During Pepero Day, Nergella would buy one of each box of Pepero Coolie sticks for herself and few for her cousins. Each box have a member of the PPGs on the front, at the Korean Convenience Store because it is now avaliable in America in this verse. Nergella would give a Original Pepero Cookie Sticks to Destiny and for Bea either Blossom box or Buttercup box. Nergella would buy another pack of Almond Pepero Cookie Sticks to gives to Reynash because his mom is on the package.

Junebug’s eyes are widen then she steps back for it, then she is now on the floor and is still moving away from Denki. Denki’s eyes are widen when he saw Nergella’s classmate/roommate/friend.

“Junebug!?!”

Nergella gets inside the beach house to checks up on Junebug, and to see what is going. She freezes up as she saw her cousin, Denki.

“You’re a vampire?!”

Denki assumed it was Reynash, but he was wrong. He should have not put the spare key under the rug. Now Junebug is able to enters the beach house without breaking and entering. Denki wipe the blood from his lips after consuming a blood bag.

“Is it not obvious?” Said Denki. “And why aren’t you at school?”

Denki glares at the P.O.I.N.T. Prep student, he cannot believes Nergella took Junebug along. He have to lecture her about it later. Right now, he need to not make this situation escalate even further.

“But you’re all big and hairy! You’re obsessed with the moon… you have wolf plushies!”

Big and hairy? He did make sure to shave himself once a week. Plus, she should see how tall his recently estranged sister, Ashanti is. She is bigger than him. He ain’t obsessed with the moon, he will perish at night-time if he expose himself to the darkness. As for the wolf plushies. They are gifts from his fiancée. Well an ex-fiancée if she find out he’s a vampire and broke off the engagement.

“We’re all individuals.”

Junebug cannot believe that Nergella have a vampire in the family. However, she start to show signs of confusion because wait a minute, the members of her family are human hybrids. Junebug notices the shock look on Nergella’s face. Denki is one of them due to the fact he introduced as a valuable member of Inhumankind. Junebug remembers when P.O.I.N.T. Prep was under attack by feral vampires. He is turns into one. Junebug and Nergella see the healed scars on his neck. They both frown. Denki slowly close the refrigerator, and continues sucking on the blood bag. Junebug see the signs of tensions. So much tensions in the superhero staff of Wisdom. It can affect him mentally. Nergella use her tendrils to picks Junebug back right up onto the floor. Junebug dusted herself.

“Does Uncle Dinesh, Cousin Momoko, Cousin Ashanti, and Cousin Reynash knows about this?” Nergella asked. Denki flinched and does not say anything when she said that. She is quick to ask this question of all the questions she could have ask. One thing for sure, only Reynash and Aunt Blossom know about this. However, he doubts Aunt Blossom would not keep it a secret and tell them anyway.

“Nergella, you are unintentionally making your cousin uncomfortable,” Junebug whispered to Nergella.

Nergella’s eyes are wide, and see a silence and uncomfortable Denki. Nergella feels ashamed for this. “I’m so sorry Denki, you don’t have to answers it.”

“It’s fine. Honestly, Reynash and Aunt Blossom know,” said Denki. “I wants to ask why you two are not at your dorm? Did you two came here to have fun at the beach?”

“No, I was worry about you,” said Nergella. That was a lie.

Denki cross his arms. “I see.”

COMIC REVIEW - Power Rangers Issue 1

On Wednesday, November 11th, Power Rangers Issue 1 will be released from Boom Studios. Last week we got the first look of the second launch in the “Unlimited Power” era of Power Rangers comics.

POWER RANGERS #1 reveals a new cosmic threat that only the original Power Rangers, now known as the Omega Rangers – Jason, Trini and Zack – can hope to defeat! But their secret weapon is… the villainous Lord Drakkon?! Zordon forbids the Omega Rangers from engaging Drakkon, so if they want to save the universe then they’ll have to go rogue – and go up against their Mighty Morphin allies.

Host Eric (@trekkieb47) had a chance to read the issue in advance and shares his review:

“Following the launch of this past Wednesday’s Mighty Morphin Issue 1, the story continues in Power Rangers Issue 1. Think of the issues this month as a two-parter of the television show, kind of like a season premiere. While Issues 51-55 felt like a set up for this new arc, Mighty Morphin #1 and Power Rangers #1 are a launchpad for both series to take off in their own directions.

This particular issue sets the Omega Rangers on a quest that I don’t think will let them return to Earth anytime soon. The solicits make this point clear that they are on a forbidden path. Forbidden by whom? Zordon. Like Mighty Morphin #1, Zordon is an important part of the consequences going forward.

From the previews, readers should already know that there is a reunion between both teams as they discuss the Empyreal. The Omega Rangers are desperate for information, and it’s clear that Drakkon is the only lead.

