gonna leave them behind? Like you always have, putting yourself first?"
Morgan's blood started to boil. "Morgan looks like she can't take much more of this," Cole observed.
Stephanie needed to stop pushing people's buttons.
"I hope they can find it in their hearts to forgive you," Stephanie said.
"You gonna forgive this. Stephanie, you can go straight to hell!" Dusty said in her face while Morgan smirked in amusement
"Well, I'm sorry you feel that way..."

'Hotel'

'Shield'
Morgan looked in the crowd and then walked up to Stephanie. "Is this necessary?" The Philly diva asked.
"Yes it is," she answered.
Morgan wanted to smack the crap out of her. How can she do this to Dusty? He's all alone and now she wants The Shield involved?
"Are you kidding me?" King retorted.
"Wait a minute, no no no." JBL looked on
The Shield surrounded the ring and Morgan began to look worried as they got on the apron. She knew she would have to handle this herself. After all, she wanted to in the first place.
"Stephanie! Call it off. It's not worth it." Morgan tried to reason.
"Hang on a second, hang on a second." Stephanie stopped The Shield from getting in the ring. "This hardly seems fair. I got somebody who's been waiting in the back and can maybe even things out. Oh, Big Show! Big Show would you mind coming out here please?"
The Big Show walked out in confusion and Morgan sighed.
Great...Stephanie was just asking to get hit. It's one thing to call The Shield to attack a Hall of Famer, but it was another thing to call a 7 foot giant out here. She already knew she was gonna make Big Show do something bad. Morgan just needed to think of a plan to stop it, if she could.
"Allow me to shed a little light on this situation dream...since you couldn't make a decision about which one of your sons would get a job here. Then you're gonna have another choice. Would you prefer to be dismembered by The Shield...or knockout by the Big Show? Your choice." Stephanie said after he got in the ring.
"Oh come on!" King exclaimed.
"Stop it already! This is unnecessary!" Morgan complained but Stephanie ignored her.
"Oh, you're not gonna make a choice again? Well, I'll tell you what, I'll make it for you. Big Show, knock him out!" Stephanie ordered.
"Enough! He doesn't deserve this!" Morgan shouted.
"He brought this on himself," she said to Morgan. "He didn't want to give one of his sons a job."
The Big Show looked concerned.
"Don't do it. Do not do it, Show. Don't!" Morgan said in a hard tone to the Big Show. Big Show looked at Morgan and then at Dusty and shook his head no.
"Fine. Shield, get him!" Stephanie ordered but then Big Show stepped up.
"Don't touch him! Do not touch him!" Big Show yelled as The Shield backed off.
Roman got out the ring and brought in four chairs as he, Dean and Seth had chairs in their hands. Morgan looked at the fourth chair. She knew it was for her. But she couldn't bring herself to get the chair. Big Show walked over to Dusty and hugged him.
"Do it! Do it!" Stephanie yelled.
"I'm sorry." Big Show sobbed and made a fist.
Suddenly, Morgan got in front of him and grabbed his big fist with both her hands. The crowd cheered while Stephanie watched Morgan in surprise.
"Was that a wise move?" JBL asked.
"I'm glad she stopped that punch," King said.
"Don't. Don't do it, please!" Morgan begged. "Please!"
"Morgan! Step away. Now." Stephanie ordered.
"No. Call off everything! You don't need to do this, there's another way, just leave him alone already!" Morgan exclaimed.
"Morgan. Step away." Stephanie ordered once more.
Morgan ignored her and looked into the Big Show's eyes as he gave her a sorrowful look.
Dusty touched Morgan's shoulder. "It's okay Morgan. I see the good in you," he said as she turned to look at him after she released Big Show's fist.
"Morgan! Move! Now!" Stephanie ordered.
Defeated, Morgan stood back next to Stephanie. She watched in disbelief as The Big Show punched Dusty before holding him into a hug and laid him down on the mat as the crowd booed.
She turned to Stephanie and grabbed a mic. "Why? Why is it that you love to see people who love and care about each other get hurt? Do you enjoy watching other people's pain and suffering? I don't understand. You think this is funny? You actually think this is funny?"
"Morgan, Morgan, this is what's best for business. He had it coming." Stephanie smiled sweetly.
After that, Morgan saw red. She had enough.
"He had it coming..." Morgan chuckled and shook her head. "Okay...and you had this coming." She dropped her mic and smacked her hard in the face as the whole arena erupted into cheers.
"What!?" King screamed in a high pitched voice while Seth, Roman and Dean looked on in shock.
Dean motioned his teammates to stay calm while Stephanie held the side of her face in surprise, looking at the Philly diva in disbelief.
"Is she crazy!?" Cole shouted as the Philly diva shot a dirty look at Triple H's wife.
Stephanie could not believe Morgan dared to hit her.
"Do you know what you have just done?!" Stephanie yelled before getting shoved down to the mat by Morgan. She was about to attack her on the mat but The Shield quickly grabbed her as the crowd chanted 'Yes! Yes! Yes!'
"Get off of me! Get off of me! Let go of me!" Morgan screamed as she tried to escape the strong grip that they had on her.
"Morgan has lost it!" Cole shouted
"How dare you! Do you know who you are dealing with!?" Stephanie yelled.
Big Show looked on with shock while he held Dusty in his arms. The outspoken diva broke free from The Shield's hold and grabbed a chair.
"Oh my gosh, she is gonna hit Stephanie with a chair!" King exclaimed but then Morgan threw the chair near Stephanie, almost hitting her as she flinched
"I've had enough of you! Everything! All the stuff you've done. I'm over it! No more of it!" Morgan yelled as The Shield grabbed a hold of her again.
Stephanie stood up and glared at her.
"What the heck have we just witnessed?" JBL asked.
"Chaos." Cole said as Morgan broke free of their hold again, storming out of the ring.
Stephanie started to have a fit. This was going to be a big conflict between The Shield and Authority.
