When Sunnie and Jay get together who in the team would approve? Who would get along with Sunnie?

Kai: Does not approve (strictly because he knows Jay's technically still into Nya), neutral on Sunni

Cole: Approves (as Jay's in a far better mood because of it and to him sees it as Jay making an attempt to move on), gets along with Sunni but also doesn't get much time to interact with her

Out of all of your bigs, who had the hardest time adjusting to interacting/living with tinies?

ok so I saw this, thought about it. Then got distracted and finally can sit down to answer again

So I think it depends on the setting they're in, but focusing on a world where they're "normal/giant" and find out "tinies/humans" exist:

so Vitus when he's just suddenly around smalls. Like he's usually good when he knows about tinies, but suddenly thrown in he'd be a mess. Heavy steps, too loud, lots of stern gazes that are more him thinking and accidentally scaring smalls.

Ash can have a rough time too. They'd be waaaaay too careful. Constantly hesitating and probably annoying the tinies who trust them. Some would certainly love how Ash is.

Felix for sure. He's not a super open person and it's kind of shown with the ice cube short. He's more likely to kind of disconnect at first. Like he'd be more likely to sort of ignore them when there's no immediate connection for him. A random tiny would have a Felix that only really starts to show he cares when they've lost it around him.

Ryder would need a lot of adjusting. He's loud and a bit dramatic. Would get excited to learn about them. He'd also do a lot that he doesn't realize is terrifying for someone so small. When he learns he'd be one of the best giants/bigs to be around.

Mira's not a great giant at first. She's incredibly curious about things and would wind up either observing to figure out how human they really are or just straight up trap them. Once she realizes they're basically human would let them go, but her habits would lead to a lot of unintentional fear for the smalls

Corus has the issue of his anger. When he's gotten better control of it he's pretty good at adjusting to smalls.

Sola and Luna have the whole being kids thing going so almost always rough for tinies to get used to them. Luna is a lot better and kind of gets Sola controlled since she's excitable and impulsive.

Kyrie in a case where he's comfortable in his own skin can be bad at first. He'd be intimidating since he's taller than is pretty average for folks when I write him. He'd have heavy steps, loud voice, and his own curiosity would get the best of him. He'd be quick to annoy smalls partly cause he'd be overprotective. Easily the kind of big who will try to do everything for the small until there's some argument about it. I should probably write something with this can't really use the dreaming soul mates thing since he has a solid understanding. hmm maybe it would make him worse though. He wasn't perfect at the end of that story

More encanto prison AU thoughts! I imagine Mirabel visiting Bruno often and giving him fun things to do before actually getting him out. I know someone who gave a relative little craft kits in prison and he would make them and give them back to him (of course that irl relative wasn’t framed but that’s irrelevant lol). It’d be cute if Mirabel did something similar waaaah I’m emo.

How was your day?

Mine has passed surprisingly well. I wasn't exhausted at the end of the lectures, as I usually do. We had 2 lectures with prof who always makes us a bit more depressed by talking about death and telling us how we supposed to die (quote: 'Two of you will die from cancer in twenty years or so, three will definitely have an Alzheimer, oh, you know my mother passed away recently, and my friend did...' *starts crying). The last was a practice of translation ethics with a teacher who is just way too hyped to keep up. But I still feel good.

I actually thought I would be able to work some more when I get home, but I did a big chunk of what I wanted to finish, so I'm proud of myself

Oh, and the snack vending machine took my money and refused to give me anything, but I'm okay with it. Not having mental breakdowns over a little thing is my priority number one now

I have to disagree here. It's slow because it's for the *plot.* it's meant to show how desperate of a situation it is, how much danger everyone is if fights are like *this* and it's only just been the start of the King's attempted takeover of vaugarde! Maybe you just need to gain a little patience?

can we all blog for a minute as if precanon isat was a real rpg?? i think the game is horribly slow up until you recruit the traveler :/ literally nobody has a speed boosting skill until then and thyme is soooo expensive. and the fact that you can't do jackpots until you beat the boss in jouvente?? the early game is just. ugh

Okay new verse reveal time >:)

It's actually mostly centered on one of the NPCs here, Mira 'Romeo' Fabbri. Basically a mad scientist/unethical experiment/clone type au. Details below the cut because it'll get a bit long.

So, behind it all is a scientist, Draven Svoboda. Throughout his career, his focus has been on genetics and perfecting the 'imperfect machine' that he saw humanity to be.

After losing his ten year old daughter to a heart illness early in his career, it drove him to start a new project and gave his studies their current focus. Namely, what he would call 'Project Infinitus'.

He had a clear goal in mind- clone his deceased daughter- as well as a plan to achieve that goal. The only issue was the funding, which he would secure from BlackCell on the condition that he would allow his findings to be used by the company, and his continued assistance with weapons development in the future.

After years of research, trial and error, Draven would succeed in creating a set of twins, 'clones' in a sense created from spliced DNA that he would name Infinitus ex Nihilo and Magnum Opus. While he would raise the two from 'birth' and teach them all manner of academic material, he allowed for them to be trained by BlackCell to grow into flawless operators and mercenaries in adulthood, in line with the original contract.

Out of the twins, Magnum- codenamed Rem- was considered the more 'skilled' of the two, and her existence was kept under lock and key by the company, her deployment reserved for the more 'important' contracts that required covertness and perfection.

Infinitus would later gain the codename 'Mira', gifted to them by Draven himself, often loaned out to other PMCs on contract with more of a gift of covert recon and public surveillance; not to say they're useless in more 'traditional' combat environments, although early exposure to a chemical gas has left them more mentally 'damaged' in a sense, they're still considered valuable property of the company.

     Of course Mira would like to know. Lips twitched into the slightest of smiles though his eyes would soften as they tended to do when fondly thinking or talking about his husband. "With the risk of sounding corny, our spark is very much still alive. As though it's our very first day of loving each other openly." A brief pause would be made as he reflected back on their recent reunion. "You see, at times I feel as though it still continues to grow, if that's even a possibility. When we returned from our latest jobs just recently and got to see each other again, it was-" Ah, no. Too private at this juncture.

     Freed softly cleared his throat, though tone of voice remaining calm and gentle. "Anyways, all is well." He's happy, although the regular occurrences of not seeing each other for quite a while could of course be a strain on his heart.
