the ultimate binge watch session: my fav movies & tv shows + setting the vibeੈ✩‧₊

creating the perfect vibe:

snacks:

an array of popcorn (butter, caramel corn, white cheddar)

chocolate covered pretzels

m&ms (peanut preferred)

twizzlers (cherry)

bev options:

wine in a spill proof glass (red or white)

diet soda in a nice glass with those tiny round ice cubes - good summer / spring option

hot chocolate or hot chai in a nice mug, adorn with a cute little spoon - good fall / winter option

water (this binge session is no joke and proper hydration is encouraged)

the environment:

a very low temperature (70 or below)

led lights (especially if they're put around the tv (blue, red and pink are the best), or sync to the tv)

the accessories:

a plethora of snuggly blankets (wide knit preferably)

body pillows - or very large pillows (back support will be needed here)

stuffed animals (I don't make the rules, I just endorse them)

phone charger - you'll be here a while

glasses for the blind (like myself)

the fit:

neutral colored fluffy socks

dark colored snuggy (do people still have these?) or an oversized hoodie

dark colored sweatpants

(you must become one with the darkness, if they can't see you - you're doing it right)

I did one of these the other day and I decided to change my list.

As a child, I never wanted a car, but my mom convinced me otherwise! 😄

She made some compelling points: it’s like a second home on wheels; a quiet, private space where I could enjoy a delicious burger with a friend while listening to MC Poho without judgment; excellent protection from the rain; and the cool movie vibe of having my coffee or hot chocolate in the car.

Ultimately, whether or not car ownership is for you, the best way to know is to try driving without an instructor.

I remember people laughing at me for driving with my mom for a whole week. They felt the need to show off about driving since childhood. But my mom has 20 years of driving experience, and I hadn’t driven much before. And guess what? I’m actually a better driver now! 😉

So, trust your own judgment on this, not the "experts" who don't even own or drive a car.