"She is so fired! Find Morgan and bring her to my office! NOW! I don't care what you have to do. Knock her out, spear her, tie her up, drag her, I don't care. Bring her to my office. FIND HER~!" Stephanie screamed at The Shield as they got out of the ring and started running backstage.
"Oh boy. This is not good." King said.
Morgan tweets 'Sick to my stomach. Hope you're happy Stephanie. Someone should really slap that smirk off your face and teach you a lesson. Oh wait...I just did. #SpeakUp.'
'WWE Exclusive Video'
Big Show found Morgan sitting on a bench and walked up to her. "I'm sorry..." He murmured.
Morgan really wanted to put Big Show in his place but he was going through a lot and she started to feel bad for him. She let out a sigh.
"Look, it's not your fault. I'm not angry at you, The Shield or Dusty. I'm mad at Stephanie. Look, can you tell Dusty that I'll get Stephanie back for him? And tell him I hope he gets better." She responded as he nodded and went to go to the hospital to see him.
Morgan ran her right hand through her hair and headed over to an empty locker room. She sighed and put her bag on a table and started to look inside it.
So many things went through her mind. Her anger got the best of her. But she was happy she at least did something to Stephanie. But she wasn't done. Not by a long shot. All she wanted to do was give her a backfire. Just one backfire.
Moments later, she heard the door slam open as she gasped and jerked her head up.
She turned around and saw Wade.
"We need to talk..." He said.
Morgan frowned. He was one of the last people she wanted to see right now. He would just add more drama.
"Look, I'm not in the mood. I already got too much bull crap going on. I don't need you to add more to it." She retorted.
"You need someone to talk to."
"Thanks but no thanks. I'd like to be alone."
"Are you mad at me, love?"
"A little bit."
"Can we just talk?"
"You know what? Fine. Natalya and Kaitlyn told me everything and I want everything on the table. Right now. You magically appear up again. Something is up. What is it?"
"All right then. I've fallen for you."
Raising a brow, she looked confused. "Excuse me?"
"I've fallen for you." Wade repeated.
She started to laugh. "Tell me that's a joke."
"I'm afraid not, love."
She ran her hands through her hair. "Wow. You learn stuff every day..."
"I want you to choose me instead of Dean."
"What is this? Twilight? You're Jacob Black, and Dean is Edward Cullen?" She rolled her eyes. "Give me a break,"
Morgan's anger towards Stephanie led her to give Wade the cold shoulder a little bit. She didn't mean to be so mean to him at first, but she needed to let him down as gently as she could. She hoped that he would accept the fact that she was with Dean and it was going to stay that way.
Wade chuckled. "When you put it that way..."
"Don't answer that...look, I'm flattered, but you're gonna have to get over these feelings you have for me, all right? Too much stuff is going on, and you know I'm happy with Dean. So just, forget about this conversation, okay?"
"How can you love someone like him? I can give you so much more than him."
"Now you're trying to buy me? That's a turn off..."
"He's violent. That's a turn off. He could hurt you."
"No. He could hurt you. And I think I want that to happen now. And so what if he's violent? He's not violent towards me. Sometimes I need a little rush in my life."
"I can't believe what I'm hearing. You changed Morgan."
"No. You changed. Don't flip this on me."
"He's got you brainwashed, Morgan. He's got you acting like a crazy person!"
Morgan looked at him in disbelief. "Now you're calling me crazy because I won't choose you over him?"
"Yes. Plus you assaulted Stephanie McMahon."
"And if you were in my shoes, you'd understand why. God...I knew there were ass kissers in this company but I never knew you would be one..."
"You know what? Fine. Your lost. I think I can upgrade a little bit better, anyway." Wade retorted.
"Wow...I'm so glad you just said that, cause you really got on my bad side, this time. Girls aren't toys. You can't just drop them if you want an Upgrade or whatever. You really screwed up now."
'The Shield's hideout'
"Where is she man?" Seth asked, looking around.
"She's in hot water." Roman sighed.
Moments later, Morgan walked over to them.
"There you are. We've been looking everywhere for you-" Dean walked over to her.
"Hurt him." She interrupted
"Who do we have to hurt?" Roman asked with an angry look.
"I should have listened to you guys in the first place. Hurt him and hurt him good." She gave them the OK.
"You serious?" Dean asked and she nodded. He smirked. "Well, boys...I think you know what we got to do."
She sighed. "Thanks. So are you going to turn me in to Stephanie?"
"Morgan. We have your back. No matter what. We'll just say we couldn't find you." Seth reassured.
"Besides, Stephanie already left. She'll be back either on Smackdown or next week on Raw." Roman added.
"You guys...are the friggin' best." She grinned and bumped fists with them.

"What?" Miz asked as the crowd stood up from their seats.
"What is The Shield doing out here?" Josh asked as they surrounded the ring. Wade turns to Dean and glares at him while The Shield gets on the apron while Justin is still down on the mat. "And The Shield attacks!" He exclaimed as they started jumping Wade.
Seth and Dean hold Wade as Roman does the spear on him.
"Spear by Reigns!" Miz shouted.
Roman and Dean pick up Wade slightly before Seth hits the blackout on him. Ambrose picks Wade up and connects with the headlock driver on him.
"Let's pick him up." Seth said.
Roman roars as Dean and Seth pick him up. The Shield hit the triple powerbomb on Wade as their theme comes on.
"This was punishment. But who sent them out here?" Miz asked.
"Well, whatever Wade did, he won't be doing it again," Josh said as The Shield did their pose.
'After show, in Melanie's hotel room'
"You want to just stay in tonight?" Melanie asked as she walked out of the bathroom.
"Yeah. I want to spend time with you tonight instead of going to the bar." Jon responded while lying on his back on the bed.
Melanie smiled and gave Celeste a quick text to tell her they wouldn't be joining tonight. "Want to watch a movie?"
"Die hard?" He suggested.
