Rex's production as well despite us, well, already looking into that. However, I must state the major difference between their folk incarnation and the most successful one – they became more direct. I jokingly call their change an anticipation of what Yes did to their sound during the 80's, since they both streamlined their style into a more popular version of the latter. However, they keep their intriguing elements intact. For instance,T. Rex brought their early otherworldly aura to their 70's appropriation of the early rock songs and the combination just functioned well.

just finished reading Cooperative Gameplay by @gallavichy which is a must for the shameless/gallavich fandom I suppose, and fuck! that was good.

and I'm just. so happy to be able to read such a good work by someone so passionate about their craft. I mean, Gray did so much research to properly describe videogames and how ged and university application work and mental ilness and places and tourist points and the most banal things too, and their mannerisms! the way every fucking twitter user ian follows has a consistent personality throughout all the fucking +240k words its insane! she included the clothes they were wearing and made whole playlists for a fanfic, that's so fucking nice.

it's just so nice to feel how much she was into it, you know? more than a great writing and story and characters, it was so nice to read cause there was so much feeling to it, all the time. makes me feel warm inside. smiled so big reading it and cried too! i just had to put it out here.

Head cannon

Mickey is definitely a rock kinda guy. From classic rock like the greats; Led Zeppelin, Pink Floyd, Ac/dc, Bob Seager ect. To heavy metal, and even punk when the mood arises.

He doesn’t ‘ hate ‘ other genre’s of music. Pop, Rap, Hip-hop ect. But if he’s playing music while doing something its 100% rock. Unless Ian’s around and changes it.

Ian is most definitely a pop/hip-hop guy. More dance friendly.

I hated the way the writers had Mickey pop off so casually about Ian’s mental illness in the Hall of Shame episode . Mickey not perfect, Ian either but wow that below the belt comment always bugged me . I wondered if it had an effect on Ian after .

So I rewrote it, angst with Gallavich doing what they do best , finding their way back to each other .

No idea where this came from except last night had an epic oops and lost a final chapter ( it was sooo good) poof no more chapter 🤬

So I pouted , read other great writers and about 11 pm this cropped up .

For all of you so damn good at angst , tipping my hat cause this is mildly angsty and I was just a snot fest typing it out🥹

"Yeah? You seem to like it sometimes…maybe I'll go find somebody who'll appreciate it more," Mickey smirked.

Truth-be-told, pissing Ian off was his favorite pastime. Inevitably, Ian would forget Mickey was annoying him purposely and he'd manhandle him against some poor, weak piece of furniture to fuck it out on.

And when Ian crashed into him and almost split him in half with that angry, glorious cock, he smiled hearing the couch creaking beneath him with each thrust.
