If you're asking if it's okay to make Zoophobia fancomics, that's perfectly fine. People were doing that years ago! It's not really something you need to ask permission for. As long as it's clear it's a piece of fan work and you're not making money off of it, you should be fine.

But if you ask her about this directly, she will most likely not answer you as she gets asked these kinds of questions constantly and doesn't have time to answer them. You can certainly try though.