"Sure."
Jon sat on the floor and leaned his back on the end of the bed while Melanie's legs were on each side of his shoulders as she sat on the bed.
While they watched the movie, she started playing with his hair. Jon chuckled. "Like playing with my hair?"
"Yep!" She giggled and then made his hair really messy. "Haha. Someone had a bad hair day."
"You're gonna pay for that." He grinned and turned around. He crawled on the bed as she laughed and tried to get away from him. "Get back here!" He grabbed her leg and pulled her to him.
He started tickling her as she laughed. After he stopped tickling her, he hovered over her and put his hands on each side of her head.
"What?" Melanie grinned.
"Just thinking about how lucky I am to be with you." he kissed her left cheek, then her nose, then her right cheek as she giggled.
She pushed him off of her and pinned him down while having her knees on each side of his hips. Acting like she was about to kiss him, she ended up grabbing a pillow to hit him with it.
"It's on now!" He grabbed a pillow and they started to have a pillow fight.
She tried to run away from him as she got off the bed but he grabbed her by the waist from behind.
"No!" She laughed before she turned around in his arms and wrapped her arms around his neck.
"I'll let you go this time."
"What happens if I don't want you to?" she grabbed him by the shirt as she walked back towards the bed.
She fell back on the bed, grabbing him with her as he hovered over her and kissed her.
'Smackdown'
Stephanie tweets 'WWEMorgan101 We need to talk on RAW about your actions.'
The Shield are in the ring, getting ready for their gauntlet match. They watch as Darren Young walks down the ring while Morgan looks on from ringside.
"The Shield getting ready for this match." Cole said.
"And Morgan is at ringside. I still can't believe Stephanie hasn't confronted this woman. She slapped the billion dollar princess! And pushed her. And not to mention almost hit her with a chair since she nearly threw it at her. She is not going to get away with this." Cole exclaimed.
"Morgan knows what she's doing." JBL replied
The Philly Diva watches Darren Young get in the ring as Vickie is at ringside sitting on a chair. The Shield attack Darren like a pack of hounds while Morgan looks amused. Seth and Dean hold Darren as Roman spears him to eliminate him.
Titus O'Neil runs into the ring and fights back against The Shield. He held his own for a while until Dean got on his back and Seth held his leg. Roman takes him down with a shoulder tackle then The Shield pick him up for the triple powerbomb to eliminate him.
"That's how you do it!" Morgan cheered. Dolph runs down the ring and jumps on Dean, unloading on him with strikes. "Are you kidding me!?"
Dolph starts unloading on Seth until Roman grabs him off of him and throws him to the turnbuckle. Roman clashes with the turnbuckle once Dolph moves out of the way. He jumps on Roman and starts unloading on him with punches before Dean and Seth throw him down. The Shield start to take control of Ziggler before he takes down Dean and starts to fight back.
"This should not be happening!" The Philly Diva yelled as Ziggler threw Roman out the ring and dropkicked Seth.
He throws himself and Dean out of the ring. When Dolph gets on the apron, Ambrose holds his leg before Seth kicks him off the apron. And then Roman spears him hard on the mat, making the ref count him out.
"Beautiful! Just beautiful!" She clapped
Kofi Kingston walks down the ring as Roman gets out of the ring and runs towards him. Kofi leaps over him and jumps on the apron to take down Dean and Seth.
Kingston gives them both a cross body in the ring and takes control of everyone. But in the end, The Shield becomes too much for him as Ambrose hits his finisher to eliminate him.
RVD walks on the stage as the crowd erupts in cheers.
"This is gonna be interesting," Cole said. "One man who has been a rebel his entire career."
Rob starts to take control of both Ambrose and Rollins while Reigns is still out from Kofi's trouble in paradise. Roman gets on the apron while RVD gets on the turnbuckle but gets kicked in the face by him. Once RVD does the rolling thunder on both Ambrose and Rollins, RVD gets set for the five star frog splash on Ambrose.
All of a sudden, Triple H comes out which distracts RVD while Roman takes advantage and throws him off the turnbuckle, onto the floor outside the ring.
'Ding Ding Ding'
"Are you kidding me?" Morgan yelled.
Triple H went to Vickie and started arguing with her.
"Shut it down! Shut it down! Come with me. Come to my office now." He ordered as the crowd boos.
Morgan got annoyed and grabbed a mic. "Are you freaking kidding me?! So what's next? Cancel the whole show? Is that best for business? Is that best for freaking business!? They've been wrestling all this time and now you want to call off the match? This is bullshit!" She yelled in frustration as the crowd cheered started to cheer 'This is bullshit'
Morgan threw the mic at the ramp as The Shield tried to calm her down.
"Morgan, it's all right." Seth held her shoulders.
"Morgan's anger issues have really gotten the best of her lately." JBL looked on.
Ambrose grabbed her by the waist and started talking in her ear to calm her down while she continued to look pissed off.
"And just for that, you're banned from The Shield's match later on tonight. Shield, escort Morgan out of the ring." Triple H ordered as the crowd boos.
"Weak!" she exclaimed.
"Morgan can't manage The Shield later on tonight. What will The Shield do now? We'll find out later on tonight." Cole said as they went to a commercial.
--------
'Raw'
The Shield were guarding the ring while Triple H and Stephanie were doing a promo.
"I am gonna give you the opportunity to take that frustration out tonight. I am gonna give all of you Darren Young, Titus O'Neil, The Usos, RVD, Dolph Ziggler, Kofi Kingston. Zack Ryder, R Truth, Justin Gabriel, all of you are gonna be in an elimination handicap match against The Shield." Triple H announced while all members of The Shield turned around slowly.
"You got to be kidding me..." Morgan retorted.
"And I am gonna give you a partner. Your partner will be Daniel Bryan." Triple H said.
"So there you have it, the first ever 11 on 3 handicap match," Stephanie added.
