Of course every time I check on YouTube vloggers something is always up 😒 poor kids I hope they're doing fine and mommytard is ok. Seriously tho Shay is so stupid, if you aren't happy with someone just break up with them instead of cheating. That girl is stupid too, she should've thought about the consequences of her actions and how the kids are gonna be affected. If you felt disrespected then, lash out on private or tell his wife, but instead you made it public so you can have fame. Should've thought about the kids and how this will impact them. They're children. Think about the embarrassment that this caused them, specially in school. People literally makes me sick when they don't think about innocent children involved in their f*cked up life. You wanna mess up your life go ahead but leave the kids alone.

Calling all Shaytards! We all need a little help getting moving sometimes (especially around the holiday season), so here are some Shay Butler certified tips!

1. Have a buddy  When you’re lacking motivation, there’s nothing like a workout buddy to get you moving! 

2. Weight is just a number on a scale   While it is one way to measure your progress, it’s not nearly as important as the way you feel.

3. Even an incremental change can make a difference When they’re all added up, those little things make a big difference.

4. The choices you make at midnight are just as important as the ones you make at breakfast Okay, by the end of the day we’re out of willpower, but you’ve got to push through! 

5. You’re in Control Maybe not of what happens to you, but you are in control of how you react to what happens to you
