(Inhalation) βοΈ Focus on the pause where the breath changes its direction (this is the point of thoughtlessness) βοΈ Breathe out for 3 secs. (Exhalation) βοΈ Focus on the pause where the breath changes its direction again that's it.. πππ So the whole idea is to bring the whole consciousness on the point where the breath is changing direction.. That moment of pause is the moment of thoughtlessness and a stage where there is no stress..