"After all what's best for all of you is what's best for business." Triple H said.
"11 on 3? Is this best for The Shield?" King asked as Triple H's theme came on.
"Wait, before you go, I would like to speak with Morgan alone," Stephanie said as Morgan turned to look at her.
She sighed and got to the ring as the crowd cheered while everyone else left.
"I'll say this right now...I don't regret anything." The Outspoken Diva said on the mic. "I'm not going to sit here and do nothing anymore."
"Well, as I recall, you put your hands on me. Now I could fire you but that would be...too easy. So what do you have to say for yourself?" Stephanie sternly asked.
"Oh, Stephanie! I am so sorry for what I did! I didn't mean it. I have anger problems. My anger got the best of me Oh who the hell am I kidding, you needed to be put in your place." Morgan bluntly said as the crowd cheered.
Stephanie's eyes widen. That was not the answer she was looking for.
"You are such an ice queen," Morgan continued, "Going around forcing Big Show to do all these things to keep his job...how about you leave him alone? And what you did to Dusty...You had no right!"
"You know what? Give me that title."
"No, I earned this!"
"Having you as Diva's Champion is not good for business." She slapped her and snatched the championship out of her hands. The crowd boos her loudly. "Get out of my ring before I call security."
"Is that all you got? Is that supposed to intimidate me?"
"You are not the ideal diva. You don't have the body, the skills, or the looks to be top of the Diva's Division." She spat
"Is that so? Do you think I have what it takes to try to be on top of Diva's Division?" The Philly Diva asked the crowd as they chanted 'Yes!' in response. "And the crowd has spoken."
"They're lying!" Stephanie yelled.
"Stephanie, I am tired of your abuse of power and you will not take away from freedom of speech! You know what you are? You are a spoiled, conceited, narcissistic bitch and I have had it with you!" she shouted as the crowd was behind her, cheering her on.
Morgan ended up throwing her mic on the mat and walked out of the ring, angrily.
"Wow..." Cole looked on.
"I'm done! I'm done with this! Everything!" Morgan yelled at Stephanie before storming off backstage.
After the show, Melanie was told to go home to continue the storyline. She wouldn't be on WWE TV or events for weeks. No Twitter, no social media, nothing.
Being away from WWE for a while because of a storyline was going to be tough. Especially from her boyfriend and close friends but she knows she'll make it through.
'Philadelphia'
Melanie arrived home and parked in front of her parents' house.
"Home sweet home." She smiled as she grabbed her bags.
As soon as she got on the steps, the door opened to reveal her mother with a huge grin on her face.
"Sweetie!" Jane crushed her with a hug
"Mom!"
"It's so good to see you, honey. Come on in." She walked in with her bags. "You don't know how thrilled I am to have you home for a while. Part of the storyline right?"
"Yep. Oh, I talked to Jane, Mark and Stephanie. You are going to be part of the storyline."
"Really? Oh my goodness!" She exclaimed and hugged her again. "When?"
"A few weeks. Stephanie is really looking forward to it. She thinks it'll put a little bit more drama into the storyline."
"Thank you. You know how much I want to be a part of the WWE." She started to give her kisses on her cheek.
"Mom!"
"Oh, hush!" She gave her one last kiss on the cheek. "Hungry? I'm making some pasta."
"Ooh. Yes please."
All of a sudden, Ellie (Melanie's dog) ran into the living room and started jumping around Melanie as she grinned and kneeled before the dog. She starts petting her.
"Ellie! It's been a while huh?" She started petting her as the dog licked her. After she was done playing with the dog, she turned to her mom. "Where's dad?"
"At his new studio, working. He's doing a late shift." She replied. "He loves the studio. You and Jon are so generous. How is Jon by the way?"
"He's doing great."
"I'm glad he's still the US champ. You have to introduce me to Colby and Joe. You always talk about them."
"They are really fun to be around. You'll love them."
"Oh, how is the prank war going?"
"I believe I've had the best pranks so far."
"Hahaha."
It was about time for WWE Main Event to come on, so Melanie turned on the TV and saw Main Event coming on. Jane had dinner ready and they started to watch Main Event while eating their pasta. 'We want Morgan' chants were loud and all over the arena.
"Whoa." Melanie looked on in shock.
"Wow. You are really popular." Jane looked on in amazement.
"I didn't think the fans would be this worked up on me leaving."
"As you can hear the loud chants for Morgan, we haven't seen her since RAW. She hasn't updated her Twitter or anything. We all want to know where Morgan is." Josh said on commentary.
After minutes of Melanie's mother cheering and booing at the TV, Melanie's phone rang and she smiled at the caller ID.
"Hey! How are you...that's awesome...I'm doing great...really? Sure, I'll be there and meet you in town tomorrow...all right, bye."

“Russia said it would revoke its ratification of a major international nuclear-test-ban pact, a move that threatens to exacerbate global instability brought on by the war in Ukraine.
The step comes at a time when no arms talks between the U.S. and Russia are under way, Moscow has suspended its participation in the New START strategic-arms treaty, and ties between Washington and Moscow have reached lows not seen since the Cold War.
(…)
Though the treaty isn’t legally in force because not enough nations have ratified it, major powers including Russia, the U.S. and China say they are abiding by its terms.
A State Department spokesman said that the Russian move “needlessly endangers the global norm against nuclear explosive testing,” and that the U.S. remains committed to observing a moratorium.
Some former U.S. officials noted the revocation comes at a time when Russian military experts have been discussing whether Moscow should resume tests to confirm the effectiveness of some of Moscow’s new nuclear weapon systems.
“The Russians are clearly having a debate about resuming nuclear testing and this is moving them one step closer to such a move,” said Lynn Rusten, a former U.S. arms control official who is now a vice president of the Nuclear Threat Initiative, a nonprofit organization on security issues.
“If Russia were to test, other states would follow,” she added. “It would open the door for China to resume testing, for India and Pakistan and other states to follow.”