There are some superb character moments in this issue. My favorite is a conversation that should have happened in the show between Jason and Rocky about what it means to be the Red Ranger. Members of both teams discuss the oncoming threat of the Empyreal and this sets up almost a division of viewpoints between the teams. Writer Ryan Parrott does a fantastic job giving every character a clear conviction in what they believe. Trini in particular is a standout character of this issue.

Out of the two issues this month, I enjoyed this one a bit more. Both issues are fantastic number ones, but Power Rangers sets up a conflict that won’t be resolved easily. After talking with Ryan on an upcoming interview with Ranger Command, I am excited for the direction the Omega Rangers can go. Like the universe itself, the possibilities are endless.

Artist Francesco Mortarino returns from the last arc Go Go Power Rangers. Seeing his art again feels like a comfy blanket. And his art just continually improves, you can feel the emotions in the conversations. There’s also an “action” scene towards the end that sets up the covert feel this series is going to take.

To sum it up, Power Rangers Issue 1 sets the Omega Rangers on a journey that will open up readers to the wider universe of show and comics. No longer are the Omega Rangers tied to a “main” book or event, this is their story. Omega now, Omega forever!”

which Lunaverse oc is the most affectionate? is this just to their partner, or to their friends and family, too? do they avoid pda, or simply not care?

Nergella is the most affectionate OC of mine of them all. Thanks to her mothers giving Nergella the best healthy lifestyle they can bring to her. She does not have a partner yet, so for now it is just her family and friends. Nergella used to show her affectionate side to Destiny, however after one incident, Nergella is forced to be separate apart from her cousin because she lost an innocent part of her and was left traumatized by this event. Nergella simply does not care about PDA. She is known to give out hugs to her close friends, such as Hekatrina O’Lantern, Klarissa Loud, Kaizo, Rin Beetles, Junebug Noceda, and Royal Chang-X.

Nergella does show other ways of affectionate, such as giving hair care to her cousin, Aurora, helping her mothers out with household chores, her cooking and baking (she enjoy baking and cooking with her mothers, grandfather, Destiny, and Denki), and giving gifts to Momoko, such as the magically handcrafted stuffed animals and plushies house for her birthday.

Denki learns that he was never love from his family. I means extended family/relatives do love him - his paternal grandparents, Anoop and Adhira, his paternal aunt, Devi, his maternal aunt, Bubbles and her wife, Mabel, and his cousin, Nergella…. His brother, Reynash do loves him. But the rest of the family, he believe they do not loves him at all. Long ago, before Dinesh married to Buttercup and have him and his three siblings, Dinesh choose to stay in India and be with his family after awakening his powers from the Terrigen Mist, becoming the superhero here. And after marrying to Buttercup and having children of their own and Buttercup went missing, caused him, Dinesh/The Original Grid, to changes. Dinesh taken Momoko, Reynash, and Ashanti to America and lives in Townsville where they interacts with their cousins for Momoko’s safety and being under the protection of other superheroes under the alias, Sharma. Denki and Reynash choose to stays in India (Reynash does not wants to be separated from his friends and Denki, whose was 15, wants to protect India in his father’s stead because he wants to and because India need power to keep their electricity running in case bad things occurred). At first it was great but he feels alone despite being accompanied by his paternal grandparents and paternal aunt, and when Dinesh. It lasted 6 years. That was when, at the age of 21, he arrived to America because he slowly lose his superpowers, and losing his sidekick, Rui Wakeman, the Phoenix Academy student he mentored in the abroad to India did not make it any better.

It is root from the influence of Dinesh’s ex-friend and criminal Ajay Roy aka Banyan twisting his words about Dinesh, his paternal grandparents’ disconcerement, and Denki’s 6 years-long period of staying in India or the fact that Dinesh favouring Momoko Sharma and how Dinesh treated Reynash as a parent is different from his sisters, Ashanti and Momoko…. He realized that he wasn’t love, and it is what cause him to lose his superpower since his superpower is Chemical X based superpower fuel by love, and so does his own brother. So that why he decides take Reynash to raise Reynash by himself because he never wants Reynash to share his fate, until he is old enough to live on his own and take care of himself and moves away from his family after Dinesh choose his wife’s extended family and his daughters over them and India, after everything he did to protects India and maintaining his family’s reputation by telling people how much he loves them unconditionally. Do they even loves him back?

Do not attacks my friend. This writing prompt is my character, Denki’s perspective of his family and his internal conflict with his own family in the relationship that I am struggling to develop.

Writing Prompt: Hopscotch

The player must quickly hop onto each square with either one foot or both feet until they reach the tenth square, then turn around and do it again. If the player steps out of the square they lose, and must start over from the beginning.
