my gramma took me to a 'healing waters' spa and at first i thought it was bullshit marketing like how is this chlorinated pool gonna heal me but then i went on a hike, for an HOUR, and didnt have ANY body pain while it was happening or the day after. so it fucking worked but it hasn't been long term which is to be expected but it also means like it actually is 100% possible with the right treatment for me to not actually fucking be in pain so thats a fucking win hell yeah

#like a couple days after not being in the pool i went on a 20 minute walk and was in so much pain i had to immediately go home n sleep #but i HIKED on a fucking MOUNTAIN for an HOUR and was COMPLETELY FINE #like thats a miracle to me n it gives me hope