(…)
The U.S., which was the first nation to sign the treaty, has observed a moratorium on nuclear tests since 1992. But it never ratified the agreement in the face of congressional objections over verification and other issues. China, whose last nuclear test was in 1996, has also signed but not ratified the treaty.
A total of 187 nations have signed the accord and 178 have ratified it. For it to take legal effect, eight nations would need to ratify it: China, Egypt, India, Iran, Israel, North Korea, Pakistan and the U.S.
(…)
The U.S. has said that Russia has likely undertaken experiments that exceed that “zero yield standard” at its site at Novaya Zemlya, a remote archipelago in the Arctic Circle, an allegation Moscow has denied.
(…)
On Thursday at the Valdai Discussion Club, Putin said Russia had almost finished working on new types of strategic weapons and that it had successfully tested the Burevestnik, a global-range nuclear-powered cruise missile, and finished work on the Sarmat, an intercontinental ballistic missile that carries a heavy nuclear payload.
“As a rule, specialists say, [with] a new weapon it’s necessary to make sure that a special warhead will work smoothly, and tests need to be carried out,” Putin said.”
“Satellite imagery and aviation data suggest that Russia may be preparing to test an experimental nuclear-powered cruise missile — or may have recently tested one — with a theoretical range of thousands of miles.
Movements of aircraft and vehicles at and near a base in Russia’s remote Arctic region are consistent with preparations that were made for tests of the missile, known as the Burevestnik or SSC-X-9 Skyfall, in 2017 and 2018, according to a New York Times analysis.
(…)
Russia previously conducted 13 known tests between 2017 and 2019, all of which were unsuccessful, according to a report from the Nuclear Threat Initiative, a nonprofit group focused on arms control. And mishaps can be deadly. A missile launched in 2019 crashed and eventually exploded during a recovery attempt, killing seven people, according to U.S. officials.
“It is exotic — it is dangerous in its testing and development phase,” Daryl G. Kimball, executive director of the Arms Control Association, said. Whether the Burevestnik has been tested again since 2019 isn’t clear, but even with a successful launch, the missile would still be years away from “operational deployment,” Mr. Kimball added.
In previous tests, the missile failed to fly a distance anywhere close to the designed range, estimated to be around 14,000 miles. U.S. officials assessed that during its most successful test flight, lasting just more than two minutes, the missile flew 22 miles before crashing into the sea. In another test, the missile’s nuclear reactor failed to activate, causing it to go down only a few miles from the launch site. For a test to succeed, the missile’s nuclear reactor would need to initiate in flight, so that the missile can cover much more ground.
According to the Nuclear Threat Initiative report, the missile is a “second-strike, strategic-range weapon,” intended to be launched after a wave of nuclear strikes have devastated targets in Russia. The missile could carry a conventional warhead but, in practice, would likely carry a nuclear payload, albeit a smaller one than most other nuclear-capable weapons. If used in wartime, the missile could have the potential to destroy large urban areas and military targets, experts say.
(…)
The Burevestnik is one of six strategic weapons, along with others such as the Kinzhal ballistic missile and the Avangard hypersonic glide vehicle, that Mr. Putin introduced in a 2018 speech. He asserted that the weapons could overpower and outmaneuver existing U.S. defenses. Addressing the West, he said, “You have failed to contain Russia.”
Visual evidence of testing preparations includes before-and-after satellite images.
Imagery taken on the morning of Sept. 20 shows numerous vehicles present on a launchpad at the base, including a truck with a trailer that appears to correspond to the dimensions of the missile. A weather shelter that typically covers the specific launch site had been moved about 50 feet. By the afternoon, the trailer was gone and the shelter was moved back to its original position.
Additional imagery captured on Sept. 28 shows the launchpad active again, with a similar trailer present and the shelter again drawn back.
On Aug. 31, the Russian authorities issued an aviation notice for a “temporary danger area,” advising pilots to avoid part of the Barents Sea off the coast and 12 miles from the launch site, known as Pankovo. The notice has since been extended several times and, as of Sunday, was scheduled to be in force through Oct. 6. Russia issued a similar notice before a Burevestnik test in 2019.
Additionally, two Russian aircraft specifically used for collecting data from missile launches were parked about 100 miles south of the launch site in early August, at the Rogachevo air base, according to analysis of satellite images by Bellona, a Norwegian environmental organization. The aircraft are owned by Rosatom, the Russian atomic energy company. They remained at that base at least through Sept. 26, according to additional satellite imagery. During Burevestnik tests in 2018, aircraft of the same type were also in the vicinity.
(…)
The highly secretive nature of the Burevestnik missile initiative and the remote launch location make it difficult to determine if a test is forthcoming or if the weapon may have already been recently retested — or perhaps both. While launch tests of the Burevestnik have been conducted at the Arctic base in the past, Russia could also test just the missile’s rocket motor or a component of the missile itself.
(…)
Experts said the missile is dangerous not only in its ability to carry a powerful nuclear warhead but in its potential to release harmful radioactive emissions if the missile were to explode or malfunction during a test.
If put into use, the Burevestnik would be considered part of Russia’s nuclear arsenal, making it subject to a nuclear arms reduction treaty that Moscow signed in 2011. That agreement limits the total number of warheads and delivery vehicles the country can deploy.
But with the treaty, known as New START, set to expire in February 2026, the missile could contribute to “the leading edge of an uncontrolled arms race” if no new agreement were to replace the expiring treaty, Mr. Kimball said.
Ultimately, he said, a test of the missile would be a “sign that Russia is moving in the wrong direction.””
“President Vladimir Putin has said Russia successfully completed the testing of a new nuclear-powered strategic missile and could revoke its ratification of a nuclear test ban treaty, raising fears that Moscow could resume nuclear testing for the first time in decades.
The Russian leader’s renewed nuclear talk on Thursday came against the backdrop of escalating rhetoric among Kremlin hawks, with a prominent propagandist drawing criticism this week for claims Russia should detonate a nuclear weapon over Siberia to send a message to the West.
