Rewatched "Dawn of the Peck" tonight, and just have to point out how freaking cute it is that the Belchers have Rudy, Mickey, and Teddy stay to have Thanksgiving dinner with them!

And Rudy looks so tiny sitting there at one of the ends of the table! Especially in the shot that you can see Bob in. That folding chair is way too big for him!

I ship it!

What made you ship it? Everyone else's enthusiasm for this crackship made me go, "OK, maybe"! I also ship Trev/Deli Guy, but I don't mind a little multishipping now and then. Plus, Mickey is just a really nice guy for being a serial criminal, lol.

What are your favorite things about the ship? Mickey can and will be Trev's hype man. He's just really nice and sweet, which Trev desperately needs in his life. Plus, they can be neurodivergent nerds together over calypso music and lizards.

Is there an unpopular opinion you have on your ship? Trev will probably never entirely get over Jimmy Pesto and that's all right. You can remember other loves and still be loyal.

Going with gut reactions with brief explanations:

Favorite business owner: Edith and Harold. They pretty much always crack me up whenever they appear. I think "Art Crawl" is the first great episode of the show and they are a big reason why.

Favorite carnie: Mickey! Again, just really funny. I think my favorite moment might be when he thinks about getting a tank and using it to rob a bank. The way he says "Mickey tank bank!" always cracks me up.

Favorite student: Rudy! Of course, I'm going to say that. But I will add that I really love episodes that take place at the school and feature a lot of the students and teachers. I could rather easily make a top 10 non-Belcher Wagstaff student list.

Favorite teacher: Miss LaBonz. She could get this just for her lines in "Bob Actually" but once the writers and H. Jon Benjamin found the character's voice (the voice of someone who smokes multiple packs a day) she's a reliable laugh and I love the fact that she is actually one of the characters who understands Louise the best.

Favorite unaffiliated: Aunt Gayle. I love how fricking weird she is.

(I was assuming this was a "Bob's Burgers" ask. If not, I'm afraid I don't give out the name of my favorite real life carny since that is also my credit card account password.)

Rare pair ask: Trev and Mickey!

I can see this one working out really well, if Trev can get out from under Jimmy Pesto. Mickey is so chill and Trev clearly needs someone who isn't as uptight. Trev, on the other hand, is loyal to a fault which Mickey will appreciate. The only issues that I see are Trev blindly following Mickey in whatever wacky scheme or Mickey taking things a bit too far. Like robbing a bank to buy Trev more lizards, lol.