(…)
“The last successful test of the Burevestnik, a global-range cruise missile with a nuclear propulsion system, was carried out,” Putin said.
The question now, Putin said, was about resolving some “purely administrative and bureaucratic” procedures in order to move on to mass production of these weapons and putting them on combat duty. “We will do this soon,” he added.
(…)
“This is a stupid weapon system, designed by stupid people for operational reasons that are not tremendously useful,” William Alberque, the director of strategy, technology and arms control at the International Institute for Strategic Studies, told NBC News.
(…)
Since the start of his war in Ukraine, the Russian leader has repeatedly threatened to unleash the country’s powerful nuclear arsenal should its sovereignty or territorial integrity be threatened.
It’s part of the country’s so-called nuclear doctrine, which Putin said Thursday there was no reason to update, when asked if the threshold for employing nuclear weapons should be lowered to restrain the West. “No person in his right mind and clear memory” would think of using nuclear weapons against Russia, Putin said.
He added that he was not ready to say whether nuclear testing is actually needed, but threatened to revoke Moscow’s ratification of the Comprehensive Nuclear Test Ban Treaty, which bans all nuclear explosions, whether for military or peaceful purposes. It would mirror Washington signing but not ratifying the treaty, Putin added.
(…)
It comes just months after Russia suspended its involvement in the last remaining arms control treaty with the U.S., which limits nuclear stocks.
Putin did not specify when or where the alleged testing of the Burevestnik missile took place.
But the New York Times reported earlier this week, citing satellite imagery and aviation data, that Russia may be preparing to test an experimental nuclear-powered cruise missile, or may have recently tested one.
(…)
A suspected failed test of Burevestnik in 2019 killed five scientists and caused a radiation spike in a nearby city.
Technologically, the weapon is not that much of a challenge, said Alberque, but safely deploying it is much more difficult. “There is a reason the U.S. abandoned this technology in the Cold War. It’s just a bad idea,” he added.
The failed test in 2019 illustrates the dangers of this technology, he added.
Talking about its testing may primarily be an attempt to intimidate the West and force concessions on Ukraine, but Moscow withdrawing from the nuclear test ban treaty would be a huge deal, Alberque said. Russia is part of the global monitoring system that helps detect nuclear explosions and losing Russian sensors would deal “a hammer blow” to that ability, he added.
According to the United Nations, the Soviet Union’s last nuclear test took place in late 1990, so the resumption of nuclear testing by Putin’s Russia would be a major development that could further escalate global tensions.
(…)
Margarita Simonyan, the editor-in-chief of Russia’s English-language RT network, suggested Sunday that there is no need for nuclear strikes on Washington when a thermonuclear explosion over Russian territory, like Siberia in Russia’s far east, would knock out all radioelectronics and satellite systems, in a major blow to the West. “Nothing so terrible would happen” to the area or locals, she said, adding that it’s one of the “most humane” options she sees available.”

MALE, Sept 9 (Reuters) - Maldives President Ibrahim Solih and his main challenger Mohamed Muizzu are likely to face off in a second round of a presidential election, with results from Saturday's first round showing Muizzu ahead but short of the 50% needed to win outright.
With nearly 195,000 votes counted, Muizzu, seen as favouring closer ties with China, led Solih, who has promoted ongoing warm ties with India, 46% to 40%. Authorities said around 75% of the 282,000 eligible voters had cast ballots.
Solih, seeking a second five-year term, had championed an "India-first" policy during his time in power. The coalition backing Muizzu has launched an "India out" campaign, promising to remove a small Indian military presence of several surveillance aircraft and some 75 personnel.
Muizzu entered the fray after former President Abdulla Yameen was banned from contesting the election by the Supreme Court in August following a conviction for corruption and money laundering.
Thousands turned out early at over 570 polling stations across 187 islands. Maldivians were also voting at polling stations in India, Sri Lanka, Malaysia, Britain and Abu Dhabi.
"We thought turnout might be low during the early stages. However, we have been surprised with many people queuing very early," Fuwad Thowfeek, the president of the Elections Commission told Reuters. "So far, everything is moving smoothly without any disruptions or delays."

When I started looking for a new job, I saw an opening and decided to apply,” said Balijepalle, a senior database administrator working at the Airspace Operations Laboratory (AOL) at NASA Ames. Eight and a half years later, she supports the researchers and developers who research next-generation solutions to advance aircraft technology and air traffic management. A journey into the unknown Balijepalle’s journey to NASA started thousands of miles away. She grew up in a small town in southern India, studying electrical engineering in college and establishing a career in information technology, working in C++ and Python. When her husband found a job opportunity in the United States, Balijepalle’s life took an unexpected turn. “I never planned to move to America,” said Balijepalle. “It was not easy to come here, even though my husband had a job. I stayed in India for almost nine months, before he found a different job that would help us with my visa and documentation.” After settling into her new country, growing her family, and developing in her new career, Balijepalle began to ponder her dream job at NASA. She and her younger daughter, a fellow space fan, enjoyed talking about the agency’s work in space, and when a Linux administrator position opened up, she jumped at the chance. A dream job becomes reality At the lab, Balijepalle was initially responsible for managing the lab’s Linux servers and applications. Today, she also supports researchers and developers with development, automation, and deployment of their work. “Latha is the lifeblood of the lab,” said Jeff Homola, co-leader of the Airborne Operations Laboratory at NASA Ames. “Without her unwavering dedication to making sure our systems are safe, secure, up to date, and running smoothly, we would not be able to do what we do in the lab.” One of Balijepalle’s proudest achievements during her NASA career is her language skills. Growing up, she spoke Telugu and Hindi, and learned English, but communication was still a challenge when she arrived at NASA. “I spoke English when I came to America, but not as well, and not using the technical language we use at NASA,” said Balijepalle. “I’m proud that I’ve improved my communications skills.” “Step outside your comfort zone” Looking back on the commute that changed her life, Balijepalle says she owes it all to being up to the challenge. “I wasn’t a risk taker, I didn’t think about stepping outside my comfort zone, but as I drove by NASA Ames each day, I started to think about astronauts. They step outside their comfort zone and leave the planet, so maybe I could take a risk, too.” For those who also dream of working at NASA one day, Balijepalle has some advice: try doing it her way. “Start thinking about it and manifesting your dream. Maybe it will come true, and maybe it won’t, but you might as well try.” Share Details Last Updated Dec 23, 2024 Related TermsAmes Research CenterGeneral Explore More 16 min read NASA Ames Astrogram – December 2024 Article 3 days ago 5 min read NASA’s Ames Research Center Celebrates 85 Years of Innovation Article 3 days ago 3 min read NASA’s Webb Reveals Smallest Asteroids Yet Found in Main Asteroid Belt Article 3 days ago Keep Exploring Discover More Topics From NASA Missions Humans in Space Climate Change Solar System

One-Way Taxi Service In Pune
One-Way Taxi Service In Pune
In the fast-paced world we live in, transportation plays a pivotal role in ensuring that individuals and businesses function smoothly. Among the various transportation options available, One way Taxi services In Pune have grown significantly in demand, especially in cities like Pune. Whether you’re heading to an important business meeting, catching a flight, or just planning a quick trip, one-way taxi services offer convenience, reliability, and comfort that traditional taxis may not always provide.
In this article, we explore the rise of one-way taxi services in Pune, their benefits, and why they are becoming the preferred choice for travelers in the city.
Why Pune?
Pune is a city bustling with culture, education, technology, and industries. It has grown rapidly in recent years, becoming one of India’s most important cities. With major IT parks, educational institutions, and industries located in and around the city, there's a constant need for fast and reliable transportation. Not only do local residents rely on taxis to move around the city, but visitors, tourists, and business travelers also look for convenient ways to get from one place to another without any hassle.
As a result, cab services in Pune have evolved beyond traditional taxis. One-way taxi services have become the go-to option for those seeking flexibility and cost-effective travel solutions. This service is especially beneficial for people who need to travel to nearby cities like Mumbai, Nashik, or even within Pune without worrying about the return journey or paying for the round-trip.
What is One-Way Taxi Service?
One-way taxi service is a type of car rental where you only pay for the distance you travel in one direction. Unlike traditional taxi services where you're charged for the round trip, one-way taxi services ensure that you don't have to bear the cost of the return trip if you're not coming back immediately.
In Pune, these services are rapidly gaining popularity because they offer convenience and affordability for both short and long trips. The service provides a solution for travelers who need a ride to another city, airport transfers, or even inter-city trips without paying for the return journey of the vehicle.
Benefits of One-Way Taxi Services in Pune
One-way taxi services offer several advantages over traditional cab services and car rentals. Let's take a closer look at some of the key benefits that make them so popular among travelers in Pune:
1. Cost-Effective Travel
One of the primary reasons why one-way taxi services are favored by many is because of their cost-effectiveness. When you're traveling to a destination where you don't need a return ride, why pay for it? These services allow you to save money by only paying for the trip you need.
For instance, if you're traveling from Pune to Mumbai for business and plan to return by train or flight, booking a one-way taxi ensures that you're only charged for the one-way journey, making it more affordable compared to round-trip bookings.
2. Convenience
One-way taxi services are extremely convenient for those who travel frequently, whether for business or leisure. You can book a taxi at your convenience through an app or a website without the hassle of negotiating fares or worrying about return trips.
Moreover, one-way cabs provide door-to-door service, picking you up from your location and dropping you at your destination. This eliminates the need for multiple modes of transport or the hassle of finding parking.
3. Flexibility in Travel Plans
One of the biggest advantages of one-way taxi services in Pune is the flexibility they offer. You can plan your journey according to your schedule, whether it's a last-minute business meeting, an impromptu getaway, or catching a late-night flight.
Unlike rental services that require you to rent a vehicle for a fixed duration, one-way taxis allow you to book for just the time and distance you need. This means you can focus on your journey without the stress of vehicle return policies or additional costs for extended hours.
4. Professional Drivers
Another key benefit of using one-way taxi services is that they come with professional drivers. These drivers are well-versed with the routes in and around Pune, ensuring a smooth and timely journey.
They are trained to provide the best customer service, ensuring that passengers have a comfortable and safe ride. Moreover, they adhere to traffic rules and are equipped with GPS, ensuring that your ride is not only efficient but also safe.
5. Variety of Vehicle Options
One-way taxi services in Pune offer a range of vehicle options to suit different travel needs. Whether you’re traveling alone, with family, or for business, you can choose from a variety of cars ranging from budget-friendly hatchbacks to luxury sedans and SUVs.
This flexibility allows you to pick a vehicle that fits your travel requirements, ensuring both comfort and affordability.
Popular Routes for One-Way Taxi Service in Pune
One-way taxi services in Pune cater to both intra-city and inter-city travel. Here are some of the most popular routes:
1. Pune to Mumbai
This is one of the most sought-after routes for one-way taxi services. With business hubs and the Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport in Mumbai, many travelers prefer a comfortable and hassle-free taxi service for the journey between these two cities.
2. Pune to Nashik
Known for its vineyards and pilgrimage sites, Nashik is another frequently traveled route. A one-way taxi is the perfect solution for a weekend getaway or business trip without worrying about return travel.
3. Pune to Lonavala/Khandala
If you're planning a short trip to Lonavala or Khandala to unwind, a one-way taxi can be the perfect solution. You can enjoy the scenic beauty of these hill stations without worrying about the drive back.

Cochin Car Rental: Exploring Kochi with Convenience and Comfort
Kochi, often referred to as the "Queen of the Arabian Sea," is a vibrant city on the southwestern coast of India. With its blend of historical charm, modern infrastructure, and stunning coastal beauty, Kochi attracts travelers for business, leisure, and cultural exploration. Whether you're visiting for a day or planning an extended stay, having the flexibility and freedom to move around the city is essential, and this is where Cochin Car Rental come into play.
Renting a car in Kochi provides unmatched convenience, whether you're navigating the bustling streets of Ernakulam, visiting the heritage sites of Fort Kochi, or exploring the scenic backwaters nearby. In this blog, we'll dive into the benefits of renting a car in Kochi, key considerations when choosing a rental service, and why it’s the ideal way to experience this dynamic city.
Why Choose Car Rental in Kochi?
1. Freedom to Explore
Kochi is a city of contrasts—modern skyscrapers stand alongside centuries-old monuments, and urban streets lead to serene beaches. Renting a car allows you the freedom to explore the city at your own pace. Whether you want to visit the iconic Mattancherry Palace, take a sunset cruise along the backwaters, or discover hidden cafes in Fort Kochi, having your own vehicle gives you the flexibility to craft your itinerary.
2. Convenience for Business Travelers
Kochi is a major business hub in Kerala, home to several IT parks, financial institutions, and industries. For business travelers, renting a car is an efficient and comfortable way to get to meetings, conferences, and client visits without having to rely on public transportation or expensive taxis. With a rental car, you can move between different parts of the city smoothly and make the most of your time in Kochi.
3. Access to Nearby Tourist Destinations
While Kochi itself is filled with attractions, it's also a gateway to some of Kerala's most beautiful tourist destinations. By renting a car, you can easily access places like the hill station of Munnar, the wildlife sanctuaries of Thekkady, and the houseboat cruises in Alappuzha (Alleppey). These destinations are just a few hours away from Kochi and make for perfect day trips or weekend getaways.
4. Comfort and Privacy
Traveling in a rental car offers the comfort and privacy that public transportation or rideshare services can’t match. Whether you’re traveling solo, with family, or with a group, having your own vehicle ensures that you can enjoy the journey without distractions. You can stop whenever and wherever you like, take detours, or explore off-the-beaten-path locations that aren’t easily accessible by bus or train.
5. No Dependency on Public Transport
While Kochi has a developing public transportation system, it may not always be the most convenient option, especially if you’re new to the city. Buses can be crowded, and auto-rickshaw fares can be unpredictable. Renting a car means you don’t have to worry about these hassles and can travel comfortably no matter where you’re headed.
Types of Car Rentals Available in Kochi
Cochin car rental services cater to a variety of needs, offering a range of vehicles to suit different preferences and budgets. Some of the popular options include:
1. Self-Drive Car Rentals
For those who enjoy the thrill of driving and want complete control over their journey, self-drive car rentals are an excellent option. You can choose from a wide range of vehicles, from compact cars for city driving to SUVs for longer trips. With a self-drive car, you can explore Kochi on your terms without having to depend on a driver.
2. Chauffeur-Driven Rentals
If you'd rather sit back and relax while someone else handles the traffic, chauffeur-driven car rentals are a great choice. This is especially useful for business travelers who need to focus on work during their commute or for tourists unfamiliar with Kochi’s roads. Chauffeur services provide comfort, convenience, and the added benefit of local drivers who know the best routes and shortcuts.
3. Luxury Car Rentals
For those seeking a touch of elegance and sophistication, luxury car rentals in Kochi offer premium vehicles like sedans, SUVs, and even sports cars. These rentals are ideal for special occasions, corporate events, or when you simply want to travel in style. Companies often provide cars like BMW, Audi, and Mercedes-Benz for clients who desire top-tier comfort.
4. Economy Car Rentals
Budget-conscious travelers can opt for economy car rentals, which offer small and efficient vehicles perfect for city travel. These cars are fuel-efficient, affordable, and easy to navigate through Kochi’s sometimes congested roads. Economy rentals provide the flexibility of having your own vehicle without breaking the bank.
Key Considerations When Choosing a Car Rental in Kochi
When selecting a car rental service in Kochi, there are several important factors to keep in mind to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience:
1. Reputation and Reviews
Always choose a reputable rental service with positive customer reviews. Look for feedback on the condition of the vehicles, customer service, pricing transparency, and overall reliability. Trusted companies often have well-maintained cars and professional staff who can assist you in case of any issues.
2. Pricing and Inclusions
Compare prices across different rental providers to find the best deal that fits your budget. Be sure to check what’s included in the price—fuel, insurance, taxes, and driver charges (if opting for a chauffeur-driven car) should be clearly outlined to avoid hidden costs. Some companies also offer special discounts for longer rental periods or corporate bookings.
3. Vehicle Condition
Before taking the car out, inspect its condition thoroughly. Ensure that the vehicle is well-maintained, with no mechanical issues or damages. Check for amenities like air conditioning, GPS, and comfortable seating, as these can make a big difference, especially on longer trips.
4. Documentation and Insurance
Ensure that the rental company provides all necessary documentation, including a valid registration, insurance coverage, and emergency contact details. Having comprehensive insurance is essential in case of any accidents or damages, so clarify what’s covered under the rental agreement.
5. Pick-Up and Drop-Off Flexibility
Some car rental companies in Kochi offer flexible pick-up and drop-off locations, which can be particularly useful if you’re arriving at Kochi International Airport or departing from a different location. Confirm whether the rental service offers airport transfers, hotel deliveries, or 24-hour drop-off options.
Leading Car Rental Providers in Kochi
Kochi is home to a number of reliable car rental companies that cater to both tourists and locals. Here are a few leading providers:
Southgate Travels: Known for its wide range of vehicles and impeccable service, Southgate Travels offers everything from economy cars to premium SUVs. They also provide flexible rental options, including self-drive and chauffeur-driven cars, making them a top choice for business and leisure travelers alike.
